If you’re looking for a luxury getaway, I would advise to avoid this hotel. This is not a four star hotel by any means - I’m not sure how it’s even received the positive ratings it has. The walls in our room had damp, the bathroom smelt like sewage and we were sharing our room with ants! We had a major ant infestation, and the ants kept coming back despite them cleaning it.

We booked a sea view but we were on the ground floor and view was obstructed by trees and the quiet pool, despite the pictures showing a balcony and sea view. They were unable to accommodate our booking as they were full.

Overall, I’m not happy at all with this hotel - the rooms are severely out of date and don’t look like they do in the pictures. The staff were nice, particularly Mahmoud (one of the waiters) - he was fantastic and really kind - probably the only positive about this place.

A Beautiful and Relaxing Getaway

We recently stayed at this lovely hotel and had a truly memorable time. The location is absolutely stunning—calm, serene, and perfect for a peaceful retreat. Waking up to a breathtaking sea view from our room was a highlight; sipping tea on the balcony while taking in the scenery brought a sense of profound happiness.

The hotel is exactly as described when it comes to being child-friendly. The Kids Club was a real gem—our daughter absolutely loved it! A huge thank you to the entertainment team, who were nothing short of fantastic. Their energy and enthusiasm made a big difference in our stay.

That said, we believe the hotel could elevate the guest experience even more by investing a little more in additional entertainment activities and refreshing the entertainment room to match the rest of the hotel's charm.

Overall, we had a wonderful time and would gladly recommend this place to families or anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful, tranquil setting.

Little piece of Cyprus Easter Sun at the breeze!

We had an amazing time. We had rented a villa for a week but then spent the final 3 days at this hotel. The staff were all really friendly, the facilities were great and the buffet food was amazing, lots of variety and great quality.

The hotel is nice enough for a few days stay. Clean and tidy. Big pool.

But there are not enough sun loungers which get taken up by 9:30am.

Our Air con machine leaked, down the wall and build up a big puddle on the floor. We reported it to reception but nothing happened. We put a bucket under it and tried to sleep through the drip drip drip.

Breakfast was ok. Would not rush back but was ok for one night after arriving at Paphos airport and moving onto our proper villa.

Not a 4 star! It’s clearly a Jet2/ EasyJet package holiday location. Pool is rammed with English holiday makers. Pool water is ‘cloudy’. Food is good but dining facilities are basic at best. Top tip. Don’t get a room near the pool. You won’t get any sleep before 11.30pm. Oh and be prepared to get up at 6.45 to get a Sun bed. Literally impossible after 7.30.

Good value for a cheap 3*. Not as advertised.

My stay at Louis Paphos Breeze in Cyprus was absolutely perfect, deserving of a full 5-star rating. The resort is beautifully maintained, it immediately sets the tone for relaxation. Relaxing all-inclusive stay!

We had a very nice stay!! The buffet had lots of selection, even for us vegetarians!
Staff was very friendly and nice. The room was clean, the hotel itself was clean and well maintained!
Only minus was that the waiters were rushing to clean the tables so that we had to hold our glasses and plates while we were eating so that they didn’t take them away already.. Also the spa should have a little update and perhaps a bit more professional/active employee..!

We found Louis Paphos breeze excellent value for money. The food variety, quality and overall experience was a highlight for us. The staff in the restaurant were very helpful and organised. The entertainment on offer especially for children was frequent although a little repetitive and a bit from the 90's. One reason I booked this hotel was for its gym facilities however the gym on inspection is not a fully stocked or fully operational gym. Most of the cardio machines were broken and the heaviest free weight was 10kg. There was also no bench press bar available.

The rooms were cleaned and stocked well. The bar staff were very efficient. The lifeguards were helpful. All areas were tidy. As stated above for the price we paid we feel we got great value for money for a 4 star all inclusive child friendly Holliday and would recommend this to anyone looking for something that meets this criteria.

Well run hotel with welcoming staff.

A wonderful hotel with a welcoming and engaging team of international staff. Excellent food during our one week stay, lots of choice, but not overwhelming - something different everyday. The adults only pool was quiet and peaceful. Our room was large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel shuttle was useful for trips into Paphos. I would happily stay here again if I return to Cyprus and would recommend it for couples and families.

The food was very repetitive the staff very friendly and helpful my room was okay but the windows reveals and sliders had not been cleaned for months and there was problems with the bath. Considering I went to the end of season it was very expensive and I believe very overpriced

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. It’s best selling point is the quality of its staff. They are dedicated, polite, attentive, and they do their best to help you. They have a very strong team all across and the kids in particular had a lot of fun with their entertainment program around the pool. The rooms were clean. My only constructive feedback is that the infrastructure around the beaches could use a bit more investment to make it attractive to swim. Also having a bit more diverse options on the buffet would be nice.

Property is perfect for an all inclusive destination. Due to COVID circumstance they wasn’t much entertainment at the hotel. If you are wanting to go travelling the island it is in a really good location being in the middle of Paphos and Coral Bay. If you want to go further to Latchi the drive is about 40 minutes. I would definitely recommend hiring a car as you could easily mount up a taxi bill. I would certifiably say there are cheaper alternative if you want this type of holiday.
The cleanliness of the hotel was amazing with fresh towels everyday and the staff couldn’t do enough to help out.

Great holiday

Lovely hotel, amazing staff especially at the pool bar, service really exceptional and I would certainly stay here again, the staff make this place!
The only downside to our holiday was that we booked sea view, however the palm trees in front of our balcony made it pretty much hard for you to view the sea, nevertheless it didn’t ruin our holiday but I probably wouldn’t advertise that room as sea view!

Nice break.

Overall very pleased with our stay at the Louis Paphos Breeze. We expected a certain amount of change considering the current state of affairs but the hotel has dealt with the challenge very well with cleaning of a particularly high standard. Considering there is only the buffet restaurant open at present some guests may find the food a bit repetitive but there is plenty to choose from at each meal. Staff are very friendly and can not do enough for you.

We booked the Louis Paphos Breeze last minute following reviews for our first visit to Cyprus, following the FAQ on no entertainment we still had an amazing stay. The Cocktails were amazing and the food was really great too, must say a massive shout out to Laur the waiter whom kept us topped up all day long around the pool. The rooms were spacious and immaculate the maids cleaned throughoy on a daily basis. The pools were cleaned daily and the lifeguard ensured all sunbeds were cleaned with disinfectant after every use. We celebrated our belated wedding anniversary and was given champagne and fruit in our room. Highly recommend and cant wait to return.

Fantastic, nothing to fault, modern hotel with great friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Service at sunbed for drinks. Food lovely. We did 3 nights here followed by 3 nights at Louis Imperial Beach - Louis Paphos Breeze was the far nicer hotel out of the two in every aspect. Location a little out of the way but easy enough to get a bus to the harbour. Hotel can arrange a taxi from airport for €35.

Excellent hotel, super clean and great rooms. Pools excellent as is the grass area next to the sea. Due to Covid, there was limited selection of food options. We ate out most of the time which involved a €22 return taxi. I understand during normal times a free shuttle is available, this was the only slight negative as the hotel is out of town, but given the situation, there is nothing the hotel can do about that. Overall I rate it 9/10

Upon arrival greeted with champagne and smiles. Very friendly and helpful customer service. Rooms were good layout and nicely furnished. The pool at night and the beach make for great photographs and easily accessible. The only criticism I would have is the bar inside had no comfortable seating it felt more like a waiting room for the restaurant to open. I would highly recommend to anyway

We are a young family of two adults and a baby and we had a great experience at thos hotel. While we cisited during off season, all the amenities were available, very very froendly and accommodating staff that made us feel welcome. Rooms are huge, food is very good and range and selection are not bad att all. I am a vegetarian and always found many dishes to fill my plate with. We will definitely visit again.

The food and service were great, especially for our 1 year old little boy-the kids club, pool, buffet and rooms were perfect for him. The only thing the resort lacked was any character. It was very generic and bland, the main food area was a bit like a cafeteria, but the al a carte meze restaurant was FANTASTIC.

The only thing that let our trip down was a visit to the spa. The sales guy was very pushy, returning again and again to push us into booking. When we finally did book, the facilities were very basic and the front of house service was appalling. The treatment itself was ok, but when asked to complete a feedback form at the end of the treatment, I was challenged on my score and told to change it!

I was a bit disappointed with my stay here - it's badged as being ideal for both families and couples but as a couple, we did not find this to be the case. I'd also read up in advance on the hotel and was expecting something impressive and luxurious but it wasn't. I think if you're travelling as a family you'll be pleased with your choice but it is not aimed at couples. The rooms were nice but basic - no element of luxury at all. I'd asked for a quiet room but we were placed near the evening entertainment and it was really noisy despite the info online stating it was peaceful, tranquil and that the evening entertainment was in a contained area meaning it would not cause disruption. Breakfast was a horror show - we could barely hear each other talk so gave up. That said the food was very good, it's just a shame the conditions we had to eat it in were not pleasant - holidays are supposed to be relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful. In summary - great for families not couples and it is not a luxury hotel.

I loved the pools, and the view of the sea.
- The staff were brilliant, they all loved our 11 month old son and were so caring and hospitable.
- They had a free shuttle service to the harbour and to the mall.
- They had entertainment in the evenings, but we missed out as it was at our son’s bedtime.
- The accommodation actually looked like the pictures, beautiful.
- Housekeeping provided a bottle of water every day
- Separate pool if youdidnt want yo be in the noisy area
- small children’s pool, perfect for my 11 month old son, and inflateables provided by the hotel.

I didnt like the smell of the drain in the shower.
The front door was warped.
There was a full lenthe mirror in the bedroom wardrobe, but none in the main area.

It was about a 10min walk to the nearest bus stop, but busses were very regular, €1.50 for a single adult journey and space for a buggy or two

We didnt do all inclusive, seemed like we were the only ones not to!

All in all a totally enjoyable stay.

Would stay here again.

Before I arrived I read all of the reviews of many web sites. I could not believe that the hotel can have really good reviews.
So... the staff is excellent, and that makes the vacation a good one.
The place is very very clean. I noticed one day that the stand of the outdoor showers near the pool are cleaned. I could not believe that they were referring to the small details.
The food is delicious. It would be nice if you added another kind of dessert or did not give the same desserts every dinner so we would feel that they were not repeating themselves, but it as very delicious. It would be nice to have tablecloths at dinner tables.
The rooms are very large, and sometimes ants arrive, but then i asked the houskipping to spray or clean and they disappear.
There is no bathing beach, it is a dissadvantage for those who want to walk on sand, very pleasant to sit in the grass and see the sea. Perhaps a proposal that would sort out the area of the sea that would be accessible to anyone who wants to splash in the water.
A super nice vacation, definitely will come back and I would like to compliment Chrysanthi, who entertained my baby at every meal, smiles all the time, helps with everything. Lovely lovely woman. kisses from Lynn.
