Nice place.

It was a great place to stay except the pool was broken. However we were able to swim at a sister hotel
Alice Renee
My schedule had changed so I called to confirm they would hold my room. The desk receptionist was very kind and pleasant. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was yummy!
Mary
Very old everything needed to be updated scratch doors horrible elevator rooms were extremely musty smelling and the carpets were really dirty for $197. Do not stay there.
Robert
There were a couple of problems, standing water in the tub, broken furniture, leaking faucet, and the little couch was so dirty (stained).
Rebecca
Everything was clean & Breakfast was fresh & heated. Staff very friendly.
Erin
Room was clean. Breakfast was wonderful! Staff were very friendly and helpful!

The staff was wonderful! The breakfast was a bit underwhelming for my husband but I found it to be good. We had our two mini dachshunds and they were welcomed with open arms! Thank you to all at this hotel.

Quality staff, breakfast, and accommodations were what I consistently experience when staying at a Hampton Inn.

Susan
There was nobody present to check us in. Nobody! What if there had been an emergency in the building? There was a fan blowing on the elevator equipement, so there was obviously some kind of problem - what if someone had gotten stuck? The emergency back-up person who showed up was extremely nice - and exhausted, because he had just worked the previous evening shift. And some things felt sloppy: the pool was closed for no apparent reason, there was no soap for the bathroom soap dish, the raisin bran sign was spelled Raisen Brand ... seriously? Someone should be embarrassed that this hotel carries the Hampton name.

Clean room. Beds were not the most comfortable. Pool closed, was not told upon booking, otherwise we would’ve stayed elsewhere. Elevator down for most of our first full day. Breakfast was crowded and we did not eat there due to people coughing and sneezing all over the food.
Jack
I expect a clean room and it was. Staff very pleasant.
Niall
Elevator not working
If I had known this - would have booked another hotel
They had a sign at the front desk
I was on the third floor
Had to carry all my bags up the stairs
The hotel claimed that they had informed the guests who booked directly with them
Book thru Expedia and you are “F…ed”
I’m not happy !!

Keith
Very busy, staff was helpful and courteous.
Sierre
Check-in was easy, it was clean, and breakfast was good. The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and a Kroger grocery store. I would stay here again.
Janet
Excellent spot for an overnight stay with our dog.
Inshan
Staff was very accommodating and quick to help us as a last minute stay.
Bathroom sliding door was difficult to use and ran off the track.

SCARLET
Stayed here for a baseball tournament. Very close to the Sports Park. Several close restaurants. Super fun putt-putt place within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.
Derek
Staff were very friendly and done their job well. This property is in need of an update. I would also recommend updating the double beds to queen beds. For the price you’d be better off going to one of the more modern hotels nearby. You would get bigger rooms and beds at other properties. The staff is honestly the only positive.
Toni
Clean rooms. And our desk attendant was great. Good breakfast and the workers were on top of everything when needed to be refilled.
Tamaka
Stay was great. No issues at all. Staff was extremely nice for sure.
Scott
Very clean and quiet
Kelley
It is an older hotel but it was very clean. The staff was very friendly and there are restaurants close by that you can walk to.
Dale
Waiting for my money back as I cancelled hotel due to tornados. I am sure it was a lovely place had I gotten there.
Juanita
I requested to be close to my Sister-in-law and the hotel didnt even have us on the same floor. The tub didn't have a stopper, so I couldn't soak in the tub.
Helen
Very nice, quiet location. Close to many reataurants. Great beds!
Kathleen
nice stay
manager was informative and very courteous.
Timothy
Would stay again!
Stephanie
The room really needs updates. The wall art looks new but the tub has a crack and chipped around the drain.
Carpet in the room needs replacing.
The breakfast lady was super friendly. Food was good!

Michael
My main problem was they advertised an indoor pool but nothing was ever stated until I checked in that it was closed
Randy
Property needs major updating. Very dated & worn looking
Patrick
Pleasant as expected
Our stay at the Hampton was pleasant. The lobby and our room were both very clean and the room had all of the usual amenities in order.
Cansas
Horrible stay
The bathroom was horrible tub looked all dirty and old run down. Bathroom had stuff on the floor that wasn't swept up and toilet wasn't working well at all. I reached out to the staff and she apologized and said she was going to adjust our bill and it looks like that was never done which we travel many times during the year and will not be staying at this hotel again.
McKenzie
Shower water was cold. The heater did not work
Dwight
Front dest clerk was told there was a man in lobby at breakfast wondering around begging for money from many clients and he let the man continue even after told to stay in dining area and annoy customers, will not be visiting there again anytime soon.
Vladimir
Nice place nice personal

Dirty
No shower gel in the dispenser. No working WIFI. Dirty floor. In the hallway, someone left several cleaning bottles on the floor.
Dana
Bathtub was gross had to lay a towel down in the tub when i took a shower and the room smelled mildew so probably will never stay here again
STACIA
Needs a little work
Not bad but not great. Apparently there is a new owner. I can tell they are skipping things and taking shortcuts…especially on housekeeping
bill
It was easy to get to and lots of good dining choices around town
Richard
Fast check in. Very comfortable bed. All was perfect except their internet was down…not something they could help.
Carol
Hotel in bad shape
Musty smell
Disgusting carpet
Bugs on the nightstand
Not sure if because on first floor but I can’t recommend and would not stay. We left

The facility is showing its age by condition of carpet and furniture. Staff were kind and friendly. Location convenient to restaurants and shopping. Just needs a little sprucing up and/or deep cleaning freshen up!
Katherine
This Hampton Inn is so old and needs a big update. I would not suggest staying here.

Grandson visit.
Bathroom although clean, could use an update. Looks like water damage from the floor above.
Sherry
Congested breakfast area - maybe a full house that day.
Valerie
Everything was good & clean. But bathroom could use an update. The hook on back of door was about to fall off & the door was very scratched up But other than a few cosmetic updates , everything was great!
Jason
The room’s furniture was very worn down, the mattress was sunken in, and it just needs a remodel.
Denise
Dirty room and the breakfast was very limited in choices. I would not recommend this hotel.
Roger
Disappointed in Elizabethtown
There was mold in the shower and the hotel needs updating. Was surprised that the breakfast bar didn't open until 7:00 AM, normally it is 6:00 AM for travelers that have to get on the road earlier.
Catherine
All the employees were super nice I had to cut my trip short due to an emergency and they worked with me so i didn't get charged for the remainder of the days. I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in town.
Brenda
Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Reliable so will stay there again. The property is getting a little run down and needs a little updating. Tub is old.
Tracy
Very quiet and quick check in. Breakfast was very good.
Justin
Great stay
Faith
Everything was great and everyone was very nice! Just wish the pool had been heated and open more. Seemed like every time we would try to swim it was closed.
Tracy
Eat access.
David
Run down and dirty
The hotel is run down with broken items in the room, shower head wouldn’t stay up, and hadn’t been properly cleaned after the last occupant.
Susan
I did not like the fact that Expedia did not inform me of a pet fee! No place on your website to list a pet. However the hotel is pet friendly. You make it seem as if booking with you is a discount . I feel misled!
Bobby E
Very clean, nice comfortable beds, breakfast was fresh and plentiful with many choices.
Tyler
This hotel is mediocre if we knew the pool was closed at 645 on a Friday we would’ve went someone else. We were treated very nicely when we came in but didn’t know what room we were in besides the floor level until we looked at our card itself.
Gary
Very nice. Breakfast was GREAT!!! Staff was very nice.
Janet
Easy to get to. Service was a little slow. The property is beginning to show some frayed edges.
Nan
Very dirty outdated. Not up to Hampton inn’s par
Charles
Up to the usual standard
ken
It keeps Hampton standard also in this location. Wherever I find Hampton in local towns, I take it. 32 year Hilton HHonors member.
ken
Always clean and quiet. Better breakfast than any facilities around the area.
ken
Comfortable stay always at Hampton Inn.
Sandra
I mention it to the desk, they said manager would call. I called back after no call and still got no call back. There were bugs in room like centipedes and everything was damp.
Doris
One of the best beds from all the different places we stayed.
Lorilea
All was fine.
Donald
Very comfortable beds and the ability to turn on the AC/heater fan to constant, for white noise. The road noise was minimal. Only issue was caulking around the tub needed attention and the shower rod was loose and barely operational.
Kendra
Pillows are amazingly.
Susan
Very comfortable beds
Daniel P.
