Worst hotel or whatever you call it first the staff was rude as hell waited forever in the lobby while they we eating McDonald’s and there was garbage all over room wasn’t cleaned decent the floor was literally ripping apart holes in the floor rooms looked like garbage and it had the worse stench I have ever smelled it wasn’t like the pictures at all so much more then just that

my only complaint is just that the walls are (or seem) thin. Felt like every move made is like a public bulletin! but! that's not necessarily the real deal... I'm just the type to give a... and some people are over dramatic, but they don't matter too so!

The property didn’t respond through Expedia messaging. We booked two rooms with double beds, but they were not next to each other. One room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though the front desk mentioned that smoking on the room is not allowed. The other room had a strong bleach smell.

The beds were comfortable and the bed sheets were clean. The toilet was clean as well. You can take a shower, but I’d recommend using shower slippers since the bathtub is very old. There was no kettle or coffee machine in the room. Overall, you get what you pay for — an affordable motel near downtown Flint and about a 30-minute drive from the Frankenmuth Christmas Market.

hello, I experience a lot of boredom at this location no custodains poor housekeeping. I had to call fron desk because of maintaince issues. made reservations online booking where still not affordable. still paid every night til check out with the reservations booked. TV was broken the whole time red light at the bottom of lg flat screen record. never got clean pillowcases n comforters entire stay. still have to pay for extra guess in the room per night. terrible experience over nite stay with cockroaches crawling on stretching floor unleveled, broken toliet runn all night. ughh

I do not recommend staying here unless there is absolutely no other choice the lady in the office was friendly and professional and there were no bed bugs. That's everything nice that I have to say the room was disgusting there appeared to be foreign fluids all over the headboards the walls and I could just imagine the filth that I didn't notice the property owner definitely has a lack of pride in their business I will never stay here again absolutely disgusting

This place was the worst \"lodging\" I've ever stayed at. If you can even call it that, and I've stayed at some dusty ass places. EVERYTHING was just gross. Sink didn't work, room smelled gross, TV was broken, so it was just all around a.bad experience. No problems with the employees at all, because they were just doing their job, but this place is the epitome of what Flint looks like to the rest of the world. Absolutely disgusting, and would NEVER stay there again. Rather sleep in my damn car.

Bullet holes, and regret

The room 301 was not at all like advertised. There were cigarette burns in the bedding, a bullet hole in the wall next to the light switch. Room was non-smoking but smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. The floor was torn up, the kitchenette was partially missing, the refrigerator was rusted and destroyed. The toilet wasn’t set. I can’t even explain how bad it was. We walked back to the managers office, gave them the key, and they said that they would give us a refund, but that we had to call back in the morning because then they could do it.

I stayed 2 nights, made reservations ahead of time. They claimed when i arrived i booked two nights for the same day. I said ok i need to stay for two nights. The person that was working could not figure out how to fix it. She told me to come back the next day and speak to the manager. I did and they were supposed to fix the problem. I stayed the two nights then was charged for the nights. Then when i tried to get the charge reversed it was like impossible.

Stay at Days Inn Across the Street for $2 More

This was the worst motel I've stayed at in memory. It was dirty, buggy, A/C didn't work well, bed lumpy, cracks in bathroom facilities. Cockroaches on window sill and some other dead bugs I could not ID. I couldn't get out of there fast enough, and wish I'd booked at Day's Inn across the street for $2 more. PS - Pool, which would have been nice, and was a reason I chose it, was closed. Plus I got to witness an all-out screaming match between another customer who wanted a room change and the day manager.

The photos of this place is not what you see when you get there. Floors coming apart, the front door looked like it had been kicked in at some point. We got a kitchenette so we could help with the cooking for our family reunion and the fridge half closed, burners on the stove didn't work. The bathroom looked like that door was kicked in the tub was given a glued pad over part of the bottom. I could go on but you understand not pleased

The room smelled horrible. bathroom tiles were broken. the walls were dirty. the carpet was dirty. I did not trust walking in the room barefoot. I did not trust the water. the sitting chair was dirty. There was a left over piece of clothing behind the chair. There were people loitering i the parking lot. I did not feel safe there. I just got back from backpacking and I felt safer and cleaner in the woods.

Nightmare of an experience. I booked a 2 bed room for myself and family member, arrived and was given room 317, upon entering realized how filthy the room was: dead roaches, food and filth under the sheets, dirty shower, clump of hair on the floor, etc. I took photos and went to the desk, told the lady the issues and showed her the photos. She gave me a new room which was #237. When my family arrived we went and got food. After we got back my neiece went to wash her hands in the sink and put crawled a baby cockroach

The rooms were absolutely horrible. Waled in and the walls had paint pealing. The refrigerator while it worked was rusty. The bathroom door was colored on in crayon that matiance sho I ld have taken care of. And there was a hole in the bathtub that we did not find till the last day of our trip. I do not recommend. When i brought all of this to the front desk person at check out they said it was my fault that i did not say something and get my room moved. I doubt another room would be any better. I would give this motel a 0.

Pretty bad….bathtub is disgusting, frig leaked on floor (lucky I didn’t fall) & tv didn’t work. Night front desk guy was friendly, morning gal not so much. When I told her about the tv she said there’s a 2 step way to turn it on.. instructions I. Room would’ve been nice. Re: frig, she said it was probably unplugged so leaked. Why unplug it when guest is coming & put something on the floor to soak the water. If I had fallen you would have a lawsuit on your hands!!

Carceral vibe from get-go. Can't blame staff they are dealing with vulnerable population. Room in abysmal condition. I would like a full refund as well as an explanation for the reason this shows up with a 5 rating? Is it because there aren't enough motels in the area so you turn a blind eye? Shameful. I'll save the photos where I had to spread out some winter jackets and other stuff I was moving to storage so just so I'd have a couple reasonable places to sit down or heaven forbid try to sleep on the bed. Musty. Thick layer of grease on the tv, like someone was frying bacon underneath it. Has anyone from your organization ever set foot on these premises?

Non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes, stains on chairs, floor, walls. Bed was awful with the mattress springs poking me all night long, 3 tiny pillows for a king-sized bed.
When i checked out, the morning clerk was screaming at another guest for daring to ask for weekly housekeeping. When i stepped outside to get my uber, i was accosted by a guy who wouldnt leave me alone. The only positive was that the night clerks were very good.

So it had gnats in the room when i first entered the room, the bathroom had a indent in the floor in the door way, but they immediately took care of the gnats, also they were already in the process of repairing the floor, but the beds were comfortable, the staff was grade A, overall it was a 4 out of 5 a comfortable stay

Not a safe place ! Drugs being used as well as sold I’m guessing. Prostitution also a concern. Stained mattresses, sheets that don’t even fit the size of the bed. These are only a things. Please stay away if you have children. It is my intention to look into who owns this place and turn them in to the state of Michigan. This place should be cleaned up or closed. An honest review by a middle-aged woman.

Let’s start with going into the room. Decent wasn’t too bad. It was cheap so I wasn’t expecting luxury. Well the lamp on the wall doesn’t work so lighting for working from home was not that great. Holes on the bathroom door wall - not a big deal it didn’t bother me but definitely think it should have been fixed. The stove did not work so there goes that. The flies were very very annoying. In the kitchen in the bathroom. Couldnt eat my food in peace or leave a can of drink open. Mentioned it to housekeeping who actually fixed the fire alarm beeping but no one ever came back. The worst of it all- for NIGHTS I was getting bites all over me but couldn’t find anything - and then long behold wake up the day before I have to leave with a bed bug on my bed. Bites on my butt cheek my ankles my hands my back my face even my head. & when I told them - they offered me another room (appreciated that) but at that point I didn’t even feel comfortable sleeping in that room - but I had to check in to the other room since I had to finish working - toilet doesn’t flush. I just left and checked into another hotel. Never again will I stay at a knights inn.
Oh and when I asked housekeeping for extra towels - I checked in for 10 nights - they give me 1 hand and 1 wash cloth. Smh
