The front desk team was able to help me out with my room check-in request. Big and clean room. The location is in central area and are just a few minutes drive away to the Museums. Great breakfast variety as well, which includes bacon, which is a very plus point to me.

We were not given the room with a view as I had reserved. The flooring outside the shower is rotted. The man that checked us in was not friendly or helpful upon arrival. His name was Emilio. The female supervisor, Katrina, was extremely friendly and very helpful. She actually took the time to explain to us how to get around.

Beside two strip joint, street was noisy,
Mattress was very dirty, they swapped me to a different room, the mattress was still dirty but less dirty than first one.
The bathroom of the second room, smelled like sewer, and was very damp. As a result I noticed the bathroom door wouldn’t close and it was due to the fact that water would not drain and rotten the wooden door.

This is a 3 star hotel. Staff were decent

Rooms are really grand in size (comparing to other European hotels).

Rooms marked with Acropolis view, are just a myth, you need binoculars to see Acropolis.

Also this hotel is next to a strip club, we got room on 1st floor, there was very noisy music till 1am in the morning, could hardly sleep.

We stayed here our last night in Athens and It was wonderful. The staff was so very helpful, from arranging transportation from the Ferry and to the airport. The welcome gift for my birthday was so thoughtful and everyone was so kind and truly went advices and beyond. The penthouse suite had breathtaking views of the city . Robes and slippers available in room. Highly recommend on your next trip to Athens!

Air con kept turning itself off after an hour and required us to get out of bed to turn it back on, just what you want when it's 38c
Before the second night of the stay we told the reception staff who said they'd send a technician which didn't happen.
2 sachets of coffee in the room, not replaced sure the first night.

Lots of commotion in the 2nd floor hallway on the second night. Got the impression lots of prostitutes were coming and going throughout our stay.

This hotel was subpar at most. The breakfast has a large selection but the quality is inferior. Most of the staff are very nice and helpful. I think they are trying to make up for what the hotel and area lacks. It is not the best area, in that it has two strip clubs sandwiching the hotel. Not great for families. There are people lingering around day and night outside the hotel. It’s fairly close to most things so that is convenient, but otherwise, I would not choose this as a family option.

We arrived very late at night due to flight delay. Our room was big with a partial view of the acropolis which was nice. Staff were polite and took our bags to our room. We paid extra for breakfast which was OK. Room fridge had a couple of soft drinks and 2 small bottles of water. Water was very expensive at €2 per 0.5L bottle, so we did not have any! Nice large shower but floor outside of the shower was badly stained from water damage. There was no soap for washing. Rather disappointing stay as we thought the description of the hotel sounded much more luxurious!

Location is not far from Plaka and Monatsiraki place, and just 25 minutes from the acropolis entrance.
We selected the hotel for the parking facility that they have. and overall, location on the main road is an advantage especially if you are motorized.
The hotel amenities and quality are acceptable, good value for money. but the room was with no view at all.

Room issues : we notified the hotel of each of the following to which they did not action - air conditioning was barely working, it was set to 23 and room sat at 28 degrees. There was a sliding window that did not lock and the hotel said they would send maintenance but it was never fixed.
Location issues: although it seemed industrial there were out door clubs blaring music till 6 am one of the nights we stayed. There is no sound proofing to the windows so it felt like we were just outside. Additionally - not bad for my partner and I but it was a solid 30-40 min walk to the north plaka area / 25-30 to enter the south plaka area. You also have to cross several busy streets without a cross walk as an fyi.

Would not stay here again - unfortunately two not so great nights.

Hotel reception and foyer are amazing. Staff super friendly and helpful. Executive room with balcony was great but no view of Acropolis as room faced very busy and noisy main road. To be honest the noise didnt put us off as after a full days sightseeing we would have slept through anything. Wee things to highlight. Door handle to balcony was held on with sellotape and tiles on balcony were broken. In saying that, the hotel was superb value and room and bathroom were in luxury category. Breakfast was amazing. If staying here get the red bus 2 zone ticket as walk up to main centre can be a killer in the heat. We would definitely stay again. Also note, hotel wedged between 2 gentleman's club. Didnt cause an issue but best to be aware.

The hotel and the room were very nice, but the carpets in the corridors were very worn. The hotel is located right on the main road so there is a lot of noise from the traffic. We got a room with a balcony, It was lovely to sit there to eat breakfast, sunbathe and read. There was a smell of sewage in the bathroom when someone else in the hotel showered. They try to fix it and it went away for a while but came back again.

Pros : excellent staff especially Giannis. They arranged a taxi pickup twice and service was top notch. Close to Pireaus harbor where we were to catch a ferry to Naxos the nect morning. so good choice for a night. Price was reasonable. Bed very comforrtable.
Cons : You can hear everything from the outside. Especially when a car drives by fast, you think the car is in your room. Located between 2 nightclubs/strip clubs so did not feel so safe at night.

The Reception staff were all very friendly & helpful. The staff at the breakfast area can do better eith a little bit of being friendly & pleasant. We stayed for 2 nights in a junior suite and it was very comfortable. The location of the place is very convenient if you are taking the hop on hop off bus as it is almost next to stop C11(?) Piraeus line & across the street near Intercon hotel is stop A4(?) of the Athens line.

BEWARE OF THEIR SCAM! Don't believe me?Read other reviews (I should have!), this scam goes way back. You will pay in advance for a 4-star hotel, you will arrive at that hotel, they will begin checking you in, then they will inform you that they're all booked up but they are \"upgrading\" you to a \"Acropolis view\" at their sister hotel (or whatever their game is that day), cab ride is on them! They will usher you out of the hotel to wait for your cab.

You will show up to a shabby, run-down, at best 3-star and have to argue your case there. Don't bother asking to talk to the manager, they will conveniently be unavailable between the time you check in until half an hour after you need to leave (quote, as our cab was getting loaded up: \"just wait 30 minutes and our manager will be here\").

Note: if you have accessibility needs, the sister hotel is not accessible. They don't care, they already have your money.

Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean. Service are great! I thought I booked our hotel with breakfast. One of their staff approached me that our breakfast is not included in our booking during our second day, and I told her that it’s included and to make the story short since they already prepared our check out billed and already paid anyways, I told them I confirmed that no breakfast included in my booking and I want to pay, and they just let it go. They’re very flexible and professional. Good location too near restaurants and small groceries where we buys our bottled water and there also few minutes walk for self service laundry and they’re clean as well. Their gym though it’s not big but you don’t go there to workout anyways.

The hotel is in between 2 strip clubs, \"working girls\" were seen walking in and out of the lobby. The hotel is also on a busy street with very little restaurants near by. The lobby is as the pictures describe, very nice. However, our room was bare, mold in the window caulking, the shower had been re done with a terrible job. The carpet in the hallway was torn at all the seems and smelled like smoke. Our bathroom smelled like smoke in the morning too. The bed was super soft and the pillows thin and soft. The elevator is scary, its a one person with luggage,

The staff was super nice and helpful, even had to have the batteries on our door changed so our door would lock.

Good hotel for a short stay in central Athens

Hotel is good and clean, Covid-19 measures enforced, staff were very helpful (service, kitchen etc)
Underground parking onsite

Not so good:
-For a family of 4 they have only provided towers for 3
-No coffee machine or bathrobes in a superior room
-They did assign us on the first floor overlooking the highway which was 'noisy'. When asked to change they were very hesitant to do so and only offered an 'upgrade' for a fee
-The hotel location is between a couple of 'late night clubs'. Not the nicest part of Athens so just be careful when walking back at night
- Large shower area but water splashed everywhere since it's not a closed cabin.
-Upon checkout the staff did not ask how our stay was
