- Water flow was limited, washroom was detached from shower that was rather strange.
- Smoking fume was coming into the room intensively, while smoking floors were quite far, only room change helped.

Kabus gibi geçen iki gecenin ardından, kalan iki geceyi bu şartlarda geçiremeyeceğimizi anlayarak otelden çıkış yaptık. Sonrasında iade yapılmış olsa da, otelle ilgili yaşadığımız sorunları detaylı şekilde paylaşmanın faydalı olacağını düşünüyorum. Böylece konaklamayı düşünenler bilinçli bir karar verebilir ve hayal kırıklığı yaşamaz.

•Halılar son derece kirliydi.
•Banyo ve tuvalet ayrı ve genel hijyen seviyesi yetersizdi.
•Oda ciddi şekilde kanalizasyon kokuyordu.
•Otelde sadece merkezi ısıtma sistemi bulunuyor. Oda sıcaklığını ne ayarlayabiliyor ne de tamamen kapatabiliyorsunuz.
Gece saat 03.00’te sıcaktan nefes alamadığımız için resepsiyonu aradık. Çözüm olarak yalnızca camların açılması önerildi ve bir görevli camları açmaya geldi. Aralık ayında camlar açık uyumaya çalıştık, ancak bu sefer de dışarıdan gelen bitmek bilmeyen alarm sesleri ve yoğun trafik gürültüsü nedeniyle uyumak mümkün olmadı.
Kısacası, Hotels.com puanına güvenerek bu oteli tercih ettik ancak büyük bir hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. Aynı bölgede, hatta hemen yanındaki, puanı daha düşük olan başka bir otelde ise çok daha temiz, huzurlu ve konforlu bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık.

Otel konumu konforlu bir deneyim sağlıyor: Hemen yanında Fişekhane içerisinde güzel mekanlar mevcut, Karaköy’e ise 15 dakika mesafede. Odalar temiz, kullanışlı, personel güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Olumsuz sayabileceğim tek konu bir akşam odama geldiğimde tuvaletin sigara kokmasıydı ama sebebini bilemiyorum. 24 saat açık bir spor salonu olması da olumlu.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. Room was clean and with an awesome view. Breakfast was delicious and with many options. The only downside to this hotel was the fact that crossing over to the sea side promenade was not an option as the road was blocked and it was a bit of a walk to cross over the bridge, other than that it was an awesome overall experience! Novotel Istanbul Zeytinburnu is next to sea, loved the location, walkable promenade, lovely parks, food venues nearby and just great view, location and plenty of space around. I would recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful quite breaks with fantastic sea view, amenities, and dining option nearby. The hotel manager and reception are very helpful, resolved my issues instantly and made our stay pleasant and memorable. Will definitely come here again.

Rooms are old bad shape. Toilets with sink are super old and separate from the shower which was also old. The AC was barely working, room was uncomfortable. Only thing is hotel location is on the Sahil and near Fiskhane which is why I chose this property. I wouldn’t stay here again due to condition and my standards.

Breakfast buffet was the highlight of our stay! Loved the variety and fresh food available. Really made the entire trip easier with a big, filling breakfast to get us through our day. View of the Marmara was beautiful. A little on the outskirts from the old town but overall we had a great stay.

If you want a warm and friendly welcome when you enter through the door then you sure are at the right place. We were kindly welcomed during check in by the front desk team, all the members of the front desk were genuinely welcoming and had great communication skillls, especially excellent knowledge of English. All the members from the front desk (the young lady who checked me in, the young man who checked me in with my new reservation and the young man who checked us out were absolutely wonderful! Breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious and had many different varieties catering to different taste buds and the restaurant team members working during the weekend were truly wonderful! I strongly recommend Novotel for their wonderful customer service!

My first room was dirty and smelled really really bad, they changed me to a different room in wich every single day during my stay the card keys will magnetice or disprogrm 2-3 times a day, my second room safe box never worked and despite of several calls to reception , no one did anything about it, the bathroom in my second room was broken as well

This is a solid 4 star hotel. It's not in city center Istanbul but about 15 minutes outside of the city. What you won't see easily from the hotel is that there is a neighborhood close by called Fisekhane (sp) that has other restaurant options and even a few shops if you ever get bored.

I would say it was an average experience. Our room has some damages like toilet door knob was broken,lamp button was also broken, one of the hanging lamp was broken and tv wasn't working at all always showing a poor signal. AC was not that powerful. Breakfast menu was also too repetitive. For such money if someone is getting such kind of room then it's not worth it.

The hotel lobby and restaurant were great, and the staff were nice, except for the first night when they refused to switch my room despite some issues like a non-working AC and safe, dirty carpets, and occasional sewage smell. I tried to get them to change my room, but gave up as I didn't even want to walk on the dirty carpet. However, they did send someone to replace the safe, and it turned out the AC was actually working, but the staff, a couple of young girls working late at night, didn't know how to help me.
On the other hand, the rest of the hotel, including the lobby, was very modern and clean. The food was decent, and the staff encountered in the days after were helpful and pleasant.
