I love this Hilton. The first time we stayed here it was for 17 days, and this time for 9. The beds are so comfortable. The room service fast and delicious. The guest relations Altin is so kind. They all call you by name. They will bend over backwards to fulfill your needs. Starbucks in the lobby. Very clean. Highly recommend. A+++

This was my 3rd time staying at Hilton Bakirkoy and like before I was very happy and pleased with the accommodations. The staff and amenities were great. The dining and morning breakfast wait staff were amazing and took excellent care of me. I'll be returning to Istanbul in 3 to 4 months and I'll be planning to stay here again.

After notifying them prior to my arrival about my dust and peanut allergy I arrive to a filthy room that smells like an ashtray, filled with dust and peanut crumbs under the nightstand leaving me with severe allergic reaction I notified the new supervisor he carelessly responded with I gave you a nice room!!! You didn’t give me anything I paid for all of it. He changed my room to an even worst one lesser value than what I paid the next day I asked for the GM and told him either to fix it or refund me and let me out he apologized about the inconvenience & other supervisor! Inconvenience you could’ve killed your guest sir! Being tired and sick I accepted another room change and let me tell you that one as well was filthy unfortunately It was late evening I settled for having two people clean the room whom left it also unclean with previous guests used paper towel under sink and eye drop under nightstand under bed filled with dust balls bathtub still have residue from previous use broken faucet white liquid marks on wall I can go on but you get the point it was just filthy stay away

Very clean and elegant, well designed and delicately decorated. The sea view from the glass wall is breathtaking
Friendly staff, breakfast is absolutely great. They had the nicest most helpful doorman / bellman ever. Dinner is a bit too pricy tho and with very limited options. I recommend finding different options for dinner.

Arriving at the hotel in the morning, the administrator cancelled our booking on Hotels and asked us to pay for our stay with a debit card, but we had a problem with the card and we only paid for one night out of three, but we were lucky, since neither the room nor the hotel corresponded to what was stated, the furnishings in the room were old, the bathroom was not comfortable, the bedding and pillows were also all old, the windows were dirty and the pool did not work, we did not extend our stay in this hotel and moved to a hotel with better service and rooms.

Hotel room and facilities were very good. Food, especially breakfast, very good, and the restaurant and cleaning staff, fantastic.

Reception staff were a nightmare. They asked for a deposit and did not accept Turkish Lira (their national currency), so a deposit was made via credit card. Then they woke us up at 8 or 9 pm on the second or third night by knocking on the door and slipping a letter under the door stating there was insufficient funds on the credit card (which was false). We went to reception and paid another deposit in cash (Euros), which they converted to Lira on a receipt at a bad rate. Ironic that they didnt accept Lira to begin with. Upon check out, the receptionist (Sevde?), took a very long time to tell us the final bill. When we asked why we were disturbed at night, she became defensive, even aggressive to a degree. Never again!

I am more irritated with expedia . We had an issue at the hotel and they very kindly agreed to refund the remainder of our stay. However after multiple texts and calls with expedite, I have yet to realize a refund despite the hotel offering to do so once they gear from expedite I am grateful for how the hotel has handled everything but very disappointed in expedia’s effort to help in coordinating everything to ensure I received my credit.

Room was cold, when we cam in it was 16 C i took 5 hours to heating to become comfortable. In check in they had a geoup chacking inwe had to go to some other restaurant and wait 80 minutes so they cood checking us it was 10 30 PM.
Materials in the room where cheap for 5 star hotel.
Overall 4 star hotel with 3 star breakfast.

Excellent property. The decor is beautiful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The food is inexpensive in terms of Cad, USD, Euro, and British Pounds. The staff are extremely helpful but a little slow. The desserts were amazing… the food was okay. I would definitely stay here again. On my last night, room service did not clean my room so I told the front desk and they immediately upgraded me to a nicer room. The customer service was next level amazing.

NEVER BOOK IN HILTON ANYMORE

First of all, I reserved 5 rooms for me and my family members. When we arrived to do the check in, we did not receive all of our requests, i.e. king size bed. The check in experience was horrible, I spent the first day checking every single room for the missing things, e.g., most of the mini fridges were empty and no one filled them in all over our stay, one room had the AC not working and the room had an electricity black out, and most importantly the outside pool was under maintenance and we could not use it until our last day of out stay.

The daily cleaning was not as we hoped from a 5-stars hotel. One day we left the rooms at 12 noon time and returned at 12 mid-night, three rooms were dirty and no one cleaned them. One of those rooms had three infants and one baby, so you can imagine the critical situation of the room on daily base... We complained on the same night, and we had to stay two hours out of our rooms until they cleaned them. We honestly expected a charming and relaxing vacation but the situation of the hotel, the services, daily cleaning/room service, and whenever we ordered something from the room service it took them ages to deliver our order. I am sorry we have experienced such unpleasant stay even thought the amount paid was quite high. But we expected better service and we ended up having one thought in our minds; \"NEVER BOOK IN HILTON ANYMORE\". We could've booked the Sheraton or Radisson Blue for the same amount

Unfortunately due to the coronavirus, our stay was challenging. Very clean. 306 rooms and less than 30 people at the hotel, but we had to ask several times to upgrade to a corner room and we are Hilton Honors Gold. That was disappointing. Great amenities, but they were closed due to virus, as was Club/Executive lounge. Not their fault as it was the right thing to due. Excellent value. We will stay here from now on.

The hotel has an excellent location. There are a number of malls, lots of restaurants and local shops nearby.
The room was spacious with beautiful sea and city view.
The staff were courteous.
The staff in the spa were very nice and professional. There is just the issue of he language, other than that excellent service.

I booked a room with a sea view but when i went to the hotel they told me that i booked a normal room with no view
Although i showed them the pictures of the room i booked at hotels.com that is with a sea view they made me pay double the price to take the room that i want really its a joke its not related to hilton but their room service food is really good and fair prices thats what i liked about it

In my experience, staff was not very helpful. I had some trouble getting assistance to call a taxi to the hotel at the front desk, after a few minutes of waiting someone showed up trying to take me to the hotel breakfast (?). I felt like I was more of an inconvenience to the front desk, instead of a customer. The hotel looks nice but I hardly spent any time in it.

They advertise spa and there was no spa.
When I checked in the room was 100 degrees in middle of the summer ... it took few hours for them to come turn on the AC until the room cooled down

Good with some strange policies. We are in August, I took a family suite but you can’t put on both A/C’s (bedroom & setting room) at the same time. I had my kids sleeping in setting room on sofa bed with no A/C; tried with reception with no luck. At the last day, we went down for breakfast at 09:00 AM and came back at 09:45 AM and found housekeeper remove all bed sheets & covers, belows and all stuff and kept the room with nothing actually. Check out is at 11:00 AM and we had more than one hour to get ready for it but it was very sad for such a hotel to do stuff like that. Everything else was perfect.

The issue was only about the opening time.

All in all, I think the staff should relay the hotel opening a month later as there were sort of shortage at the all services and the check in delays for 40 minuets. Outdoor pool looks like 3 starts hotel pool and the indoor pool was not opened yet.

Below average no concierge no one seake English ,therefore, it doesn't deserve 5 stars. Everyday I put the sign for not disturbing but they nocked and came in while I'm sleeping or taking a shower. The hotel is new but far from everything. They charged us a breakfast while we haven't eat anything there! .Not recommended at all.

During my stay the hotel was brand new and some parts were still unavailable, such as fitness area, sauna, roof-top bar/restaurant. This fact made my stay less enjoyable than I expected. I am sure with time all of these services will be brought online and the hotel will be wonderful.
