The staff is always lovely, but the hotel has worsened over the last year or two. Much of the Carpets and accoutrement have deteriorated. The breakfast has certainly been dramatically downgraded and is a much lower quality. I had several problems with the plumbing in my room that took days to Fix, and it was quite unsettling. Of course, the staff did their best, but they seem to be very restricted by their rules and can’t just offer you a new room without spending a day or two trying to fix the problem, which is not a solution when you need something addressed immediately.

This is by far the most fabulous hotel I’ve ever stayed in — it’s gorgeous, comfortable, so beautifully anointed, and totally quite unique aesthetically. The staff is just fantastic: courteous, helpful, polite and accommodating. I’d requested a quiet bedroom and they indeed gave me a totally quiet room which was also very comfortable, gorgeous, with a fantastic bathroom and very cozy bed. I also requested a late checkout given my flight time and they immediately said it wasn’t a problem. I hope to go back!

Very well positioned in the center of Tbilisi, walking distance to main attractions and subway station. Eclectic design, comfortable bed, nice shower. Great breakfast options. One little point - no ramp to enter the lobby, not accessible for wheelchair - 2 flights of steps from the street level to log the suitcases up and down. Highly recommend this hotel.

I have stayed at Rooms many times but there were some notable changes this time. These include: 1) the staff were not as friendly, personable and helpful as in the past; 2) the wait staff in the restaurant were not attentive to coffee refills, removing plates and being helpful as before - though the food and cook staff were outstanding; 3) I asked for bottle water and was told it was in plastic bottles in the cabinet but when I checked out, I was told that these were to be paid for and that the free water should have been outside on the dresser - this was odd in that I asked for bottled water several times and none was delivered; 4) the doormen/security were like \"thugs\" - never smiled and never friendly (and certainly not helpful). There was an older couple who could not easily carry their bags up the stairs and the doorman just stood there so I carried their bags. Not the service I am used to.

The room was clean but small and set up for one person (one pair of slippers, one toothbrush, one robe, etc.). Also, I find it difficult to understand why a hotel of this level has such worn, small towels and no face towels in the rooms.
The room is poorly equipped compared to other hotels, as there is no coffee maker or even a kettle for making hot drinks.
The bed, in my opinion, was small and the pillows were uncomfortable. While The design is nice vintage and aesthetic, it wasn't practical.
We got a complimentary bottle of Brut as a surprise to celebrate our event, but there wasn't a personal touch.
I can say that the service itself was good, and when we called reception for towels or requested a late checkout, they were nice and helpful.
Overall, I would not choose to stay here again and I don't feel that the prices are fair.

Great property and pretty nice staff. Convenient location with comfortable rooms. The staff is also helpful in most instances. My only feedback is that in the evening the lobby bar turns into a bar open to the public. It is very trendy and hotel guests are not prioritized for service. We waited 45 minutes for a drink. Was never served because we gave up on waiting. Staff was not helpful in resolving this waiting issue.

This is one of the \"coolest\" hotels in Tbilisi, with excellent breakfast and decent size rooms. The only drawback is that there are no wardrobes or clothing closets (trying to be \"cool\", the room designer missed that part). But overall, I had exceptional experience in this place. Highly recommended.

This is my second stay at Rooms Hotel, Tbilisi. I visit Georgia often and this brand can do no wrong, I love the place and will definitely return. All the staff were exceptional from the bell boys to reception. Restaurant team super helpful too. Room was great, nice amenities, thoughtful mini bar selection and the decor is cool with great music and art everywhere. Great central location. I will be back as soon as I can! I’ve also stayed at Rooms Kazbegi and looking forward to trying their other hotels.

I stayed in Rooms for a trip that was a mix of work and fun. The hotel is beautifully designed and in a fantastic neighbourhood, full of vintage and ceramics shops and some lovely restaurants and cafes. The rooms were well-designed (though I would make sure your room is not on the part of the 1st floor which is above the bar) and the breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend.

My third stay at this hotel and likely the last one. Info regarding the free parking (or any kind of parking) is false. Two days in a row no spaces available and attendant at the entrance told me to find parking in the street which always is a challenge.
At the breakfast only sits that provide some sort of privacy are only for two and when I tried to join two tables that were one foot apart hostess told me that it is “a law” not to do so. Ended up sitting in the area with the high traffic and hearing loud (and not very pleasant) conversations from the nearby table. Overall hotel has nice ambiance and great location. It is disappointing that some of the stuff needs training to be up to the standard.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I would easily give the maximum mark to the hotel if it was not for the bad Wi-Fi in the room (really slow). Also, our room was in the first floor (room 126) and a bit noisy (partly due music coming from the bar downstairs).

This property is so confusing. Is it trying to be a party hotel or an upscale boutique hotel? Seems to have elements of both which can be a little confusing if you are looking for the latter. If you are sensitive to sounds, this place is for sure not for you between the activity across the street or the lack of sound insulation on the doors.

Beautiful hotel, I was in Stamba and I loved it but I just wanted to try Rooms Hotel, a sister of Stamba. So I stayed in Rooms for 2 nights, and my stay in Rooms was superb. Everyone was so polite, welcoming and helpful. The room was smaller but still super clean, cosy and beautifully designed. Breakfast was tasty and the restaurant area (The Kitchen) was amazing. Dining in Lolita which is a Rooms' Resturant was a unique experience not to be missed.

One of the best hotels we´ve ever stayed in. The service was incredible - everyone was friendly & helpful, especially the bellboy in the red uniform-(he would always have a smile on his face & he´d ask us how our day went & if we needed anything). Our room features dark wood flooring & patterned wallpaper & the large shower is luxurious. The only downside is the lighting - I felt it was too dark. The buffet breakfast was fantastic - everything was delicious. We had to do a pre-flight Covid test & the hotel offers this service in-house with a reputable laboratory (price is reasonable, too). The results for the tests came in a timely manner (antigen test within 10 minutes & PCR test within 6 hours). I would stay in this hotel again.

This was my first visit to Tbilisi and the city is great. Lots to discover and people are super cool. The hotel however is TEN STARS ⭐️ Every nook and cranny is so well designed - honestly it was hard to leave the property. Breakfast was superb. Room was very comfy and the area is the best In town. They have drivers id you want to run around town the sister hotel - STAMBA - next door is also gorgeous!
