The coffee mugs in the room were terrible, one was so dangerous without a handle. It was too hot to hold it, & the other one had a very high handle so it easily slipped and tipped !

Our stay is was exceptional! The staff was so kind, helpful and fun! The staff at the hotel lobby bar was the greatest! We stay in one of the free standing huts with a pool and it was amazing room 008 to be exact! Amazing location to the pool and the beach, which was stunning and so peaceful, with easy access to the bars and restaurants! The location of the resort was perfect with enough right outside the main entrance to eat and shop at with a quick taxi or bus wide to downtown Pafos! The Old market in old Pafos is worth the trip as well! Highly recommend staying here if you looking for a relaxing and adult only holiday!

We were upgraded and had a glorious view from both rooms in the suite. However, this is supposed to be an adults only resort but our room faced the sister hotel and even from the 6th floor we heard screaming children until 10:30pm at night. Just dreadful and sad really. The suite was spacious, had a nice espresso maker, fruit upon arrival, good bed, linens OK. Maria at the pool area was a gem and offered wonderful service. The pool was huge and never overcrowded. The beach is tiny but there are loungers and it's quiet over there.
Unfortunately, we were not thrilled with this resort having been to many in the past. The restaurants were all open however it was hard to get a reservation even though we had a silver band VIP status. One evening we were told the reservation time had changed to way to late for us to eat. So it was back to the buffet which was not great quality and it sorely lacked any seafood at all. There was one type of fish fillet they served a few times. We enjoyed the Greek restaurant once. Nice service by the staff. All the bars seemed unwilling or unable to make any kind of frozen cocktails/smoothie of any kind, alcohol or virgin. When we said we didn't drink alcohol they basically replied, you can have 7Up or Coke, those types of things. Also, the juices are not fresh nor pure. Such a shame. Never been to a resort that didn't have crushed ice.
I think for a basic packaged holiday it is OK.

Great hotel, we stayed in one of the bungalows with hot tub. The room was great with views over the pool to the sea. The hot tub and terrace had loungers and chairs so you could lay in the sun in the privacy of your own space or wander over to the pool area. The staff were really helpful, friendly and couldn’t do enough for you!

I had a wonderful stay at the Leonardo Plaza Cypria Maris in Paphos. From the moment I arrived, Marina at reception made me feel genuinely welcome — her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. The room was impeccable, the facilities excellent, and the atmosphere relaxing, with multiple pools and a lovely spa area.

As a fellow hotelier from La Hacienda Cyprus, I really appreciated the thoughtful complimentary upgrade — a classy gesture that reflects the hotel’s strong hospitality values.

We booked this hotel as an adults-only premium resort, but it fell short in many ways. The most frustrating issue was children openly using the pool. Guest Relations first ignored the concern, then denied it, even though everyone around the pool was talking about it. A pool staff member admitted there had been countless complaints but nothing could be done because the children were related to someone high up in the business.

Cleanliness was another disappointment. One of our towels had a brown stain, we found mould in the bathroom, and wallpaper was peeling off. To make matters worse, during the day the hotel decided to sand and re-varnish the reception floors, filling the lobby with dust. Why this wasn’t done in low season is baffling.

The wristband system created a clear class divide. As blue band guests (standard rooms), we felt second-class. The alcohol available to us gave both me and my partner severe heartburn almost daily, and drinks varied in taste depending on where you ordered. A purple band for “premium” alcohol cost 30 euros per person, which seemed outrageous, especially since silver/premium guests already had this included.

The sunbed system added to the unfairness, with premium guests able to pre-book the best spots, managed by pool staff in what felt like a mafia-style arrangement.

Positives: the food was very good and à la carte staff were excellent, though most other staff seemed disengaged.

I liked that despite the crowds of tourists everything went smoothly.
I didn't like that the actual condition of the hotel was worse than it looks in the photos, that the food was of average quality and the plates were presented like in a canteen (glasses, plates oh my god), that everything related to the All Inclusive offer was of poor quality and you didn't get enough for the price you paid. The rooms were small and poorly renovated, cheaply furnished, the air conditioning was loud and didn't cool well .....

The good: modern hotel right on the water with access to the sea. Lovely rooms. The staff are SO helpful and kind. Plenty of vegetarian options in the buffet. Good spa on site for massages and manicures. Great location, walkable along the sea path to Paphos port.

The less good: when we stayed (June 2025) the hotel was 98% Brits. It has a very ‘package holiday’ feel. Every sunbed is reserved with towels before breakfast. Thank god we rented a car so we could escape to other parts of Cyprus for day trips. This hotel wasn’t cheap when booking the all inclusive package, and we didn’t feel like we got good value for money.

If you want aqua-aerobics in the pool and never having to leave the hotel because there are 5 restaurants on site, this is the place. I can see why it’s popular with older travellers. If you want something quiet, boutique and luxurious, this is not the place.

Had a lovely weeks stay here in early April. Received an upgrade to sea view on arrival which was a nice touch. Room was nicely decorated and had good storage options.

Stayed all inclusive and the food always had a good choice - we found lunch to be better than dinner personally. The choice of drinks on the all inclusive menu was the largest I've ever seen. Cocktails are made fresh on order, rather than premade which is always nicer. There is hydration stations dotted about the hotel for refilling water bottles which head handy.

The spa pool was a relaxing space when the weather wasnt great. The spa staff are good at ensuring a calm atmosphere is maintained by all guests. Didn't use the outdoor pool during our time but it looked well maintained. Lots of loungers available around the pool and out next to the sea/ promenade.

The location is great. Shops and restaurants just at front of hotel and the main town is around a 30 mins walk along the promenade. The surrounding area is all large 4/5 star hotels and it felt very safe being out and about.

There was only a few small things which we found which could be improved upon - the seating in the lobby bar was mostly set up for groups rather than couples. The app with details about hotel was inaccurate (gym, meal timings). In the spa, jacuzzi cleaning took place in the middle of the day meaning guests couldn't use it.

Overall a great stay and we would definitely revisit.

Our stay at the hotel was okay overall, but there were several disappointing aspects.

Breakfast was a highlight, with a good selection of options to choose from. The spa treatments were also enjoyable, but the spa area itself was a letdown. It was extremely cold, the floors were wet and dirty, and used towels were left on sunbeds without being cleared. The sauna and steam room were very small, and the steam room’s benches were so cold they were uncomfortable to sit on.

The most frustrating part of our stay was the treatment by hotel security and reception staff. We felt harassed at the entrance, constantly being followed by security. Additionally, the reception staff were gossiping, assuming we wouldn’t understand them—completely unacceptable behavior.

When we raised these concerns with the manager, we received an apology and a bottle of Prosecco as a goodwill gesture. However, this was later taken away by the cleaning staff, despite being more than half full.

In the end, our experience wasn’t terrible because we spent most of our time outside the hotel, but these issues definitely left a negative impression.

I was assured I was given a quiet room but was given a room over the pool ventilation and a water pressure pump that run constantly. Staff not particularly welcoming but was very attentive to regular customers. Parts of the hotel needs updating. Entertainment was very similar each evening with no variety. I wouldn't stay here again, felt like I was an inconvenience.

Swim up room was lovely apart from leaking shower cubicle with no hot water at night, reported to staff who acted immediately.
Due to size of complex hotel was extremely busy, also at night noise of music pounding until midnight therefore if you were looking for a quiet hotel this may not be suitable possibly for everyone,.
Perfect location for the airport.
Overall enjoyable stay and would return again if in another swim up room as it was in a nice quiet position of the hotel

Overall good hotel - good breakfast selection and when you could get in the a la carte options were very good.

Was really hard to get a booking in the a la carte restaurants - we could not get into the greek during our 7 nights at all. The booking system is not easy to use and best to go to guest creations to book.

Staff generally friendly and helpful - could do with the bar staff being able to check who was next in line - a lot of rude people pushing in which was annoying.

Sunbed reservation for premium rooms worked well for us - but not everyone was clear on the system so potential for a few confrontations.

Loud music from next door hotel until 11pm most nights.

Great place to stay for groups, couples and lone Travelers. As a 4 star it’s bang on the money for that rating. Food and drink is not perfect but still good for the money. Main reason I say this it is a bit limited in the main restaurant, but if you just go with the flow you will have no issues. Staff are very polite and helpful. They only thing I would say is that there are two types of all Inclusive. One seems to have to option on reserving sun beds by the pool. Done so by a ticket left on the back. This did create some confusion as it was not explained at check in how it works and a few time we saw people sit on reserved bed and then have that awkward confrontation. If you are the standard all inclusive you have no choice but to get up at 7am and guard a bed till around 9am. I’m not sure how it works exactly but it seems the bed tickets are done by the hotel before even 7am. Apart from that it’s a great place to stay and being adults only is perfect, no screaming kids jumping in the pool.

A bumpy start but overall a very relaxing stay

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our all inclusive stay. We arrived just after nine in the evening and were met with a glass of sparkling wine. Having already checked in on line we were shown to the restaurant as evening service was about to finish. Our original room was on the first floor, 109 which was very disappointing. The room was small, tired, it was directly above the disco, it had two link doors to other rooms which were paper thin. The room overlooked a car park, the air con did not work and the bed was so uncomfortable. I requested a move to an alternative room which was on a higher floor, or ideally an upgrade to a sea view room, which I was prepared to pay extra for. As the hotel was at virtual capacity I was asked to stay in the allotted room until the morning, my request was recorded in a book and I was asked to return to reception at 9am to see what could be done, once guests had checked out. After very little sleep and a tense ten minute wait, we were offered a premium partial sea view room on the fifth floor at an additional agreed cost. What a contrast! The room was large, extremely comfortable and made our stay so much more enjoyable. The food and drink in the hotel was good especially the speciality restaurants whose food was of a very good quality and highly recommended. The staff especially on the main bar and in the main restaurant were welcoming and efficient. I would recommend the hotel, but pay that bit extra for a premium or executive room.

- Very basic & cramped rooms (and was stayed in the \"premium rooms\" on the top floor)
- Buffet food isn't great
- Out of season most of the restaurants are closed
- Overall the images do the rooms and facilities significant justice
- Benefits of staying in the \"premium\" rooms don't warrant the cost

Its probably not a location I would return to.

Friendly welcoming warm reception and i was upgraded to a premium deluxe double room on the 5th floor with a sea view and king size bed. Due to being a VIP Gold member on here, also I had full buffet breakfast included in my booking the breakfast was fantastic as I had a choice of fresh meats and fresh fruits and cooked breakfast.

Good value for money and excellent customer service from the front of house staff and housekeeping staff who even left me a dog and crocodile on my bed with complimentary champagne and water and also chocolates too.

We love this hotel for a short winter stay. Staff are very welcoming.
The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Lovely views from all the rooms on the front. Super comfy beds and quiet and relaxing.
The all inclusive package is more food available at all times than anyone could eat.
Unfortunately in winter the pools are too cold to swim in which is a shame.
The back massage at the spa was super, we will be back.

(Not fruits and veggies) but items such and vegan burger, vegan ground meat for tacos etc. Additionally, some things labeled “vegan friendly” were not. For example, they had eggs labeled “vegan friendly” other than the meal options. The stay was nice.

Living locally we were looking for a nice night away. Scrolling through I found this place and booked a 1-night stay. On arrival (we were early) they made the room available to us immediately and gave us a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room (highly recommended now having stayed in it). Taking a seat to fill out the required info form we were approached (respectfully and with great humour) by the concierge and asked whether we would like a glass of champagne, soft drink or water. I took a glass of champagne for my wife but declined a drink for myself. He then offered to get me a beer, at this point I must state that we only booked B&B but that didn’t matter we were still offered drink ‘gratis’.
The room was clean, tidy with a fantastic view of the pool area and sea. We met a very friendly housekeeper on the way to the room who 2 mins later knocked on our door and gave us a bottle of sparkling wine - lovely lady!
We went out for dinner but having seen the available restaurants with the hotel we do wish we had stayed and tried them out, they all looked great!
The night entertainment was a guitarist - played lovely music and wasn’t too loud allowing for conversation and was set a lovely ambiance.
The buffet breakfast was also fantastic and seemed endless! The staff were all smiling and were considerably attentive without being overbearing or intrusive.
All in all it was a fantastic stay and we would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely room. Outdated aircon, didnt regulate that well.
Bed was horrendously hard and pillow was nonexistent, that soft no point having a pillow.
Maid decided to bang the door continuously and hard at 6.30pm whilst I was laying in the bath, to give me towels for the room, that should have been done during the day and 10 minutes, done it again and was like oops I have already done this room - was very annoyed.
Food at the hotel for all inclusive was good and plenty of choice - would suggest they look to do themed nights, as dinner especially, started to become very samey.
Facilities in and around the hotel was good.
Location was good.
Value for money, you could argue, however, when you think whats included, I would say it is very good.

Coming in, staff did not greet us upon arrival at desk. Took 1-2 minutes before they looked up at us to say welcome (there was no one in line).
Staff overall was friendly but no one knew much of anything. Unable to answer questions about dining, spa, surrounding area, etc. Someone broke glass outside my swim up room pool deck and the glass stayed there broken for 2 full days. The room was decent but the decorative pillows and blanket on top of the sheets was old and stained. It looked dirty. The shower doors do not close in the bathroom and the sink does not drain. The worst thing was the lack of communication about the dining options. We paid for 2 days of all inclusive, but were later told we could not eat at the restaurants and could only eat at the buffet (which was highly disappointing food) due to not booking 3 days. Many of the drinks we also wanted to have were not included in our package. It is not ethical to advertise something as all inclusive when it is not in reality. Overall good stay and nice all. Inclusive package.

Great pool and beach. Although the hotel was full there is planty of space and hardly no queues.
Air condition is loud.
Reception can be more efficient.
Food is OK but not great. Lack of spices and medium quality.

Very good value for this hotel. You can tell it has been recently updated, with modern furnishings and finishes. Never had to wait more than 2 minutes for a drink, the a la carte options were great, and the pool/beach area had tons of seating and a variety of atmospheres. For the all inclusive price, it’s tough to beat.

Everything was fine excepts the dinner options that were advertised were not accurate. The only place we were able to eat was in one buffett area as the others required reservations that were all booked for the whole week we were there before we even arrived to the hotel. I could not have eaten at the same buffett one more time.

We stayed here one night on an all inclusive basis.
We were able to check in just after 2pm and we’re directed to the downstairs snack restaurant.
The room was excellent, fifth floor, very modern, spotlessly clean with a partial sea view. (Beautiful sunset) Multi language channels on the tv. A fridge with bottled water and somewhere to keep chilled any drinks you brought up from the bar.
The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve slept in.
We dined in the main restaurant for supper and breakfast, the food was hot and ample choice. Free drinks alcoholic and soft.
The evening entertainment was very pleasant and we sat in the large lounge which encompassed the bar, reception and the entertainment area. There was no queue at the bar at any time.
The pool area is spacious with lots of sun loungers, we didn’t try the pool as it was winter and the pools are not heated. There is an indoor pool but this was not overly warm.
The beaches around Paphos are not super Sandy, it’s a mix of rock and gritty sand but the hotel has vast grassed areas to sit on leading down to the beach. The sea is crystal clear.
The hotel is over 16s only and has some limited entertainment in the day, aerobics etc, this is a relaxing up market hotel, if you want 24/7 entertainment this is not it.
Check out is not until midday and we were able to stay and enjoy the facilities.
We would visit again when in this area.

Amazing hotel, great guests and staff, highly recommend the all inclusive package as it contains all the drinks you’ll ever want and the bar staff (forgot the name of the bartender) they make some of the best cocktails in Cyprus, also a special thanks to Fotoulla (the head waiter) who was always very helpful and Chrysanthi (receptionist) who helped us get around. Thanks to everyone who works there for making our stay very special.

Fabulous stay with all inclusive, food and drinks (just be careful there are select drinks on the menu but they highlight that). Staff were great and they upgraded us for our honeymoon! Location is right on the beach front and close to tourist attractions if you have a car.

The best hotel

My wife and I went there for our anniversary and it was fantastic. Everything and everyone was excellent. We were especially happy to see cypriots amongst the personnel which made our stay a lot more welcoming and cozy. Apart from that, delicious food, clean rooms and common areas, amazing service and beautiful areas. We would certainly go back. Thanks a lot to everyone.

The location was excellent. Good for walking and the beach. Lots of loungers, good sized pool that was kept immaculate. Spoacious and attractive indoor seating areas.

Hot buffet food was rarely hot enough, cooked breakfast was very poor, cold fried eggs, cold beans, cold bacon, cold sausages.
Rooms have very poor sound insulation. TV not \"smart\" and ours had a problem with its \"backlight\". We reported the problem but it was not rectified.

Not a good personal experience

We'd booked via the application two rooms for two nights, and paid the extra price for the \"all-inclusive\" (AI). As this is a \"VIP property\" mentioned on the hotels.com site, we expected SOME extra perks as hotels.com/Expedia gold customers.

The good:
1. Food variety in the main restaurant was ok
2. Pool is large, and many sunbathing chairs
3. Beachfront is ok, although not impressive

The bad:
1. When we checked in, we were offered to upgrade to \"ultra-all-inclusive\" which is 20 euros per person per night. Basically, it means that the \"all-inclusive\" is really \"partially-all-inclusive\" - very disappointing
2. No room upgrades were offered, even when requested
3. Indoor pool with salts costs money
4. Food was very basic quality, and not to my personal taste, would have preferred less variety and better quality
5. Booking the other hotel restaurants is impossible, all full
6. Nothing to do around the hotel
7, The hotel demanded 90 euros per room for a late checkout, although it's a VIP property and as a gold customer it should be complimentary!!! I've discussed this with the hotel, they said it's not the case.
8. Night club is low quality
9. Lobby was always full, no place to sit with the family
10. No perks in the room, usually AI includes a minibar or something...
11. Hotel wasn't clean, which could be because of the rain, but should be better facilitated to handle this

All in all, my experience was mostly negative from this hotel, I will not be returning.

I thought this property was just OK. Nothing amazing, nothing awful. The rooms were not as modern or nice as the pictures show I thought and it was very noisy at night. I thought the food was overall okay but the greek restaurant was very good especially the lamb.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and good fun!

Had a lovey 3 night stay here. Staff were pleasant and helpful at all times, the room was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable! Food was good, better some days than others but I did feel there could be more main options to choose from, but what they did offer was nice quality. Wristbands weren’t always noticed so at times in the pool bar despite being gold they would serve you local spirits instead but we didn’t mind too much as this wasn’t all the time. Location was also quite good as you can walk into Paphos in about 35 minutes or get the bus there that is very easy and there are shops/bars/restaurants nearby if you fancy breaking it up a little.

Great and relax place

Overall it was a great experience. the hotel is located on a clean and not rocky beach. just 15 min drive from Paphos airport. the staff was very kind. the room is not too big but the sea view is defiantly worth the extra money . the food is the only thing that could be better, it's more like industrial food and a lot of dishes were not tasty at all.
although there are tree restaurants where we could have a dinner in, we couldn't reserve cause all of them were fully booked.

We have just come back from a wonderful week at this hotel. The staff were all amazing from the moment we arrived and couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful deluxe room which was very clean and modern. The meal choices, whilst mainly buffet style were first class, though as all inclusive we got to visit the a la carte Asian restaurant free of charge. Choice of food was extensive and the desserts were especially beautifully presented and varied. We will be returning without fail and cannot recommend the hotel and the lovely staff enough.
