Second year we stay there, and we are coming back.
Jose
The rooms were clean, well ventilated, and reasonably spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful, in particular Mariana De Oliveira, always helping us at the restaurant.
Sandra
Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Incredibly helpful staff. Very well run, comfortable, clean hotel. Great location in a safe neighborhood near the beach. My only complaint is that the internet was not terrribly reliable.
Cassandra
Excellent property. Good internet, good breakfast, helpful staff. Located 2 blocks from the main street and beach.
Paul
Good location and ideal for Blue Med centre.
Ricardo
The staff is really nice
Yelena
Room big and clean. But staff unfriendly
ROBERTA LIMA
The hotel was very clean and the staff were very polite and accommodating. Special mention to Filipe at reception / hotel entrance who paid our taxi , as the taxi’s card machine did not work . He was very kind and trusting as it took one hour or so until we could pay him back . Compared to other hotels we stayed in santos , this had an organised breakfast ; very clean rooms and obliging and pleasant staff .
Stephen
Great place to stay before a cruise.
Jose
I would give 6 stars for friendlyness and helpfulness of the crew if I could. The building maintenance needs a few touches like refreshing some ceiling paint here and there, and a bit more attention to cleaning, but nothing serious. Suggestions: provide 2 towels per guest as standard (to dry long hair), and make outlet adapters available if required.
Eric
I booked this hotel at the last minute due to an impulse decision to stay in Santos a few days after taking a MSC cruise. I did not have any high expectations but just wanted a place to stay near the beaches. I was pleasantly surprised by this property. They offer a very good included hot breakfast including omeletes and tapioca made to order along with a gym and a surprising lively rooftop bar at night. Paid parking is also available. This location is NOT in the center of the beach area and is not beach front. It's located more or less after passing the beaches and sits about a block away from the beach. Therefore, we used Uber to get to the center of the action but it was only about a 7-8 minute ride. In fact we rented electric scooters to get back to the hotel. would stay here again without hesitation. he beach area is very nice and safe. But be aware that the staff does not speak English.

Do NOT recommend
Do Not recommend the hotel.
Staff is not well informed and give wrong information all the time.
The food is horrendous! Tv dinner room service with horrible food! Served freeze burned ice cream that was crumbly and made me almost choke on it!
Old bread served at breakfast.
Egg shells in the breakfast scrumbled eggs.
Old used mask found under my bed indicating the cleaning service was not professional!
Dirty bed sheets with holes on it.
Bad sound insolation between rooms! Could hear the neighbors snoring loudly during the night!
No iron to press my clothes.
No bellboy to carry the luggage to the room.
The only good things about this hotel is the location, bottled water at breakfast, and excellent air conditioning.

Messy service. People giving wrong information more than twice.
Horrendous room service. TV dinner in a very thin tin foil partitioned tray. Plastic fork and knife. The beef was the hardest piece of meat I have ever had!

Close walk to all of Santos Beach areas
One disappointment for me a British Older man was the lack of Kettle in the Room to make a cup of Tea. This is as far as I'm concerned a must, but on telling the staff all they could say was go to the restaurant and they will boil you some water!!! Not good enough !! Not open at 5am !!
roberto

Good stay in Santos.
We stayed in the Comfort Suites while in Santos for a wedding. The location was perfect for us - walking distance to friends. The Ponta da Praia area is an easy walk and there are restaurants nearby and the beach isn't far. We enjoyed the breakfast. The value was excellent. Even though we reserved the basic double, our room had a view of the beach/ocean.

Rodrigo

Maria Beatriz Gatti

Quarto arendeu as expectativas.

Geraldo
A atendente no check in super simpática.

•Cozinha do quarto suja e mal higienizada

A noite, baratas saiam do ralo do banheiro.
