They let us check in early, that was wonderful and the staff was so nice! The location is convenient as well, however it is not as nice in real life as the photos suggest. There was a dent in our door, the floors were very stained, you can tell it hasn’t been updated in a long time. Overall it was a nice visit, nice and accommodating staff, convenient location, easy to access, just not as comfortable and nice as photos.

Very Good, Clean

This is a very good airport hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant is open until 10pm (and bar to 11pm). The staff is very helpful. My only criticism is that it's quite distant from the Stockholm Arlanda airport, and arranging a shuttle to thr terminal requires going into the hotel's website and searching for a link (and it's not easy to find). Also, the front desk staff can't help you with this.

The room was poorly maintained. In the bathroom the shampoo dispenser was blocked. The conditioner dispenser was broken, wheni prised it open it had no dispensing tube and was in fact body lotion. There was no foot towel and towels very thin, I mean translucent (I’m not precious about fluffy towels either).
The sink plug was broken and the automatic light switch in the bathroom wasn’t working.

Finally the window wouldn’t close and the hotel is next to the main north-south Sweden motorway.

It is a good location for Arlanda however.

Food in the restaurant was amazing and the buffet die breakfast catered for all needs. Vega, Veggie, Gluten-free, etc.

Forget the shuttle....

If you are choosing this hotel for the shuttle, save yourself the time. They made me sit for 2.5 hours despite knowing I had a reservation claiming it was not booked ahead of time. That was a hotel.com issue for not providing the link, but a good customer facing hotel would still pick up the tired guest rather than repeatedly putting them on hold, paying for long distance calls over a technicality that could be set aside under the circumstances. I made sure to have the reception schedule my shuttle the next more and still yet was told they did not have it and I would have to reschedule and pick another time. I argued and the driver agreed to take me. There is a seriously flawed system here at the guest expense. I could have walked to the hotel in the time it took to get a shuttle. Once onsite staff were nice, but the first and last impression did not need to make this such a stressful experience.

Simple and business use

I usually use an another hotel (Aiden) but this time I chose a hotel closer to ARN.Well, it was my mistake.
Although the hotel offers transfer service from/to airport, you need to book it advance.Then we waited the buss almost 1 hour.
It was simple and information-less check-in.
Our \"King size\" bedroom was simple.
There were a big fan, a simple desk/chair.. no comfortable place to sit and relax for 2.
I could recommend this hotel only for business travelers.
