The hotel itself is not in a great condition (the hallways are very smelly), but it’s clean and the access to Atlantis is worth it! The breakfast is great, nice variety and lots of tables by the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is literally at the entrance to the Atlantis resort. Day passes to the resort were included with our stay. Proximity to Atlantis makes the hotel a great option! The room had a great view, but could use some updating. The breakfast was good and hearty, with plenty of food. We ate a great lunch and had delicious drinks on our arrival day. Overall, good customer service! We were greeted with a ringing bell because we were Platinum Expedia Members and given warm cookies. Everything met our expectations. We would definitely stay again.

The only thing we like about the property was the free access to the atlantis and the breakfast.
The staff were all nice but we didnt get help bringing our luggage to the room, the hallway is carpeted and our room was like 2 blocks away!
The room was spacious but the hallways are rundown, needs cleaning or updating.

What you are buying here is location and access to Atlantis, period.
Compared to other hotels in Junkanoo and Cruise area:
The rooms are dated.
The WiFi didn’t work in my room. I had to stand by the door to use it or go to lobby.
The water pressure in my room was poor, if my shower lasted more than 5 minutes I would run out of water.
Breakfast is okay, basically the same everyday.

The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean, but unfortunately there were a few big issues for us. There was a musty odor throughout the hotel, our toilet had some issues and clearly needed replacement, the breakfast was tasteless and my daughter’s headphones somehow disappeared from our room. Luckily, I put our valuables in the safe, but she forgot and left them on the bed. I don’t like to blame housekeeping, but I don’t know where else they would have gone. That was really disappointing and I did check in with the front desk to see if they were turned in. Overall our stay was fine and it beat paying twice as much next door at Atlantis. We really enjoyed access to the resort and it was easy to walk back and forth. The pool was also a nice option if you wanted something quieter than Atlantis.

As a Choice Hotels Gold Member, I always have high expectations when staying within the brand family, but the Comfort Suites Paradise Island truly blew me away. From start to finish, this stay was absolutely seamless.

During our stay we interacted with various team members whose level of professionalism and warmth made us feel like valued guests. They were friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect.

Our room was the ideal home base. It was perfectly sized, thoughtfully laid out and had everything we needed to feel at home. It was clean, comfortable, and provided the perfect retreat after a long day in the sun.

The pool was absolutely perfect for evening dips and lounging, and the poolside landscaping made you feel like you were on a beach!

The breakfast was hot, fresh, and ready every morning - scrambled or hard boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, toast, fresh fruit, oatmeal, cereal, juice, coffee, tea - they had it all!

You can't beat the convenience of this hotel. It is a two minute walk to Atlantis, there is a restaurant across the street and a grocery store around the corner, for stocking up!

Choice Hotels remains my preference for a reason, and this property is a shining example of why. I will definitely be back!

For the price we paid for our stay I can definitely say it was worth it. We started off with a little hiccups but the staff was so helpful and made sure to correct everything and made sure we got proper accommodation. We also got complimentary accommodation for the water park in Atlantis which I found was really nice especially since we had kids 7 and under. The park is 5 mins walk away from the hotel. There is restaurants around as well walking distance. The breakfast was more American cuisine which was ok and again the staff working in that area was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for access to Atlantis. If budget is your only driver, then this is a great option. Personally, I would stay on property if I coukd do again and just take advantage of an Atlantis discount.

The Confort Suites is pretty run down - although much of the staff is very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was a nice offer, though repetitive. Service and food options at the on-site restaurant for lunch/dinner were sub-par.

The hotel does provide daily housekeeping and refreshes suppplied water. Despite great service, the room was still quite ramshackled. The sink handke felt like it would break off ilevery tine you tried to turn water off. The toilet flush handle was not properly installed, and it ran constantly all day and night. The AC kept the room cool-ish, but not at to the degree chosen. Carpets and sofa were very outdated and somewhat stained.

The ease of gaining access to Atlantis property and amenities was pretty straightforward. It actually came in handy since the sea was not swimmable, and the hotel pool was unpleasant for us.

If you are literally just looking for a cheaper way to access Atlantis and Aquaventure, go for it, otherwise consider other options.

I did not expect luxury, but I definitely expected better than what we experienced. This hotel is old. It needs a desperate facelift. We literally had to throw our bodies into the door to open it. You could not open it normally. The worst experience was the water pressure. Keep in mind we are going to a waterpark and need to shower daily. The first shower I took was the worst I've ever had. The water barely trickled and it pooled into the tub which would not drain. It was miserable. I walked to the front desk to ask to have it looked into. It was clear it was a known issue. Later that day, I went to wash my hands in the sink, and there was NO WATER. I asked a member of the cleaning staff about it and she said they turned off the water to the hotel to work on it. There was no effort made to notify guests. The daily breakfast was the highlight. The eggs were fluffy and cooked perfectly. My son enjoyed the daily waffles. We looked forward to the breakfast. And the staff was kind and helpful. Also enjoyed the fruit-flavored water in the lobby. But the biggest perk was being able to enjoy the Atlantis amenities during our stay. I just wish the hotel had been in better condition. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, and the room experience was far from romantic. We also tried to open the window and the sliding door was off the track and we couldn't figure out how to get it to work. We would not stay here again.

Not the best hotel we have ever stayed in. And given the price it is the worst we have ever stayed in. The toilet flush stopped working everyday and we had to ask them to fix it everyday. Finally we gave up and figured out how to fix it ourselves. The water pressure was extremely uncertain. Sometimes it worked normal and sometimes there were just trickles and one day it just stopped altogether during my shower. I was standing with soap and shampoo all over me with no water. It restarted on its own after 2 mins. The wifi was sketchy to say the least. You would have full bars but no traffic whatsoever especially in the evenings. The behaviour of the front desk staff was ok. My wife asked for water to buy to which they said there's none. It will be available next morning. The taxi service at the hotel was perfect. Without the pass to the Atlantis there's literally nothing to do in and around the hotel. The room amenities were average. The restaurant doesn't deliver to your room. You have to go and order and pick it up yourself. So for the price of almost $1500 for 3 nights this was a bad deal. Avoid if you can.

If you care about Atlantis then worth staying here as it's 300m or so to the entrance of the resort. Entrance to the resort is already included in the rate so better take advantage of it. Otherwise, incredibly overpriced. It's definitely got a tired rundown, over perfumed musky feeling. The breakfast is ok. Nothing amazing.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Location is ideal and aquaventure passes included make choosing the Comfort Suites a no brained! Only recommendation is to arrive early to get wristbands or to send one person in your group ahead to get get in line. Lines were long around 10am for aquaventure passes. Breakfast buffet changed daily and gave us a hearty meal before action packed days.

Floors are old, dirty and mostly moldy and stinky... really disgusting smelly old carpets. Breakfast was good though. Room was ok but dated. Staff was great and check in was smooth. Got the room even before check-in time without hassle. No hidden fees at check-out. Access to Atlantis is the best of all! If you don't plan to use it, choose another hotel!

The staff is amazing, everyone is so friendly!!! The breakfasts were good and they had fresh fruit daily. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. The water pressure is different, not sure if it's an island thing or a hotel pump. It has good pressure, then no pressure, wait less than a minute and the pressure's back. It's a very short walk to Atlantis (less than 5 minutes)which has all the shopping, beachfront, water park and food options one needs. Great place to stay which comes with all the ameneties at the Atlantis.

Rooms at Comfort Suites offer the same quality and have access to the Atlantis amenities just a quick 3 minute walk next door, at a fraction of the price! Plenty of dining and shopping options. The hotel was just okay overall. The location is definitely a highlight,it's very convenient if you want easy access to Atlantis and plan to spend time on that campus in the evenings. The complimentary entry to the water park is also a great perk.

That said, the property itself feels quite outdated and could really benefit from a remodel. Our room had a few maintenance issues: the sink drained slowly, the toilet seemed like it might overflow (though it never actually did), and the sliding door on our ground-floor room,something that should feel secure,didn’t lock properly and required maintenance to fix. There was also a persistent musty smell in the hallway, and the water had a noticeably salty, unpleasant taste, which we didn’t experience elsewhere.

On a positive note, the staff was absolutely amazing,friendly, helpful, and one of the best parts of our stay. The room was clean and a comfortable size for two adults, a teen and luggage, but very old and rundown.

We were welcomed with warm Bahamian hospitality right from arrival to our departure. We came early before check in and left after checkout time and we were able to store our luggage both times. We were also able to use the hospitality room before leaving to change out of our swim suits before heading out. We were able to try the restaurant and the food and drinks were excellent. The building is older, but the beds were comfy, clean and the breakfast was great. Would recommend and would return.

The staff is amazing! the ladies that manage the lovely breakfast buffet are amazing!! Especially Jules & Bonnie!! They greet people, tell them how it works, so friendly to everyone !! Lots of choices and very clean with hot coffee starting at 7:00am! Our room was well cleaned every day and extra touches by our sweet lady.

Good budget hotel. Hotel breakfast was nice each morning, staff kept it clean and replenished. Room was clean. Musty smell in the hallways. Showers could use an upgrade, as the shower head/water pressure made it very difficult to rinse out shampoo/conditioner… especially with kids. The pool lifeguard was clearly attentive and prioritize safety, which is appreciated. However, at times the enforcement of rules feels overly strict for the setting. It can make it difficult for kids and families to relax and enjoy the pool.

The hotel stay was great for our family; we traveled with a group of 13. It was great to have access to Atlantis every day! The rooms were very spacious; the staff were so kind. Started every day off with a great good morning from the cleaning staff in the hall! Breakfast was always fully stocked and fresh! Make sure you get the wings. Soo good! We ate 2 dinners at the restaurant, the steak dinner was my go too after seeing someone else have it.

Breakfast was fresh every day; Eggs, bacon, potatoes, fresh fruits, few pastries, waffles, toast and coffee.
Dinner service on one night -- service very slow and food disappointing, and expensive. We did find 2 good restaurants (food/service) in Nassau.

PROBLEM with daily updating of ATLANTIS wristbands. Was an inconveniently long walk every day to have wristbands updated with LONG lines to wait on. IDEALLY, the Wristband Desk should be AT the Comfort Suites OR in the CORAL TOWER lobby. We 3 were 60-70+ and had not expected the LONG walk to the wristband desk and then a mile to access the Cove Beaches. Just my opinion
