The room is very clean except the sofa bed is broken.
Great job to the cleaners as they are doing their job properly :)
Staff are nice btw :)

A nice hotel within walking distance of the centre of Tirana, but with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars close by.
Rooms were large and comfortable, breakfast was reasonable. The hotel has a nice outdoor cafe area which had a nice vibe as it was used by locals as well as hotel guests. Fast wifi throughout the hotel
Staff were very friendly.
The bus from Tirana airport stops virtually right outside the hotel - but you need to let the driver know that you want the stop.
If travelling out of Tirana by bus from North and South bus terminal it is at least 15/20 minute taxi drive from the hotel and costs around 7 Euros.

Receptionists, house-keeping, bar/restaurant staff all friendly and polite. Dinner in restaurant was excellent. Room was spotless. Internet fast. Excellent hotel.
Vicky
Excellent location. Lots of shipping and dining option. The hotel design is also very cool . Staff is very friendly and professional.

The hotel asked me for more money at the checkout. I have stayed there before, even in the other places and never been asked for city takes separately.
Please assist me to get that refunded to me
I am attaching the receipt as well

Very convenient. Great breakfast.super quiet. Stayed 13 nights and thought it could be too long, but it wasn’t. Was promised room up grade but didn’t get it and “free” bottle of wine was the size of a small glass…but generally a great stay.

Very nice room and good staff. The hotel restaurant is excellent.

Almost Perfect
Really great hotel that's only a 15 minute straight walk to/from Skandeberg Square. The area is also nice (beside all the embassies with 24 hour security so feels really safe). Hotel is well kept, very clean and rooms are modern and comfortable. Shower design was a bit akward but that's only a minor issue. The only complaint is that breakfast was consistently cold no matter what time we went. The \"hot\" items are placed in serving dishes thay dont actually have any heat source so they just sit getting instantly cold. It doesn't help that the aircon in the breakfast room is set to arctic so you're sat there freezing and cant even rely on the breakfast to warm you up. Staff were very helpful and overall our stay was great. If it wasnt for the cold food, we'd have scored our stay as excellent.

Great central spot! Clean big rooms with updated bathrooms

Excellent hotel and good value for money
Really lovely hotel in a great location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was the quietest hotel room I’ve stayed in in a long time and a really comfortable bed, both of which made getting good nights sleep after long days of tours effortless and very much appreciated. Room was very clean and cleaned daily throughout my 5 day stay. Lots of amenities around the hotel. Great facilities with an in house restaurant, room service and breakfast included. Good value for money as well. Very happy with my stay here and would be very happy to return here

Great Hotel
The hotel was great and in a nice location. Very good staff. The restaurant could do with a wider menu.
James
A good hotel and fairly well positioned to walk into the city. Not a lot around the immediate area and it lacked a bit of character (like Tirana itself). The hotel was decent although a bit noisy due to the positioning of the room I was in. The bathroom also had a bit of a bad water odour (suspect the drains needed a proper clean). Staff were friendly and breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant were good (a bonus as the surrounding area didn’t have many good options). Overall it was a decent hotel option if visiting Tirana

A decent stop over in Tirana compared to what else you might find. Property is illuminated by spotlights which also illuminated the room all night, making for a difficult sleep. Car parking listed as 'included' but there are only about 5 spaces and no alternative safe option in this city. Restaurant food is basic for the price charged, and the chefs seem to think hammering away at a meat carcass is an acceptable thing to do at 8pm while guests are dining, causing an unpleasant noise that resulted in us leaving the restaurant early.
Florian
Reception friendly and supportive, e.g. with cab reservations.

There are better options
No complementary water, limited parking, poor breakfast - at 830am all glasses and cutlery were gone and almost all food.
Room was big, but nothing special. Elevator slow and ISO 9001 certificate displayed throughout the hotel expired in 2021...

Hotels in good location
Really lovely and beautiful hotel.
Staff were really helpful.
Arranged transfers cheaper than Hoppa allowed late check out until 2pm.
It’s near embassy and we felt safe. Allowed breakfast to be taken to our rooms .
Walking distance to the main square and shopping .
Doesn’t have a spa or gym, although another site does.
WiFi wasn’t great in the rooms, used hotspot from roaming

Positive
Everything is fine, except coffe during the breakfest. It was ugly.
Michael
Nice hotel close to the main square (around 10 mins walk). The only concern is that I mentioned during check in that I won’t be able to attend breakfast because I’m traveling early in the morning so they said they will prepare a box for me, apparently they forgot and gave me a very poor meal. A hotel with this quality should have better service. And i received no perks of the VIP access except and small bottle of Proseco.
Bostjan
Good/new hotel close to the city center
Perfect, everything was as expected. Plenty of space in a room and in bathroom. Main disadvantage is a lack of parking spaces. You have to leave a car in front of the hotel, leave the car keys at the reception and then they move your car if necessary.
Suggestion to hotel management: install self service coffee machine in the breakfast restaurant.

Stayed here for 3 nights on 3rd floor. Liked it. Breakfast is OK, efficient and friendly service from waitress too. The hotel attracts a good quality of guest, no noisy or inconsiderate people whilst i was there. Some traffic noise at night though but slept quite well.

The location, cafe, and cleanliness of the room were all great. But what made the stay particularly great was the staff. Every person I dealt with was warm, friendly, and helpful. Especially Endi at the front desk who pre-arranged every taxi I needed. Would definitely stay here again.
Richard
Good service at breakfast and in cafe and at reception too. Wifi worked well (I even got on Zoom).

Short break in Tirana
We found this hotel to be in a great location, easily found places to eat around the streets. Also enjoyed coffee and drinks at the hotel bar. We were really impressed with the size of the room. And the bathroom facilities. Thoroughly recommend this for staying in Tirana

This property in close to city center and all necessary restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions. The restaurant provided a great breakfast and plenty of options for dinner. The staff was engaging and recommended great local food. Parking was close to the front door.

Amazing hotel & staff. So friendly & will go out of their way for you to try and help you with an issue.
Mark
Great city centre location and fantastic rooms.

It’s our go to place when we stay in Tirana. The only criticism i would give is the queen size beds are not exactly queen size. It’s two twins combined together. Makes for uncomfortable sleeping. Other than that, the staff is superb, location can’t beat and it comes with one of the best breakfasts anywhere.
Nesrin
Hotel was OK, only WiFi was terrible. It was close to my meeting venue and good choice in general

10-15 walk to main attractions. Free parking! We Paid a little extra for a bigger room (4th floor) facing the front entrance and it was worth the price. Good breakfast

Within walking distance of all the city sights. All the personnel we came in contact with were very helpful, especially the front desk staff. Adelina went out of her way late in the evening to arrange a day tour of Albania for us--at a very good price. Benches around their very clean outdoor fountains was a great place to people-watch and relax, they even set up a large outdoor movie screen so we could watch the soccer games each evening. Highly recommend the Colosses hotel.

Quality hotel at affordable price. Great location with easy stroll to city centre. Staff all very helpful. English spoken by staff. Nice street terrace for food and drinks. Great place to start and end the day. Food great at restaurant and reasonable price. Breakfast inc which was good quality and choices. Hotel is highly recommended and I would certainly stay again. Thanks

The staff was very helpful and the hotel was wonderful!

Noise, pretentions and overbooking!
This hotel does ‘overbooking’, does not apologize and charges you extra fees! I had booked a room for single use with a big bed and balcony. I was given a closet-sized one, with a small bed and no balcony. I was explained by what they called a ‘manager’ that this was due to overbooking, and that in order to have a decent room I was supposed to pay extra (ie 45% of the price already paid). Not a word of excuse, no free upgrade, just extra fee. Behind the fake, kitch facade of this hotel you will find lots of pretention and very bad management. Ps on the basics: beware of noise from the busy boulevard. They put tons of plaster on the facade, but forgot to noise proof the rooms!

Great Hotel - Shame about Hotels.com
Excellent stay, with no negative feedback for the the hotel itself, however Hotels.com have failed to honour the reward for the 2 nights stay which I booked through them which is rather disappointing since the benefit of the app is to reward frequent travellers.

Really a 4 Star for 2 star price with excellent breakfast and good location. 15 minutes from the bus stop that connect to the airport for 2 euros. The stop is at the center square and museum

Stay at Colloseo
This is my second stay in this hotel. This time room was smaller than last time, but comfortable. Breakfast could be better for a hotel in this class, but generally OK. Not many places in the vicinity (there are many places within 8-10 min walk, though) if one wants to eat outside. Parking was easy.

I liked the location and the cleanliness of the Hotel. The staff was great. The hotel is cozy, not too big so I felt like the staff got to know me which made the stay more comfortable for me. The staff also seemed to really like speaking English with an American.

It was lovely to find such a modern, clean and efficient hotel in Tirana. I've been coming to Albania for years and the Colosseo has definitely been the nicest stay so far.
CJ
Excellent location on the same road as all the embassies. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Food is excellent. Great selection in the breakfast buffet. We also ate two dinners there and both were fresh and delicious.
The only negative is that the mattress was very firm however we have booked another night at the end of our trip with them because of how great everything else has been.
