Everything stood out, the hotel was clean fresh, friendly. The staff were always available and visible. They helped with any requests from booking cabs, to recommending places to visits and salons. I needed a hairdresser and they got one to come to the hotel. The amenities were really good, spa, indoor pool, outside pool, beach, restaurant. I had a hot tub I. My room which was maintained everyday. Cannot fault the stay at all.

Avoid if solo traveller - largely ignored and treated with disdain. Spa ‘offer’ is a con as it is cheaper to book it online. Noisy hotels nearby, and music from bar until at least 11pm. Definitely not relaxing and not 5 star.

This hotel was fantastic. The room was cleaned twice a day and the little touches made it e.g free drink on arrival, free fruit platter in the room, a chocolate per person left in the room each day! The hotel provide you with water when you arrived at the pool each day and when you returned to your room they had left you some more - definitely didn’t feel dehydrated! The staff couldn’t do enough for you and the food was great.

We loved the fact that this is an adult only hotel: no noise , no noisy music at the pool or kids running around and screaming (love them but not on my vacay)🤗
We were upgraded which was very nice indeed.
Breakfast was plentiful, the pool is great, very big with a lot of good quality sun beds (no need to fight over them or wake up at 6 in order to secure one), walking distance to the city on a beautiful boardwalk. We used the option of late checkout for a fee and since our flight was really late, a use of a different room for 2 more hours.
The staff was very helpful and very nice and our 3 night stay was perfect!!!!!

The hotel was stunning. Beautiful decor, fabulous sun loungers and lovely rooms. The staff were amazing. They were so friendly and helpful and always professional. Our flight was delayed so we didn't arrive until 3.00 a.m. The lovely man on reception got a drink for us and a bottle of Prosecco, sandwiches and fruit were waiting for us in our room. The service provided at this hotel is second to none. Would highly recommend it.

We stayed at IVI Mare for four nights last week and were genuinely impressed from start to finish. From the warm greeting on arrival to the consistently outstanding service throughout our stay, every member of staff was incredibly lovely – nothing was ever too much trouble.

Our room was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. We opted for bed and breakfast, and the morning spread was exceptional – so much choice, everything fresh, and clearly high quality. We also had lunch/dinner at the onsite Greek & Utopia restaurants, which was authentic, delicious, and well worth a visit.

The photos simply don’t do this place justice – it’s even more stunning in person. We were also thrilled to receive a free upgrade, which made our stay even more memorable.

The only downside was not booking for longer. IVI Mare is truly five-star in every sense, and we can’t wait to return.

A lovely break


Arrived at around midnight to a friendly welcome from the staff including a cool lemonade and a hot towel. On arriving in our room we had been left a bottle of fizz and some sandwiches which was so nice. The room was spacious and clean, we had a sea view room. each day we were provided with water and a chocolate. Breakfast was good, a buffet with plenty of choice. All the staff were courteous and friendly. There was plenty of space outside to either chill on a really comfy sunbed or chairs, there were even some sunbeds by the beach. We had gone for our wedding anniversary, not that we had told them but they must have seen the cards on the side and we came back one evening to another bottle of fizz and truffles. It is about a 30 minute walk to the harbour along the coastal path but you can get the bus from outside of the hotel. We would definitely stay again

Great hotel! It is on the quieter side, if you want to just go and chill. The only thing I did not like was the fragrance machines, pumping really strong floral smells throughout the lobby (because I get migraines). But besides this, the staff, amenities and overall experience at this hotel were stellar.

Fabulous hotel, they have a great staff, always ready to help. Rooms, very comfortable. Food at the hotel very good, with various options.The only small issue are the TV channels, I know we were on holiday and we normally wouldn't use the television, but we had 3 days of really bad weather and it was impossible to go out. So it would have been nice to have something to help pass the time. However, this is just a minor point and not normally an issue. As I said before excellent hotel with excellent staff. Very convenient for Paphos just over a mile walk to Paphos harbour along beach front walkway, but has regular buses (very cheap to use) just outside the front door, to all parts of the town.

weather had been hot so air-conditioning was changed to cold prior to April, when temps dropped and it rained the rooms were cold with no way to heat them.
Sat by pool and guy next to me complained every round of same drinks were priced differently. Some people waited so long to order they got up and went to the bar themselves. Ordering app didnt always work it seams.
But it is right by the sea and you can spend all day watching people on the coastal path that takes you to the harbour, although quite a walk. The bus stops right outside the front of the hotel. Nice and quiet no kids which is best of all.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ivi Mare in Cyprus. From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded our expectations. Diana and Katys at the front desk were exceptional—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Diana, in particular, provided us with excellent recommendations for local cuisine, vineyards, and sightseeing, which really enriched our experience.

The spa was another highlight of our stay. Vasso, the spa manager, delivered outstanding customer service and ensured that both my wife and I received remarkable massages and facials. Her attention to detail and care made for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. One of the things we appreciated most was how safe and walkable the area around the hotel is. We enjoyed several peaceful strolls along the seafront and easily explored nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions on foot. It made our stay even more relaxing, knowing we could enjoy so much without the need for transportation.

The hotel itself is a gem—modern, clean, and beautifully maintained. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make our first visit to Cyprus memorable. We are already looking forward to returning in the future.

I always say that I would never stay at the same hotel twice when going on holiday. However, Ivi Mare is that good I would absolutely return and encourage others to book here. It was my first experience of Cyprus and it is certainly up there with the best experiences I’ve had on holiday.

Upon arrival we were given an upgrade, although they never actually told us. We only realised when we discovered the hot tub on our balcony. You might think why would you use a hot tub in 30 degree heat but it was actually a nice way to relax in the evening.

The staff were all absolutely excellent, friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much hassle for them.

This holiday was the perfect relaxation holiday. The hotel is adjacent to the beach. If you want to go for a swim on the sea I would however recommend walking further along the path to get to a less rocky section. The hotel is adults only which is exactly what we were after. Although keep in mind some neighbouring hotels aren’t adult only, but this really didn’t bother us.

The ability to order cocktails (and food) to your sunbed, even the ones on the beach was excellent. I don’t think I’ve ever drank so many Pina Coladas. The sun beds are the comfiest I’ve ever used.

The food each night was excellent, by far the best buffet food I’ve had at an all inclusive, there’s plenty of choice.

Myself and my partner had a massage treatment and it was absolutely worth the money. I’d highly recommend booking in for a treatment.

Fantastic hotel

First time visiting Cyprus. This hotel is fantastic. We were welcomed the second we walked through the door and were well looked after during our entire stay. We especially appreciated the welcome drinks on arrival and the bottle of sparkling wine waiting for us in our room. The hotel is well maintained and is constantly kept clean. We loved the choice of restaurants within the hotel and the app made it easy to book a table, order room service and get drinks delivered to your sun lounger. The staff were all so lovely and attentive. They really made us feel special and there was no request that was too much trouble for them. Eleani at reception was particularly lovely and always greeted us and went the extra mile ensuring we had the best guest experience. We will 100% return to the hotel as the entire experience was fantastic and really gave us an unforgettable holiday

This is a wonderful hotel. Since rental cars are so cheap at LCA, highly recommend getting a car since this hotel has free parking. The staff is wonderful, the food is great, and the room with the hot tub on the balcony is superb. I'd recommend this place to anyone, it is perfect.

I think overall the stay was good, nice pool area and access to the beach and promenade walkway into Paphos. My only criticism would be the main restaurant. Great for breakfast but 39Euro per person for the dinner is criminal and the quality isnt that great. You can go for a nice meal elsewhere for half the price. We had a hot tub room which was lovely in the evenings but they kept way over filling it which meant it splashed down onto the bar so had to empty it using the bin10 times every other day which is pretty shocking really!

Room 230 - a great stay!

A great BB stay. We had the deluxe sea view and it did not disappoint, beautiful views day and night. We hired a car and it was a short drive to the airport to the hotel and lots of free ample parking at the hotel.

The sunset is to the right of the hotel, however, it goes behind buildings and does not sunset into the sea.

The check-in was different compared to most hotels, we were asked to sit down and fill in a form for our check-in, whilst we were given lemonade and a cold towel to refresh. What we realised after was that this process was to allow room service to put down fresh fruit and a bottle of sparkling wine on ice, which was a kind gesture.

The room was spacious, with a blue, green, gold and white theme. All amenities were available, plenty of pillows and a separate bathroom and toilet. The room was cleaned daily (sometimes twice). The only thing I could of improved about the room was the leaking water from the window separating the room and bathroom (which the cleaners missed), the aircon because I felt it was not consistently cool and there was an odd smell, which could have been fresh paint.


The service at reception was exceptional they were all fantastic and helped me organise a treat for my partner’s birthday (thank you)! The cleaning staff was kind and courteous.
The service at the restaurants were hit and miss, especially in the Japanese restaurant as they had to keep coming back to confirm our order, got the wine order wrong and were generally slow.

We visited the property in November 2023. When I first arrived, the staff were very friendly, they offered a drink and a wet towel to freshen up. The staff member took us through their all-inclusive policies and ensured I was equipped with all the information for my stay.

We spent most of our days lounging by the pool, which was very relaxing and quiet, until it got too cold. The towels they offered around the pool area were very nice too. The hotel have an app to order to your sun lounger. The staff were quick to respond to orders and they were very friendly. The drinks were also very good, alcoholic drinks were not watered down, which is usually expected from all-inclusive holidays.

The morning buffet for breakfast was A , there was something for everyone. Pastries, desserts, fruit, omelette station, freshly fried eggs, english breakfast items as well as items from around the world and fresh honey. The staff were very friendly and provided us with refreshments and support throughout the meal.
Lunch buffet was a different theme every night and the food was cooked to perfection. Could not fault it.
Their other 2 restaurants were really good and we were stuffed after their set menus.
Staff were quick to respond to our complaint about noise from a staff door outside our room, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be visiting again! Highly recommend this hotel!

Great 5 star hotel. Everything is new, service is very friendly, they kept surprising us with gifts (chocolates, cava, fruits), and generally made sure we feel welcome and enjoy the stay.


It was winter but the beach and pool look really welcoming so we will come back at summer time.


The spa is very good as well as the indoor pool, and the food was great too. Rich breakfast, and Greek and Japanese restaurants. Go for the Greek one, because the sushi was the only point of disappointment... (If you want better sushi, go to ocean basket which is within walking distance).

It was an amazing 1xst time experience in an only adult establishment. I loved each and every minute with my wife and two daughters.
The seaside, the pool, the facilities the location, all was wonderful.

We really loved our stay at Ivy Mare. It is a beautiful quiet hotel; where you can order drinks from an app to your subbed! Only negative was that the outside pool was quite chilly. Other than that, we had the most delightful stay!

Ivi Mare Hotel

Everything about the hotel is excellent. The staff are first class and nothing is to much trouble. The food is very good,, excellent choice at breakfast, a wide variety of dishes at lunch. The themed nights in the main restaurant are good as are the 2 a la carte restaurants. The all inclusive option is great value for money.
One of the best features of the hotel is the app you can download to order drinks to your table or sun bed.
Will definitely visit again.

A great AI hotel

A fantastic hotel, great pool, staff and food/drink. Pros - app to order easily by the pool and brilliant and friendly staff by the pool. Very good food and drink, one of the best AI I’ve stayed in, decent wines and cocktails. Good location 10-15 mins from airport and 30 min walk into Paphos along the coastline. Tips for improvement - poor gym, one one running machine and one set of freehold weights. More a la carte restaurants and with a better range of food, it’s a set menu so doesn’t feel as much of a treat.

It’s nothing like the pictures to be honest and akakiko is the worst Japanese restaurant I’ve ever tried.

Georges from reception staff is a Superman that made a lot of things right.

If it weren’t for him I would give the hotel 1 point only. Now it’s a 3/5.

A nice hotel

Overall, it's beautiful hotel.

Especially as it's for adults only, you can guarantee peaceful and quiet vacation. Also the pool is very huge and nice. It could have been better if some sunbeds were available along the beach.

The only minor issue I had was noise. The room was not 100% noise-proof. For this reason, I heard the music coming from lobby floor in my room.

This hotel is really excellent. It's very new, clean and the staff are really fantastic. From check in to check out everything was great. We had half board so there was a good breakfast and choice of three types of food for dinner, buffet, Cypriot or Japanese. The dinner portions were very generous. Feb was quiet in Paphos so some hotels, restaurants and bars still closed for winter but we liked it quiet. Certainly recommend this hotel.

I would give it 5 stars but I feel bit disappointed about a trick the hotel made on us. After my booking in Expedia the hotel send me an offer to bid on a upgrade to a suite with jacuzzi. I put an offer and 'won' the 'suite' which turned to be a standard room with jacuzzi for extra payment of 50 euro per night , then i found out that i could get the same room with 30usd extra in Expedia.

Hotel not equipped to handle even basic issues

The room was equipped with a electric kettle that is not well designed and it's lid fell off while I was making tea and the water vapor caused me to get second degree burns.
The staff was not equipped to help me, there was nothing in the first aid kit, and I had to call an emergency services to have a doctor give me some ointment that the hotel could have just had, and had to pay 200Euros for the treatment.
The next few days, with my hand competely bandaged i couldn't enjoy many of the activities i wanted to do, like be in the indoor pool, which was warm on the first day, but then when i wrapped my hand in such a way that i could go in there with my bandages it was really cold. this was our last day there so there was nothing they could do as it was closing very early and didn't run later until a reasonable hour of the night

Great place amazing service

Staff is amazing and have been extremely helpful with anything we've had to ask. I've never felt so welcome to any hotel as I did when we arrived here. Will for sure use this facility again in the future. Only downside was the quality of the room service food / selection of it, otherwise everything has been top notch.
