The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Carpets and paint on walls were dated.

There was a crumb of something in the bathroom with ants on it. I flushed the crumb and there were no more ants.

30 minutes before it ended, Breakfast was sparse with cereal, a few muffins, a couple of pieces of bread, some biscuits and the ability to make waffles.

The first room that we were given had such a bad odor that we had to get another room. The carpets were so dingy that we didn’t want to be barefoot on them. The breakfast was mediocre, we didn’t even take advantage of it on the second morning. The room was not cleaned during the day, only the towels were replaced.

I don’t usually write a review but this was one of the dirtiest rooms I have ever stayed in. Rotting food under the dresser, window had dirty handprints all over it, the bathroom was dusty and dirty, the couch had white stains all over the cushions, the bed inside the couch had what looked like pee stains, the headboard on the king bed had stains and the room smelled like cigarettes smoke. Thank goodness I took my own blankets and pillows or I would not have laid on the bed. For the price I paid I expected a lot better. I would not recommend this hotel.

Good overall stay. Clean overall, but I saw hard water crud on the in-room coffee maker and decided it best not to use. The shower floor bed was annoyingly squeaky.

It was overpriced for the state of the room. The room was outdated and stained. It was good enough for the weekend. Breakfast left MUCH to be desired.

Assessable room smelt like dog. An open box of baking soda assisted with improving that. I dont travel without it. Hotel was very clean, however needs updating Lamp shades for one, carpeting. I would definitely stay there again. Continental breakfast was adequate.

I didn’t like my stay there because the bedding had stains and the beds and the door didn’t feel secure for me. I mentioned it to one of the staff members and the guy just looked at me like I was crazy and didn’t say anything as a response. I definitely would not recommend!!

The hotel was perfect for what we needed. We were traveling to Ole Miss for our daughters graduation. Gary at the front desk was OUTSTANDING! The hotel has a great employee in that man. Breakfast was also very good. I would definitely stay there again.

The problem was the wrong date booked. I clicked on Wednesday April 29th but the the web site went to Tuesday the 28th which I did not realize so when I got there I had to book a new room. The hotel would not issue a refund since I had booked it with Expedia. I will never use Expedia again!!

Everything was great. The people are very nice. All was clean. Honestly, the lack of coffee selection in the morning was my only \"nit picky part\" of the trip. :) Overall, it's nice and was a great trip for my family.

Pros: The staff was professional, the hotel is pet friendly, the beds were comfortable, as well as the pillows. The shower has built in large bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and a blow dryer.
The breakfast was not as advertised. There was no protein such as sausage, bacon, or eggs, as shown in all they're advertising, the hotel was warm and stale smelling, there was only 1 ice machine located near the front desk and it was out of order, the doors both the bathroom and room door looked like someone tried to break in them, the commode was the height of a child, the fridge was not very cold at all.

We are extremely disappointed with our recent stay at this hotel. We specifically chose this property because it was advertised as non-smoking, which was especially important as we were traveling with our young family, including three small children. Unfortunately, upon entering our room, it was immediately clear that this policy had not been enforced. The room had a strong, lingering smell of cigarette smoke, as if someone had been smoking there for an extended period of time.

This was not only unpleasant but also concerning from a health and safety standpoint, particularly for our children. We reported the issue to both the night clerk and the morning clerk, hoping for a resolution such as a room change or some form of compensation. However, both interactions resulted in little more than a brief apology, with no effort made to address the situation in a meaningful way.

We also attempted to follow up with the hotel multiple times after our stay to express our concerns about the hazardous conditions we were subjected to, but received no response whatsoever. Even when Hotels.com tried to contact the hotel on our behalf, there was still no reply.

It is incredibly frustrating to have paid for accommodations that were not only misrepresented but also unsuitable for a family with young children. The lack of accountability and customer service only added to an already negative experience.

We cannot recommend this hotel and strongly urge management to take accountability.

Same food everyday for breakfast so it was a little repetitive, a the only issue we had was that our sheets never got changed, but we weren’t too upset about it either. They gave us conditioner when I asked them for more. Pet friendly and extremely nice staff.

Front desk staff were very nice and very helpful/knowledgeable. Floor in room was dirty and holes in the bedsheets. Room really smelled strongly of air freshener or something, when first walked in and had to air it out. Overall, for the price it was decent, but I wouldn't say it lived up to the 8.4 rating I saw when looking for/booking the room. Closer to 7.

The halls were heavy with cigarette smoke, even though it is supposed to be 100% smoke free. The carpet by the bed had dried-on food and my socks turned black just walking to the bathroom and back. I was also charged $75 fee, as the clerk said, to ensure i dont destroy the room. I will NEVER stay at a wyndham again.

It was a okay stay. Staff were great. The room had a slight odor that wasn’t pleasant but not unbearable, probably because of the air being off. The AC really never cooled the room down. The first floor reeked of marijuana despite their strict no smoking policy. The pool area was dirty (looked like bbq sauce dried on the table, huge hairballs in the floor.) the hallways needed some cleaning, dirt and dust bunnies around but the room was clean. Breakfast was good.

We did the king bed, 2 queen bed suite for a family of 3 adults and 1 child. My adult son snores really badly so we always try to get suite so everyone can get some sleep. Check in was great. The gentleman working the front desk when we arrived on 11/14 around 9pm was very helpful and friendly. That's about where the positive ends. The rooms aren't horrible, but you get what you pay for I guess.

HOWEVER, the most concerning part, was that in the middle of the night I woke up to the beeping of the keypad on our door. It started off with just beeping and next thing I knew someone was trying to get into the room. They tried over and over again and were rattling the door pretty hard. I was traveling with my mom and seven year old so we were terrified. We called the front desk to ask for help and whoever was working at this time shrugged it off and said they probably had the wrong room. Okay... but they were still trying over and over. I was unable to sleep, even after they finally gave up. It's just sad to me that a worker was unwilling to walk upstairs and find out what was going on.

If it had gone on any longer than it did we were going to call the police. This wasn't just a \"I'm trying to get into my room - oops its the wrong one...\" it went on for close to 10 minutes.

Do not stay here if you're traveling alone or without someone you feel can protect you because clearly the workers don't care.
