The issue withbthis hotel is thst wechad to take a cold shower because the hotel's hot water system does not support the hotel when at maximum capacity. We got thecaame excuse from multiple staff. It is simple. When the hotel is expected to becat capacity, turn up the temp. Guests would simply add more cold water to take a shower. The restaurant could have had a better breakfast ofering for the price.

Not very clean, dusty light fixtures, dirty stainless steal and walls in general areas and the room smelled strongly of cologne but no fan to move the air in the room and get the smell out. No microwave. Staff was nice but the hotel was empty and they gave us the furthest room from anything so there was a long walk to get to the lobby. Overall I would rank the experience and hotel as “fair”.

The room was decent the pictures made it seem way bigger with more than a little fridge. Bed was very comfortable and shower was amazing. But the night security guard was very nosey!! My husband and I were away for a date night away from our hectic life’s and children. We just came in from a concert and we walked out to smoke and every time he was following us. Even when we ordered door dash food he was always there. Made us feel extremely uncomfortable.

I really liked this particular Holiday Inn. Very clean, very comfortable bed and pillows. They also had security at the door after dark and their security gaurds were very nice and made us feel safe rather than nervous. We were coming back from a concert and many guests at the hotel also attended the concert. A lot of people were coming back drunk and rowdy; the security presence immediately curbed that and settled everyone down without feeling \"policed.\" This felt very family friendly. I will stay here again the next time I'm in town. Their cleaning staff was incredibly nice and friendly too. I barely heard them cleaning the surrounding rooms when we woke up late the next morning, and they were quick to help me with extra towels and extra creamer for coffee in our rooms. Towels were fluffy too, not bleached and scratchy. All in all a good hotel.

Where do I start…..At check in I was told that my card declined, which I knew wasn’t true! After communicating with my bank the transaction was there however Holiday Inn insisted it wasn’t!!!! The staff was rude, used profane language and who hired someone with visible tattoos from the neck down as management!!!! I’m definitely not sweeping this under the rug baby the stress you all caused me, you have to pay for it!!!!!

Check-in was a bit rough. I didn’t receive instructions on how to park and there was no parking in front. I had to come back inside to figure that out. There’s only a small parking lot in front FYI. However, the rest of the staff was very nice and helpful. Ruhm was fine and clean.

Everything was good except check-in. Policy for check in is terrible. I arrived early and told room was not ready which was understandable. But then proceeded to watch 5 people be checked in after that! That was very frustrating! When i asked what was going on i was told rooms were assigned night before and my room wasnt ready but the others where. That is ridiculous! Most rooms are exactly the same i should have been checked into a room that was available not had to wait for an hour when you proceeded to check people in after me.

This was the first time I've stayed at a Holiday Inn and I will use them in the future if they are like this property. First of all I want to praise Margie the gentlewoman who helped us check-in. She was kind and answered my questions. The rooms were spacious and they have adjoining rooms for families which was a plus. They were clean. The beds were so comfortable. Our double bed room had a tub in the bath which is another plus when giving kids a bath. The breakfast was great however, it is not included in the stay but kids eat free so that's a plus. Plenty of places to order from for food and short drives to places to explore. Ample parking. I wish they had USB/usb-c charging ports.

What stood out most for me as a frequent traveler was how clear instructions were throughout the stay about checkout, housekeeping, etc. The texts were super helpful and appreciated. Positives: The hotel was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally kind. I really like the lobby setup. It's designed with different sections for socializing, relaxing, or getting some work done, which made it versatile and comfortable.

Cons: The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would have hoped, there is no microwave in the room, and the bathroom door in room 235 could use a cosmetic update (it looked like the paint was melted or corroded).

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I choose this location every time I go to Greensboro.
