It rained in the window and the A/C unit got wet. I had to cut the unit off. The staff put towels on the window seal and over the A/C unit to keep them from getting any wetter

Worst staff I have encountered in a long time. The girl working the front desk when I checked in was not pleasant and seemed to be in a bad mood. She seemed frustrated when I told her I had booked a second room. The room was nice and quiet. The bed was a bit hard for my liking. Probably would not stay here again.

Our room was not really clean - cobwebs in the corners and spiders in the shower. The shower door handle was broken. The walls were pretty beat up especially low by the trim. Repairs to the drywall and fresh paint are sorely needed. The “couch” was all scratched up and kinda nasty.

We had no hot water all weekend and the elevator was not working. Lighting strike a day before. We were never told about the problem before we checked in. We found out the next morning when we went to shower after we ate breakfast. I went down to let them know and the assistant GM said we are working on it. No offer to refund our money and go stay somewhere else. Next morning still no hot water. After checking out I called the company and they said we were offered a refund!!!! LIES!!!!! The assistant GM said we used the toilet and ate breakfast that meant we refused the refund! It was after we use the restroom and ate breakfast that we even knew there was no hot water!

Stay was terrible. No hot water that was never disclosed when I checked in, elevator was broke, room smelled like dirty feet, floors had crumbs around the beds, walls were dirty. I don’t complain but the lack of hot water really tipped me over the edge. Would def not recommend.

Overall the property was great. But there was a spot on the bathroom that had a hole by the bathtub and an empty toilet paper roll behind the door. Makes me wonder how clean the stuff really was. However. There was great pressure. Hot water. The channels were few and select couldn’t even watch hardly anything. But it provided a place to rest and sleep. And that was enough.

The hotel, on whole is good. The common areas and room were very clean. My only complain is the room could some repairs. The tub was chipped in several places. Also, the plaster near the sink needs to be redone. Finally, it appeared that the back of the toilet door had been spit on and was not cleaned.

One of the outlets by one of the sinks was hanging out of the wall, i took a picture of it. My husband builds and remodels hotels and he said this one is in dire need of a remodel. The rooms were poorly maintained, with worn-out furniture and a general lack of cleanliness. It felt neglected and far from the “premium” experience the pricing suggests. Basic amenities were either missing or in bad condition, and nothing about the stay justified the high cost.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel was underwhelming, and it was clear that little effort is put into maintaining quality or guest satisfaction. For what you pay, you can find far better options elsewhere.
I would not recommend staying here unless prices drop significantly or major improvements are made. As it stands, it is simply not worth the money.

The room was fine. Housekeeping only came by once in the three nights we were there. We had to call and get towels a couple of times. The breakfast was not what I normally expect at a LQ. The breakfast was boiled eggs, waffles and biscuits & gravy. I probably would have a chosen a different LQ if I would’ve read the reviews before booking.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean. The only issue were dogs barking early in the morning before 7am. And a different dog (sound coming from a different direction) whining off and on. Not sure if I'd stay there again because of barking dogs. I'd think that since i asked for a pet free room due to allergies, that i wouldn't be close enough to hear them so loudly. They told me that there was a free breakfast but i didn't go down for it, not a breakfast person. Other than the barking dogs, it was definitely a nice stay.

It was fine, I did find some hair on the bedsheets I requested extra clean sheets to replace it and that was good. I had left an hour ago and found Ants when I had left a cup of apple juice on top of the tv stand. Everything else was fine, I needed a place to stay for an event I was not gonna spend extra money to switch room or change location due to a giant festival around the area.

price was appropriate for the condition. Older hotel showing signs of wear, specially in the bathroom. I did not like the bed. Once I got in it, it was fine but it was so high that it was difficult to get in and out of. I am 5’ 6” and the height was mid hip, above the sit down range. As an older person of average height, with some knee damage, I was not able to climb in so had to do a little hop to get high enough and once in place had to wriggle my way back fully on to the bed. The room itself was clean and quiet, and as a solo traveler I felt safe. Breakfast was nice with a wide assortment to choose from. Pool was out of order but that did not bother me, just listing so others are aware. Even with the few inconveniences, for the price I was satisfied and would rate it 3.5, and if I was in the area would consider it again.

We had two beds in our room. One of them had clean sheets. The other one was noticeably soiled and had human hair in between the sheets. I ended up having to get a clean set of sheets and change the bed myself. When getting my things ready for the next morning, I noticed there was no hair conditioner but there was a small bottle of shampoo! I had to go back downstairs again for conditioner. I was then told the hotel did not have any hair conditioner. I will never ever stay at this facility again.

Room was out dated. Beds wasn’t very comfortable and the tub in the bathroom was pretty gross just tbh. When I reserved the rooms I rented it was about 90 dollars less than what I ended up being charged when I paid at the property so definitely won’t be doing that again.
