The hotel was in a good location and the staff was friendly upon check in. The room was big and the bed comfortable. The bathroom/shower all worked and was clean. There is no longer a restaurant there so breakfast was not included. The fridge in the room was not working and the air conditioner only functioned as a weak fan but did not cool the room. The plants decorating the second and third floor were dead in their pots. Some dead plants outside as well which lent a depressing air.

I was looking for a simple no frills hotel and the Allure fit the bill perfectly. The room was clean and well laid out and the bed was very comfortable. I didn't really trouble the reception or cleaning staff during my stay, but was always greeted with a friendly smile whenever we did interact. The reception team spoke excellent English and dealt with my check-in, check-out and taxi request efficiently.
The location of the hotel is very convenient for cafes and restaurants and I was able to find all my meals,change currency, replace my phone charger, get a haircut and buy sunscreen within a 5-10 minute walk.

This hotel was basic but went above and beyond what we expected.

It was perfectly clean with large rooms and a good sized bathroom. All soaps and shower gels were included in the room.

There is a mini fridge with multiple bottles cold water on arrival while also being offered bottles upon check in.

We only stayed here for a night for a stop over in Albania but was perfect location from the bus stop from the airport and easy location for onward travel.

Only downside was the hotel was a little noisy. The walls seemed to be very thin.

The pictures for this property are extremely deceiving. The hotel is located in a back alley and is extremely rundown. The mirrors in the room were cracked and broken the door to the bathroom was also broken and you can hear every door closing, voice and sound through the walls. There is no elevator so make sure you are able to carry your luggage up at least two flights of stairs. There was AC in the room but it never worked.

Good hotel overall. The staff are so lovely and they made sure there's always cold water available at the reception. There's no elevator but when they saw we have a lot of luggage, they put us in a room on the ground floor which was good.

The bed was comfy and the room was spacious. Bathroom was great too with a massive shower space.

The location is quite good as we were always 10/15 mins away from every attraction or restaurant we wanted to visit. Taxis also pass by quite often in the main street which was useful.

The only downside to this hotel was the thin walls and noise from the street. There were kids playing outside and people talking loudly until late hours in the night which was quite annoying.

This hotel doesnt have any heating, nor working ac in any of the 3 rooms we booked. When we showered the room flooded with water. As if this not enought no cot was given although emailed and booked in advance. Was forced out of hotel on our first day, hotel asked us to cancel to get refund but now denying this. As if not enough gave us a portable heater known for fire... please do not stay here for your safety...

This hotel is just a short walk (5 mins) to the main Skanderbeg Square, and is in a quiet and safe location. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with free toiletries and fresh, clean towels. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed talking to them. It's also got free, high speed Wifi, that's very reliable. I'd happily stay here again, and would recommend it to others without hesitation. Free bottled water is also provided at the front desk.

Centrally located, about 10 mins off the main square. 15 mins to the bus stop with the airport shuttle. Look out for a green 'hotel artist' sign and go through a little 'tunnel' - it's easy to spot even at night though, no problems finding the property. Off the main street itself means it was quiet at night but I still felt safe.

Dining options within walking distance, guy at the reception gave a great recommendation about 10 mins away and it was so good I went twice. Spar supermarket about 2 mins walk away.

Friendly and helpful staff that helped with my luggage when checking in (no lift at this property which really has to be my only gripe). They gave free water which was a big plus.

Room itself was great. Bed was really comfortable. Bathroom was a little small but the showers were fine.

Everything you'd expect from a boutique hotel - spacious rooms tastefully fitted out with quality fixtures and fittings.
Special mention to the super friendly guy on reception, who was a pleasure to deal with.
Also, very pleased with the free bottled water, as Tirana tap water is not for drinking!

Please don’t stay here! At 6 am, I asked reception to clean the room since my boyfriend vomited due to food poisoning all night. They told me that the cleaner would only come in at 9 am and I asked if they could still clean it while I went to call a doctor and to the pharmacy. When I returned at 7:30, nobody had cleaned the room and they insisted that the cleaner wouldn’t come in until 9. It was only after I pushed that they mopped. 6 hours later, I had to go back downstairs to remind them that our room wasn’t cleaned yet and they said because my boyfriend was sick in the room, they couldn’t come in. If I didn’t ask again, it would never get cleaned. There’s no phone or elevator so you have to walk down 3 flights of stairs to reception. It’s located in a very sketchy area and this was not displayed online. On Expedia it says that there is a restaurant but it hasn’t been working for months. It was one of the reasons we booked this hotel yet we had to go out for food and consume it out of the room because we couldn’t eat in the hotel.
They provide water for its guests and when I walked down to get bottles, the guy asked me to drink two and then come back down for more every time. I couldn’t take as much as I wanted to my room even though my boyfriend was sick and dehydrated for days. Don’t even think about opening your windows as you will see from my pictures. We spent 6 days and had to ask for new sheets. They never changed the cups or utensils in the room either. Be warned!

What a lovely hotel find! Tucked away just off the street so it’s nice and quiet. 5 minutes walk to the main square. The staff were lovely and so friendly and helpful, with lots of advice!
Only thing I’d say is the bottles of water. Great to give guests unlimited water, but maybe a water cooler so not so many plastic bottles… not a criticism, just a suggestion!

Pros: Very nice apartment in Tirana, a short walk from the main square.
Cons: Service was a little unfriendly unfortunately for the price, plus no English language TV or streaming services/Netflix available, there was a note in the room saying no food allowed (even though there was an empty fridge in there?) and also no coffee and tea facilities in the rooms, this was chargeable from a machine in the foyer. Could do those \"small big things\" better and make people feel comfortable and welcome after long journeys.

It was quite noisy as it is off of the main road but there seems to be a lot of apartments close by so there was talking til around 11pm at night both nights we stayed and pretty early in the mornings. Could also hear the people above me wearing shoes in their room. Bed was very comfortable and room was nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to lots of main sites.

Our flight was delayed 7 hours so we had to arrive at 5 in the morning and the receptionist was really welcoming, efficient and friendly.
We had a short but pleasant stay, the mattress was really comfortable and the rooms were really quiet.

Great place to stay when visiting Tirana. The location is excellent, walking distance from Skanderbeg Square (the heart of the city) but also in a quiet area and not on a major road. The staff were welcoming and friendly and very helpful. Shout out to Klodi who went out of his way to ensure we had a pleasurable stay. The room itself was well appointed and comfortable with plenty of storage space, a TV, room safe, decent shower and bathroom, good lighting. There was a strong, reliable Wi-Fi signal and well functioning air conditioning, which was important as the outside temperature was 35 degrees during our stay. The only issues that prevented me from giving a 5 star review was that the room, nice and clean on check-in, was not cleaned fastidiously during our stay, and the bed linen was not changed in the 5 nights we were at the hotel. In fairness, if we had requested a change of sheets this probably would have happened, but it is not something we should need to ask for. There also seemed to be a bizarre issue with the laundering of towels. They were removed from the room in the morning (even when we had only used them once) and not available until the evening, and we normally had to ask for towels at that time. So a shower during the day was not possible. Overall, however, I would have no hesitation in recommending the Allure Boutique Hotel and we are grateful for a comfortable stay.

We took a taxi from the airport which took less than 30 minutes and cost approx €23.
The hotel is perfectly situated to explore Tirana, with plenty of restaurants around for breakfast and dinner .
The room was very clean and modern, with a lovely hot shower.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

A wonderful little hotel!

I think the Allure is a wonderful little hotel, run by the nicest people. I had some confusion about where it was, which explains my review earlier -- too long a story to go into. The proprietors are so kind and they told me about a wonderful little seafood place right down the street, Bati. The neighborhood is great, outside the tourist section and very friendly.

Noi avevamo una camera al pian terreno e comunque era molto silenziosa. Il personale è gentile e sempre disponibile, e c’è un parcheggio h24 (100 lei/h) nei paraggi, come pure vari supermercati. Centro e zone d’interesse li raggiungi a piedi tranquillamente. La camera è moderna, ben tenuta, molto pulita, comfortevole. Nulla da eccepire!

O quarto é bem bonito e limpo. A equipe deixou a desejar um pouco, com exceção de uma menina (infelizmente não lembro o nome) que foi super atenciosa. Um dos problemas é que não tem vaga para automóveis e na região é difícil de estacionar.
