When you order at the restaurant, you have to pay before your meal is served.
I asked twice if the salmon was wild caught or farmed and I was told wild caught however, when the meal arrived it was farmed salmon.
It was already charged on my card although i didn’t have the meal nor did I order anything else.

The room is good quality but not sound proof so there is a lot of noise and you will be woken up by it if you are a light sleeper.

They have an airport shuttle service which was convenient to and from the hotel however they will not help you with your bags.

Overall my stay was pleasant enough.
There was nothing to do close by.

All front desk personnel were very helpful. The best part was the airport shuttle and breakfast that opens at 4 am good for travelers catching an early flight. Although this hotel is far from any tourist attractions.

Breakfast starts at 4am which is very convenient for the early travelers. I booked two non-consecutive nights at the hotel. They allowed me to leave the suitcase at the property while I was gone for 2 days which really helped.

Everything was good. The only thing which I felt would be more beneficial would be more specific information on how or where to meet the bus such as (The hotel stops across from the terminal 4 exit at whatever the numbered stop,). Our flight landed quite a distance from the appropriate exit. There was no designated information area within the building and those we spoke to kept giving the incorrect information.

Great place to stay

Shuttle to and from the airport makes this an easy place to stay before and after a flight. The breakfast buffet is superb and the evening menu is limited but good quality and well presented. The staff at this place are really good.

The front deck staffs are very nice, we have a big room with comfortable sitting area. The breakfast is pretty good, and that shuttle is convenient and punctual. There isn’t much to do around the area but the park a block away is good for a casual walk.

Love this hotel. Food excellent both breakfast and dinner.
We always stay here when going to the airport. Bus to airport is only 10 mins but you need to book the night before. They will do you a takeaway breakfast if requested. And you can book a car parking space in advance

This property is next to nothing
No Climate control and I found the room to be quite cold
The restaurant within the property has very limited selection like only 5-6 options to choose from and almost all of them had alcohol into it in some form.
So for someone who is not alcohol would need to stay hungry. I had to settle with just garlic bread for the night

We stay here for trips back to the uk. We can leave the car and the price is reasonable and cheaper than airport.
Rooms basic but have tea coffee and kettle. The food is excellent. We have eaten in the evening and had breakfast. Breakfast starts at 4am but as we needed to be on that shuttle at that time. The hotel provided a takeaway breakfast

Only stayed one night to be close to airport. Complimentary shuttle and breakfast had a nice variety. Is in a very industrial area. There is a nice walking path across the street. About a 19 min walk to a shopping area and restaurants.

A good find in the vicinity of the airport, and good value for money. Room was fine, well appointed. Modest but clean. Hotel appeared to us late at night arrival to be out in the middle of nowhere, definitely not walkable. Use their shuttle or make sure your taxi driver knows exactly where the hotel is located. Ours thought he did, but he didn’t. Thing that surprised and delighted us most was the excellent buffet breakfast ready to go at 4 am! Didn’t expect that - truly appreciated. Would stay here again.

I had missed my flight so it was a rough morning. After I booked my hotel, I called the front desk to get directions of where to catch the shuttle. Cornelia answered and was very nice and gave me really good instructions of where to find the shuttle. Then when I arrived at the hotel, she was at the front desk, welcoming me with a big smile and again very helpful with breakfast times, restaurant hours, and where the nearest shopping was. She really made my day and my stay enjoyable!

Everywhere is clean and well looked after. Rooms basic but pleasant. Only criticism is that no basic tea in the room but coffee or calamine.

Room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Bathroom was really well cleaned - which is very important to me. Breakfast was the high point of the stay though. I was expecting a simple breakfast but was pleasantly surprised with the variety of food. My only complaint is that, even though I called several times to set up the shuttle pick up service, which is offered with the booking, I couldn’t get through and had to pay for transportation from the airport to the hotel. In fairness I did call the same day I was traveling so be advised and make sure to give yourself time and call a few days before your check in.

An overpriced hostel in an industrial area

This is more like an overpriced hostel in an industrial area.
The rooms are tiny .. no closets .. no place to put your
clothes. The bathroom is so small that you can hardly put
your toothbrush there.I never before paid so much for
so little.

Perfect for a layover close to airport or a quick visit to Stockholm. Great staff- friendly and kind interactions. Lovely environment overall. The room was quiet and cozy.
The free airport transfer is a plus and last but not least, amazing breakfast!!

The hotel is really lovely. The staff is very helpful and kind. I was exhausted when I arrived and was pleasantly surprised to find it had a restaurant. The hotel is in quite an industrial area, however, across the street there is a little trail that goes into a sort of forest like area that is quite nice to walk in.

They did not clean my room and said it was after Covid they didn’t clean them every day unless you asked for it. Dummest excuse I ever heard of. There were no parking available even though this is their big advertisement. Breakfast until 9:30, even on the weekend. Way too early to close. Staff not friendly or helpful.

Not customer friendly. Wanted extra money for 2 hours early check in. Property is maximum 3 stars comparing with hotels in other country. Quality of food very average. No 4 stars for sure. They need to go to Poland and learn. They safe on everything possible probably because of high wages of employees. Everything very expensive. If Sweden is the best country to live probably for people who didn’t see anything better. Not friendly for tourists. But nice and kind young people.

I stayed 1 night in Sept., returning from election work in the Baltics, room had a stained bed cover, the toilet rim was not clean, fluid, and human I presume on the wall behind trash can. TV went blank, went to the front desk, she offered new batteries, tv still did not work, evening clerk offered free coffee it was lukewarm. Night manager offered a refund and that has never come

We booked this because we had a long layover. We didn't plan on leaving the property except for dinner; We just wanted to get laundry done, regroup, and get back to the airport early the next day.
Imagine my utter dismay when they didn't have laundry!! I specifically booked this property for the laundry. the girl at the counter said they never had laundry, even though it was listed right on the website. It really messed up our plan. She told me I could drag my luggage 100 yards to their other hotel which was under renovation and she could have someone turn on their laundry facilities, but it was 8 PM and we hadn't eaten dinner so I didn't relish the idea of dragging two huge suitcases through a dark parking lot and road late at night.
We ended up eating dinner at the hotel dining room. They offered only a few options, and none were really good, but they were expensive.
The room itself was ok, I don't have any complaints about it.
The next morning, breakfast opened at 4AM, and we had to leave for the airport at 4:30, so we were excited to see that the breakfast buffet was actually ready at 4. There was a lot of things to choose from, and we were very happy with it. We had to eat quickly so we could catch the shuttle back to the airport (having the shuttle made the trip easy- another reason we booked the hotel!) .
I just had a really bad taste in my mouth because they didn't have laundry. I wouldn't have booked this hotel if I had known that.

The hotel is about a 15 minute car ride from the airport. It is clean and well maintained. It is very quiet. Breakfast was very good. The nearest town is about 15 minutes car ride. Be prepared to eat dinner at the hotel if you Don’t have a car to go out. Dinner was good but a bit pricey.

One outlet in bath attached to light and not reachable w/o standing on a chair. No refrigerator in room. No ice machine. Ice available at bar only. Poor storage in br. One small open shelf only. Mirror too high.
Plus: Frequent free shuttle to Arlanda.
Restaurant: Dinner mediocre with severe understaffing. Breakfast good selection.

This hotel is extremely clean, excellent customer service. Rooms are spacious. Bathroom is impressive and clean! They have a small kettle to boil water for coffee and tea in the room. Microwave is at the front desk. Breakfast was good.

Stopp i avloppet till duschen vilket gjorde översvämning vid användadet, men sånt kan hända alla då o då. Hissen var ur funkton vilket gjorde att vi på översta våningen fick gå i trapporna. Men det var bara tre våningar så det gick bra även det. Maten är lite sådär. Men egentligen inte dålig utan helt ok. Jag är lite kräsen på käk, därför blev det så där.

Trevlig personal, bra hämtning ToR flygplatsen. Rummet litet, men helt OK. Frukosten var mycket bra med ett stort urval. En sak som inte var så bra var att man angav att parkeringen var gratis, men INTE talade om att det bara gäller en dag. Det vore bra om det skulle framgå tydligare speciellt då vi bott på hotellet flera gånger tidigare och då haft gratis parkering alla dagar.
