Very clean, room spacious, nice facilities, very good breakfast, the omelette and pancakes made at the moment amazing. Locations is also good, you can get to Coral bay by bus, very nice beach. Warm indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. I would definitely stay again.
Downsides: Lots of kids that disrupt the tranquility, even inside the sauna and steam , that shouldn’t be allowed.

Check in was at 2pm. We got there early at 1pm and they said we couldn't check in yet so i kind of understand that. 2pm rolls in and they don't have a room for us until 240pm and they \"upgraded\" us to a sea-view room. TV didn't work and also the safe was unusable. Next day we complained in the morning and after secondary attempts we got a tv working a few hours before bedtime and a new safe. Had to take my valuables everywhere with us. Breakfast was ok. You can't beat the view from the pool area and the beds facing the sea. That's the only thing i enjoyed. Oh another thing you are only given a face towel and a shower towel. No wash clothes for showering. When we asked for one they not only refused they pointed to management.

The room was large and spacious with all necessary amenities. The air conditioning worked great, especially considering the hot days. Nice atmosphere and a warm welcome. Rooms are available from 14:00 and late check-out is possible depending on availability, with an extra charge. Overall, a pleasant hotel for families. However, breakfast was poor and not satisfying.

My first night In the hotel, I entered the room and found a cockroach running around the room.
Staff weren’t very helpful with getting me a room change. Also found loads of creatures all over the room and on my bed. Not happy with how they dealt with it. The next door room was available all the way through my visit but they wouldn’t give it to me.

We had a cockroach in our room. Our doors didnt lock from the outside and the maintenance guy seemed confused as to why this was a problem. There was a terrible smell from the drain in the shower and the shower door fell apart when opening. The rooms ate old just like the whole hotel. The pool was slimy and there was something chunky floating in the water....We stayed here last minute because our flight was canceled. We were traveling with family and pushed 2 tables together in the outdoor dining area. The hostest came over and was incredibly rude, saying it was against the rules to push 2 tables together. We asked why and she said because its the rules. So we asked for a table that could accommodate 7 and she snapped back \"so eat inside!\" And walked away. We separated our tables but kept them close enough to be able to talke to eachother. A waitress came over and while my mother in law was mid-bite, she dragged the table away. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

A Vacation in a construction site

The hotel was less than 50% occupied, and still, they gave us a room facing a huge construction site right next to our window. Be prepared for loud machinery starting every 7am.

The hotel does not have any access to the sea - pics are misleading - the closest beach is within a 10-minute walk.

Lastly, beds were super firm, yet it is possibly a personal preference.

We had a really terrible time as when we arrived at the airport despite having a comfort room and free shuttle bus service and having messaged the hotel several times via Expedia we had no response and had no shuttle bus arranged for us.

Spent much of the first night at the airport trying to find our bus to no avail and calling the hotel repeatedly. No response from the hotel several times and once we got through we were find no shuttle was arranged for us as the lady receives thousands of emails apparently when I said I had messaged several times to book it and asked them to confirm several times.

There was no compensation. As gold Expedia customers they said we could not get 20 percent off food at the hotel as they could not see that we were gold members.

They also put us in the nosiest room on the first floor with kids club just underneath with kids shouting and the dining area for breakfast open in the early hours so noisy keeping us awake every morning when we just wanted to chill . The luggage room was also just opposite our room so when people left the hotel whatever time of night or morning we got woken up. It was terrible.

Breakfast staff Samira and Anita and Kytiacos were so lovely but everybody else was cold and unfriendly especially the horrible lady at breakfast with a coloured pinky headscarf with tonnes of makeup who looked like a fly emirates air stewardess who accused us of stealing food from breakfast and said she would look in our bag. Horrible

Tidy hotel with a perfect location

The location of the hotel is in a great spot with a long stroller friendly walkway that goes down to Paphos harbor and sights like tombs of the kings. The outdoor facilities are just lovely. There are a few beaches that are safe for swimming even on windier days. Rooms were very clean though the style was a bit dated and the daily service kept things very tidy. The spa and indoor pool area were in a very bad state - and the changing rooms were dilapidated. Otherwise staff was lovely and friendly, there was a great buffet breakfast with a view of the sea.

Breakfast staff could be better

We sent this feedback direct to Capital Coast by email but as after seven days we had had no response so have decided to go public.

The check-in staff were pleasant, the room clean room, nice view of pool.

All good until breakfast - we were told it was from 7.45, the notice outside the restaurant states 7.45 the website states 7.45. The restaurant did indeed have the doors open but there was no cooking until chef arrived at 8 o'clock. We had a business meeting to attend so waiting wasn't an option. We pointed this out to the only member of staff in the restaurant and instead of apologising she was defensive, rude and argumentative, said not her fault, reception was in the wrong she even said 'I'm not a server, this isn't my job'

Clearly breakfast is NOT served at 7.45. If we knew this we could have gone to elsewhere, at least the food would have been not only hot but served with eggs and a smile.

If this was our first visit to Capital Coast judging by the breakfast experience I don't think we'd go back. This is a four star hotel but the service and staff attitude in the restaurant does not reflect this.

Some customer training is required the customer is not always right, but the customer should at least come first. Your staff represent your company and our experience hasn't been good.

Absolutely terrible, reception staff were so rude when speaking to customers, especially the reception manager. Unfortunately she wasn’t wearing her name badge so I can’t publish her name on my review.
She was so unhelpful and instead of speaking she would shout in front of everyone. Such a disappointment hotel needs to upgrade reception staff to someone who actually wants to work.
We were celebrating a 50th birthday asked if they could do something in the room it was an outrageous NO. I would avoid this hotel at all cost.

I absolutely loved my recent stay at the hotel the only issue is that you must fly into Paphos for transfer and I was not informed by hotel or Expedia and had to cover transfer myself late at night.

The hotel was peaceful, and in a great location for commuting to the town. I would highly recommend staying here.

Looks like it was built to be a nice hotel but now looks neglected.. staff beyond reception are just rude the waiter and the waitresses seem to think you should move for them whilst getting your breakfast the pool area is boring and needs some work. It has loads of timeshares too -avoid

It was so nice that they have a tennis court but was completely run down and full of beach sand so we couldn’t play. But otherwise great hotel. Thank you for a great stay.

nice and easy stay at this hotel. Staff super nice, especially bar staff such as Apostolis who always made sure I was taken care of and was very pleasant, so was the lady in the bar near the reception. Rooms are nice and clean, food was not very good but there is a lidl nearby. Location is fine but do definitely recommend a rental car. Hotel could get a bit boring at times but is perfect for a chill holiday.

A nice resort in Paphos.

The hotel was about 20-25 minutes drive from the airport. A big resort that has lots of free parking spots. Our room was spacious and clean (including the bathroom with tub and separated shower. Bed was ok, linens were clean and we have a/c working. We have a small fridge (enough only for our water and couple of drinks. Our check in was breezy, staff were all helpful esp. in the dining area. Breakfast has lots of options (hot and cold) including lots of fresh bread. The gym has lots of machines to choose from (my only negative in here no fans and disinfectant wipes to clean). We went to use their spa, staff were nice and helpful. Overall will come back in here as its close to the beach.

The room/suite we had was big. Equipped with kitchenette. Cleaning was good. Breakfast could have been better. There is a variety of food, but almost everything unfortunately not tasty and from our point af view rather mediocre. Coffee is mediocre. Service is ok.
Reception is ok excluding the manager, who was rather not friendly. For Hotels.com VIP customer to know: you are not to get the benefits you are entitled. That’s because the hotel doesn’t have neither upgrade nor late checkout. It’s not a matter of availability, the hotel simply doesn’t have it. That practically means that Hotels.com provides you with wrong information. I had a chat with Hotels representative and explained the situation. As I can judge they kind of pretend it’s ok to give wrong information to the customer, to simply lie and not to take responsibility. The hotel was ready to give us the same room or another room for one night, but as late checkout. They did have rooms, but weren’t ready to give us for free, as Hotels.com promised. The same with upgrade. They simply refused. Beware.

This hotel was once a nice place to stay. Unfortunately due to lack of maintenance and visible management it has deteriorated into an unsightly eyesore.

Property- Needs urgent refurbishment
Rooms - satisfactory , however ask for a sea view room.
Restaurant- Poor (cold food at breakfast)

Location- Out of town, however accessible by bus / taxi
Car Park - Good
Food Shopping - Lidl opposite ( do not use shop onsite as it’s overpriced )

Α hotel next to the sea with big rooms and nice breakfast. The hotel needs a renovation because is getting old and its
walls look old and dirty. The pool although is big is dirty and i don't know if they clean the water every day. The loby is very poor and the sofas there are terrible. The television has many problems since there are only 5 or 6 channels and nothing more. The pool restaurant was closing at 16:00 so there is nothing to eat until dinner time. The young girl in receprion must be more polite with clients. Its a good value hotel and if you have your own car is a nice option for the area. Its near to some atractions but for more you need a car or a taxi

A great find and would certainly return. Hotel room (superior suite) came with well equipped kitchen ( dishwasher, individual tablets available from the hotel shop), bathroom and shower room. Good WiFi in rooms too. Air conditioning was effective. Plenty of space to relax.
Nice clean pools, with quick service at the pool bar and choice of recliners - some of which faced out to sea. We chose half board and it was great value for money. Good range of breakfast, including local breads and pastries. Evening meals were also good, lots of different salads, and a different theme each night. Service was very polite and quick.
It’s a quiet relaxing hotel and good value for money.

Reception staff unfriendly & didnt give room upgarde, put us in a room with balcony overlooking a construction site. Asked to move rooms, refused, asked for a room upgrade, refused, asked to speak to manager, they called them & spoke to them, then said we could have an upgrade for 25 euro, overpriced but better than construction site. Room was meant to be a ysea view but overlooks the pool with a glimpse to ocean, also no sponge, tea towel, dish liquid or diswashing powder for self catering apartment, asked for this but told would have to buy it if i wanted it. Very tired & overpriced hotel with no friendly staff & gym didnt open untip 9am w hen I had to leave

The hotel is really good, staff are very friendly, the room was very good, lots of space. Bar prices are very good as well. The only few things are the fitness room does need some renovations, had only 6 dumbbells, 1 functional trainer that is broken and 1 barbell. The cardio options are good but it needs more stuff for sure, in the pictures at the website looks that have more stuff. The last thing is air condition in the fitness room also doesn't work at all.

My stay has been awful. I am a regular traveller and so far this has been the worst hotel resort which I had booked.

This trip was booked as a surprise for my sisters birthday and since we landed and arrived at the resort it has been one issue after another.

Firstly, on arrival, the staff were very rude and as soon as we walked in we heard the reception staff shouting at one customer that was raising a complaint which was a bad start.

We were given the keys to our room and upon entering, we noticed there were spiders in the walls in the rooms and a really bad smell. We told reception and were told there is no one from room service until the next day as we arrived later night. We all had a really bad night trying to sleep with crawling spiders in the room. There was also no welcome water bottles or anything in the fridge and considering we paid around £1800 for this accommodation, which was one of the hotels biggest room and should be there most pride room, there was nothing as a welcome drink or offering. We had got off a delayed flight late night and went to the hotel and there was no water given or available as kitchen and local store was closed too.

The next day, we went for breakfast and told reception about the spiders. There was not sorry, they just said room service will review this and clean it up. When we arrived back at the room in the evening, the spiders were still there.

We called the engineers several times. The eletric devices were not working either.

Our stay was excellent. The suit we got was amazing with all possible facilities (dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven), 2 toilettes, both shower and bath, nice views.
The only thing was a bit missing a children's channel on the TV.

The hotel is actually two hotels with two different names on the same building. The other hotel is a kosher which is totally not the kind of a hotel that I would like to reserve with. I was locate in a hotel in the basement and all the drainage and AC ventilation were on the to my room. The noise of water and air was all the time as I am in the room. Most importantly, there was a man with a heavy weapon at the entrance of the hotel later in the Erving and in the early morning. I am totally disappointed with this hotel.

Unfortunate experience, great location.

The resort is well located, but needs a bit of TLC. Also the staff seems, at best, very unhappy and at times, rude and inappropriate. The food is not great but the cocktails were good. At breakfast, the buffet was often messy and not cleaned/restocked as people were accessing the items. One morning near the end of breakfast, a screaming fight broke out between members of the staff. A very angry woman who was yelling at several people and slammed and then pushed a door onto one of her coworkers. In the US, this would have been an immediate HR issue and for sure retraining or termination would be the outcome. As it was, it was extremely uncomfortable for the guests. Many of us left in a hurry. Unfortunately the dinner service wasn’t much better. No outbreaks of yelling, but the same sense of general unhappiness, which expresses itself in unfriendly interactions with the guests.

Overnight stay.

Just an overnight stop. I reported to reception that the room was excessively hot. She said it is winter here the central heating is on. We live in Cyprus and it was too hot for us we had to have the window open to cool down. There was tea making facilities but no tea or coffee when I asked about this I was told coffee and tea could be purchased from the minimarket (overpriced). We had difficulty turning the tv on and off the remote has been used so much the buttons didn't work. Having said that it was nice to get english tv that wasn't bbc world news.

Brad away to celebrate a friends birthday.
I booked two single beds - it was a double!
I could not use the sofa bed as it had a broken spring and an old, dirty, thin foam top which was in very poor condition.
The reception staff were quite curt and not very helpful.
However - the restaurant staff were very lovely, hardworking and efficient.
The Bar man was really nice - so pleasant and polite.
Our telephone didn't work and meant we twice had to trail back down to reception to speak to them.
They sent a technician who was a such a nice young man, really helpful and so polite.

bad attitude and old hotel

i arrived the place and got a tiny ground level room south side pointed.
even though its winter time, the day i arrived the sun made the room feel like sauna. we tried to turn on ac and found that in winter time its just heating option on, and we couldnt open any window because there is no such. in the morning we asked to change room and the reception manager was so rude and antipathy. the breakfadt is dry and not tasty.

really pleasant stay, the location is very good, there's a bus stop nearby and lidl for whatever you need to buy.
there's a sandy beach nearby the hotel as well, the water was nice warm, so amazing.
oh the water in the hotel swimming pools was cold, so didn't use it, I did try a sauna though.
breakfasts were nice with some local products as well.
the rooms could get noisy indeed as the walls don't soundproof, luckily my neighbors were quiet in the night and morning so nothing to complain.

I've stayed here three or four times before, but this was the first time in 3 years after covid, and it was still as good as I remember! The location and view of the sea is amazing - the walk along the coast into pafos harbour is great (30-40 mins). There are a couple of eating places in walking distance but the drive into centre is easy as well, and parking at hotel is straightforward. Breakfast buffet is always lovely - and served until 10.30 so plenty of time for a lie-in!

The hotel was nice a bit dated, they have a very strict policy with regard to check-in you cannot check-in prior to 2PM, I and several guests had to wait in the lobby for several hours the lobby had no A/C on, and it was very hot and uncomfortable.

Been here several times before COVID and always been good value for money. Again price was fine but spa and facilities was shut for 2 weeks ( disappointing as we like to use this ares). The state of the indoor swimming pool, sauna etc… is in a very poor state and desperately needs repairing. The hotel seemed to generally be lacking maintenance and too few staff in key areas , like the restaurant ( running out of cutlery, plates and cups etc… ).
It’s a shame really as we have enjoyed previous stays but until it is updated we will not be returning.

Amazing! The best hotel in Paphos! Better than 5 stars. Around the hotel You can find any type of the beach: sandy Venus beach, wild natural rocky or the pebble beach. Perfect restaurants around the hotel.

Bad experience!

It's not worth the money we paid! On the photos it looks like a 4star hotel but in reality it looks like 3star hotel. They gave us a room on thw ground floor, where the pool is, and there was a smell of the chlorine all the time. We said to the reception to change us room but the manager there said that it was the smell of the sterilization. He was definetely lying!! The room was too small. Smaller than in the pictures. The bed was uncomofrtable. The furniture old and broken.
The breakfast was terrible!!

The hotel is very old with poor maintenance and condition with very rusty staff around the hotel and in the room and unfriendly staff and very rocky beach and no life guard at the pools with many people swimming with night and underwater cloth, towels are not changed every two days, beds are hummed and very old AC units and many many other observations even the iron board and the umbrella are rusty and painting falls from walls everywhere

The apartment room and view of the pool/ sea was great.

Took an incredible amount of time to check in and out because the receptionist was having a chit chat with customers. I appreciate being friendly, but when you have had others waiting in the queue for over 5mins, it’s time to end the conversation.

The buffet meal was poor. No choice and is double the price of any nearby restaurant, a complete rip off.

This hotel is very outdated, The blackout curtain in the sleeping room was removed. The result is that we couldn't sleep. The reception could not help us. They promised to compensate for the next day by offering a sea view apartment for the price of an inland apartment. But because this was not ready yet, we had to come later to receive the key. Going later to the apartment to find out that the receptionist with the black curly hair did not keep the promise and gave us an apartment with a view of a construction site. While we were complaining, a few other guests were complaining about other issues. This receptionist was very rude against all of us. Any help was out of the question

It’s a nice hotel on the edge of the tourist area to the west of Paphos. The rooms are large and sea views are superb.
Lidl is across the road and most rooms have kitchens and cooking facilities.
There were plenty of sun beds and space in the pool to swim or relax. Pool bar is good with no loud poolside music.
Main bar has an happy hour where a pint is £1.50 a G & T is £2.50. Cocktails freshly made are £3.
Breakfast was great with excellent choices, evening buffet is reasonably priced and ok.
Not a huge amount for kids but it is an open, clean safe space.

Room was not a seaview and had no balcony as booked. You had to go to edge of room at patio door or out onto patio to see the sea. It was a pool view with room only a few steps from people sitting by pool so no privacy as bedroom looked out onto this unless you kept curtains closed. Room changed next daybut had to accept car park view as wanted privacy. Me and family and friends stayed before although not in last few years. Wondering if change of control and management in hotel has happened as, although not a 5 star, staff have always been willing to do what they can. Also, second room had iron but a two pin plug when all sockets 3 pin. Rang twice for adaptor or another iron. Never materialised. Gave up then as felt this was level of service that would now expect. Hope above was a blip biut not certain.
