The facility was in a good location, also had friendly staff.
Evening meals was a no no ,as most things on the menu were non existent . Breakfast was dire .The pool was smaller than expected I think the photo was taken at an acute angle.On top of that they tried to charge for fridge items that were not consumed.

Fiquei dois dias no hotel relativamente caro a diária paguei por uma coisa e quando cheguei vi outra, a recepção deixou a desejar desde o princípio quando tive um pequeno problema e fui tratada com frieza e indiferença. As fotos não condizem com a realidade, o quarto é pequeno e antigo, as outras dependências diferente da foto, o chuveiro antigo e hora funcionava o quente hora nao. Enfim adiantei o checkout e sai mais cedo bem decepcionada. Pelo valor pago nada compensou

The hotel is old. Old, but clean. The service have to get better. Food is terrible. Expensive. I ask for Milanese Chicken and it was warmed in a microwave. The beer was hot. There’s few employees to serve all families. It’s a nice place to families with children, but if you want to rest in the afternoon, is almost impossible.

The only issues we had were that the room was next to the pool, so there was an annoying noise coming from outside and that the bathroom was flooding with water from the shower. We were offered to change room and the problems were solved.

Não tivemos nada a reclamar. Hotel muito bem organizado, limpo, funcionários bem educados, atenciosos e muito solícitos. O quarto que ficamos, apesar de ser o mais simples não tivemos problema nenhum. Bem confortável, tv com vários canais, chuveiro muito bom, tudo excelente. Café da manhã me surpreendi também, uma grande variedade e tudo que experimentei estava uma delícia. Vi avaliações dizendo que se não chegasse assim que é liberado não teria mais quase nada, mas comigo não aconteceu isso. Desci um pouco mais tarde e ainda estava tudo bem abastecido de frutas, vários tipos de pães recheados, bolos, doces, MUITA coisa mesmo. Recomendo a todos.

Não recomendo tendo em vista ao custo benefício oferecido pelo hotel. Achamos que pagamos muito pela entrega oferecida. Café da manhã básico. Pelo valor, deveria ter pelo menos suco natural. Estacionamento é do próprio Hotel e cobram sem mesmo ter manobrista. Não voltaria.

O lugar em si é legal, mas o estado do quarto e o conforto em geral e a forma que pensam só em dinheiro fez ficar péssima a experiência.
Começou com a cama e travesseiro que é horrível , não consegui dormir direito uma noite e olha que viajo em média 3 a 4 x ao mês e isso não acontece.
Depois minha esposa cortou o pé em uma cerâmica quebrada e solta no piso, ela tb não dormiu direito pois o tal blackout é afastado da parede e entra tudo luz pela lateral , deixando o quarto claro ao amanhecer.
Agora o lado mercenario desse empreendimento começa qd no sábado deixaram o aquecedor morno e não dava para tomar banho quente , nem precisava mais misturar a água como ocorreu na sexta , foram 2 dias de banho quase frio , não tem funcionários direito para atender o bar da piscina , fiquei apertando as campainhas de atendimento e não apareceu ninguém tive que ir atrás de alguém dentro do hotel, eles cobram

No primeiro dia do feriado teve chopp gratis na piscina, estava excelente! Estacionamento é pago (18/dia). Tinham muitos pets no hotel, o q ocasionou muito barulho com latidos, e ficavam circulando pelo hotel (atrapalhando o sossego dos demais hóspedes), poderiam rever a adesão ao pet friendly pois o espaço do hotel é pequeno para isso. Tem serviço de praia, porém teve \"não hóspedes\" q usaram do serviço.

Hotel relativamente novo, mas com muitas limitações em sua infra. Quarto 21, ao tomar banho, alagou o quarto. Vizinhos do hotel extremamente barulhentos e as janelas não são anti ruídos. Hotel diz que é pet friendly, mas não é. Você tem que deixar o pet no quarto, não ha espaço para eles brincarem e não pode ir ao restaurante com ele. Para ser pet friendly, tem que mudar muita coisa.

Habitaciones pequeñas, piscina también. Desayuno básico, tiene mucho para mejorar. Tuvimos inconvenientes con el aire acondicionado, no funcionaba y llegamos a la madrugada con mucho calor, pero lo solucionaron. Lo que se destaca es su ubicación, a media cuadra de la playa y cerca del area de restaurantes. El servicio de playa es bueno. No hay relación entre precio y calidad.

Como nós tinhamos um evento iniciando as 07:00, tivemos que sair do hotel e procurer uma padaria aberta para tomar um café. Acho que se o serviço iniciasse ao menos parcialmente as 06:00hs seria o ideal

O hotel em si (quartos ,equipe de atendimento ,localização ) atende o que é prometido muito bom atendimento, limpeza excelente só achamos um absurdo cobrarem taxa de serviços a parte no check out de 10 porcento , e cobrar estacionamento sendo que em outros hotéis não é cobrado sem fala que na primeira noite meu carro dormiu na rua e só foi colocado no segundo dia a noite !

O hotel é simples e simpático, serve um ótimo café da manhã, os quartos está dentro dos padrões normais da região, possui um serviço de praia com ótimo atendimento, só peca no horário de início das operações, que estão previstas para as 9 horas da manhã, que nem sempre são cumpridas. A localização fica a 100 metros do início da Praia da Enseada, que é extensa. Possui piscina, sauna a vapor e serviços de comida, porém congeladas com preço razoável e, cafezinho na sala do bebê com micro-ondas para todos. È um bom hotel e troca as roupas de cama e banho, diariamente.

Ótima estadia, tivemos uma semana muito agradável no hotel. Quarto casal standard aconchegante, hotel bonito. Únicos pontos que ficaram faltando foi a piscina que infelizmente estava em manutenção durante toda semana funcionando parcialmente, e mesmo assim um pouco suja. E restaurante ficou a desejar no custo benefício, mas café da manhã cortesia é ótimo.
