They stuck me in a room with only a hand-held spray for a shower, which was very inconvenient. The room had a hot pot but they never replenished the tea bags. There was no continental breakfast, unusual for a hotel this expensive. The front desk was unable to give me receipts for either the room or the uber ride to the airport. There's an outdoor smoking area close to the front entrance which was kind of offensive to nonsmokers.

When I first pulled up it was evening and I was road weary. I thought’s other old musty place. Then the valet assisted me with a smile and wonderfulness. The front desk gentleman was so kind and gave me a wonderful not musty room in a hotel that is not musty at all. The food, the staff where excellent.
