Booked a 2 bedroom apartment, (2 double beds). Only one room has storage, the other has wall hooks. No room for anything else except the bed. Thin walls.
A bit out of the way. A good 20 minute walk to the nearest restaurants and bars.

For the money, we were happy enough with the apartment, it had all the facilities we required. Staff were friendly. Toilet needed cleaning properly and the sofabed in the lounge needs replacing as we could feel the metal frame. The main beds were OK and the kitchen facilities all worked well. Some noise early morning which we think was staff moving trolleys/bins around outside at 7am but otherwise a quiet location. Not too far from the seafront where there was plenty of choice of restaurants and bars. The nearby Pambis restaurant was the best we went to though, and very easy walking distance.

Nice apartment, well equipped for 3 people with a good layout. The only slight problem was the lack of light in the bathroom - maybe a stronger bulb would have helped!
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone wishing to visit Paphos for an extended stay.

The reception staff and the maids were quite nice and helpful. My husband caught a cold and they were very helpful in helping us extend our stay so he could rest. The parking was great. The bed was a little old, little lumpy, but good enough. It was a pleasant stay.

Great value for a lovely, friendly, clean stay

What a jewel and great service friendly staff fabulous value for money. Lovely pool areas to choose from. 30 min walk to harbour. Apartment very clean and spacious, large balcony. Has everything you need - hob, microwave and even a washing machine. Shop around the corner and really impressive restaurants nearby. Would benefit from cushions on sun loungers, bring your own beach towels. We’ll be back!

Lovely apartments with all you need for a comfortable stay at a great price. Pools were great and never busy, even in July/August, there was no problem getting a sunbed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment was a good size with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Aircon was great (and needed!).

The only negatives I could add would be that the location is about 5 mins walk too far away from the bars / restaurants and we did miss a clean / towel change in our first week. But staff helpfully sorted this and even gave us a top up clean.

This has to be the best apartment to stay at in Paphos. Super easy to collect your apartment key if you arrive when reception is closed. Not a problem! Apartment very clean & spacious, with everything you will need for your stay. Great facilities with swimming pools and a gym. Great location too which is close enough to all places of interest and easy to get around. But also in a quiet location with little disturbances day and night. Checking in at a convenient time for yourself is a definite plus, so you can relax and not feel rushed. All the staff in reception extremely friendly, welcoming and very helpful, offering lots of information for your stay. They really cannot do enough for you. Even out of hours, to contact somebody in an emergency is very easy and simple. They continue to be super friendly and very helpful to quickly and efficiently sort out any problems or concerns you may have. They do not let you worry about a thing and rapidly get back to you with updates on the situation of concern. Resolving everything for you, putting your mind at rest. I will definitely be staying here again and I will recommend this apartment to my friends, family and anyone else who is looking to stay in Paphos. I cannot fault this apartment or staff. They do amazing job at this amazing apartment. Well recommended. Five glowing stars! *****

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property in April 2025.

The apartment was clean and spacious with clear separated living areas. The complex the apartment was in was clean and well maintained. We had an oven we weren’t expecting which was useful.

There was plenty of parking on site and we never struggled to find a place to park.

You’re about a 15 minute walk into the harbour area, not far from the mall or old town. Overall it’s a good location and the roads were quiet when we were there.

The pools were quiet as they hadn’t quite warmed up enough in early April - but that’s not the properties fault as many locations naturally heat the pools.

Our only issues would be the hot water system. It’s just old fashioned being an immersion heater. We had immersion heaters 20 years ago and they weren’t good then and they aren’t any better in 2025. You have to wait ages to check if you have hot water and 30 minutes to heat it up without touching any water.

We had a fantastic holiday which was made so much better with the help of the lovely staff who were always happy to help us with booking taxis and giving us suggestions for best beaches, attractions and restaurants to visit! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was a bit of a walk to the main strip in Paphos (25 mins ish) but we rented a car so could drive to the free car park up by the castle at get there in less than 10 mins. Parking was easy at the apartments and a little supermarket is less than a five minute walk. Thank you for making our stay so great!

This is a rather dated, very basic property. The apartment was a decent size but had very limited kitchen equipment. Our balcony overlooked the car park and the back yard, not great. Bed was uncomfortable and dipped in the middle. The kitchen sink leaked, resulting in water over the floor, took two attempts to fix. A good 25 min walk into the town and 20 mins to nearest restaurants.That said the reception staff were really helpful and friendly and did what they could. Not great value for money.

Well located & good facilities but uncomfortable.

Great value for money and overall facilities at the property and in the apartment were good. The furniture was not very comfortable which was very much felt by the end of a 6 night stay. The air conditioning was not effective enough making the temperatures uncomfortable during the height of summer and impacting sleep quality. The apartment was clean enough and well equipped. Would recommend for very reasonably priced accommodation for a few nights in cooler temperatures but for any longer or in the height of summer it’s too uncomfortable in my personal opinion. The location is great, walking distance to the harbour (15 minutes) well located for amenities and close to many attractions. If the furniture and bed were more comfortable and the aircon more efficient I would highly recommend however I wouldn’t stay again as these points were too much compromise despite the great price.

Not very close to the sea, you’ll have to walk, but the area of the facility itself is secluded and full of plants what makes it quiet and private. We enjoyed a week at Artemis Cynthia resort. The apartment was clean and a good size. The pools were lovely and quiet. Check in was easy and the free parking helpful. We walked down to the harbour and to the old town - fine for us but a mile ISH so may put some off. Hot water was an issue (lack of) and the beds weren't great (reported on day 1 but no action or solution offered ). Overall, recommended.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, reply to emails within minutes prior to stay. Reception staff really helpful with bus’s etc. Room was clean and washing machine was a great addition. The Apt complex had vending machines with water & snacks in but the complex is missing a bar area. It’s a 20 minute walk to Harbour area and needed to use google maps the first night to get there (we landed out of reception hours) area is very residential and apart from a few small convenience stores there is nothing much around. Key safe area really easy to find and great clear instructions on how to use if you land out of hours. Would highly recommend the Apts and have no complaints whatsoever for the price we paid.

The apartment is spacious with complete utilities that we need during our stay. With fabulous amenities like swimming pool and gym. Receptionist are very welcoming with free tea/coffee.
The only downside is a little bit far from the harbour, 25-30 minutes walk but very manageable.

My partner and I had a great stay for 5 days. Fantastic complex, apartment was much bigger than we had anticipated with a fabulous balcony. Reception staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend and we will return to this complex. Small criticism; the memory foam mattress was not the comfiest and we felt the bathroom could have been cleaner and updated. We enjoyed our days at Artemis Cynthia Complex in Paphos. The location was clean and well outfitted. Lovely balcony overlooking 1 of 4 pools. Staff were super friendly and helpful. After-hours check-in was easy and well explained in an email prior to arriving. We had a car rental but there is a convenience store close by and a reasonable walk to the Main Street. We were recommended this location and are glad we close it as our base in Paphos.
Only complaint- the pillows! Time to improve and add bed pillows. We ended up using throw pillows from the sofa.

Spacious rooms and plenty of storage space. Nice private balcony with table and chairs
The complex is in a nice area, a bit away from the crowds but still only about a twenty minute walk to the beach. Paphos old town was also accessible on foot.
The staff were extremely helpful with any questions we had.
The one thing that I would mention as a negative is that the walls weren’t very sound proof.
But overall, a great place to stay.

It has everything you need for a self catering holiday. It’s only a 15 minute walk from the beach and places to eat out. There are two mini markets around 2-5 minutes walk away. We loved the easy check-in. The staff was friendly and gave great communication about process of a late check in, which we needed. The area is close to everything, an easy walk to the beach, places to eat, shops and a mall. The small apartment offers you the opportunity to enjoy quiet time on the premises as well as the grounds and pools are cleaned daily. The parking inside the compound is nice and gives easy access to the apartments. An elevator is also available for convenience. Two close kiosks (5 minute walk) are well stocked with all you will need to for the kitchen or to replace items you may have forgotten. We will definitely be back.

These are very nice apartments, but know that the sleeping arrangements for the two bedroom apartments are one room with a double bed, one room with a bunk bed and a sleeper sofa. We rented two units for the 11 of us, but our adult children found the bunk beds not suitable and rented another unit. The sleeper sofas were fine.

Also, not all the bunk beds have top rails. Our 5-year old granddaughter fell off the top bunk and had to go to the hospital at 1:00am. While one of the apartments did have a rail on the top bunk, the other did not. We should have paid better attention to this. But, I would highly recommend that all the bunk beds have top rails. It's a detail that would be very helpful for families with young children.

The reception is very lovely and the location is really nice. There are also 4 pools, including one that is for small children - only 18 inches deep. It was cold when we were there, but people were still using the pool area for sunbathing and my granddaughter took a swim.

The kitchens are nice and well appointed. We liked having a full stove and oven and a washing machine.

It's a longish walk to the beach, but not that bad. We drove and found parking, but we were there in March when things are very slow. There is a place nearby for coffee and pastry.

Loved this apartment complex, it looks just like the photos! There are several blocks overlooking multiple swimming pools. Local supermarkets nearby and 30 min walk to old town, the beach, harbour, lots of restaurants and all the main attractions. Staff were lovely, we arrived late and were able to gain access thanks to prior arrangements and they let us check out late too.

I wasn't happy with the fact they took a €100 deposit in case I broke something. It ties up my resources for two weeksxbecause it takesxan extra week to be credited once you move out. I think it is discriminatory, just my opinion. The extra €10 I paid for a welcome basket provided me with €5 worth of stuff but I believ I may have got a larger apartment. Too many children in the complex. Complex was too far away from anythibg, all residential nearby. Oj with a car but a poor bus service meant a lot of walking.

Apartment complex is very clean and tidy, all four pools are well maintained. Apartment itself is very spacious and has everything you need for a holiday, washing machine in the kitchen is a real bonus.
Only small downside is to get to the main restaurants in Paphos its about a 20 minute gentle walk. This didn't bother us too much but did get a bit of a drag after two weeks. Overall though excellent for the money we paid.

Nice apartments

The apartment was very nice.
We didn't get bags for trash and no toilet paper.
The pools had to much chlorine
The reception was only open few hours a day.
But overall a nice experience.
We needed to rent a car. It's hard to get around without a car.

The welcome gift at our arrival was a really lovely touch. The apartment was clean, mostly everything you needed to cook a proper meal was there, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the location was perfect for us as we loved the walk to the harbour, shopping mall etc in the sun. Everything you need is in walking distance! Will definitely want to stay here again, the price was very good for value! Can’t fault it.

So good we booked to come back again next year!

Cyprus at the end of January is uncrowded and relaxing, the weather is warmish, some days even warm enough for shorts, though you can get the occasional torrential downpour. Flights are cheap and accommodation even cheaper. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and paid £23 a night - light spacious and airy, it was sparkling clean and kitted out with everything we needed for our stay, even a washing machine. Heating units in the living area and both bedrooms kept us warm at night. Lovely balcony overlooking the pool. There are a number of pools on the complex and all are lovely and very well kept. Loads of parking. It is a 20 minute walk to the seafront, 15 minute walk to Kings Avenue Mall, 25 minute walk to the Old Town. There is a fab mini market around the corner with a great wine selection! We have been to Cyprus many times and the purpose of our trip was to visit the many lovely vineyards and fill our suitcases with wine. This was a fantastic base, easy check in and out using the key safe, lovely helpful staff. Would definitely recommend for an out of season relaxing break in Cyprus.

Excellent value for money, great location walking distance to most places. Great staff and helpful with check in out of hours. Clear instructions sent before hand and very easy to find.

Apartment has everything you need to cook and what you need such as Cork screw, glasses, cups etc. Good TV and wi fi.

Will definitely be staying again.
