At start dissapointed as during check-in the upgrade VIP perk wasn’t even discussed…. Had there been an upgrade available (online it was had I wanted to book)- I wouldn’t have received it anyways as girl at check in didn’t have the “authority” to upgrade. So not sure why they’re reaping the benefits of the VIP program if they don’t even know what it’s about …

Property is clean - animation/entertainment/kids play room and overall Saftey is great. Water park is amazing and all pools outdoor as well! Perfect for all ages. Dissapointing that you have to pay extra for specific gluten free food and not all restaurants were open. And food quality is good although a little redundant after a week.

All in all I would return !!!

A good resort but this isn't a five star all inc. Fully booked when we went with three families but not all the restaurants were open which was disappointing. Beach area undeveloped unlike other properties nearby. Very noisy in the evenings and they charge for whatever they can which pit a dampener on things. Great facilities fab for kids we were located in quiet area which was lovely away from main block saw beautiful sunsets. Did get very busy and near on full capacity meant the main dinner restaurant was very full think maybe they could extend dinner hours to make it less busy but only a minor issue everything else great

Excellent experience for a hotel stay with the kids. The entire staff was amazing, helpful, and supportive. Even in the waterpark, I think my kids may have enjoyed chatting up the lifeguards as much as they did using the slides. Overall, very clean and welcoming, very safe. Staff made the stay overall an incredible success- hats off to them!
The two drawbacks that I could mention are: reservations at the private restaurants were hard to come by. Only available on check-in, we found all nights were booked during our stay already. However, the buffet offered wonderful choices and we did not regret being unable to get reservations. What we did regret- The beach is badly in need of repair and service and does not have any beds or canopies. They are missing the real crown jewel of the stay with this oversight. It seems at some point time there had been access from the hotel; there are a few closed down and derelict structures. Sadly, the beaches full of trash like much of Cyprus beaches. Being this close to a resort we had hoped for better. Too much glass and trash to let the kids play down in the cool, azure blue waters- which would have made a nice break from the pools and slides. We hope that the property managers will consider this an area of importance to reinvest in. Very close to many areas in Paphos to explore.

It just everything u need to rest, specially with kids. Meals, clean wide rooms, swimming pools, water park, spa, souvinier store, walk across the sea, good music and bars at night and much more.

Overall the hotel is really good and we would recommend it. The food was fantastic (particularly in the evening) although it would be nice to have more variety on the kids buffet. The food is well labelled for dietary issues although there wasn’t a big choice of dairy free food, particularly in desserts and day time snacks. The snacks are readily available and good, but it would be nice to have a bit more choice, particularly of lighter and healthier snacks.
The rooms are clean and spacious, the only downside was that the pillows were not very comfortable.
The pools are really good and we particularly enjoyed the kids pool facilities. There is also a shaded baby pool and play area which is great.
The entertainment team work really hard although we did struggle to find some of the kids activities which was a shame as the kids club itself wasn’t great (although it may be better when it’s busier in school holidays)

Absolutely beautiful hotel, food is really good for an all inclusive buffet, staff couldn’t be more helpful, rooms were clean and tidy every day. Pools were fantastic, kids pools, adult pools, water park and playground. Would love to go back again.
We are a family of 3, two adults and a four year old daughter. Would highly recommend!

It rained when we were there. That is not the hotel's fault of course. There wasn't much to do while it was raining, so the bar area was packed and people tied to keep busy playing cards. The drinks were served in plastic cups, which affected the taste. The bar staff appeared to be a bit rude (lady guest ordered a Sex on the beach cocktail, they talked amongst themselves not in English and laughed loudly).
Some of the staff were excellent, e.g. Ms Thekla at the restaurant. The Greek music and food on the Monday were very good.

Great hotel. All-inclusive service at a high level. In terms of food, there was nothing missing, there was also free alcohol. A bit absurd to have to worry about water in the room but ok...
The gym is at a very low level and there are very few machines, which is a shame.. because after everything you eat, you also want to burn calories. It has potential and it's a shame it wasn't realized.
All in all, we had a great time and highly recommend it for a family vacation.
In my opinion, a couple without children doesn't have much to do in the hotel, but it's great for children.

Not much for the children in the evening the food was tasteless looked great but had no taste atall !! The food hall too small people rushing the food like they are starving which was not nice ! Also getting given cheep syrup for drinks and not even allowed a bottle of water because I don’t have a gold band was sad !! For the price I don’t think worth it !! Some of the staff were nice but not the people that do the trips they just looked at me when I sat down so rude and put me off from booking anything! Other than that the hotel room was nice which helped and my boy loved the water slides !! The stress for the deck chairs pissed me off and silly people letting there kids crap in the pool alot of them were cut off with tape but they cleaned them as fast as they could ! It was ok but won’t come back the price is too high and I think it’s not a real all inclusive as too many limitations and cheep crap they give you to eat!

Amazing stay at an amazing hotel

We have had an amazing few days at this hotel. The stand out thing for us is the food, it was all delicious and so much choice! The facilities are great and the staff are generally helpful. My only 2 negatives were that the room could have been cleaner, it was clean enough but there were areas that needed more attention and the second was we upgraded to gold bands for the all inclusive but we had to ask the bar staff every single time for the premium branded alcohol, which we shouldn’t need to do. It was like they were trying to get away with not giving us what we have paid for. That didn’t sit well with us but overall we are so happy with this hotel and would highly recommend!

Lots of fun with 2 pools + waterpark with many slides.
The entertainment team was super fun friendly and helpful.
A huge variety of free food, drinks and alcohol.
The hotel is new and modern.
There is a bus station right at the entrance to the hotel to city center.
A few things we didn't like:
- The food was not tasty at all.
- The hotel had no beach (it was under reconstruction) so had to walk 10 minutes in the sun to another beach.
- The hotel is far from any shops or city center - had to take a bus or a taxi.
- Very difficult to find an available table at the restaurants of the hotel.

Amazing all-inclusive hotel with water park. The waterpark was lots of fun and also the large swimming pools. The service was great, especially the fun friendly entertainment team. The only thing we didn't like is the food which was awful and mostly un-tasty.
The restaurants had very limited available tables for the hotel guests.
The beach of the hotel was under reconstruction so had to walk to the neighbor hotel's beach for 10 minutes in the sun.
The location was far from everywhere (not walking distance) - we needed a taxi or a bus (the station is right at the entrance of the hotel) to go anywhere outside.

Disappointing experience

Overall a disappointing experience.Definetely not a 4 stars hotel - barely 3 .The room is very basic , the food , though very various , not very tasty . The area around the pool , the resting chairs and the umbrellas are in very bad state .Our daughter was actually hit in head by one of the umbrellas that was detached from the base. We complained during our stay and not once from the stuff even bothered to check if everything is OK .
On the positive note - the water park in the hotel is great and much fun.

Good outdoor facilities with a few slides big and small for very young children to adults.
Nice swimming pools overall.
Okey entertainment.
Very good breakfast and ok lunch and dinner buffets.
Not very polite or helfpul staff.Especially at the reception they would barely look into your eyes when talking to you.Some where kind though especially at the restaurant.
My biggest problem was the room.The bathroom door wouldnt close properly and would open all the time.The hair dryer would start and then stop after 20-30 seconds and you should wait 1-2 minutes for it to function again.The shower water was either cold or hot.It wouldnt mix the water which was a big problem for the kids.The airconditioner also stopped a few times.
Old tired room decoration.
Not the room you would expect for 300 euro pe night mid May and 700+ per night in August.

Would very much recommend this hotel, staff are very friendly and overall a very good hotel for family’s. Great children entertainment, and entertainment staff are so good with the children!

About the condition of the hotel room: cleanliness was ok, it had some coffee stains on the floor, and there was a little bit of dust. Other than that cleaning was good, and friendly cleaners!

Our bathroom was not completely finished refurbished, was some grout missing in top tiles of shower, otherwise good.

It was the second time we were staying at the Leonardo Laura Beach & Splash Resort in Paphos, Cyprus.

The hotel is clean and tidy.
The food in the dining room is varied and delicious, and among the meals, you can find fast food, ice creams, and desserts in the bars.
Of course, free drink.
No one will remain hungry.

The hotel has an excellent water park suitable for all ages and several swimming pools.
The little kids have a club with activities every day, and there is also a cinema that shows movies several times a day.

The cleaning staff of the rooms is professional, especially Galina, who cleaned the room for us every day. It was very pleasant to enter the room after her work. There was always a figure made of towels on the bed. It made the children very happy and gave a fun atmosphere.

A highly recommended place for families with children.
We will definitely be back again...

The swimming pool closed at 6pm that's way too early. Secondly the gym equipment is old and rusty . The buffet are very repetitive. There is no bus or shuttle from and to the airport. The all inclusive bracelet doesn't include top shelf name brand alcohol which they don't tell you until upon arrival . The other 3 restaurants are only included once after that out of pocket .

This is a very good hotel. We enjoyed it, it's food and it's water slides. They DO pay attention to the height of a child. It is noisy until the late night (1:00-2:00 a.m.) even if the room is not near the pool, but children don't care. You have a bus stop near the hotel that takes you to the Paphos center and an amazing Coralia Beach to the other direction.

We stayed at Leonardo Laura with our baby girl (age 1.8) at the Executive Suite.
Pros:
- Great value for money. Food and drinks are available most of the day.
- The water park is really fun for kids and adults.
- Escape room on site was really nice.
- The staff were always attentive and pleasant.
- Room was very spacious and beautifully designed. Definitely worth the upgrade if you have kids.

Cons:
- Our biggest disappointment from the hotel was when we find out upon arrival that the kids club is from age 3 and up. To my understanding you are supposed to leave the kids with the team at the kids club and they will provide activities for them according to the activity schedule. So many downsides with this approach…. no room to elaborate.
- The evening shows were pretty low quality…
- The sea view rooms suffers from noise at the pool area. If you wish to cut your day short and skip the evening show, you’re gonna hear it loud and clear in your room.
The shows run till 10:30-11:00PM, some nights people stayed at the pool area way after the show ended and you can hear them as well!
So if you or your kids are having trouble sleeping with loud noise, you better try the non-sea view rooms.
- The kiddies pool with the small slides was much colder than the other pools.

Great hotel with surprisingly good food and great service - would recommend and go back without a problem.
The only issue I had was that we were not informed the slides had a 1,20 meter minimum height requirement so my 6 year old was unable to enjoy them and stayed in the smaller ones. The other issue was the American style restaurant which had a pre-cooked burger which was not good (even though I had asked for medium and was under the impression I could choose)
Aside from that, great staff and great entertainment for the whole family.

very poor food quality and variety. E very day it was basically same food in the dining room also food is not tasty (for me a least)
many times i found dirty glasses and coffee cups on the coffee station.

rooms are small but clean however outside of the room room service dishes there left for days and can attract bugs.

we lived on 5 floor and one of elevators didn't worked during most of our stay and it took long time to get to the room.
room cards also not worked so they gave us regular key but we got only one key so the needed to pass all the time between us
PLEASE BE WARNED THAT this hotels doesn't have an indoor pool although in hotel page on orbitz site it stated that it has so in our case water was too cold for our child and we didn't have any alternative.

Awsome relax and perfect rejuvenation

The stuff was very friendly, always in great mood and very helpful. Food and drinks very good as well, especially the Freddo Cappucino in Little Italy. Kids loved the fresh pizza and buffe was good too. Only the beach was stony, but this is usual on this part of Cyprus.

Great family resort

We spent there only one weekend. It was all great - service, room, food and the water park, of course. I envied to these people who stayed longer.
The variety of food was more than we expected. The room was excellent as well we the view. Highly recommended resort for families with kids of all age.

Breakfast, Lunch and dinner were very good. snacks during the day above average could be better. Very bad the drinks all inclusive part which you are only allowed certain things through a menu. Machine juice was horrible, and water is through machine and not bottled. Hotel is partially renovated. Not sure if I would stay again.

it was an great vecation, we have gluten and lektoze alergies in the familt and they treat us great, helped with special food and were great. The young children went to the club and the swimming pool and had fun, and the adults enjoied the water park and slides

Really nice stay!

Very Nice hotel fully renovated, beautiful decoration in all the hotel. Great water park especially for kids.
Great food all the time with very delicious pizzas,pastas and great coffees.
At lunch and dinner you have a very big selection for all tastes. Really impressed!

It was the best vacation for my children, the waterpark, the pools and the kids club were great.
The AI concept works amazing and the food is very good and you can choose from dozen of dishes.

We were there for 7 days and we only left the hotel for 2 hours (to the harbor of pafos).

Amazing stay, even for a couple!

While the hotel's main audience is families, we couldn't have enjoyed our time any better as a couple as well!

The rooms are beautifully designed and well appointed.
Pro tip: Get a sea-view room overlooking the main pool - the view is gorgeous and you won't hear the music from the night entertainment.

The food was delicious - There's always a great variety to choose from - my husband and I are both vegetarians and always had plenty to eat!
The breakfast is heartful and offers a massive variety of fresh produce, straight-from-the-oven bakery goods, different types of eggs, pancakes, waffles... you name it! one of the best breakfast buffets we've been to!

The hotel overall is beautiful and offers so many areas - both within the hustle and bustle as well as more distant areas where you can relax in.

But what really made our experience EXTRAORDINARY was the hotel's staff and the 5-stars treatment we received!

A HUGE shout out to Marcus the GM, Irene in customer service, Savvas the food & beverages manager, Chef Odysseos, Sotiris the bar manager and Nicolas the restaurant manager - truly an A-team whom we couldn't be more grateful to!

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone looking for a fun and vibrant vacation that's both luxurious and casual, and offers a great combination between activities and time to chill.
Will definitely be back again, hopefully, sooner than later!
