The location and staff are the main reason why we will come back. I can’t say for bough about the staff - so knowledgeable and helpful. All of them - front desk, restaurant/bar, maintenance, etc. absolutely all of them.

I RECOMMEND THIS ONE
Nice lovely hotel. Good location and close to port if going on cruise from Santos
Ellen
Lovely spacious room, comfortable cosy bed, beautifully designed large bathroom, loved the walk in shower; great gym with all the equipment I needed, super clean, great service, yummy breakfast
Alice Sofie
We stay at Sheraton Santos once a year, definitely will be coming back
Fidaa
It was perfect
Julio
Great location. Definitely a good pick for before or after a cruise. The only reason I did not give it 5⭐️ is that they have no concierge so not much in terms of getting advice on what is going on in the area. Not everything that is happening is easy to find online. A concierge service would have been super helpful.

Awesome
Amazing Staying, Organized, Clean, Breakfast Awesome, restaurant high end from food to service, Love it and surely I’ll come back and recommend to friends and family

I am tired of spending so much money and the hotels and Expedia are the ones to benefit from it. Just not fair.
You provide us with a service which we pay in return. You don’t give out money back so you? You simply expect us to putt up with this low standard of service while charming us thousands. Enough is enough. Stop apologising and do your job. Shame on you all

Eric
Great top notch full service hotel with a great indoor heated pool, perfect for families. My only complaint is that I paid full price for a deluxe room with a king bed. However, the loaded refrigerator was broken. Therefore, all we had were warm beverages. I would expect that I hotel at this level would verify that everything is working BEFORE renting the room. We reported the problem and no type of refund was offered and no one was available to fix the problem until at least the following day. However, we were already gone by then.

My second time staying there and have always had a good experience. The only negative I can think of is the steep price for parking there. Breakfast is probably the best I’ve ever seen at a hotel
Juan
Convenient for the price and the city!

Usamos o Spa e a piscina e a academia.

Perfect for pre-cruise stay!
Friendly staff, comfortable room, excellent breakfast and great location.
We spent the night here waiting to board a cruise ship the next morning. Location was perfect, from the hotel to the cruise terminal was only about a 20 minute taxi ride.
We would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous hotel. The indoor pool is amazing as well as the included breakfast. The personnel was very kind and provided a free late checkout without any problem. We loved our stay at the hotel.

I love this property. Facilities are great. I missed the adult game room and found it leaving but it looks fun.

Suite needs smart TVs
The suite was good except for the TVs. They need to upgrade the TVs in the suite. Smart TVs are needed in hotel rooms. The suite was spacious and nicely decorated.

Disappointed in poor hygienic practices
As a Sheraton, I expected the cleanliness standards to be superb. It was sub-optimal. We were there for 3 days and the carpets and area outside of the elevator looked as if it had not been cleaned in weeks. There were litter and food on the floors. We asked twice for them to clean it. It took 3 days for it to be cleaned. You can tell they're not following the enhanced cleaned methods. There is evidence of dust collections in common areas, no one is assigned to wipe the elevators, doors or buttons. The floor in the dining area needs scrubbing. Staff interaction is great. We had to extend our stay. The first cleaning of our room was also sub-par. The sink was not cleaned and the room was not mopped. The 2nd cleaning was much better. Bed is comfortable, WiFi and location are excellent.

Amazing stay
Overall was amazing. The service was slow in the front desk and they seemed disorganized when more people was coming. But the hotel is amazing, the spa service was awesome and breakfast was awesome as well. So definitely recommend

Outstanding breakfast and service in general.

Check in was easy and Julio was very friendly. The restaurant was tasty and fairly priced however our food took 30 plus minutes for lunch. The pool was good sized and clean however the couches and lounge areas in the pool area had stains and tables were dirty with food trays and food crumbs. We used the kids room and teen rooms. The air hockey table was broken which was a bummer. The breakfast buffet was included and was AMAZING! It is close to the beach and for the price it could not be beat! We will be back. A little more attention to cleanliness in the pool area is my only complaint.

Bom atendimento no restaurante e bar do lobby.

Adorei a experiência! Voltaremos!

Excelente serviço no bar do lobby.
Aline
