A basic quality stay. You pay what you get. My wife and I stayed here before and we enjoyed our time. The staff are definitely the greatest asset. My only complaint is the noise of the air con which was so loud, I had to sleep on the sofa in the lounge where the air con was less loud. The rooms were spotless, cleaned every day. The atmosphere around the pool area was chilled and relaxed which was definitely what we wanted.

The room was very clean & spacious. The staff were pleasant, the hostess at breakfast was very friendly & accomodating however the woman who came out from the kitchen was quite passive aggressive. Breakfast was ok but they could offer more choice, it was quite basic for the price. Overall a basic clean hotel, great for a stopover.

Weather was amazing! Hotel was perfect for what we required but probably not best for a family group, we were a few girls on a girly trip so suited our needs. Across the road from a few restaurants and only a 20minute walk to the harbour & bar street.

For 1 night it was ok....there would be no chance to spend a week their....we had a wedding to attend in Paphos so granted we took the cheapest room and basically got for what we paid for. The place was generally clean, there a stream of ants around, the WiFi doesn’t work, get dropping me out and back onto my data. The only ideal option for us was the location of the place which was very close to the wedding venue and church and the price....but again saying that you pay for what you get and 1 night was ok but no chance any longer

This property was lovely and very spacious.I stayed in a one bed deluxe apartment, which was very clean and offered a lot of space. It had everything you would expect to find in a self catering apartment. It is ideal if you want only want B&B or self catering.
There's a good sized pool and a bar on site. I stayed out of season, so I'd imagine the bar would be open once it kicks in. The restaurant was only open for breakfast when I stayed. Breakfast was quite basic, with limited options but the food they did have was nice.
Overall this was a great place to stay and I'd definitely recommend to others.

Paphos stay.

Good location with plenty of off street parking. Very spacious rooms. Only downside was the noise from other apartments. You could hear everything, even with the TV on. We only stayed one night before a very early morning flight. So with the noisy neighbors we didn't get much sleep.

Last minute holiday. But we knew exactly which hotel we wanted.
This hotel has recently been re-furbished and we had a fantastic duplex all brand new. We are already planning our next visit to Pandreams in August 2018.

Quiet apartment complex in need of some TLC.

Ideal if your after a quiet break, away from the centre of Paphos. The rooms were cleaned everyday, and the staff are very friendly.

Great value and great service

Myself and my partner stayed at this hotel as a cheap winter get away to Paphos. We paid on a self catering basis just over £20 a night - very cheap and for the money a good standard of facilities and accommodation. The hotel is in a good location with some excellent restaurants near by. The service was top notch with very helpful, friendly staff who were only too happy to help and provide some good local knowledge. Would recommend this hotel!

The place is very nice! Not in the central harbor area, but city is small so everything is really close. Few minutes walk from Pachyammos beach. Rooms are very spacious and we had pretty everything that you need for comfort stay. Also you have minimarket just outside the building. The only minus was that the sauna is not working during off season and there is no information about it on the website.

Difficult room access and 1 out of 2 booked rooms

I had booked one room via Expedia and one by phone. The hotel only had a record of the Expedia room. This meant that my daughter had to share with me and my wife.
Access to the room was via a spiral concrete stair way with no guide rail- not good for two mid seventy year olds.

Nice quiet hotel close to the beach

The room was cleaned every day with clean sheets and towels. Reception staff were very helpful. Unfortunately our room opened out onto the car park which we hadn't expected. Nice pool with plenty of sunbeds although it was closed for two days.

The hotel itself was good enough, basic but clean and spacious rooms, the double bed is 2 singles pushed together
All staff were not particularly helpful or friendly
Pool bar is useless and well overpriced. The pool is filthy and I complained about it but it didn't get any better and they just made excuses
We had a lilo race during the day, they complained and the next day they had taken all the lilos and rings away!!! use the cab office over the road it's much cheaper

Needs a bit of Tlc

The apartments are in a good a location near bars restaurants seafront. The studio we were in was a nice size with all the amenities you need in a kitchenette nice big Terresse but with restricted view but seeing some of the other apartments view point we were lucky not to have been overlooking the car park. Staff very friendly apartments cleaned everyday if you wanted. This could be a really nice complex of apartments if they updated it around the grounds and inside the apartments. The beds are not good some very hard others to soft and could feel the inner springs some nights my partner ended up sleepin on a lylo as he has back problems and sleeping on the beds made it worse, I myself had back pain every morning.

Good apartments close to the seafront

The apartment was spacious, complete with outside furniture and enough kitchen equipment for breakfast on the balcony each morning. Shower was excellent! We requested a double bed but were given twin beds pushed together so this was slightly less comfortable.

Large, very deep swimming pool. Unfortunately this was empty on our arrival and took several days to fill up; however we visited Paphos very early in the season and the owners were kind enough to ring a neighbouring hotel to ensure we had access to another pool. The gym is limited in equipment and pretty run down but you are able to do a basic weight training workout if you want. There is also a ping pong table. The tennis courts are another nice bonus, but also a little run down. The staff have some cheap tennis raquets and ping pong raquets for guests to borrow. Sauna amd jacuzzi were not available during our stay, but again it was very early in the season with very few guests.

The owners were fantastic and go out pf their way to help you. They provided us with a map and wrote down bus numbers and times for us. They persistently rang several tour operating companies to try tp arrange a daytrip for us, although it was too early in the season.

The location is good - two minutes to the coastal path which takes about 10 minutes to the nearest beach and 20 minutes to the harbour. Also walking distance to the water park and a nice square of resturants is literally opposite. Most daytrips/parks open 1st May!

The hotel is in need of decorating the room I stayed in was ok for my needs and comfy enough for my needs, at night the entrance was dark and the light switches hard to find on the walls had to buy a small tourch to find my way .generaly the hotel was ok.

'OK' - but very tired Hotel lacking investment

My wife and I have just returned from a 10 day stay at this Hotel. We've said 'disappointed' in this review because although we knew beforehand that one gets what one pays for, we did not expect the level of 'tiredness' to be found throughout it. For example: we had been told the Pool Bar would not be open (because it was the end of the season) but it appeared to us it had been shut for quite some time. This also applied to the Restaurant which looked as if it had been shut for even longer. We knew it was seasons end, but the Supermarket attached to the property is running with very low stock levels and keep only the very barest of essentials.

The swimming pool and surrounds are kept in excellent shape but, for example, most of the cushions on the loungers have mould stains on them - other reviewers have said there are always plenty of loungers - this is true because for at least three days we thought we were the only ones staying there! Another example is the sofa bed in our one bed room had a tear right across it on the covering fabric (we didn't bother to complain - it just didn't seem worth the effort!). But everywhere this 'tiredness' is evident - to quantify that, it would be my guess that without major investment throughout the property prior to next season, it will have a difficult time next year.

For men with an inquisitive nature and a mechanical/electrical background, don't look in the electrical cupboards outside the rooms - scary stuff!

1 of the very few lowrate places with 24/7 recepti

One of the very few low-rate places with 24/7 reception, near by the beach, that is clean and tidy. Not fair away from the resort center, but close to main road. There is a chance (when highly occupied) to be placed in noisy room near by busy road with few restaurants, and noisy bars (like almsot everywhere inside Paphos). Have been there several times, and in 2 out of 3 times I was in this kind of room. Internet access is not ideal, like everywhere in Cyprus. Buss stop- 612 from the airport is very near the hotel.

Hotel was fine. Two story room with a ten second walk to to the pool. Restaurants all around it. The facilities in the hotel are bit old, but for the price it's a good value.

This is not the ritz.It was quiet and relaxing.Not many people about.Room was very spacious and although tiles looked dirty in places it was kept very clean.Some of the furniture is in need of replacement and the appliances are not up to british standard but we got what we paid for.Room was air conditioned and needed to be.Lovely swimming pool but sunbed matresses need replacing.Not far from the beach and good transport links to harbour although you could walk this in 20 mins

Hotel staff were brilliant. Rooms were basic but kept clean & tidy. Pool was gr8., large & well maintained. Large patio, however, garden part not maintained or watered.. Downside was the hotel bar was not open and the restaurant ( the Meat Academy) was not open. These were advertised as part of the features of the hotel. For breakfast, we had to get a voucher & go over the road.! Close to gr8 bars & restaurants.

Nice hotel and great location.

The place and the staff were great. Swimming pool and facilities were good however, the only thing we did not like was that the air conditioning was in pretty bad shape and really needed cleaning, rendering it useless during our stay. Everything else was great and I would recommend the hotel!
