Room felt neglected, tired and was dusty. What the point to have Hypo-allergenic bedding if flakes of dust hanging right above the bed? A lot of missleading information on the website: it is not a Connec Hotel; Airport shuttle looks different & etc. Breakfast was ok but dishes didn't have stickers next to them with the name of the dishes - I literraly had to ask staff what it is. The shower fixtures were leaking water. The breakfast was only ok and seemed weirdly empty around 8am already.
The sauna is cute but could use some more clear instructions on how to use it, what areas can get wet etc and it could be hotter.
The shuttle bus is extremely convenient and was punctual in both directions for me.

I have stayed at this hotel for many years and always loved it, but since it went from Connect to Aiden a few years back I’ve seen a slow but steady decline. The food order service have been moved to a digital terminal thus making it less personable and it seems as if the chef has been replaced by heating up frozen items. Some of the towels are frayed, and the tv and trash bins have been broken at separate times. Breakfast hours are great and the food is still totally ok, however this time I ended up getting a used spoon and an unwashed plate from the clean bins at two separate times during breakfast. Even the bus drivers seem to have lost their humor. I’m sad to say I will start looking into other options.

Self check-in was pretty cool and the airport transportation was on the dot on time to the minute which took alot of stress away getting to and from the airport with our early flight. There was some confusion though with lack of information or signage on how to place food order and use of the amenities. The gym/sauna is self booking, you rent your time slot at the front desk, but you won't know this information unless you flag down a staff person to ask. Also, the thermostat in our room did not work. We had already unpacked and were too tired to call for maintenence so we dealt with the extra warmth but the thermostat never lit up to adjust.

For value and proximity, this hotel is worth a stay.

The room was hot to the point where it was uncomfortable. There were no windows to open. The shower tile was moldy. The main lobby area seemed fine, but the rooms we occupied needed some serious tlc. The breakfast was disappointing. And to top it off the cleaning staff walked into our room without knocking a few hours before checkout time. We were appalled.

Everything Needed for Airport Travel

I really liked this hotel concept. Check-in was easy. The bar was open late and food items were conveniently self-service. Airport transport was free and on a regular schedule. The rooms were clean and simple. The staff was extremely helpful, and breakfast was delightful. It was everything i needed the evening before my long flight.

Staff seems miserable. They seem put out when you ask a question and almost annoyed. At breakfast there were no spoons for the eggs. The breakfast attendant didn’t bring them out either when asked. Salt shakers empty. When I asked for salt the attendant grabbed an almost empty shaker from another table and handed it to me and didn’t take the empty one. Minimal service. The only reason I stayed here was free airport shuttle and breakfast included. At least they have gluten and lactose free options for breakfast which is a huge plus. Breakfast was better than most North American breakfasts. Staff friendliness and responsiveness lacking. They need to smile and look less annoyed.

Superb value for price. A simple room with a twin bed for an overnight near the airport for an early flight. Shuttle bus in both directions and an excellent hot breakfast buffet were both included. Careful, uber is extremely expensive, take advantage of the free airport shutter or take public transport way cheap, reliable and awesomeness way to do local turism. I got to the hotel at 3 AM to wait for a morning flight and had booked my room for the wrong night in my tired state. The man at the desk explained what happened to me and proceeded to fix the error and get me in the last room they had quickly. This will be my go to when I fly to and from Sweden. Great service and went above and beyond, bed and room were comfortable, and it was clean. What more could a wary traveler want?

Tiny room. First room given smelled of sewage, told the staff, zero apologies just an attitude of not caring about his job. New room was still smelly but bearable. Rooms are tiny. Breakfast is pathetic. You get a few slices of ham and one type of cheese, not even a croissant of any sort. I had to go to McDonald's to get something decent to eat.

The hotel was adequate. I did not like the location - the front of the hotel faced industrial areas with large trucks going in and out of the area. And the back faced a highway which was somewhat noisy.

Good Option, Near to the Airport

A very pleasant stay, close to the airport. Most importantly for me on this trip the bus transfer to and from the hotel was as advertised - although the bus was very crowded on the return to the airport in the morning.
