Very luxurious hotel . Nice and helpful staff close to shopping mall and train . Only issue my toom was at the back and it was noisy from train and local kids playground. Nice healthy breakfast overall i am so happy and i will visit again.

I stayed for 3 days. The hotel was generally clean, and the staff were very friendly. Room cleaning and other room services were excellent. However, there were many things that are expected at a Hilton but not at this one; the service provided was unfortunately far below the \"Hilton\" brand, and I won't list these shortcomings individually. (Hopefully, this will improve soon.) Apart from that, the location is quite convenient, very close to the Marmaray train station...

The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and efficient.The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were very comfortable.The sleep quality was good, and the mattresses felt like sleeping at home the but air conditoner was loud. Breakfast was staisfying.

We spent a comfortable 6 nights here.
Tge hotel is modern, clean, with helpful staff
The rooms are a good size and quality with fridge, water and tea coffee making.
Breakfast is very good with lots of choice hot or cold.

The hotel is in a excelent location, next to the castle, local eateries and shops, but also next to the train/metro station. You can get alover from here and return to this quite area in the evening away from the busy old town.

Best place

Its a beautiful hotel with free breakfast. The breakfast is realy nice with lots of varieties. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Easy for taxi. They will call for you. Its bery peaceful and quite. I want to say thank you to the staff. This place is probably one of the very few things i found to be up to the american standards i am used to.

Excellent hotel for the budget conscious traveller, with a terrific location. Very attentive and courteous staff at reception, and fresh offerings at the buffet restaurant. Access to the local train was steps away, making downtown trips only minutes away. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We will come back again but

Overall my stay here was Good. However I think they owe me one night for putting me at a stinky-smoking room on my first night. I did not sleep well and woke up with a clogged nose because of the bad air quality in the room. It is a non-smoking hotel but that room was heavy smoke smell. I dont understand why the management of Hampton doesnt seem to pay attention to this important detail.
The housekeepers are very polite and really hardworking, except they dont have the proper cleaning equipment to maintain cleanliness of the carpet. In the second room I got moved to, 2nd floor, the carpet has got big stains maybe from the previous guests and was still wet when I got in. The carpet on the hall was stained everywhere. However credit to the housekeepers who really are working hard to keep the hotel clean and guests satisfied.
The fridge in my room was not cooling too.
Gym was good.
The breakfast was great!
Transportation around the area was efficient, there are small buses to take you to the nearest train station) if you dont want to walk), Outlet mall and to Zeytinburnu markets.
My husband and I found the place good overall, the staff spoke very conversational English.
We booked to come back again for another 3 nights and I hope they give us the better room without any smoke smell-as this is one of the main reason we booked the hotel- as a non smoking hotel.

Very nice staff and helpful. Except AIr condition wasn’t working and I didn’t want waste my time nor employee time because I been in situations were the hotel staff say is working wait till it cold and it will never come because control for saving energy bills.

The hotel is a bit away from the center of Istanbul, which was a welcome change for us since we wanted to escape the hectic Taksim square. The staff was very accommodating as they happily extended our checkout by a couple of hours since our shuttle was arriving late. We got the family room, which is connecting rooms. There was plenty of space. Very clean and good breakfast included. Overall a great experience.

Great hotel and staff

This is one the best hotels that I stay at in Istanbul. I have came back to it few times. The only issue is the location. There is mot much around. The staff is great. Espacily 2 men at the from dest one with darker hair and the guy with vurly hair very very helpful. The hotel has this back yard the kids liked to play at. Clean and an Ok breakfast.

Nothing wrong with the hotel facility, but how they handle things. My neighbours talked too loudly during weekends, 2 guys living in one room. I didn’t complain anything, I tried to use music to block the noise. Weird thing is that I got complaints from them, they thought my music is too loud. The hotel staff knocked my door and called me for many times, just to talk to me about their complaints, but when I made my complaints, she didn’t even listen. It is a hotel with racist issue. They need more training for hosting people from different part of the world.

Very plesent staff, try to be supportive but always failed to provide the promised service. Very clean hotel. Unfortunately, the aircondition is getting switched off at midnight. The room temp is 26.5 deg C. No matter how many times you raise the issue, the aircon will stay off. This has rewind my holiday as we were bucket sweat. Failing to sleep at night would rewind the entire day. Finally, the offered breakfast was the poorest you can think of. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO USE.

Honest genuine thought

The hotel was nice! They cleaned it everyday and the people were nice. Only thing that could be better is if the staff knew more English and if they had microwaves etc. they’ve got a fridge but it’s really little. Besides that it was a really nice hotel :)

Would stay here again...

Simple and lovely ambience. Was allowed to check out 2 hours later beyond standard checkout time at no cost, as i explained i was pregnant and had an evening flight to catch.
The ladies who cleaned the rooms weren't professional though. They kept calling repeatedly to confirm check out and opening the doors on us even before check out time, only to apologize and do it again. That sucked but overall, it was a nice stay.

We had a great 3 night stay recently. Hotel is very convenient for people who come with a car as it provides free underground parking. The metro was 5 min walk and took you to the center in no time. The room was cozy and clean, spacious and with enough options to store all luggage. Breakfast was nice, just a bit repetitive. Hotel is very good value for money. I will stay there again on my next trip to Istanbul

Great location to explore Istanbul

The breakfast surely needs improving. Boiled eggs aren't an alternative to fried or scrambled eggs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are on the smaller side however, clean and well maintained. Train station is at a 5 mins walk which is very helpful. More options for grown-up English speaking customers should be available on TV channels. It's either Turkish language channels or English news channels. Overall experience was excellent.

I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights and I would never do so again, nor would I recommend any one to.

Pros:
Clean hotel
Staff gave me directions and map
Food buffet as pictured but not as big
Cleaning staff are amazing

Cons:
Location is VERY BAD-taxi drivers will take you to Hilton at least once and I have had many arguments with them
Staff should warn travellers of this misunderstanding between Hilton and Hampton by Hilton
Nothing immediately close to the hotel-15 min walk to get to ANY corner shop
Breakfast does NOT change (they change one item per day sometimes) everything stays the same and quickly becomes boring
Staff asks travellers not to take a picture of the buffet (found that very strange and disappointing)
Receptionist staff not very friendly, or smiley
Staff refused to help me order food at night (never happened to me before)
Hotel does not have a weighing scale (again lower hotels have had them for travellers)
Staff generally do not want to help you, unless your request is extremely simple and easy.

Generally if you are travelling for business and do not intend to travel ANYWHERE then by all means this hotel may be suitable but if you want to travel and enjoy Istanbul I would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel as it does not live up to the customer reviews and you are better paying the extra money to stay in the city centre as you spend that money on taxis and metro.

I would URGE you NOT to make the same mistake as me.
