hotel customer service was terrible . was not a valued customer at all. I had an unexpected emergency and was unable to fly due to medical issues , they would not allow me to change dates for the sale of 6 weeks , bare in mind it's low season dec / january, really disappointed, i never even asked for a refund i just wanted to move dates . Awful morals and will not recommend to anyone and will go somewhere else next month .

This hotel was central to all our needs in the heart of the harbour. We stayed for a week on B&B. The breakfast was a cold breakfast with cheese and various meats. There was toast, fruit and yogurt. It was good value for what we paid.

A nice, clean, functional property in a strategic position close to the sea. Walkable distance to many archaeological sites around the hotel( must-see attraction).
Several options to eat out. Friendly staff.

Fresh fruit and vegetables. However, the quality of the bread, pastries and coffee quality could be better.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly, but the rooms are extremely basic with no fridge or drink making facilities. The bathroom in the room is so small that you have to step into the shower to actually close the door, in order to use the toilet. If you're larger than average you'll struggle to use this space. We also had loads of tiny bugs in our room that kept coming out of the Aircon unit.

Breakfast is just toast and bananas and pastries, with a plate of ham and cheeses which is laid out on a table, not refrigerated (which I guess is partly why breakfast is only 2 hours long)

The photos boast a swimming pool and \"skyline bar\" neither of which could be found on site during our trip.

Not good for a holiday but fine for a quick trip

I stayed at this nice small hotel which is very close to the harbour.
There is 24 hour reception, and free WiFi and free breakfast..simple continental one.
I booked through Expedia and asked for a mini fridge in the room. When I checked in I was happy to find that my request was honoured.
The receptionist was very helpful in booking a taxi for us to leave 3:30 in the morning and was willing to provide us with a takeaway breakfast.

Expedia customer service sent an email for feedback about the check in process.
One of the comments I wrote was that I wished there was a coffee maker in the room …and that the bathroom door handheld was loose.
The second day after a morning stroll I came back and found a water kettle in the room with coffee sachets….I also saw the manager himself coming to check the problem with the bathroom door handle. It seemed he received the feedback from Expedia and directly acted upon it . I was immensely impressed …this is the way for small establishments to succeed…by responding, respecting and catering to customers' needs.

Highly recommended clean hotel with great value

It’s a very lovely and clean small hotel. The size of the room is reasonable and it’s very clean in the room and other facilities. Breakfast is standard but absolutely good for the value. Staff was extremely helpful after I asked the bus timetable and route. Overall highly recommended!!

Very good we had a problem with a bedside lamp it was sorted and replaces by a lamp the receptionist was using. Staff very helpful my only complaint was the breakfast was not very good. It was a continental breakfast with no fruit and the toaster took ages.

What I liked: Good location, short walking distance from what is important in the city. Cleanliness in the room and in the common spaces. Quiet area, free private parking. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Excellent value given the new refurbed. Amenities are basic but it's very clean, the beds and pillows are comfy (which is nearby impossible to come by, even in a plush hotel) and nice staff. Towels could do with a bit of fabric softener and I'd recommend they don't use bleach, as their mops / cleaning trolleys have left bleach stains on the hall carpets. Couldn't get better value for money!

Hotel is well located. Two blocks from the sea in a quiet street. So if you want to sleep late the hotel is quiet, but if you’re ready to dine out you’ll find lots of places on a walking distance. Staff is really nice. Just a little loud at 7:00 am when they begin the cleaning. There are amazing archaeological sites just around the corner

Hot hot hot weather but warm welcome as usual

Had another good stay but one night I was woken up by thoughtless guests checking in, talking very loudly in the corridor then banging doors at 2am. Need signs to remind guests to be respectful by respecting a 'quiet zone' upstairs. Staff excellent and despite very hot weather period the a/c and ventilation kept my room cool. I need to sleep well at night to enjoy the days and evenings!!

Good value hotel in a central location

Hotel room was accessed from the external side of the hotel. Room had no patio/balcony, was modern and clean but sparsely furnished. TV had BBC world, Sky sports in English and approx 15 local channels. WIFI did not work for 1 1/2days.
Buffet breakfast was. adequate consisting of cold meat, cheese, pastries, toast, tea/coffee etc.
Hotel was in a good location, 5min walk to the sea and 10min walk to the harbour bus station.

Nice enough hotel if you want clean, compact and very simple, but our double room was exceptionally small - even though it was meant to be a superior room with more space. There was not not enough cupboard/shelf space for 1, let alone 2 people to unpack and not enough room on floor around the bed to leave a suitcase to 'live out of' without having to step/stumble over it all the time. Shower room/toilet equally tiny and nowhere at all to put anything except the floor - and we prefer not to have our wash stuff on the toilet floor. Balcony was also tiny with a 'view' of bins and backs of other buildings - would not have sat there. We booked a week but stayed only one night - we were so frustrated with lack of space, it just wouldn't have been a relaxing break. It was our choice to leave for something better. Lady at reception when we checked out seemed surprised at our concern about lack of space. She said it was one of their larger rooms, so I dread to think what a small room would be like! Was in a good location, though. Lots of bars and restaurants around and a couple mins walk to the seafront/harbour area. Hotel offers a continental breakfast with 'no eggs' - we were clearly told- but we slept in till 10am on the one morning were there and missed the continental offering so can't comment but had a lovely brekkie at a seafront cafe. Lots of choice there. I suppose you get what you pay for. We made a mistake in thinking this would be ok. Good aircon in the room. No lift.

Good Hotel at the right place.

Very delighted with my choice of this hotel. Everything was perfect for the price I paid for. Very simple, clean and polite staff makes the hotel one of the coolest budget hotels to lodge in.
Location is second to non, few meters away from the famous cost line and one of the main high streets with every food you can think of.

However there is one issue the hotel needs to improve on in this modern day in life and that is their Internet Broadband WiFi connectivity is very poor and needs serious upgrade.

But I will still recommend this hotel to a serious holiday goer.

Great location, ok hotel

The hotel itself is situated within 5 min of the beach and harbour area. Also local is the many restaurants and bars towards the east. My wife and I found the area to be pleasant and vibrant.

Upon arriving to the hotel the entrance and reception seemed spacious and welcoming, unfortunately the rooms can be a little small, I knew this on booking and luckily the rooms modern furnishings and simple style make up for its size. I feel that the hallways however could use the same modernisation as the carpets are quite stained.

Breakfast was not bad but I would of liked to of seen maybe some fruit as an option, maybe more than two cereal choices. After a week we just ended up feeling the lack of variety.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the bar at the hotel is also quite cheap compared to local bars.

Here’s some quick things my wife and I recommend:
- the imperial Chinese restaurant is amazing and about 5 min away
- a visit to the Adonis baths is worth the 9€ pp entry price! (40min drive)
- coral bay beech is the best local beech (15min drive)
- don’t eat at the restaurants at the harbour, they all overcharge and the food just isn’t great.
- if you rent a car I found it way cheaper to get one at Paphos airport but get insured! Some guy drove into me whilst he was on his phone!

The Hotel is very conveniently located for the town centre,the harbour and the bus station,being only about 5 mins from each. The hotel is small [only 21 rooms] modern and was clean. It was quiet at night. The staff were helpful and efficient.The room had a small balcony with a view of trees and surrounding buildings. The buffet breakfast was adequate with some variety but it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit. There are several restaurants and bars very nearby. We would definately use the hotel again if we returned to Paphos.

Excellent location. Fantastic staff and service.

This hotel is in an excellent location. Turn left and within 10 meters you're at the start of a road with pubs/restaurants/clubs for every taste, you'd never need to walk to the coast during the afternoon/evening.
Turn right out of the hotel towards the coast, and within 200 meters you're right in the middle of pub/café/restaurant/gift shop territory and touching the sea. Walk quietly uninterrupted along the coast side of the cobbled street or on the other side be greeted and invited into an array of shops/cafes and restaurants.
Hotel parking is right next door, and whilst compact, there's plenty of free parking on the streets around the hotel too.
Right behind the hotel is the closest archaeological site we found, Agia Kyriaki Chrysopolitissa, great to wander around as a first taste of what's available.
The hotel staff are pleasant and helpful, we were provided with a voucher for a couple of free drinks when we checked-in, a nice surprise.
Rooms were clean and although the bathroom could have been larger, it does the job and the shower certainly packed a punch.
The rooms have air con and a small balcony, both of which would be essential in the hotter months, although without a fridge or kettle to provide the drinks.
A great base for walking around the sights, Tomb of the Kings less than 2 miles away, and you'll pass underground and over-ground sights and shopping mall on the way too. Lots to break up the walking. Paphos Archaeological Park not even 1km away.
Loved it.

Modern, stylish room & smart bathroom. Sun-trap balcony sitting area overlooking archaeological site. In room Wi-Fi didn't always work, disconnecting most evenings but would reconnect eventually. Room cleaned & made to look like new each day. Souvenir shops, main bus stop, tourist areas, supermarket all easily walkable.

Room and bathroom where clean with all the usual toiletries provided. The bed as a bit too soft for my liking, but fine for one night. There was a desk to work on which annoyingly had no nearby electrical socket.

Breakfast was about right for the price point and nothing to complain about.

Location wise, this hotel is about 5-10 minutes walk to Kato Paphos and the beach and very close of bars and clubs, which were mostly closed in December. Probably because it was low season.

Very well-equipped room with good water pressure, usb plugs, and a little balcony. Room is a bit on the smaller side, but well designed for that. Breakfast very pleasant and simple. Incredible value for the money—offseason pricing!
I noticed one reviewer complaining about something, but she must not have realized where to find it, and obviously didn’t ask the staff.
The front desk welcome was very friendly.

The hotel is basic and rooms are small but it has what I needed. The only thing is my room was over looking the front road where there is a disco and some noise from outside while my friends stayed in the rear rooms, said it was quite! I orders espresso in the morning and of course with extra charge and when I came to pay, The sweet lady at the front desk said no need. That was very sweet of her!

THIS HOTEL IS WELL SITUATED IN THE CENTRE OF KATO PAPHOS.
THE STAFF ARE EXCELLENT, FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL.
THE PRICE IS ALSO REASONABLE...FOR WHAT YOU GET.
BREAKFAST IS THE CONTINENTAL STYLE WITH LIMITED CHOICE...BUT PLENTY TO GO ROUND.
IT HAS NO RESTAURANT
THE ROOM WAS OF A REASONABLE SIZE BUT OUR SHOWER ROOM AND BALCONY WERE VERY SMALL.
THERE IS A SAFE,TV AND A/C IN THE ROOM.
A ROOM AT THE BACK IS RECOMMENDED TO AVOID NOISE FROM THE FRONT STREET.
CAR PARKING IS LIMITED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS AND IS LIMITED TO ABOUT 6 CARS, THE REST HAVE TO PARK IN THE STREET WHICH IS A BIT DODGY.
THERE IS NO POOL BUT THE SEA IS SAFE AND NOT FAR AWAY.
THE BAR WAS LIKE ALL CYPRIOT BARS, VERY SMOKE FILLED WITH NO ESCAPE.

Just spent 2 weeks here with my boyfriend. The staff were SO LOVELY!! It was a cracking location close to all the local amenities... we couldn't believe our luck! The only things holding me back from giving 5 stars are the following: 1) Balcony was crampt and looked out onto the backyard of the adjacent shisha bar; 2) Breakfast could do with having a bit more variety (very limited selection of drinks / pastries); 3) Noise slightly audible late at night on friday/saturday (not unbearable).

Overall had a magnificent stay and would definately return.

Great value hotel

Had a great week at the Pyramos. Everything was as we hoped, close to central Paphos, the beach and port. Whilst the hotel is a budget hotel and doesn't boast the facilities of many of the larger establishments, the standard of cleanliness and the helpful and friendly staff more than make up for the extras that are available elsewhere at considerably more money. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Great hotel, ok room, strange bathroom

Great prices for decent rooms. Nice staff. Lots to do in walking distance and close to the beach. The main issue we had was a huge open gap (about a foot or two high) above our bathroom door, making it virtually impossible to get any privacy, but I don't know that all rooms have this. This gap should be covered with glass at least (and maybe it used to be).

Convenient location - good value.

This is a small very centrally located hotel in the middle of the coastal area of Kato Paphos. I only met hotel reception staff and breakfast servers and there were no Cypriots which is a shame since being able to chat about the area is important to me. The room was clean, quiet and well appointed and was fairly basic but, other than a hairdryer, had all I needed. The main criticism I had was that as the corridors and rooms were bare marble floors there was noise of chair-scraping and people walking past the room noisily, not always at civilised times. However, overall it was a good stay, nice simple breakfast, good value though not having a pool it is more suited to travellers wanting to explore the area rather than sunbathing.

location : a few minutes walk to Harbour, beach, supermarket, auport bus, busses, supermarket. lots of pubs and restarants around. Helpful kind stuff, nice dining room with good enough breakfast ,
No lift , there are steps to both first and second floor which can be a problem. there is no cattle but they gave us boiled water, thank you. Free excellent wi fi
