The apartment has everything you need, whether you are staying for just a few days or for a longer holiday. It was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped, making it easy to feel at home right away.

The location is excellent, with beaches close by and easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed.

A brilliant place to stay. The receptionist George was amazing. So friendly, happy and gave us loads of brilliant advice! The place itself was large, very clean and brilliant location. For English travellers, it’s worth noting that the plugs are English, which is brilliant. There’s so many facilities and a lovely balcony to sit and enjoy the sun. No cockroaches too, which having heard horror stories from other places I was chuffed about.

Never again! Dirty sheets, uncomfortable beds, electricity disconnected twice in one night where we don’t have heat. I tried to get out of my booking on the second night but they refused. Not recommended at all. Avoid if you can at all cos!

Poor

The details did not include 5€ per air conditioning unit payable on arrival. We needed 2 in the bedroom and 1 in the lounge as we needed it for sleeping. Agreed on 10€ per apartment with the lovely receptionist BUT one bedroom one was not working and the called engineer did not attend. It was 29 c, unbearable so my pregnant granddaughter and her partner slept in a single bed with A/C, and another family member got no sleep.
The bed in the lounge was filthy, so badly stained but not noticed until the bed was stripped in the morning. No toiletries, no washing up liquid.
Overall my opinion is calculate whether its worth it, we only needed a stopover for an early morning flight. Not recommended

Everything you need for a short holiday

Small apartment complex with pool, it is well situated in the beachy part of Paphos. Restaurants, historic sight and beach all an easy walk. Our appartment had everything we needed to cook our own breakfast and a small grocery store a block away to get supplies. Perfect low-key stay.

Cheap cheerful accommodation in a quiet and safe location. The host is very friendly and welcoming.

The apartment itself is very clean and has all the amenities you need for a budget holiday. It has a kitchen area with large fridge, oven, microwave, kettle and plenty of cutlery with pots and pans.
The only thing you have to be aware of is there is a charge of €5 per day if you want to use the air conditioning. Not a problem really, just factor it into you daily cost for the hotel room. It's still really cheap and good value.

The location of the hotel is not in the Paphos town, but there is a bus stop nearby 5 minutes away on the main street that can take you into town. The bus stop is outside the 'Tea for two' restaurant across the street.

If you want to walk it will take around 30 minutes following the main road. It's very flat with no hills. The beach is also nearby and you can enjoy a nice scenic walk along the coastal path into town, again about a 30 minute relaxing walk with plenty of benches to rest on if need to.

Fair accommodation for the price.

We used this place as a stop gap between checking out of our villa at 1000 and flights at 2300 so we had a place to stay, charge phones, fresehen up and use our last day to its fullest.

Price was the main driver for staying here and it was pretty cheap with enough around to keep the kids entertained.

Ample restaurants, shops and beach within walking distance which was really good.

Cons- no smoke alarm in the apartment and some of the windows had bars on them so no escape through those in an emergency.

Air-con comes at additional charge.

Pros- customer services very helpful and kind.
Cooking facilites, though dated served their purpose very well.
Beds very clean and comfortable.
Wifi was free and good.

No microwave, no coffee maker, not enough crockery, though these were all included in the description. No housekeeping visit for the whole week (though one was promised) so sheets and towels were not changed and we had to buy toilet paper. There was a €5 charge per day for aircon which was not in the description. The fridge was very old with spots of rust and noisy. Definitely not 4 star, only a 3 star max. If we had received everything (the basics) that was stated in the description it would have been much more comfortable. Good area for restaurants, walking distance to the sea front, from where its a nice walk to Paphos harbour

a few things were missing, e.g. baking paper or a leaf shape for the yard, unfortunately we couldn't cook properly..! otherwise we liked it there.. next time I ask you to book the price on account more precisely because of the apartments, if we have already booked beforehand, so that there is no discussion,

A nice apartment but needs changes in my opinion

The description of apartment service states it is ilimited but my own experience for my weeks stay can only be described as non existent.
I have no problem cleaning up after myself but the lack of even a sweeping brush made this impossible.
The apartment was spotless when we arrived but fresh towels and bed linen would have made our stay so much nicer (also toilet paper and rubbish bin emptying).
My last negative was the lady that let her children run up and down stairs shouting and screaming before 8am while she was servicing rooms above, it didn't make for a pleasant start to the day.

Beyond expectations

We visited Paphos for one night to fly off the next morning. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will visit again for sure. The apartment was spacious, clean, affordable, and perfectly located for strolls along the seaside promenade of Kato Paphos. Highly recommended.

Nice place for remote work

Very nice place in a quiet neighbourhood. No issues with very late checkout, any problems were resolved very quickly. WiFi is pretty good, we both worked remotely and it was okay. Its about 30-40 minutes walk from the center, no bigger shops nearby so its especially recommended if you rent a car, there's also a bus AFAIK though we haven't tried it.

Some information are misleading like the fact that they mention, “they maybe charges for your pet\" but there is always a charge, moreover the ac is charged extra. Also, even though the apartment is in Cyprus they are calling you from Greece to confirm details on your arrival which i found confusing. In addition, the apartment was dirty. The covers of the chairs were dirty; I also found hair in the bath tab and on the floor.

Le logement est propre. Bel accueil.
Je recommande ++

Nice place and fair value for the price. It's close to the sea, in a dead end road so no through traffic, nice little pool, nice little balcony with the sun in the morning for a sunny breakfast outside, and generally quite spacious. It was a bit cold as we didn't have a remote control for the AC/heating, and the blanket was a bit thin, with the second blanket it was ok. Toilet seat was loose, so better sit down carefully.
