I did not eat breakfast
But the water ran all night in the bathtub
Which I did notify the front desk they did say they would move me but I was tired and didn't want to pack up my stuff and move. Which my room didn't have a microwave. Front desk said all rooms have microwaves. I went back to the front desk to inform them I did not have one.....so she went to several rooms to find a microwave which she did find one but told me that it does work but it may need to be cleaned out.
I could tell the front desk attendant was overwhelmed.

I already sent a review, but I'll do it again because it was so bad, the hotel smelled like a skunk was inside, the service was horrible, I had a 3 day stay and they didn't clean the room once even after I asked them to. I had to get upset for them to give me a clean set of towels on the third night. absolutely horrible!!! I don't think I'll ever use Expedia again.

Smoke detector was beeping and front desk didn’t have new batteries. Horrible bed, stain on the sheets, bad smell. Don’t know how they can advertise breakfast. There’s one staff member doing waffles for you and maybe a yogurt option. Police was on premises investigating something while checking-in, at least 3 cars without license plates and suspicious people inside. Overall, property is neglected and dirty. By far, the worst experience with a hotel a had in at least 15 years.

This was one of the most horrible hotels I have ever seen. The smell of marijuana was so strong in the whole place, including the hotel room, that you could get a contact high. The room was dingy and dirty. We did not feel safe here at all. The hotel did issue a refund to Hotels.com. I have not received a refund from hotels.com yet though. This hotel should not even be an option to book on hotels. com

The room smelled like someone had been smoking in it. The housecleaner did come and spray something in the room that helped, but all night I could smell the smoke.
The overall condition of the room was very shabby. Many items normally in a room were missing. Such as:
Alarm clock
Ice bucket
Plastic cups
Coffee maker and coffee, cups, etc.
Ironing board (an iron was there hanging on the wall)
Hair dryer
Tissues
Working batroom door
Safety bar missing in shower
Phone to call front desk

Black duct tape in shower covering up the holes where a Safety bar was missing

Good things: the woman that checked me in was very pleasant

The room was a disastrous. Broken equipment. The hair dryer that was not plugged in had burn marks on the plug. I couldn't use. The curtains didn't close well even with the special handles, but had nice black grease prints.
No coffee maker. No plastic cups for water only 3 pillows two were half size and one normal size for two people.
The toilet base had a very large crack. No kleenex. Only one trash can. Holes in the walls by both doors. The worst security lock was missing the lock part. So we slept very poorly the bath tub was clean The breakfast waffle not that great.My husband said there was one waffle maker and an employyee stood over it and made one waffle hand my husband a little syrup. My husband asked for butter. Told nope no butter. It was his birthday too. Being treated so sternly. The alarm clock broken and just didn't work.
We choose Baymont as we had such a great experience in another town.

This was the most terrible place to stay. Avoid it!!!
I checked in (we were two people) and discovered that we don’t have bath towels. I went to front desk to ask for them. The woman replied that she is now sure of there are any more in the laundry. Seriously? Then she said that she will try to find some. I had to go to bed because of early morning work next day, then I called front desk and she replied the same exact thing after 10-15 minutes of waiting.
Then finally in half hour a man came with just one towel.
That is ridiculous! Is this USA or a third world country in Africa? I travel around the world and never had anywhere else something like that. So we had to share one towel for two adults to go to shower.
Additionally pillows are like a toy pillows for a baby house. They are all stuffed like toys animals and are only about 40cm in length and weird shapes, not a round, not a square, not a rectangular, but everything in between.
Lastly,my room was next to the lobby is the worst. So much noise, they have no soundproof!
Just avoid this place.

I see why you have non refundable rooms. We drove up early by a few hours and arrived and immediately felt like oh no not here. The area and people around made us feel unsafe. Checking in went ok, told the others to stay in car until i checked it out. Rugs throuhhout were dirty and gross. Ibsaw staff cleaning rooms and saw nasty stains on mattresses. Our room the pillows were gross. No way I would put my bags let alome my head donw there. I went back to say we arent staying. I was asked why and i said its not clean. He tried to tell me theu rished to get it ready. He never made a phone call telling someone we were there earlt. Beds already made. Pkcutes online must have been when first ooened. No way amd I would warn anyone not to go there. Didnt getba refund and tjat sucks as i jad to fork out more money to feel safe and in clean environmemt for my hild.

We booked this hotel as a quick overnight stay on our road trip and only booked it a few hours in advance. Upon checking in (which was quick and no issues) we walked through a dirty and smelly hall way to our room which was not what was advertised on the site. The blanket had burn holes, our latch lock was broke off the door, we had patched holes in the wall, there was a foul odour, the towels werent folded, the mini shampoo on the counter was half used, the bathroom door was barley held together and overall just not clean. Our daughter cried because she was scared and didn't like the hotel, on too of that the people beside us were up all night yelling and laughing keeping my whole family awake. We were out of there pretty early the next morning. Im not normally one to complain but this had me completely shocked!

The only good thing was the nice man who worked the breakfast. Families were living in the hotel, the floors were sticky, the rooms were so dirty we didn’t even bring in our luggage. Our toilet didn’t work and they didn’t change our room. Only stayed one night and asked for refund of second night.

The bedding looked clean but that was the only thing clean in that hotel. Roaches in the bathroom when we woke up. Pubes and dry soap bubbles on the wall of the shower. The toilet wasn't even bolted to the floor. Front desk said they were the best hotel in the area which I feel is a stretch. They told me to contact hotels.com to get a refund but I paid at the hotel, not through hotels.com. Kids were hanging out the window yelling at people in the parking lot. People smoking near the entrance.

Everything needs updating. My room had a damaged door knob, broken latch and deadbolt. There was vomit at the toilet base. Refrigerator didnt work. Tv had white lines (pixel damage?) Running through the screen. Ripped curtains. I will never stay there again. I did not feel safe.

I wish I could give this property a zero. When I check in the lady at the front desk was nice and the process to get my key was easy. As I ventured to my room the carpet was dirty and had a stench. I noticed this my entire stay. When I went into my room, at first glance it was fine. I had a refrigerator and microwave which was great. But then I noticed the following- dirty bathroom tub (hard grim), dry blood on the desk seat, stains on the lamp shade, torn shower curtain, broken bathroom door that had duck tape on it, and a ice cup was left in the refrigerator. This was a terrible stay. I asked for the bathroom tub to be clean and when I came to see nothing changed it was still dirty. I had to put a towel down. I had to wait 3.5 hrs just to get extra pillows and they brought me one. The guy who made my waffles was nice. They let me check out at noon which was feasible for my horrid experience. If you saw the pictures you’d be terrified.

Staff is amazing, all the ladies at the front desk are helpful, kind & welcoming. Rooms are basic, very clean but outdated…didn’t expect a lot better for the price point, but could be a lot worse for the price as well so I was pleased. The heavy TV that was barely attached to the wall fell off the wall & onto my finger almost breaking my finger into pieces worst pain I’ve experienced since child birth lol the TV isn’t a new TV so it is so heavy I could barley life it on my own with one hand available. I simply touched it while trying to adjust the volume on the side & it fell off the wall which is fault of whoever was responsible for installing them, if it had happened to one of my kids I would have sued lol or at least reported it to the front desk. Breakfast is very basic, started very late one day of my stay like 3hrs later than normal but was shut down by the normal time which I found to be very disappointing because it isn’t fair to the guest that we lost time due to their lack of starting on time, other than the couple issues this is a great place to stay short term or a few days while on vacation or whatever

When we tried to refund our stay after walking in The room, we were told it was more than 15 minutes since we checked in and they would not refund us. The room was dirt, the bathroom door was missing and both door frames were busted. Staff was extremely rude and I would not recommend. Worst experience I’ve ever had

We checked in, and we were asked if a ground floor room was ok. That’s fine, as long as there is no access from outside was my reply. We went to the room, and found it had windows that opened, and it wouldn’t even lock. The door had a hole where the deadbolt locked, and the chain lock had been broken off the frame recently. It stunk, there were no towels (even hand towels) and the TV didn’t work.. not that I was staying there with my young daughter at that point anyway. We immediately booked a new hotel, and I’m trying to get a refund from this dump. Don’t book this place!!!!
