We rented two rooms. One was ok just smelled old and musty. The other room had hair on the shower walls, the shower took forever to drain, the sheets had stains on them and the wash cloth had black stains on it. We stayed two nights. No one ever brought us new linen. We had one adult and two kids booked in each room. We were given two towels for the whole stay. While swimming we asked for pool towels and were given two. The lady said she would bring more but never did. We had to keep going to the desk to ask for more towels for the six of us. The hotel was old the beds were awful and it had an old stale smell in the hallways and in the room. There is also no elevator so we had to carry luggage to the second floor. We are absolutely not bougie people and thought since it was now a Wyndham hotel it would be decent. We definitely will not be using this hotel again.

When we arrived at the hotel the front door didn’t even have a door handle as it had been broken off. When we checked in we were told that the pool was unavailable as it was having problems. The room smelled awful but luckily we were able to open the window to air it out. Once we turned on the sound machine we were able to go to sleep over the noise of kids jumping around hard enough to rattle the lamps in the wall. Beds were comfortable and we did have a good sleep. Breakfast was apples and oranges, watered down juice, oatmeal, bread and yogurt so we passed and ate breakfast elsewhere.

Do Not Stay Here!!

I asked for extra towels, never got them. I was at the hotel for 10 days and no one ever came and cleaned my room. I had to set my own trash outside the room. The bed was so uncomfortable. The floors weren’t clean and there were multiple soft spots when you stepped on them. Also, when I got there, they told me to park out back since my room was on the backside of the hotel and there were people out back doing & dealing drugs. I was confronted multiple times by people asking me for money in the hotel (other guests) & trying to get in my room. As a single woman traveling alone for work, I would NOT recommend this hotel for travel or staying there. The rates were cheap, but only stay in a tight pinch & and if you have more than just yourself & don’t have to take much in with you.

This hotel is a decent option; for the price point. It’s convenient by the freeway, with plenty of choices for drive true or sit down dining, convenience/gas, as well as stores like kroger and dollar general nearby.

The staff is nice&helpful; there is parking near lay for bigger vehicles, and plenty of spaces for cars. And while the property is on the older side and would be in the “budget” category the facility is clean and tidy& the amenities listed are actually availible! - and that means the pool too!

We hardly heard any of the other guest; and stayed on a full night- which was impressive considering ‘nicer’ hotels we’ve stayed at definitely don’t always mark that box.

The rooms are spacious and come with all the basic things to meet your needs. Water pressure and temperature were great; and the bathrooms in our room were tidy.

Breakfast was very basic, only microwave items, no hot food. Only negative thing I could say was that when I checked in it was dark out and there were several people that were probably construction workers that were staying there outside sitting on the curb drinking beer. Nobody bothered me. Room was clean and comfortable, night time was quiet and I got a good night's sleep. Nice big screen tv and plenty of cable channels available.

Upon pulling up, a group of gentlemen were standing around a small pot plugged in frying chicken wings, which the bones were all over the parking areas. Going into the hotel at the back, the door is unlocked 24/7, and our room was the first by it. I asked management and she told me they had cameras and it would be locked at night, which it wasn’t. Opening the door to our room, outside the curtains sat 3 gentlemen smoking weed. My 11 year old daughter witnessed this! I made her wear socks so her feet didn’t touch the floor. When she took them off before getting into the bed, which had a hair in it, they were black. If I could have afforded to leave, I would have but couldn’t, so stayed. Needed ice for our drink, and the ice maker didn’t work. Went to the front desk and she gave me a bag with about 15 cubes. Needless to say, we made the best of the situation but will not choose this property ever again.
