Great, but definitely overpriced.

Overall, it was a good experience. However, i have to point out a few things. First, the Hotel is rated as a 5 start hotel, but it is more of a 4 star, in my opinion. It is very overpriced for what it offers. Crowded restaurants (only 1 option for the fullboard/all inclusive service), they had a problem with one of the two elevators on the Central Wing, so a LOT of wait time just to use the elevator. Only 1 pool, and no indoor or heated option (you have to pay extra to use the spa pool). Front desk staff didn’t help much on check in and did not explain how the full board system worked, and did not give all the information about hotel amenities. The hotel was super busy because of a conference and the restaurants were super full and did not accommodate all guests.

The room was great (deluxe with ocean view), with an incredible view and very modern and clean. Sometimes, there was a light smell of sewage coming from the bathroom, but nothing major.

In the end, we enjoyed our stay but it is DEFINITELY OVERPRICED. For the price we payed, I expected exceptional service and amenities, but was only great.

Beautiful property and beautiful beach to walk around. Views from the patio to the pool area/ocean were incredible. It truly was paradise. The only reason I did 4 stars instead of 5 was there’s not much to do during the week. The list of things to do states casino. We get there and we’re told it’s only open Friday and Saturday. That was misleading. Also it says golf course but it’s not part of them. Also misleading. Only one of the two restaurants is open during the week as well and there’s really no options to choose from there. Finally, I would like to see a hot tub. That was a disappointment

Great resort!

We stayed in Jequitimar for a couple nights and everything was great: really comfortable beds, clean spaces, staff was well trained regarding COVID-19 protocolos, good services and great facilities at the hotel. The pool was our favorite place and it was really great being so close to the beach and having easy access to the sand. If I could, the only thing I would change would be the size of the gym. Even though it had some good equipment, I would’ve enjoyed more if it was bigger, with more halteres, and different equipment. All in all a great experience and I would definitely go back!

Loved the hotel but service is lacking

Gorgeous beach and hotel, delicious food, great for kids, disappointing service and updates needed. Our room had a very old AC where we couldn't control the temperature. It was either on or off. Also service is lacking. No one spoke decent english, and the staff was poorly trained overall. Most were nice and friendly but had no idea what to do with requests. Our room was also not cleaned on the first day, no matter how many times we asked them. Still worth a visit.

Beach hotel with friendly staff

Amazing hotel but you need to stay on campus. Luckily they have plenty to do right there. They tell you not to wander on the beach though, you stay directly in front of the hotel.

Never to stay there again

I would never stay at the place again. TERRIBLE STAFF - Even though we had government issued id (drivers license) the hotel was insistent we have a passport. I was there with a customer and colleague (who is living in Brazil short term) and by colleague did not have is passport and they would not let him stay there and we had to book a room elsewhere. The staff was rude and not willing to help.

Nice family hotel

I had a great weekend at Jequitimar. It's a great place for families with children. The food is really good. I think having the buffer dinner was a little pricy. But there's a mall across the with a couple of fast foods and pizza place.

It could be good !!

The Hotel is well located if you want to stay in a beach close to Sao Paulo, the lack of management can ruin the experience, since lobby personal are not prepared to deal with customers. They tried to charge me an extra R$ 250.00 for each additional person in a room.

Would do again

Nice hotel that was up to the standard we are use to in the states. Service was impeccable, food very good. Would stay again. Only negative I would mention is when the ad said that the room had a view, it is not an ocean view. I thought it was a little deceiving.

Estadía no inverno, agua da piscina climatizada, mas não aquecida, estava fria para morna. Café e refeições muito boa, várias opções e sobremesa muito bom. Quarto muito boa, parte madeira um pouco envelhecida, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia. Pessoal sempre atendendo de forma correta.

O Jequimar precisa urgentemente de uma boa reforma, melhorar a infraestrutura e treinar melhor sua equipe. Diárias de 3k merecem quartos novos, com blackout funcionando, armários com portas bem cuidadas.
Restaurante, Brisa, incluído na pensão completa, com mesas plásticas colocadas para atender ao feriado. Equipe do restaurante totalmente despreparada, sem mínimo de cuidado para atender as mesas. A qualidade dos alimentos estava ok, mas longe ser o que já foi quando operava com a Bandeira Sofitel.
O hotel sente o tempo e claramente não teve a sua infraestrutura com a manutenção correta.
A localização continua ótima, como isso sozinho não faz merecer o valor das diárias.

Já fui 6 vezes e essa foi a última vez. Nunca mais eu volto.
Muitos eventos em um mesmo ambiente, muito barulho e bagunça para todos os lados, comida toda mexida e revirada.
Os hóspedes, que n estavam participando do evento n tiveram sossego. Toda equipe de funcionários em função dos eventos, piscina sem atendimento.. nenhum garçom em lugar nenhum, equipe infantil sumiu.
Minha filha passou mal com a comida de péssima qualidade, tivemos q ir ao hospital e o hotel n ajudou em nada.
Tudo isso, no dia do aniversário da minha esposa.
Paguei tão caro p termos 3 dias de paz e fomos surpreendidos com um péssimo atendimento em todos os lugares. Levei minha esposa para dia no soar, meu Deus, terrível do início ao fim.

Eu esperava mais do hotel, fiquei decepcionada. Pegamos uns dias de muito vento, piscina aquecida a base de pagamento por dia, cama muito mole, fazendo um buraco nas laterais e no meio mais alta! A refeição no festival bauxada santista foi de um preço bom, mas deixando a desejar na textura da carne e sabor. Sugestão da sobremesa não foi boa! A pizzaria não tinha chopp, no hotel um chopp dama horrível! Restaurante muito caro por pessoa fora a bebida. Os atendentes todos muito atenciosos e prestativos! Pelo preço esperava um hotel mais luxuoso. Ele é simples, Rústico e pouca atração! Cobrando no cartão ao entrar 4 mil reais, no check-out gastamos 1.100 reais, mas no nosso cartão ainda consta os 4 mil na nossa fatura!

Estrutura do hotel muito boa, facilidades por ser pé na areia, piscina muito boa. Minha estadia foi maravilhosa, estava na dúvida entre esse hotel e outro que me indicarão, mas o Jequetiba me surpreendeu. Recomendo tanto para casa como para famílias com crianças.

Nascer do sol, esplendido

Nossa estadia foi excelente. A equipe foi super prestativa e nos atendeu super bem , era nosso aniversario de casamento, ganhamos espumante com frutas no quarto, foi impecável. A estrutura do hotel também é muito boa, e a vista é impecável, o nascer do sol dentro do quarto, praticamente.

Pior check in que vimos num resort nos últimos tempos. Quase 1 hora e meia na fila. Tentam compensar com espumante, mas não é o suficiente.

O quarto, para ser bonzinho, é médio. Tem cara de anos 90, faltando uma boa modernização. O quarto é espaçoso, mas extremamente barulhento. Muito barulho vindo do corredor e quartos adjacentes.

Falta piscina aquecida, a qual só existe no Spa, e custa 120 por pessoa para acessar.

Fato é que não vale o valor pedido, encontram-se opções absurdamente melhores no litoral paulista por valores semelhantes. Só vale para o casal que precisa viajar com crianças gratuitamente. Para viagem de casal, esqueça!

Bom, mas dá pra melhorar.

Faltou um pouco mais de informações no check in, com relação a política de bebidas contratada, relação dos restaurantes disponíveis na estadia e o check out com relação aos lançamentos que seriam lançados e aonde se dirigir para efetuar o check out, o que não fica claro nas informações visuais do hotel, já que existem estações de atendimento dos dois lados. Descobrimos a opção de contratar o late check out por conta e a contratação também não foi digna de uma nota 10. No mais os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos, com exceção de alguns seguranças da praia que mesmo dando bom dia duas vezes fazem questão de não responder. Contam com uma boa estrutura, a manutenção é percebida e portanto é um bom custo benefício, carecendo de pequenos detalhes para ficar excepcional.

Bom!

Só não dei nota 10 pq infelizmente em pleno bar da piscina em um sábado faltaram frutas e não conseguíamos nenhuma bebida com frutas exceto abacaxi! E para quem paga all inclusive e faltar frutas para as bebidas eu acho um absurdo até! Só vieram chegar frutas e conseguimos caipirosca no final da tarde. Mas em relação ao atendimento, estrutura, comida não tenho nenhuma queixa, muito bom mesmo!

Ótimo atendimento destacando a limpeza em especial da Lia Pureza e Rosângela. E também a excelente comida servida nas refeições de café da manhã , almoço e jantar. Peixes e frutos do mar de primeira qualidade.

Localização privilegiada mas hotel necessita de manutenção na area do bar do lobby, guarda sol de praia, vazamentos aparentes nos corredores e ar condicionado do restaurante também com vazamentos. Chopeira com problemas de manutenção . Comida boa .

Estadia razoável.

Hotel com ótimas piscinas e praia. Porém, pelo preço cobrado, precisa melhor muito a variedade e qualidade das refeições oferecidas, precisa melhorar a infraestrutura dos quartos e a qualidade do serviço de praia e piscina.

Não gostei da gastronomia. Quem estava acostumado a ir na época do Sofitel percebe bastante mudança na gastronomia. Buffet mais simples, comidas menos elaboradas e menos saborosas.

Excelente hotel em uma praia muito boa!!

Hotel excelente! Já nos hospedamos outras vezes. Comida maravilhosa e variada. Serviço no restaurante deixou a desejar um pouco. Com excessão do garçom Marcelo que nos oferecia um excelente atendimento. Todo restante esquecia constantemente os pedidos de bebidas ou demoravam muito para trazer o pedido. Percebiamos, toda família ( estavamos em 12 pessoas) , que tinha poucos garçons e as vezes estavam mais preocupados em limpar as mesas do que atender e servir. Mas de resto estava maravilhoso. Excelente hotel!

Vale cada minuto!

Hotel que vale cada centavo e cada minuto a cada hospedagem.
Quartos amplos, atendimento muito atencioso. Restaurante bufê mas muito bem conduzido, com boa variedade, todos os pratos que provei eram ótimos. Amenities Loccitane muito acima da média! Só falta uma esponja de banho para aproveitar ainda mais o sabonete líquido.

Hotel simplesmente maravilhoso

Foi uma experiência incrível. Antes de reservar eu li algumas críticas e sinceramente, são críticas que não fazem sentido algum. O hotel é maravilhoso, o atendimento espetacular, a comida deliciosa... O quarto sempre limpo e perfumado. Funcionários, desde a recepção à limpeza sempre com sorriso no rosto. Com certeza é um hotel que está na lista dos meus favoritos e pretendo voltar em breve.

O hotel, o atendimento, tudo é excelente, só o buffet é bom... nada mais que OK

A feijoada de sábado foi um ponto alto, no resto dos dias a comida era muito repetitiva, mais do mesmo.... no nível deste hotel poderia ser bem melhor, esperava mais.
