Clean Room, Friendly staff, Convenient, price good, easy check in, nice channel selection, breakfast was ok (sausage and potatoes were overcooked and dry), would definitely stay again and again.

Some 1st floor rooms have a patio to exit into the hotel lobby area or pool area.

As a side note: Workout room has 2 eliptical , 2 treadmills, 1 sitting bike and some weights.

Received a pretty cool paper art craft flower from front desk. Would leave more than 5 stars if I could! Best hotel ever! The pool is cold, but the hot tub is nice. Bed is so comfy that we missed breakfast twice! The room is well cleaned & spacious! Can’t stay enough! They really took care of this place. Can’t beat the price for a ballroom entrance hotel like this…Thanks so much!!!

Let me start by saying that at no point before check-in was a $200 deposit mentioned, which was already frustrating.
When I arrived at my room, it was clearly not properly cleaned. There was hair and visible dirt on the sheets, and to make matters worse, there was a child’s toy left between the sheets and the cover. That is completely unacceptable.
The property also advertises “no parties,” yet there were multiple rooms clearly hosting parties throughout the weekend. On top of that, room doors were left wide open all night, which is a serious safety concern. One door in particular was left open from 4 PM Friday until 10 AM Saturday.
When I brought these issues to the front desk, I was told it was either housekeeping or another guest’s fault—which is not a real solution or acceptable response.
To top it all off, the breakfast was terrible.
Overall, this was a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay. Honestly, spend the extra $100 and go to Hyatt Place—you’ll save yourself the frustration.

When leaving to get some food after checking in there was what looked like to be a crackhead in the parking lot speed rapping at the top of their lungs echoing through the parking lot. Other than finding the occasional used condom in the grass and smelling weed from fellow hotel patrons the parking lot was secure. Didn’t say anything about specific pet rooms on the website. Booked a king deluxe room thinking all rooms were pet friendly and was downgraded to a standard double queen room and was told there would be no price reduction from my booking online price. While in the double queen room we noticed about 20 pill bugs at once in our room. We called the front desk and we were transferred to a different room which had the same problem with the same bugs. After switching to a third room we finally had a room with no bugs. Overall what was supposed to be a nice relaxing Saturday night turned out to be a very frustrating night.

Check in was poor. It took 3 times to find a working ice machine. No available beverages, coke. Room was very cold and poorly furnished. No extra blankets or pillows. Only two towels. Shower left a lot to be desired and sprayed water all over the floor.
The bed was comfortable. Nothing available for breakfast with early checkout.

The Wyndham Flint/Grand Blanc/Bishop Airport/Conference Center in Flint MI was great choice for us as we came to spend the night prior to our early morning flight. The Front Desk gal, Nicole, was at the top of the game. She was expecting us and had everything ready. She helped us set up parking and arranged a shuttle ride to and from the airport. The inhouse restaurant was open late and our food and servers were friendly. The food was tasty and served hot. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was the best choice for us and we recommend this location. We are pleased with their staff and services offered.

Breakfast was the worst. Eggs had some weird green parsley or something in it. Was terrible. Gave it horrible taste no one was eating it.

Wasn’t aware of the deposit until checking in. That put me in a bind financially. We were in town for a funeral. Beds were super comfortable, breakfast was good, would have liked the option to have plain scrambled eggs. Coffee in the breakfast was watery. Did not like that the side entrance was not secured, anyone could come in and out. Staff was very pleasant, professional, and friendly. I will possibly stay here again when I come back for my daughter’s wedding.

Pros: Beds were comfortable, and the rooms were pretty clean and maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had scrambled eggs, French toast, sausage patties, and fried potatoes, which was a pleasant start to the day. Soundproofing in the room was good; we weren't kept up by hotel activities or other guests.

Cons: Pool was a little chilly, and the toilet in our room cycled water every 10 minutes for some reason. Our shower also dripped constantly. Microwave couldn't be plugged in due to the cord being too short for the area it was setup in.

Overall the cons were minor inconveniences and easily overlooked.

Upon entering, the staff were friendly and polite. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The pool area was unsupervised. The hot tub was absolutely disgusting. There was all kinds of debris floating around in it. I had to go to the front desk for towels. Breakfast was included but barely edible and only available from 6am-9am. My room was on the bottom floor near the lobby. From 7pm until 2am there was some sort of activity going on so it was impossible to sleep. There was no mention of this upon checking in. It was incredibly loud.

Requested a shower chair the very first day we were there and paid an extra hundred dollars to get her into a shower room but it took me two days to get the shower chair and Mom fell dragging down the shower curtain so I was a little upset that nobody got back with me right away. People were yelling & screaming ....
Running up & down the hall...doors slamming,& others banging on them...this was ALL NIGHT LONG, after the music finally stopped....

This was our second stay at this hotel. It seems like since our last stay, the up keep has gone down. The elevators did not feel safe, breakfast was very minimal than last stay. Rooms were clean to the naked eye, but with brand new whit socks on carpet, they were brown after just walking around the beds.

First off they Refused to let me have my two ESA registered certified cats with me while I stayed there. Breakfast was horrible and it took them a week to finally clean the cobwebs of the light by my door in the hallway. But the elements restaurant had amazing food, definitely worth a try. 😁overall our hotel stay was just ok. We enjoyed the pool most of all and so did our extended family! But at the end of the day I most certainly Wasn't worth the money we paid to stay there.
