This is the nicest airport hotels I have ever stayed in. Clean, comfortable and beautiful green views out of the dining room windows. We loved the food and the sauna. We began and ended our trip to Sweden here. The shuttle that takes you to the airport, runs every 15 minutes, and is very convenient. The staff is pleasant and helpful.

Pluses: Room size, cleanliness, sauna access. Hotel restaurant food quality was also awesome. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The free shuttle to the airport was also an excellent incentive.

Minuses: Room temperature - no control for guests. Room was too warm for my liking. Also bathtub glass divider didn't do a good job at keeping out water. Floor was almost a swimming pool after showers.

Check-in fella was very nice and helpful. Room was conveniently located on the first floor; it was clean, comfortable, convenient, and quiet. Couldn’t get the television to televise anything but we didn’t miss it. Shuttle from and to airport was efficient and readily accessible.

Room was small. Room didn’t come with hair dryer and had to ask front desk. Phone didn’t work so had to use my own phone to call for the hair dryer. The hair dryer stopped working after 30 seconds.

This is the nicest airport hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were large and comfortable. The food was delicious. When you look out of the windows you see trees and grass instead of a parking lot. The staff is very helpful. We actually changed our plans and decided to stay our last night of our trip here because the first night of our visit was so pleasant.

If you are arriving in Terminal 5, you’ll have to walk to terminal 4 bus stop to get in the shuttle. Other than that I had not issues with the hotel. It was good for an overnight stay to catch an early flight.

Honestly the stay was wonderful, having the shuttle was so helpful whilst traveling with little ones. The breakfast crew was so sweet and helpful. The front desk was very helpful as well. As a family we enjoyed the cleanliness and family friendly atmosphere.

Efficient check in and out. Friendly staff. Hotel is 5 mins shuttle bus ride from airport, very convenient as shuttle bus runs every 15 mins and drop off at the hotel door.

Room is on the smaller side though, especially the bathroom. No housekeeping unless you request for it. Room a bit dusty initially too that I actually cleaned up all the surfaces myself. Overall good hotel

It's a nice enough hotel, but the restaurant had a lot to be desired and for being as close as it is to the airport, it sure FEELS a long way away.

It'll get the job done, but for the money you're way better off staying at one of the hotels connected to Sky City instead.

A lovely hotel next to Arlanda Airport, and just a quick convenient free shuttle bus ride away. Room was a little snug when trying to open luggage. But the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Bathroom was spotless. There's a well stocked self service shop next to the lifts, and a fridge in the room to keep drinks cold.

A peaceful oasis near Stockholm’s huge Arlanda airport, this hotel was a wonderful and convenient place to rest between travels. The staff was friendly and very helpful, the breakfast was amazing, and the rooms quiet and very clean. The decor is classic Swedish, everything fitted behind doors and drawers. The best part, waking up to birdsong and wavering birch trees, a short shuttle ride from the airport.

Fabulous breakfast buffet! Would have liked more horizontal surfaces for luggage - not even a luggage rack in the room. Lighting was limited in the room. Bathtub/shower needed grab bars..was dangerous to climb into. Great location to get to the airport.

It was super close to the rental car return that was the only reason we stayed there for a second time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was OK but expensive same with the other meals. You had to pay to park there that was never told to us before we got the reservation to stay. The lobby area smelled like sewage when I asked about it. they said it was a maintenance problem and the maintenance person was off for the weekend. No AC.

I stayed at the hotel recently. The breakfast was very good and I enjoyed it. However, my room was on the 5th floor near the lift, and there was a lot of noise during the night from the lift and people passing by. Because of this, I was not able to sleep well.
I hope the hotel can improve the noise situation for future guests.

I wasn't able to complete the online check-in process, but the check-in at the hotel was quick and smooth. The staff was very courteous.

The room was spotless and the bed comfortable. I slept very well.

However, the body soap in the shower was virtually empty. Also, one of the two milks for coffee was open and had soured.

Great hotel to stay in before a flight. Room was spacious, very comfortable bed! My only complaint would be the bathroom not reflecting the rest of the room; it was fine, clean but dated & a little worn. There’s also a weird full door size mirror on the back of the bathroom door that faces the toilet … which is unnerving! The door is also just a swing door without a lock, I was staying alone but otherwise this would give limited privacy.

Restaurant & bar was pleasant enough, if a little pricey for the level of service/cuisine. No other options in the immediate area.

Airport shuttle is complimentary & fast, running from the hotel to car parks & terminals. There’s also a regular train from terminal 4 that gets you into the city in 18mins.

Staff were really friendly & welcoming.

Would recommend for a stay before a flight from Arlanda.
