This is a luxury hotel and conference venue. The walk across the street to the beach (private and secured area for guests) makes it very comfortable and enjoyable.

Overall was a nice stay. A lot of stuff for kids to do, beach and pool was nice and the food / service was fantastic . The rooms were a bit dated and the air conditioning was just okay. I would go back though !

Excellent spot; directly across from the beach. Didn't do much exploring of the property the first day but did a little the following day. Beautiful property; a number of dining options if you don't want to drive far or at all. Both my girl and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back when the sun is out!

Welcoming and attentive!

A lovely hotel with exceptional staff - they all (from reception to breakfast and diner to the beach) really did make all the difference to my stay, worked as a team and were friendly, helpful and attentive. I can’t recommend them and as a result the hotel enough - I hope they are all well rewarded for their work!

Air conditioning doesn’t work / super loud

No AC in any of the 3 rooms we were moved to. DO NOT stay here unless you can sleep in 90 degree + heat. Also; 1 inch gap on all outer doors. People party late and kids screaming early. Everything echos. You were warned. Overpay for a 3* at 5* price at your own risk!

Nice stay but not worth the price

The hotel was built in a big old colonial property, which although it is very charming, it lacks innovation and updates in its installations. The room doesn’t has smart TVs, the air conditioner is old and they charge you parking and for using the hot tube.

Overall OK. Room was ok but AC was from the last century ( its time for an overdue new system) they make you believe the thermostat is individual but in fact its centralized and super cold. We froze literally. The first room the AC was too hot and the second freezing to the extreme. Food in the fish restaurant was very good but also VERY expensive. Room service was a JoKe! Pizza was from a frozen batch you buy in the supermarket and came hard like a rock - 31 reais for it was absurd. We ordered chicken and rice for my toddler which came hard like a shoe sole! Pool was good! Service at the pool is nice and quick! Staff does not speak english AT all besides the reception guys. Breakfast was good but they dont know how to make omeletes. Cereal was

Great baby friendly hotel, amazing swimming pool

We visited this hotel with our 4-months baby and we had an amazing time there. The hotel offers cradle and bath (a bit old but still available) which makes the stay quite easy and relaxed. The swimming pool is gorgeous and has a fantastic view to the beach. The breakfast is good and has lots of different options, even though it is a bit too noisy..

Nice Stay in Guaruja

I was here for work and spent about 12 hours a day in their conference hall. That being said, I thought the hotel was very nice, the staff was friendly, and it was a very interesting place.

The room was fine, although i would have liked a bit more light (in the bathroom and bedroom). Also, the patio door did not close completely, which would have been nice to help with noise and other things.

Otherwise, the quality of the sheets, towels, etc were what I expected.

Shabby hotel

Hotel corridor to our room (number 123) had several puddles where rain had seeped through the ceiling. Hotel forbid you to take any drinks or groceries to your room even if they are just souvenirs, I was stopped by security because I had three large packets of coffee! The barman would not give us two glasses of ice saying we had to ask room service, they then tried to charge us 5.50 for the service! Hotel does not provide bottled drinking water. I would not stay here again.

Too expensive

The room was clean and nice, and the service was very good. However, it is very expensive considering the hotel’s infrastructure and what you get compared to what you can get in other hotels for the same price (i.e. premium all inclusive).

Localização perfeita. Limpeza boa.
Quarto confortável com uma pequena varanda, chuveiro bom, espelho grande em uma das portas. Funcionários excelentes, gentis e prestativos. Pedi para ficarmos uma hora após o horário convencional de check-in e nos foi dado1hora de pronto. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Praia com segurança o tempo todo. Enfim foram 2dias bem felizes. Voltaremos com certeza.

O hotel é velho, mas bem confortável. Tem um sushi bar delicioso, mas de resto a comida não vale o preço absurdo que custa. O preço do estacionamento também não precisava ser tão alto. Em resumo, as tarifas até que são razoáveis, mas considerando o gasto com comida, nao vale a pena, pra um hotel decadente, numa cidade onde você tem que se preocupar muito com a segurança.

O estilo das edificações, fortemente colonial
evoca um agradável acolhimento em seus amplos espaços. O atendimento aos seus hóspedes, adultos e crianças, é satisfeito plenamente.
O amplo jardim tem muito boas espécies botanicas,e espécimes muito bonitos.
A alimentação é muito diversa, de boa qualidade, servida por pessoas muito simpáticas, prestimosas,valorizando muito o ideário do Hotel
Tivemos aquilo que buscávamos, amplamente.

Maravilhoso

O hotel é maravilhoso. Quarto confortável, cama grande, box do banheiro poderia ser um pouco mais largo. Tudo muito limpo.
A comida é ótima em todos os restaurantes. Perfeito para criança.
De frente pra praia com serviço e bar.
Os funcionários são muito gentis, essa é uma parte excelente do hotel.
Pra voltar muitas vezes!

Estadia foi excelente, ótima acomodação e localização, o restaurante foi perfeito, café da manhã impecável com vista mar.
O atendimento na praia deixou a desejar, demorado e os petiscos não foram legais, pedimos isca de peixe e parecia um “bolinho” mal feito.
E a cobrança do estacionamento para hoteis nesse padrão é desproporcional , devia ser cortesia do hotel.
