Clean room, good amenities, friendly staff. Busy but Didn’t feel over crowded. Had a few hiccups in the beginning but staff was quick to address during our stay which was very much appreciated. Also shout out to young gentleman who works at the airport Pullman desk (unfortunately didn’t get his name - he was there on our arrival & departure. went above & beyond to ensure we had a smooth departure, thank you so much!)

From the moment we were greeted at the entrance, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff were very attentive, the amenities excellent and the food was delicious.

We booked a cabana, which was very clean and very quiet. The room had everything we needed, with thoughtful touches like toiletries, robes, slippers and flip-flops for the pool.

We loved the perks that came with our executive suite booking as well: the breakfast buffet with so many delicious options, daily credits for drinks by the pool, and meeting other guests in the Connectivity Lounge before dinner.

We will definitely be back!

We stayed at the Pullman for seven nights and we couldn’t fault it. We stayed in the Cabana and while we didn’t actually use the semi private pool, to have the option and the additional space was great. We travelled with our 21 month old who thoroughly enjoyed the main swimming pool, splash pad and the private beach. The beach had lots of toys that he was able to borrow to keep him occupied and there was also a garden area where he played with the giant connect four. The pool itself was big enough that we were always able to find space. The food was good too. We enjoyed room service a couple of times, had their breakfast buffet and their a la carte breakfast at the Mad Cow and while the options in the latter were limited, the quality of the food was high (we had steak most mornings for breakfast). The breakfast buffet was large and varied and again, of good quality.
Having booked the Cabana, we had a few perks like additional credit to use at the restaurants, unlimited selected drinks during their happy hour, etc which was a nice bonus. The biggest positive of the trip though were the people. The staff at the hotel were super friendly, warm and accommodating of us and especially our toddler. They entertained him to give us time to eat in peace, they were patient with his requests for more juice or more watermelon lol and were super efficient in seating us at our tables, giving us more drinks, asking us if we needed assistance. They made our week long stay so worthwhile!

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff were all so lovely and could not do enough to help us during our stay. The cabana room was fantastic - very spacious, well equipped and with a lovely outside area with pool access. The beach and pool were beautiful with plenty of beds and towels available. The food was really good in all of the restaurants, especially mad cow. Having complementary access to the daily connectivity hour, with free drinks and canapés, was a lovely unexpected touch. Overall we had a truly wonderful stay. A special thank you to Lam who looked after us at breakfast each morning and ensured we had a great table, as well as Ryan, Phuc and Xoan who kept the drinks flowing at the connectivity hour.

The team that worked there were really good, a bit of detail needed in some rooms from wear and tear. Nothing major just detailing and a bit more training with the team on how to handle situations. I.E We asked for a certain meal but we got an augomagic response that the kitchen was busy and wouldn’t be able to. Bug the previous it was ok.

Arrived at hotel around 10pm, got the free airport shuttle which was quick and convenient. Check-in was fast and simple, staff quickly made us feel very comfortable and immediately in vacation-mode. Bellhop gave us ride in a golf cart with bags through the beautiful grounds to our room. Stunning. We were hungry and were told they offer 24/7 room service. After some trial and error we found the digital room service menu and were slightly disappointed to find the options limited to only 6 items. We ordered three of them. Without going into too much detail, let's just say: two of them were not up to standard, which was disappointing due to the hefty price of the \"late night menu.\" We informed the desk and they collected the food. The next morning at breakfast a staff member approached us and offered her apologies about the food service incident the previous night. She even offered us a complimentary bottle of champagne to make up for the issue. She was beyond excellent. My girlfriend and I decided to extend our stay an additional night based soley on how that one staff member went above and beyond to make things right. She was the gold standard for hospitality. The hotel is beautiful, pool closes at 8pm which seemed a little early for such a beautiful resort. Hot tub would be nice for a late night romantic soak. Not much bad to say other than that one incident. Everything else was premium. Staff was exceptional. Highly recommend; just maybe stick to the normal restaurant menu ;)

At the outset- Pullman Phu Quoc has a wonderful staff

I cannot remember all names ( but all the staff are kind empathetic and accommodating)
To name a few An, Nhi,Hong Than at the restaurant , Nhi at reception, the manager himself and also the Nurse

Our kid fell ill during the trip the nurse came to the room and also came with us to the clinic outside the resort for more than 4-5 hours . Stayed and helped us all the way during our stay

The staff sent the breakfast to our room as we could not go to breakfast ( freshly prepared vegetarian food )

The manager even sent our kid a get well soon with fresh fruits

The facilities are also good ( we could not do justice) the beach swimming pool the splash area for kids , the kids club , free bicycle ,

I might have missed out something but will definitely recommend and also come back in the future

Beautiful property, great service. Breakfast buffet was amazing, pool and beach were both great with lots of amenities. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, however I didn’t feel like it was cleaned very well while we were there. It was also cleaned very late, we never got enough towels, always had to call for me and felt like the floor wasn’t cleaned properly as it had sand on the ground.
But overall really great resort and definitely recommend staying there while in Phu Quoc.

All of our money stolen from our hotel room

All of our casg (12.5+ million dong) was stolen from a secure location in our hotel room. After multiple calls and emails to the resort they have not taken accountability or resolved the issue.

This was all of our money for the remainder of our time in Vietnam, and severely impacted the rest of our trip. Unfortunately, it was also our honeymoon, which we had spent years saving for - all for it to be stolen immediately.

Pullman is first rate in all aspects!

Our 6 night stay at the Pullman was fantastic. The rooms are very stylish and comfortable, the whole resort has a great aesthetic and is perfectly clean.

The buffet breakfast was superb, with many ethnicities accounted for, which provided us Canadians with some adventurous options, plus plenty of North American fall-backs. The pastries were delectable, and the various coffees were fantastic. The pool area and beach are chill and there were always chairs available at both.

At night the resort was very quiet, which we liked; the Pullman is not for partiers.

The service was impeccable and always with a friendly smile.

Would highly recommend this resort.

Phi Quoc as an island has so many options; we were quite active, and there are still a bunch of places and activities that we didn’t get to!

First time staying at a Pullman hotel so I’m not sure if how much they had for families was normal, but this Pullman hotel was Very good for families with small children. We could easily let our almost three year old explore the pool while we stood from a distance. Multiple levels of water height and lots of room for the little ones to play. They even had a bubble machine that blew massive bubbles into the water.

The beach also catered to families with kids by allowing strollers to access the ocean by way of a board walk to the water, to the beach chairs, to grassy areas.

The staff were so kind and curious. It made up for some of the issues with cleanliness. Welcome drinks were dirty when we arrived, it was hard to get our room cleaned, called three times one day just to have them come clean the room. Cigarette butts in the chair on the patio; never cleaned up. The floor to our room made your feet black for the first three days until we came in from the pool or out of the shower where we had to mop up the floor.

All in all, I would return with small kids. Just a few issues with room cleanliness.

Pullman Phu Quoc is an immaculate luxury resort in the south of Phu island. I stayed in one of their ocean facing premium rooms on the 8th floor where I enjoyed beautiful sunsets from near the top floor. The room itself had modern amenities and the staff and room service were impeccable. The hotel itself was the same: Beautiful grounds with plenty of pools and a private beach area. There are two restaurants: salt & pepper, which was great, and mad cow, which had excellent staff and views but rather mediocre food, especially for the price. I highly recommend this resort but consider that it is pretty remote, as much of the shopping and entertainment are in Phu city and the north of the island. But there is a free shuttle around the island that stops at the resort and the resort’s shuttle is very accommodating.

Stayed 3 nights here was a beautiful hotel. Great staff and food was to a great standard. Its closer to the south of the island so trips to cable car and sunset town are not far but its around an hour from grandworld and vinwonders in the north of the island. I like getting around on moped and didnt mind the journey. Would recommend.

The property is big and lovely the room is good (we had one overlooking the ocean view) the sunset was beautiful.
The hotel has no activities that you can do within except for bike ride but it rained everyday so it was not possible.
It was raining season. The hotel has one restaurant upstairs (very pricey and very small serves) and a breakfast restaurant downstairs. Breakfast options were great. Very small convenience store with the bare minimum. The staff barely speak English and the locals don’t speak English at all which made it difficult. We had to use google translate app to navigate our way.

A true 5 STAR hotel in every aspect. From the moment you arrive you are greeted by the very friendly and kind staff who promptly guide you through the check in process. The hotel grounds and common areas are clean and spacious. You never feel it’s ever too crowed which is so nice. The pool area is beautiful and very large. The private white sand beach is clean and the sea water very warm. The staff at the pool bar and lobby bar always serves with a smile. The rooms are spacious with super comfortable bedding and towels. The breakfast buffet was incredible! There were Asian, American and European options for the buffet. The main restaurant Mad Cow is very delicious and the staff there so friendly. Also the modern gym has everything you would need to get a great workout. I have traveled a lot in my life and this is the best resort style hotel I’ve ever stayed at. What makes this resort extra special are the workers. Highly recommended!

First good impression was the staffs work by the doors, the reception and life guard ( I think his name Nghia). They’re extremely nice and helpful. Almost everything was prefect and only couple things are coconut bar by the pool was closed on Mon through Wed :(, and the toilet flushing button is located in very inconvenient location you can’t flush the toilet while you’re seating. Well other than that is pretty good.

We only stayed one night as we arrived late and wanted a hotel close to the airport. Sadly the room was smelly and didn't look clean with stains on the couch.
Knowing that we arrived late (9pm) I specifically asked how long the kitchen was going to be open and we were told until 11. Arriving at the restaurant after a shower we were informed that the kitchen is closing at 9:30 and we had to be out of the restaurant by 10.

Stayed during the current \"outbreak\" of covid fear filled nonsense. It was very nice but many things at the resort were shut down due to the scamdemic which was understandable but unfortunate. The place and staff were excellent and i would stay again.

This was our first stay at PM PQ as to map all new 5 star corporate resorts and offer reviews accordingly.
Before we start; this review is through the lens of a detail oriented foreigner, but it is understandable that resorts have adopted their target segments (99% locals)
Total score ; 4.25-4.5 / 5
To summarize the excellent;
Overall level of service and attention to details, cleanliness and Uber premium comfort of total set-up (except beach chairs)
Super big and comfy swimming pool with kids water playground extension aside.
The good:
Price / quality of this resort vs others in same category.
Tranquility- as the villas ain’t build from card-board.
The “to consider to improve”
Note : the resort can’t operate 100% if you are kept hostage in the pandemic , so the below is only relevant when international travel picks up again.
Overall food quality; Mad Cow had a great offer of bone marrow but in general, the food is mediocre (own taste ‘ expectations)
Feedback was provided but we fully understand that adoption to local needs and standards in terms of choice and taste prevail.
Bedding; to bring PM to the +5 star experience,mid suggest offering a comforter and pillow menu due time as for us the Mattres was way too hard, pillow to soft, resulting in a bit of stiff neck.
Again, hard mattresses are Vietnam standard, so they satisfy likely 95% of all.
Summary;
PM PQ stands out vs the similar ones in these pandemic times in terms of ops excellence. Kudos

아쉬운점은 위치가 애매해서 무조건 택시를 타고다녀야하고 주변에 아무것도없습니다. 그리고 섬투어 픽업 불가 지역이니 꼭 확인하세요!

We stayed three nights at the Pullman. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. Check-in was quick and pleasant, and we were offered a refreshing welcome drink. The room itself was excellent. That said, we would have preferred a better door with stronger sound insulation—the corridor noise was quite noticeable and the door let in a lot of sound. Breakfast was good, and the staff were fast and efficient. We can warmly recommend the Pullman if you’re visiting Phu Quoc.

②食事もしょうがないですがあまり美味しくはありません。
③プライベートビーチも使用している人はほとんどいません。また、アクティビ　ティ何も無いようです（かなり残念）
④部屋は清潔感があり綺麗です
⑤お土産を持って帰るのにプチプチが欲しかったのですが、無いと言われましたの（伝え方がわるかった？）

Hotellet er egentligt fint nok, men ligger lidt væk fra alting. Grunden til den dårlige rating er, at hotellet ikke rakte ud på forhånd, at vi skulle have efterspurgt en ekstra seng til værelset vi havde booket. Vi ankommer 2 voksne og 2 store børn til 6 dage og får tildelt et værelse med en seng. Måtte herefter diskutere i over 1 time med flere forskellige personer om at dette ikke var acceptabelt og at de skulle have informeret os om dette ved vores booking, hvilket ikke var sket. Her havde det været klædeligt for et 5 stjerne resort at se at fejlen lå hos dem ift at skulle have oplyst om dette, da vi som kunde ikke kender til værelset og havde forventet at 2 voksne og to børn som minimum skulle dele to senge. Den manglende forståelse og løsninger foreslået er grunden til den dårlige rating.

Imødekommende personale, men dårlige til engelsk.
Hotellet er fint og strand og pool udmærkede.

Der savnes en voksen pool.
Mange russere.
Temmelig lydt; brug af badekar ovenpå larmede meget og generelt ikke særlig godt lyddæmpet værelse.
Faste, nærmest hårde senge. Fint for os, men næppe for alle.

Stort udvalg af asiatisk morgenmad men ringe udvalg af fx ost, müsli, juice og ordentligt brød.
Irriterende musik i elevatorer og musik der spillede i loop ved poolen samt dj ved aften restauranten.
Udenfor hotellets område er der intet og generelt er øen ikke spændende - man kommer for strand/pool og afslapning.

직원들 모두 친절함. 룸컨디션은 괜찮지만 기후때문에 어쩔 수 없이 녹이 슬거나 부식된 곳들이 몇군데 있었음. 조식은 전반적으로 만족스러움. 야외 수영장이 잘 관리되어 좋음.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr gepflegt. Der Service, das Essen und die vielen Möglichkeiten sich die Zeit am Strand und Pool zu vertreiben waren ein Highlight.

5 star hotel in Phu Quok. Very large hotel complex, so don't expect very personal service. No one in the staff really remembers your name or recognises you here. They do their best to deliver what you ask for, but you're rarely positively surprised. The breakfast buffet could have had more bread assortments, the orange juice unfortunately tasted a bit watered out, OK egg station. Gym was ok. Not very clear water in the ocean here during our visit, so we mostly hung out by the pool.

We stayed at the Pullman Hotel for one week as a family of four—two adults and two children aged seven and nine. The location is excellent, only about a 15-minute drive from the airport, which made arrival and departure very convenient. The hotel is five-star, fresh, and modern, and we stayed during the high season just after New Year.

The facilities are very good, with an exceptional pool area and great pool bars. The beach surroundings are beautiful, and it is nice and safe to swim in the sea. We truly had a wonderful time. The staff are extremely polite, and service-minded.

Overall, this is a hotel we would highly recommend to both families and couples. If there is one downside, it would be the long waiting times in the restaurants. This applied both to the restaurant, Salt & Pepper, as well as the à la carte restaurant, Mad Cow.

The food quality at Salt & Pepper is medium plus—perfectly fine, with especially good grilled fish. The food at Mad Cow, however, is two to three levels higher and truly excellent. We dined there twice and enjoyed the meals very much, although on one occasion the waiting time was far too long and the dishes were served in the wrong order, which was a small negative experience. That said, the supervisor followed up with us afterward, which helped improve the overall impression and we were also offered a small gesture as compensation. Apart from this, the Pullman Hotel is a very good hotel. Also not too far from Sonasea Night market (5 min. Taxi)
