Lovely hotel - missing a few touches

Stayed for 4 nights Aug 2025.

Overall the hotel is lovely, set on a small hill.
Nice layout, with 1 or 2-storey buildings, and views to the sea about 1km away.

Room was comfortable without being amazing. Very comfortable (firm) bed. Decent storage. Great shower in an otherwise OK bathroom. Small terrace outside with not-the-best garden view. Lighting all a bit dim making the room feel a bit dark.

Main pool is fantastic, with plenty of loungers. Didn’t use the smaller pool.

The hotel claims 4 restaurants. We ate breakfast and lunch there. Breakfast buffet below average for choice and quality. Lunchtime salads disappointing, but pasta dish was good. Service friendly but a little lacklustre.

Breakfast is served in an internal room with is bright but soulless, and I think this is a miss when 2 of the other restaurants overlook the pool (one indoors, one outdoors).

We rented beach umbrellas at €5 per day / €15 per week (felt this was good value).

But then they charge €2.50 for small water bottles with no complimentary water in the room. Why?!
Also:
No glassware in the bedrooms - just cheap disposable plastic cups.
And no iron available - you would have to use the laundry service to iron a shirt.
Little details that are annoying when you’re paying €400 a night….

Overall we enjoyed the stay. Would happily stay again, but equally would look at alternatives next time.

Amazing pool areas, relaxing stay.

Amazing pool areas, relaxing and quiet hotel. Good breakfast, freshly cooked eggs was nice touch. Clean rooms, but pathways to pool could have been better maintained.
Would have preferred if hotel was dog free as well as adults only! Lovely surrounding areas to visit, need a car as hotel is quite remote, unless you just want to stay at the hotel all day & evening

The grounds of the property are absolutely stunning!

The only issue that my wife and I ran into was there were 2 people on staff that ruined our experiance. One was a front desk attendant that made us feel like we were hasseling them when we asked to book transportation, wine services and asked questions. Everytime we talked to them the roller their eyes, then helped us. We also rented electic bikes from this person. They showed us how the locked worked, but not how to turnon the bikes and use them. We had to get a maintenance guy, who was amazing, to help us. He noticed that all the bike tires were flat and he pumped them up. Unfortunetly, my bikes breaks did not work, which I learned at the bottom of the hill. I could not be on the bike, hold down both breaks and easily push the bioe forward spinning the tires.

The other person was a server that would not deal with us because we did not speak Italian. We were doing our best and tried to use Google Translate as much a possible. Even with our attempts, during dinner they switched our table with another server. That is all good, but we did not get service for over 50 minutes, and our orginial server did not tell us about the change and would just walk past our table ignoring us.

For us spending over $500/night and over $200 on dinner, the service was far lacking. I would not suggest this location unless you speak Italian, have a car and don't have any questions.

The individual chalets were comfortable and clean. The resort is a little off the beaten track and for those who enjoy sitting by the pool the facilities are excellent. If you enjoy walking there are amazing 'gentle' climbs on good footpaths - we are aged 73 and 74 and loved the exercise and fresh air. Concurris underplays this aspect of their facility and does not have walking maps available but if sitting by the pool is not your thing then leave the main gate and turn left for amazing views. The food is excellent and plentiful so don't forget to pack some good trainers - Climbing boots are not necessary.

Great relaxing hotel to get away from it all!

Everything about this hotel was great. We stayed in a suite which was spacious and had a nice terrace which offered great views. A car is required as it is located on a hill a couple of km away from the nearby town of Villasimius which has a wide selection of restaurants and some nightlife. The area is fantastic with several great beaches all within 20min drives. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Everything was clean with daily room service. Breakfast is also good with plenty to choose from. We had dinner once which was pretty good. Bear in mind that on busy periods you need to book ahead for dinner as many guests take half board and so not many tables are usually available. Parking on site was adequate although if you get back late in the evening you may have to park outside as spaces are filled up.

Possible improvements:
1.Maybe supply more sun beds and parasols by the main pool or manage the ones they have better as some residents like to hog them all day by placing towels on them, then disappearing! 2.The drinks are far too expensive. 3.More power outlets would also be preferable as most people have a variety of devices with them these days!

Fantastic hotel

Fantastic hotel . Its small and quiet would suit couples . The staff couldn't do enough to help . I would recommend the half board option as this is a different 4 course meal every night . I would also suggest car hire as it is remote but that is the charm of the hotel. In saying that you can walk to Campus beach (which is across the road) in 20 mins. We will definitely be going back

Nice hotel which provides a quiet and relaxing getaway to those wanting some peace and quiet with stunning views. Resort was visibly clean and grounds were well maintained. At were friendly and always available to help.

Resort does not have a hot tub/jacuzzi though advertised and the water in the 2 pools were freezing when we visited which made it impossible to use (which was a shame as they looked clean and enticing -just not enticing enough!).

Being away from the town, you do need to have a car as taxis were quite expensive.

Hotel bar and restaurant were nice and the cocktails especially so. Breakfast was great with a wide range of options.

Beautifully kept property with lovely gardens, 2 large pools, clean & bright dining areas and a short drive to multiple beaches. one beach within walking distance. Staff are really friendly & the rooms are beautifully clean with excellent beds. Hotel prices for drinks are quite expensive but that's always the case with nice hotels. It was quiet & peaceful during our stay, perfect!

2nd visit to this quiet oasis.

This is the second time I have chosen to stay at the Cruccuris Resort and I never usually go back to the same place twice!

I know Sardegna well and this hotel is ideally situated for the stunning beaches of the south east of the island, is a 5 minute drive from the lovely town of Villasimius, whose streets come alive at night with bustling tourists, local market stalls a beautiful restaurants and is within easy reach of the capital, Cagliari via coastal road and/or new motorway.

The hotel itself is nestled up a typical Sardinian dirt track part way up into the hills giving an enviable mountain and sea view but without the price tag of a beachfront hotel! It has beautifully manicured lawns and landscaping and the rooms are mostly all tucked away so the hotel seems even smaller than it really is.

There are two pools. The main one is really quiet, even in August and is next to a lively outdoor bar. The slightly smaller pool diwn on the lawn is even quieter! If you visit Sardegna you’ll want to hire a car and visit the stunning beaches but the hotel pools offer a welcome restbite from driving or the option of an early morning or evening dip before or after a day at the beach.

The staff aff are all extremely friendly and excellent at what they do. Reception, waiting, gardening and cleaning staff are all fantastic and the service they provide is excellent.

Breakfast is well stocked and provides good choice.

A highly recommended stay.

Cruccuris Hotel an Oasis

From the minute we arrived at Cruccuris hotel to the last day the staff made us feel so welcome.
Beautiful setting in the hills, for us a 20 minute walk to the beach.
Peaceful, rooms not overlooked & with views, clean, roomy, fresh white towels. pools perfect, one extra long, great for a proper swim. Grounds extremely well laid out, plenty of different areas to rest & views all round.
Food was excellent, fresh & local. we were only B&B to start, but after the first evening's meal and the next mornings breakfast we (and all the other guests) eagerly looked at the menu for what delicious fare was on offer that day, too good to resist.
For us B&B with the optional choice of evening meals, worked best & to limit how many courses we ate!
Totally relaxed holiday, didn't want to leave.

Wonderful Exceptional Hotel

My second visit. We had a wonderful 7 night stay. This is a perfect hotel in every way. The rooms, staff; grounds, breakfast included, oversized beach towels, location .......... beds and pillows. Free parking. Wonderful mosaic tiled swimming pools. The staff is outstanding. A ten minute drive to many beaches and restaurants. This is a hidden gem. We found it best not to get half board but to eat dinner at many wonderful restaurants in and around Villasimius. Lunch is served poolside. The only suitable rating is EXCEPTIONAL.

I can highly recommend the Cruccuris Resort as a base to explore the surrounding area.The only down side is the quality of the evening meal which we only tried on the first night as it seems its prepared earlier and heated up on site, but there is more then enough other great places to eat in the near location.

Lovely hotel with excellent service

Two pools, one by the main hotel and bar and the other in the gardens. Short drive from Villasimius and lots of great beaches. Good breakfast buffet and very nice food in the evenings. Highlight though, was really wonderful service - reception, restaurant, bar and everyone you run into around the hotel: so friendly and helpful. A visit to sister hotel, Stella Maris, was also very enjoyable and service similarly great. Recommend the sailing trip too, great day out.

Great short holiday in Sardinia

Four night stay, hotel is very comfortable although remote. Rental car is highly desirable as taxi anywhere is minimum €15. Ate once in restaurant which was just ok. The reception staff were superb and friendly and able to help arrange restaurants etc and were particularly helpful with tracking a lost item at airport. Barman at poolside bar was a great character and a pleasure to sit there after a hard day on the beach!!

A hidden gem in the hills..

A lovely hotel, a little off the beaten track mind. The hotel is located of a dirt track with poor signage so keep your eyes pealed. Other than that I have no complaints. The hotel is spotless, breakfast was nice- a good selection of pastries and fruit. Reception staff are always happy to help and attentive. I couldn't fault the hotel. It was just my husband and I spending some quality time together but next year we plan to return with the kids. The resort was lovely and the local beaches are amazing. Villasimus is a little gem!

Good hotel with lovely garden

Overall we had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Close to the harbour and local beaches, but a car is essential. The staff were very helpful and friendly and our room was spacious and clean. There were just a few niggles, firstly, we were unable to use our terrace because of the abundance of mosquitoes. Secondly most of the rooms on the ground floor have terraces which were obscured by large plants and bushes keeping out the sunshine and thirdly the breakfast although good and adequate never changed over our three week stay. Having said that we would still return to this hotel.

Very Good Hotel

The hotel is very well presented and immaculately clean with two pools and well maintained gardens. Has the feel of a desert oasis as it is accessed by a dirt road, not lit at night, and surrounded on three sides by steep hills with a view down to the sea on the fourth. Inside the walled and gated enclosure all is green and peaceful.

The staff are friendly, helpful and obviously at ease in their job and with each other. Although English is spoken at reception you may find that some waiting staff don't speak it. This is not a criticism merely an observation. Our bedroom was spacious and clean as was the bathroom.

Breakfast and dinner are taken on the terrace overlooking one of the two pools and is a very pleasant experience. At breakfast there was the usual typical hotel selection of fruits, cereals, yoghurts, ham and cheese, pastries, cakes and biscuits. Also a hot option of boiled egg, scrambled egg and bacon. The food at dinner was of a good standard although there are a number of restaurants in the vicinity should you wish a more varied or authentic experience. You will need transport there and back though. Occasionally there is live music.

All in all a peaceful and relaxed holiday experience in this remote corner of Sardinia.

Beautiful resort close to beaches

When we arrived we were greeted by Massimo, the night receptionist who enthusiastically welcomed us to the resort. The staff friendliness was outstanding and consistent throughout our stay. Each morning the staff provided a delicious and varied breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, deli meats, breads, yogurts, juices, and more. When we had a special occasion and had to order a birthday cake, the hotel management eagerly assisted us with our surprise.

The rooms were spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable, with large bathrooms and oversized terraces overlooking the sea and mountains. Two pools, just a stone's throw away from our room, were immaculately kept with fresh towels available, a poolside bar, and even water-fountains and jacuzzis. We were impressed by the landscaping, which features palm trees, enclosed gazebos, indoor and outdoor lounge areas, and local flora.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our stay. We drove just a few minutes to reach some of Sardinia's best beaches and the marina, where tourists can rent boats.

The price of the hotel is very reasonable and offers good value for money. We definitely plan on returning again, hopefully in the near future!

No need to search! Our hotel in Villasimius!

Two years ago, we were at romantic Cruccuris and got really impressed with the comfortable installations and good service. We recommended it to friends and decided not to search for another place when we returned to Sardegna. We were happy to have the same special service, to see the place keeps its attractiveness and good service, including in the restaurant (as we had half board). Some nights there is live music during dinner and you can also drive to the little village of Villasimius to do some shopping. You'd better have a car as the hotel is not on the beach. But again, it's a good idea to go to Costa Rei and for that, you will need a car, anyway. This is our home in South Sardegna. I hope it becomes yours!

Lovely, quiet hotel, in a stunning location

The 'Cruccuris Resort' sign is painted on a large rock indicating the unmetalled lane you have to take, but it is pale and easy to miss; look out for the Via Cruccuris signpost carefully. If you are on the coast road, driving towards Villasimius, the Resort is on the left, before you reach the town. The Resort is beautiful, quiet, friendly and the scent from the flowers and surrounding vegetation is delicious. I stayed in a first floor room with a balcony, which looked out over the hills, with a view of the coast in the distance - just lovely. If you enjoy making yourself a cup of tea, you will need to bring a travel kettle and t-bags. I bought a carton of milk from the bar and stored it in my room's mini-bar fridge. The breakfast buffet and good, as was the evening meal - I ate at the hotel twice. There are good pizzerias and restaurants in Villasimius, along with some amazing gelaterias. There are also a few mosquitos, so a mosquito coil to burn on the balcony or a plug-in for the room, and some body spray would be useful. The air-conditioning settings are controlled by reception, but they are very happy to alter them for you - just ask.

This resort is set back from the beach but is clean and nice. We didn't particularly like having half board as we prefer to eat out. The receptionist recommended Punto Molentis beach to us but we never were able to find it. Reading on the internet, we learned that is a fabulous beach but hard to find and not well signed posted. She could have given us more specific directions, i.e. kilometers from Villasimius or the sign to look for. We wasted a lot of time looking for it and never found it.

Hidden gem

After a few minor detours we found the hotel which is in a secluded position a mile or so from Villasimius.
It was very quiet as the season was coming to an end and we decided to opt for half board.
The food was very good both at breakfast and dinner with several choices available.
The antipasti deserves a special mention due to the variety each day.
The room was spacious and clean and wi-fi was available in the public areas.
All the staff were very pleasant and helpful.
We mainly visited the areas beautiful beaches and each day a beach towel is given which is a nice touch.
Overall a brilliant hotel for anyone who wants a tranquil break.
A car is a must for this excellent location.

Great hotel and would highly recommend. Due to location, would recommend hiring a car but you can get about by bike. Secure car park which is good. Staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The communal areas are excellent, although it would have been nice if the pools were heated. Exceptionally clean room. Food was ok (breakfast was good) but plenty of places to eat locally in the evenings. Overall we had a lovely break and would return.

Didn't meet expectations.

On arrival it was obvious the beach was not 'a stones throw' from the resort as stated in it's own brochure. The resort although is in beautiful landscaped gardens is a good 25 minute walk away and at the end of what can only be described as a dirt track with no street lighting other than around the resort itself.

The staff, however, were both friendly and attentive without being intrusive and our room was serviced daily with clean towels etc. The hotel, is however, as other visitors have described 'expensive' as a drinks bill in excess of £200 for mainly non-alcoholic drinks was paid out for 2 over 10 days. There was also no tea or coffee facitities in the room.

The hotel is definitely not for anyone without their own transport which we did not have. It is an hour almost to the nearest town walking and as we found out - no bus shuttle from mid September. We were also advised not to go walking out at night due to a lack of street
Iighting on the main road we would have to walk along.

The sister hotel - The Stella Maris is almost 4 km away. However, although we would have been able to use the pool there and the beach we would have to pay, which we found out, 15 euros each per day to step on to the beach and use facilities.

The food, although completely edible was extremely repetative with all courses not giving enough choice. Water and coffee at dinner was chargeable.

In conclusion, this is a resort charging 4/5* prices but not giving what British people expect.

Peace, perfect peace

We wanted a break from the hurly burly and that is exactly what we had. The hotel is in a beautifully calm situation, nestled in the hills back from the coast and set in gloriously maintained gardens. It is small and intimate but our room was spacious and had a lovely covered patio area overlooking the gardens, where we enjoyed our afternoon tea -very English. The quirky layout of the rooms dotted about the gardens was like a little village. We found it a very well run hotel with exceptional and friendly staff who gave the impression that we and our comfort were of paramount concern. The food was excellent and we swapped to half board as there was no incentive to forage elsewhere -the dining room was charming, overlooking the main pool, with a view of the sea beyond the palm trees. The Cruccuris Resort is a fair distance from the village of Villasimius and would require a bicycle or car to access the village or beautiful beaches as the walk is along a main road but car hire is reasonable and bicycles are available to hire at the hotel. We spent our idle moments designing a pool heating system as the pools in May were disappointingly chilly! It is our only criticism of the hotel's facilities and doubtless a little further into the year the pools will be warmed by the sun. We would confidently recommend this charming hotel to anyone wishing a quiet retreat in the sun but it is definitely not for the raucous clubbers!

Had a great stay at this fantastic hotel. Staff were very welcoming and always helpful on recommendations about what beaches to visit and which restaurants to eat at. Had dinner on our first night at the hotel, they had a choice for every need. Breakfast was plentiful and again the dining staff were great. The poolside was nice and quiet, definitely a relaxing, peaceful resort if you're looking for a nice quiet break.

Nice quiet but remote hotel

We enjoyed our stay at Cruccudis resort. Lovely hotel, very friendly staff but location was a little remote and a car would be recommended if you want to get out and about. The town was a good 30 minute walk along a main road although it was possible to hire bikes and cycle to town and other local beaches and Marina. Courtesy transport to the sister hotel Stella Maris which gave access to a private beach was possible however a tariff of Euros 15 per person was payable for a sunbed and umbrella. So courtesy transport came at a price. Over an hour ride to airport in private taxi costing 95 Euros each way. Very peaceful and good if you want to just chill in a nice hotel. No other facilities at hotel eg gym or tennis courts etc. 15/20 minute walk to nearest beach.

Good but expensive

Very smooth pool area(s), and the rooms were clean and great but stiff price (over 240€ per night)! Expensive drinks, around (9€) per drink, and they weren't THAT good. In Villasimius drinks cost around 6-7€, with a few exceptions that are more expensive. Should have had a better a la carte lunch menu, and variety in general.. Only edible lunch (we didn't have full board) was toast. Location is 4 km from Villasimius, and taxi costs 15€ each way to the centre. Apart from that Cruccuris was excellent, the staff spoke english better that most other places we stayed, and the service was good.

Amazing scenery!

We had a very pleasant and restful stay at the Cruccuris Resort. The staff was great and very helpful. The hotel is tastefully decorated with well manicured gardens. The surrounding is absolutely gorgeous. The pool area is well designed, overlooking mountains on one side and the ocean on the other. Breakfast and dinner were excellent . Overall a quiet, but wonderful place to stay.

Highly recommended holiday for couples or families

Great little hotel with beautiful grounds.
Room was adequate & comfortable enough, down side was that the food was just ok, none of it was that amazing.
Staff were really friendly & helpful.
Housekeeping did a good job keeping everything clean too.
Pool was freezing though, not heated so be warned.
Overall though a really lovely place & we had a great holiday.
TIP: If you've never been to Sardinia before, you need to hire a car. Nearest town, Villasimius was about a 15-20 minute drive by taxi, which cost €15 each way.

Best service I have experienced in a long time

Lovely hotel - both the quality of service and helpfulness of the staff were outstanding - nothing was too much trouble. The centre of Villasimius is walkable although the road is busy and so not recommended at night. I would recommend hiring a car if you stay here.

Quiet resort

Good hotel that has pleasant feel and aesthetic to it in a very peaceful area. The main pool is visible from the restaurant and has a spa pool.

The food was generally good and varied so there would usually be something that one can eat if something else on the menu is not to their taste. I would recommend Half-board as being in the area during low season there is not many places to eat.

Only issue we had was that some of the serving staff (bar and restaurant) were a little weak in English. The resort tends to have a German presence which may be the likely reason so therefore have a better grasp of german.

I really enjoyed my stay at Cruccuris Resort, would recommend to my friends and family. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, great pools and everything you need (apart from free wifi). I would rent a car to make the most of the beaches and attractions in Villasimius.

Beautiful Hotel and Wonderful Staff

Booked a triple room and it was huge. The bathroom was bigger than most hotels I have stayed in!

From first arrival and check in, the staff were outstanding, very welcoming and all spoke very good English. They were very helpful and really helped to make the stay.

The hotels location is about an hours drive from Cagliari, and around a 5 minute drive from Villasimius. So, a hire car is pretty much essential.

The hotel has 2 lovely pools and although it was end of season when we went, the slightly cool and cloudy weather did not stop my son from enjoying both every day we were there.

We were B&B and the breakfast was very good. Essentially continental but with a huge selection of fruit, cakes and also scrambled and boiled eggs and bacon.

Evening meals were very good, we eat in the hotel twice and although expensive, we found that all the local restaurants were similarly priced so if you can get a good half board deal I think that would be the best option.

If you are looking for total relaxation then I would say you cant go wrong with a couple of days at this place.

The hotel was found to be very clean, well maintained with very helpful and pleasant staff. Rooms within a close distance to two large pools, which we often found we had to ourselves, but not close enough to allow any users to disturb us. Hotel provided free towels and sun loungers for use around pool and grounds.
The only slight grumble we found with the hotel was the location. We expected this as other reviewers had noted that the hotel is off the main road (up a dirt track) and is some distance away from the nearest town centre. A car or taxi is essential in order to get to other ammenities although the hotel does offer a bus to a sister hotel located on the beach.
The hotel offers a quiet and peaceful location in order to lap up the sun and de-stress.

Lovely Hotel, in a beautiful resort

Cruccuris was a great hotel. Good living conditions with friendly and english speaking hotel staff. The evening dinner was fantastic and well worth staying for even if you are just booked for bed and breakfast as it far surpasses the restaurant meals in Villasimius itself. It was very much a couple's hotel with only one baby present and no children around.

We really would recommend villasimius, the beaches are completely beautiful!

Lovely little hotel

Small hotel in the hills outside Villasimius. Everyone was very hospitible and helpful. Lovely pool area and very quiet as off the beaten track. The only thing that was a problem was that there were 3 of us in the bedroom and the bed that the third person was in was not big enough for an adult. Apart from that I would recommend this hotel highly.

The resort is in a tranquil setting, with gorgeous views down the sloping hills to the sea. The grounds themselves are romantically landscaped with abundant flora. The hotel itself is exquisitely maintained throughout, from the pool to your room, and everywhere in between. The staff couldn't be more helpful, and the breakfast is very good value.

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, bella la struttura molto pulita e ordinata,ottima anche la cena. Il personale è gentile e accogliente. L’unico piccolo neo è che non hanno una postazione in spiaggia con lettini e ombrelloni, l’hotel di appoggio sulla spiaggia non riserva abbastanza posti e il costo è eccessivo per chi è ospite del resort.

Petit bungalow entre la végétation, très calme, deux piscines calmes également, et toujours une animation musicale autour de la piscine le soir.il fait une voiture car la plage la plus proche est à 20 min à pieds et il fait très chaud! Il y a une plage avec navette mais il fait payer 100 euros les deux transats pour bénéficier de la navette, et cette plage est vite complète en saison.

Schön gelegene Unterkunft mit einem tollen Garten. Essen und Pool hervorragend. Wer allerdings Meeresstrand bevorzugt, muss entweder selbst mit dem Auto fahren oder den angebotenen Shuttleservice zum Partnerhotel Stella Maris nutzen, wo zwei Liegen mit Sonnenschirm 80 € kosten. So etwas sollte im ohnehin nicht niedrigen Preis enthalten sein. Zimmer und Terrasse sind geräumig mit tollem Blick. Leider ist die Dusche etwas klein geraten und es gibt nur Plastikwegwerfbecher, was weder angemessen noch besonders umweltfreundlich ist. Aber im Großen und Ganzen ein Resort mit hohem Wohlfühlcharakter.

Vi har rest mkt, men personalen på detta hotell är den bästa hittills. Fantastiska. Och poolområdet är otroligt bra. Frukosten riktigt bra, skippa däremot andra måltider (helt ok, men inte jättegoda och på tok för höga priser). Jättefin bungalow. Parken runt hotellet svämmar över av vackra blommor. Och allt är så välskött.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit Verbesserungspotential

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage unweit von Villasimius in den Hügeln gelegen. Auto ist ein Muss, ohne ist man einfach zu unbeweglich. Um die wunderschönen Strände in der Umgebung zu besuchen, muss man immer ein paar Kilometer fahren ... was nicht schlimm ist, wenn einem das bewusst ist. Für uns war das Hotel generell zu \"kalt\" ... irgendwie fehlte der Wohlfühlfaktor ... Frühstück nur im unterkühlten Innenraum möglich ... ebenso das Abendessen im Restaurant (so kalt, dass man lange Kleidung tragen musste !), obwohl die Hotelanlage die Möglichkeit geboten hätte, beides auch im Freien anzubieten. Frühstück nach drei Tagen einfach zu eintönig ... Da wir nur Frühstück gebucht hatten, konnten wir die Möglichkeiten der Umgebung für das Abendessen nutzen. Sauberkeit perfekt, Personal freundlich, sehr höflich und zuvorkommend... aber auch sehr distanziert ;( Wir glauben, wenn man ein wenig weniger \"gehobene Klasse\" und mehr Richtung \"wohlfühlen\" sich orientieren würde, wäre das Hotel eine prima Adresse !

Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr gepflegt und vorallem der Poolbereich ist sehr schön.

Was leider den Aufenthalt starkt trübte, war ein seltsames Covid-Konzept beim Frühstück. Man durfte sich zwar das Frühstücksbuffet ansehen (was natürlich auch jeder Gast macht), aber nicht selbst bedienen, was wiederum zu längeren Wartezeiten führte.

Resort Bellissimo immerso nel verde dove la quiete regna sovrana situato in posizione strategica da dove (in auto) riesci ad arrivare in ogni tipo di spiaggia dalla callletta tranquilla alla spiaggia di grandi dimensioni.

Stanza spaziosa , pulitissima e arredata con gusto.
Servizio gentile e attento a ogni tua richiesta personale.

una menzione al Maitre di sala Marco una persona gentilissima speciale sempre pronto ad accoglierti al tavolo con una battuta o a darti un consiglio per come e dove muoverti….complimenti un vero professionista nel suo lavoro.

Insgesamt sehr schoen und freundliches Personal. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Das WLAN/WiFi war recht langsam und manchmal schlecht verfuegbar. Bei 4 Sternen erwarte ich complementary Coffee und Wasserkocher im Zimmer.

Jeden Tag neue Handtücher erscheint etwas unzeitgemäß.

L’hotel bénéficie d’un environnement calme et agréable
Le service est attentionné mais le restaurant relève plus d’une cantine que d’un restaurant.
La nourriture est cependant bonne.
La salle de restaurant est bruyante et il n’y a pas de service à table au breakfast
Les dîners sont moyens.
Buffet pour les entrées et desserts.
Étrange pour un 4 étoiles.
Qualité correcte mais absolument pas charmant.
Les chambres sont grandes mais très très basique
Le mobilier est assez vétuste et franchement dépassé. Lit correct mais à changer. Idem pour la douche hydro-massante complètement dépassée et vétuste également.
L’enssemble est de fait beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est.

L’établissement est vraiment typique de la Sardaigne, agréable confort est très calme.
Personnel très gentil et serviable.
Le seul bémol je dirais c’est le petit déjeuner qui n’est pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel quatre étoiles ( jus d’orange pas frais ) et manque de choix sur l’ensemble des produits
L’eau potable payante idem ce n’est pas normal pour un hôtel 4 étoiles
