It was a moderate hotel. The shower leaked water and spilled all over the floor. I did ask them and they did come and try to fix it but it was of no help.
It was a good place to stay in but the leaking water from the shower door made it unpleasant as It was wet all over the floor and the room because if it.

The 3 night stay went well, staff were excellent, the mealtimes were very good, food was good and well presented, nice dining room and you could dine out on a pleasant terrace. Pool was great, sunbed and parasols could do with a sort out. Rooms were clean but dated. Enjoyed our all inclusive stay.

It was a pleasant surprise for me and my family. The hotel were pleasant and very friendly & everyday was packed with fun activities- particularly 8 year old enjoyed the arts craft and mini disco sessions. We will definitely visit again.!

The Hotel is amazing for family trips, the receptionists are very helpful ( Thanks to Luda ) .
Rooms are very nice , they changed our room to another room with nice pool/sea view.
The bar service is amazing ( big Thanks to Soulla, Vellina, and Nikos) . They are doing their best.
The food is good for all meals .
Recommend this hotel for family’s vacation

Excellent 3*** hotel affordable - ideal for family

This hotels is the best 3* star hotel that I have stayed. Really good value for money with variety of food for breakfast, lunch and diner and even snacks and drinks in between . Staff are friendly with all enquires, assisted me with booking taxis and massages in a friendly and professional manner. The room was spacious and even though May need a bit of renovation I found it super clean, comfy and spacious with big outside area. Swimming pool is huge and spacious , I recommend you to go early in the morning before breakfast and you will have it to yourself ! Lovely surroundings by the Mediterranean Sea which makes a early or evening walk enjoyable waking by the shore and air museum while enjoying the stunning sunset ! Absolutely recomended.
This is not a luxurious property so ensure that you manage your expectations but it is indeed great value for money and excelent service and facilities

For sure not a 4 star hotel!

First night our room was next to the garbage bin and it smelled terrible. 2nd night they changed our room which was great not to have the smell of the garbage. 3rd night they told us the washing machine was broken so they couldn't change our linen! No fresh towels or sheets! The people there where nice but most of them could not speak English or Greek! Breakfast is not worth it. It would have been better if we went to a local bakery or coffee shop for breakfast. Bed was terrible! There was no wifi coverage in neither of the rooms we have been to. The hotel location is great but they seriously need to do some renovations! We parked our car in the basement and it was leaking everywhere (hopefully water, but I don't think so) and it was really a fire hazard with all the furniture and junk in there. I was glad it was over!

We had the great pleasure to stay at this resort. We got a room right upfront over looking the beautiful ocean. The staff was outstanding (
Maddy, Elena, Gregor, Sophie and the bartender who worked at the pool bar) they really do a great job making sure that everyone is happy. Thank you once again to everyone.

Sound system very bad, staff found hard time singing or speaking trough the micraphone. Also the baby wet the bed and cleaning staff did not change the covers even though it was left at the side they just tidied the bed, other than that, great place to have a family holiday.

Quiet (end of season ? ) which was what we wanted, short walk to sea front, no beach to speak of. Overall appearance of Hotel good, but needs to have an update, but they are trying. Bedding + towels changed often even on S/C but bathroom needed a scrub down. Kitchen facilities limited would have found it difficult to cook to eat every evening so ate out. Good location for us, local shop, bus stops into Paphos or Coral bay, and enough restaurants around. Pool bar for drinks + snacks ok. Overall really enjoyed our week, but we do not repeat staying in same place anyway.

Box standard hotel

When we arrived we was told something was wrong with are room. We had to move to another hotel for two days and come back. The other hotel was lovely, modern and walking distance to coral bay. After the two days we arrived back to the hotel, they upgraded us to a sea view room, bed and breakfast and free lunch on arrival.
When we got to are room it was box standard room, very basic, the shower head wasn’t great and didn’t stay in place.
The pool was lovely very open and quiet.
After few days we had a major problem with ants in are room. All up the curtains and in the bathroom. I made a complaint and when I got back to the room they were still there. The staff were not interested. I did ask them to sort the problem but they didn’t.
There is no hairdryer or iron in the room you have to pay a deposit to have one.
I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Very old building. Needs an urgent refurbishment. Although very limited underground parking places, the hotel uses this space to store old unused furniture. Wi-fi is just on the papers.

The hotel is ideally situated between both Paphos harbour and Coral Bay with could local bus services on the door step. The hotel is clean but slightly dated and possibly needs a cosmetic upgrade. The staff are excellent and the food is basic but adequate. The pool area is excellent for both adults and children. I would stay here again.

Do not go if you are looking for luxury but for family's we cannot fault it amazing value food great clean room and towels great interainment.
Near busstop if you need to go to the Harbour or shopping.

Great for all!!!!!

My husband and I stayed at this resort for approximately 4 days and absolutely loved it! The view from our room was phenomenal. Overall, the room was spacious, clean, and practical. It had a wonderful balcony which overlooked the pool and an entry view which overlooked the sea. The location of the hotel was a bit difficult to find, however the local towns people were more than willing to steer us in the right direction. Paphos is a lovely place, the food and wine were divine! The hotel had a great meal-plan offer, but it had a minimum 3 day commitment and we opted to explore what the town had to offer instead. Also, the front desk gave us free maps to help navigate around the town; it was VERY helpful!

Im großen und Ganzen war die Unterkunft okay.
Die Zimmer sind von der Größe her gut, leider lief das Wasser in der Dusche nicht ab und das jedes Mal.
Generell gab es damit wohl Probleme im Hotel.
Das Essen ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und wahrscheinlich Geschmacksache, für uns war leider nicht viel dabei. Die Kellner bzw. Mitarbeiter sind teilweise sehr unfreundlich/unhöflich. Die Getränke Situation war katastrophal, entweder man wurde weg geschickt oder die Kellner waren überfordert mit dem ausschenken. Die Organisation beim Essen war sehr schlecht. Des Weiteren wurde unser Zimmer trotz Wunsch nur einmal richtig gereinigt. Nach Handtüchern und Toilettenpapier musste ich immer an der Rezeption fragen. Beim Animationsprogramm fiel leider einiges aus ohne die Gäste zu informieren. Das fanden wir sehr schade.
Der Pool war sehr schön. Auch die Umgebung toll. Nur darf man hier nicht mit einem schönen Sandstrand rechnen dafür muss man weiter fahren.
Generell ist die Gegend traumhaft schön. Man kann mit dem Auto alles erreichen.

Vegyes érzelmeink voltak. Az \"első\" szoba kellemetlen, dohos illatú volt. A klíma nem működött. A recepción harmadszori jelzés után (2 nap múlva) kaptunk egy másik szobát. Ez a szoba tiszta és friss illatú volt hűtőszekrénnyel felszerelve. Az egy hetes ott tartózkodásunk alatt, sajnos három nagy méretű csótánnyal is találkoztunk a szobában, illetve a fürdőszobában. A szoba berendezése picit retró jellegű. Az ételek nagyon finomak és változatosak voltak, sokféle ital, sütemény és fagylalt is elérhető volt. Minden nap este és napközben animációs programok voltak. A személyzet kedves. A külső medence nagyon tiszta és meleg vizű volt. A medence körüli napernyők és nyugágyak előre le voltak foglalva a korábban érkező vendégek által, amelyeket az éjszaka folyamán is rajtuk hagytak, így szabad ágyat lehetetlenség volt találni a teljes hét alatt. A szálloda szép környezetben van, rendezett kerttel, közel a tengerparthoz, illetve a buszmegállók is könnyen megközelíthetőek. A Coral Bay és Páfosz belvárosa egy közvetlen busszal elérhető.

Были в третьей декаде мая. До этого отдыхали на Крите в прошлом году в это же время в отеле четыре звёзды. Отель элени нам понравился. Питание достаточно разнообразное, вкусное. Всегда говядина, свинина, рыба, курица. Пару тройку дней были очень вкусные утка и баранина. Вкусные овощи как тушёные так и сырые. У нас было все включено. Номер студия просторный 35 КВ. Для любителей кофе и чая отель не подходит, так как в ассортименте только по одному сорту. Бар тоже слабоват. Отель на берегу, возле отличного променада, ведущего к приемлемому для купания пляжу ,огороженному грядой волнорезов. Подальше по променаду большой песчаный дикий пляж. Персонал доброжелательный. После 23 тихо. Отель соответствует четверке.

Nicht weiter zu empfehlen

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt am Meer und bis auf den tollen Ausblick von unserem Zimmer hätte ich nicht viel positives anzumerken. Als wir ankamen , fanden wir Flecken auf der Bettwäsche ,das Bad war verschmutzt und die Küchengeräte haben teilweise gar nicht funktioniert.
Nach unserer Reklamation hat sich das Personal dann darum gekümmert.
Allgemein war das Hotel nicht besonders sauber.
In den Pool haben wir uns dann gar nicht mehr reingetraut.
