Such a beautiful and modern hotel. I stayed in the deluxe studio and it was still very spacious, decorated nicely snd had everything you would need. From a coffee pod machine to a washing machine. The pool area had plenty of sunbeds and you could ask the hotel for a pool towel. There js a kiosk on the hotel grounds that is handy. The restaurant on site has so many delicious dishes for a very good price. The staff are so lovely and helpful. One of the concierge staff even made sure to put the keycard in our room before arrival so the boiler would heat up in time. It was those extra touches that made our experience so memorable. I would stay here again

Very clean property. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived before the official check in time but they prepared my room early so I could check in on arrival. I was unexpectedly surprised to receive some chocolates and 2 small bottles of wine delivered to my room on my birthday! Fantastic service.

Property was outstanding. We shared a townhouse with 2 bedrooms with ensuite. Also seperate toilet downstairs. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Plenty of room for us as 4 friends. Staff were all so friendly and efficient. Walk to harbour was about 25 mins and in heat we decided to take taxi which worked out at 2 euro each. We also used bus service that stopped right outside hotel complex. Quiet and relaxing place to stay, cafe restaurant on site was outstanding and service was excellent. Small supermarket as well was stocked and a further larger one 5 mins walk. All in all excellent choice of holiday and would go back again.

Reception was amazing. We arrived past midnight due to flight delay and they stayed waiting on us. Recommend ordering taxi services through them as it saves you time trying to get one.

The property overall was good. I would recommend doing a few upgrades to the building itself and the rooms such as fresh new painting but over all good.

Came to celebrate my birthday and they provided me with complimentary wine which was pretty good. 10/10 recommend staying here

Beautiful resort but with some problems.

I gave the score due to a few things, The complex is around a 20min walk from the port and old town paphos area. It is a nice walk but I wouldnt want doing it in the heat of summer.
The apartment was nice and clean with all facities required however my apartment got no sun shine on the balcony throughtout the day, the water pressure in the shower when on warm was very weak, there was a issue when the power went off one of the days i was there for around an hour. The grounds were beautiful however the outdoor pools where closed and the biggest issue i had was the on site restaurant and bar are closed until march which it doest not say on the website. The closest restaurant is around a 10 min walk. The staff were friendly on reception however.

Nice apartment- basic but clean and bright. The complex is lots of residential blocks which can seem a bit oppressive at first but isn't too bad.
The beds could be comfier! The air con is good. Reception were helpful. Pools very clean. Gym in the basement is ok- the other gym is more of a body builder gym. Spa area looked really nice. Bar is lovely.

We stayed four years ago and were blown away. Though the customer service and amenities remain first rate, the complex is starting to feel a little tired. Ingrained dirt in a number of places, missing exterior lights and in the first apartment we were given, a build up of mould and mildew in the bathroom with the shower door runners corroded.

We asked for a new room as ours had also not been cleaned very well and said we would like to pay to upgrade to a 2 bed apartment. We were given the upgrade for free by way of an apology and could not have been happier with the second apartment.

Some time and money needs to be spent remedying a number of cleanliness and basic facilities issues across the complex - such as the bathroom fittings hanging off the wall in both of the apartments we were in - but on a first holiday with a six month old baby, we couldn't have been happier with the level of service we received, how safe and secure everything was, free parking and the provision of free baby baths and a high quality cot. A washing machine in the apartment is very useful too.

Though I appreciate there is an information QR code in the apartments, one further recommendation would be more information in the welcome pack on the complex itself and the facilities e.g. Restaurant menu, opening hours etc, rather than flyers for jeep tours and car hire.

Fair value for the price

Spacious, furnished and modern rooms.
The complex itself and the facilities are maintained at an adequate level.
The location requires arrival by car, but there is free parking adjacent to the building.
You can purchase a delicious and satisfying breakfast at a reasonable price.
Points that bothered us as guests:
1. The room was not cleaned at all during the four days of our stay, not even towels were changed
Although it was promised that they would be replaced on the third day.
2. Hot water in the shower - there is no central water heating, so we were instructed to turn on the solar water heater. The amount of hot water, after running for an hour, is barely enough for two people (we were 6 people) and this is a problem on cold days (we stayed in January).
3. Indoor pool - in a phone call/e-mail with the hotel before arrival, it was assured that the indoor pool is heated to 28 degrees, when we arrived we discovered that the pool is not heated at all and the temperature is close to 20 degrees.
The heated pool was a consideration in choosing the hotel, so we were very disappointed with it.

Positives: Clean, spacious apartment. The pool area is excellent and well managed. Quiet and relaxing. Good place for a family holiday. The grounds are well looked after. Overall once we sorted out the initial problem with the room booking, it was a pleasant stay.

Negatives. Be very specific when you book; otherwise, you will get stuck in an apartment overlooking a car park instead of a view of the pool or the sea. You will need a car to get around. English TV channels kept freezing, and it seemed that the digital signal was easily corrupted.

This is a wonderful place to say. It is very clean, the staff are lovely and helpful, the accommodation is fairly spacious and there is everything you want there. The restaurant is very good and there is a buffet breakfast. There are two large pools with great loungers. It is about a 20 minute walk to the harbour or the old town but if you don't want to walk the staff will order you a cab which costs 10 euros. Alternatively there is a bus outside the property for 1 euro 50. Personally I would stay again.

The apartments at Elysia park are excellent, modern and very comfortable. Two very big pool areas (a little cold in Feb) but an indoor pool & spa. There is a convenience store on site that is useful also. The Elysia Breeze bar wasn't open but the staff said they are hopeful it will be back open in Spring. It's a 20 min walk to the front and approx 30-40 mins to the Marina. Overall an enjoyable stay and very good value for money.

The place is fantastic! We stayed in the 2bed deluxe (?) apartment and it was fantastic. The team at the reception absolutely made the stay:
- They sorted out a pickup from the airport
- Super helpful in helping us book taxis during our stay and gave recommendations
- Have a whole load of activities you can book through them for ease (highly recommend the quad bike tour!)

and overall, they were really good energy!

The apartment itself was fantastic and had everything you needed. It was very quiet indoors considering how many people stay here, but lively at the pools (but also still relaxing).

Overall, I cannot recommend it enough!

This felt more like a residential apartment than a hotel. A deposit was requested on everything, from the hotel towels to the card which takes you down to the spa. Covid protocols were very strict and a charge of 1euro was applicable for every towel wash, although it is good that they are trying to be more environmentally friendly. Indoor pool was too cold. Maid tried to enter room at 8.30am and woke us up. They also allowed people to reserve the sun beds for hours without use - this was not enforced properly. Not enough sun beds at all. Otherwise clean but bathroom felt a little worn down despite it being a new block

We took a deluxe apartment, the apartment is very well equipped, clean and has everything you need to feel at home on vacation. We had a dishwasher missing to make it easy to wash the dishes. And a grill for the balcony was also missing, so as not to make a smell in the whole apartment while cooking. No detergents, not even for a washing machine

Our third stay here and once again the staff and facilities proved to be exceptional.We booked a 3 bedroom penthouse apartment. The wrap round balcony gave us a choice of mountain, sea or pool views.
The single draw back was the bed in the main bedroom which both my wife and I found far too small and far too hard. Otherwise a fantastic place

The apartment we stayed in was fully equipped and very clean. The decor was modern and up to date. Staff were friendly. However, the property lacked entertainment for the kids and only had one restaurant, which we felt was very restricting.
The indoor pool was good though, the kids really enjoyed swimming in it and, being out of season, it was just what we needed.

The apartment was gorgeous. Really well appointed and plnty of space. The location was a little far from the main tourist area, but that suited us well and we didn't mind the 15 min or so walk.
We had hired a car and there was ample free parking at the complex so no issues there.

If you want a modern place, then book!

We had a 2 bedroom self catering apartment and could not fault it. It is so modern and has everything you need. Very comfortable beds and all the appliances were modern.

We did not use the restaurant but the menu looked great. Elysia Park is pretty much close to everything, there is a shopping centre - Avenue is around a 10mins walk. There is a shop is next to the apartment for anything last minute.

We stayed in a penthouse apartment with a family of 5 and were shocked at how big and spacious the apartment was. The huge terrace and balcony meant that we had sun and shade whenever we wanted it. The pools were large and very quiet at the end of October. We loved the new bar/restaurant and gym:spa/indoor pool. We were a little disappointed that the gym/spa/indoor pool were only open at the weekends. Overall,
We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

The hotel is great, the town house was spacious, comfortable and mostly clean. The service was fine, kitchen was higly equipped with everything needed (although low on silverware).
The mattresses and couches however were pretty run down and sleeping was not that comfortable.
Another issue was the ants, the kitchen and also the rest of the place (both floors) had many ants. That was just unpleasant.

This is a fantastic location with one small exception, the sun beds around the pool. Unless you want to reserve a bed with your towel when you’re not using it then it’s impossible to get a bed after 9am. There is not enough beds and no spares. This could be easily rectified by getting more beds and keeping some in store. The people on reception are not helpful with this however the lifeguards do remove towels from beds that aren’t being used.
That being said everything else is fantastic, the communication beforehand was exceptional and we got the pool view we requested. The air conditioning is really good, 3 units in the apartment that cool almost instantly. The whole resort was clean and cleaners clean regularly and are very accommodating coming back later when the kids were still asleep. The food at the bar was good, slightly more expensive than the restaurants, as you’d expect, but worth the money. The pool area, if you get a bed, is lovely. We didn’t use any of the other facilities or see any entertainment. The secure parking is great if you’re hiring a car and I’d recommend going to the old town in Paphos and the Waterpark in Limassol.

This is the first time we have come to an apartment hotel and we were pleasantly surprised! The good experience started at the reception, the staff welcomed us very pleasantly, we arrived at a spacious, clean and nicely decorated apartment. The pool view reflected off the balcony only added to the pleasant experience. Lovely pool, crystal clear water, restaurant with high quality food, nice people. better to have a rental car if you stay in this hotel, its 20-25 mins walk to beach / shopping mall
we had a large garden apartment, wifi worked well on lower level but less in bed rooms

Great stay, friendly staff, clean and comfortable

Overall we had an excellent stay at Elysia park. The apartment (two-bedroom) is clean, well-equipped and was in superb condition. We had minor issues with one of the showers, which was handled quickly by the staff that is welcoming and always happy to assist.
Only caveat is a somewhat noisy environment - our apartment was located close to the restaurant area, which features music and overall noise starting at 8AM. Just be aware of that if you'd like a quiet environment.

I liked everything in the property especially the front desk staff. They were helpful and friendly and someone was there from -730-0200.
The place was very clean the rooms were excellent the pools are big and handy the water are clean and warm. the room enmities are as in the best hotels and the kitchen is well equipped. you even have washing machine in the apartment. I had 1 three rooms apartment very recommended the wifi a little week . I had 2 two bed apartment as well all the were very good. the 3 bed rooms was in a different building but it was next door (we asked for it by mail and it was arranged ) during the booking all your questions are answered promptly. You have small mini market on spot and the bigger one are few minutes away (kings Mall). there is a kaffe on site for breakfast or lunch and diner (never eat there). The Elysia park is very recomended,

Booked here at very short notice, for my partner and children aged 3 & 6. Very clean, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We also had dinner and lunch in the restaurant and it was lovely,
The pools were great for any age, especially the children’s and the child’s play area was good too.
Would definitely stay here again.

we were in the town house 2 adults and 3 kids. The house looked great, clean and very pleasant. Kitchenware were brand new. we had everything we needed. Enjoyed the stay very much. Next time we'll come at summer time.
