It was arguably the best hotel I've ever stayed in! And I've stayed in hundreds of them around the world! Great staff, easy process to check in and out and great added amenities including the all you can eat breakfast! The gym was amazing and it helped so much that I was within minutes of the Arlanda Express to get to the city! They also have a laundry service right next to the check in counters. The room itself was amazing as well. Plenty of space and the aesthetic was perfect. Great views from rather large windows. Thank you so much!

Great hotel, clean rooms, comfortable bed. Paid a bit extra for the king bed and had a corner suite overlooking the airport. Breakfast was delicious. Only complaint in comparison to the clarion is that it is NOT connected to the airport so you have to walk a bit further thru the Skycity and across the street. Just wanted to share this for people with lots of luggage or kids who may not want to deal with that.

No phone to call the front desk went to the front desk the next morning with very wet hair and was promised to have a hairdryer in 15 minutes but nothing ever showed up. Had to leave for the airport with wet hair in below freezing weather.

The hotel has a great location, especially for airport stays. The breakfast menu was excellent, and the modern rooms were comfortable. It has everything you need for a 2–3 night stay near the airport. Although it’s outside the city, it offers direct access to the airport mall with international food chains and shops.

Very clean hotel. Friendly staff and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food selection and the bread was amazing and overnight oats were nicely prepared like it was a fancy dessert. Surprised that it was very quiet and location is convenient although not inside the airport but just less than a minute walk outside of the sky terminal which isn’t bad unless it’s pouring rain. But we got lucky it was a nice snowfall. Would still recommend because it was clean and the bathroom had a rain shower which is always a plus and breakfast made it worthwhile

We were only here for one night before heading back to the US but it was great. It says that it is in the terminal but you do need to go outside and cross the street to get to the hotel but it is not far at all. The check in and out was a breeze. It is very close to terminal 5 which has plenty of food option if you want something different from what the hotel offers. The room was really nice, very clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, so many option and everything was fresh and the staff were constantly clearing and making sure there was enough food since it was going quickly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Staff are amazing, stayed twice so far. They helped me with an issue with my suitcase. Breakfast is fantastic, rooms are comfy, clean great for familys. Very soundproof as my daughter is autistic so she can be loud at times. The older lady on the desk was very friendly. Definitely will be back! Arriving late at Arlanda, this was an ideal place to stay for 1 night. Great family room - very large and comfortable and the bathroom was great too. Breakfast was a fully-stocked buffet, though it only ran until 09:30, which was a little early, we thought.

The main bit of feedback is that much clearer instructions (and signage at the airport) are needed for how to get to the place. You can see it from outside T5, but you cannot get there, other than finding the bridge that takes you over the numerous roads that have no pavements.
