Do not stay here or even consider booking this hotel!!! Rooms are dirty, staff is rude. I checked in for an hour and immediately requested a cancellation. They made me wait for an hour to see my room and I immediately left. It’s a mess, no parking, old and dirty rooms, old bathrooms, stained towels and bedsheets. The block is so crowded and there’s no street parking or hotel parking. No one speaks English and the staff demands tips, extremely unprofessional. I regret it the moment I stepped into my room.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially front desk Omar always went the extra mile to help and assist ud with any queries we had relating to out trip and how to find places in Istanbul. Unfortunately our flight was firstly delayed from Heathrow airport due to a technical issue on the aircraft by over 4 hours, but later was cancelled, we had booked a package and were scheduled to be picked up by airport shuttle and dropped at All Seasons Hotel for 13/03/2020, but we not going to arrive until 6am on 14/02/2020, we had to contact expedia whom then contacted All Seasons Hotel to explain our check in would be in the early hours the following day due to the inconveniance caused bu our flight with Turkish airlines, Enber at front desk eas very understanding and made adjustments for us to check in the following morning. The staff provided us with an outstanding and exceptional service, room and en suite was clean and breakfast buffet had a wide range and variety of food and drink to offer, the manager also is around in the lobby area at meal time, making sure guests get everything and are happy with their breakfast. Weve stayed at many hotels but have to say this was the best experience. We highly recommend All Seasons Hotel. Loved our stay there top quality... will be staying there again for sure! 👍👌

It is a Scam not 4 stars at best would be 2 stars

I stayed in this hotel between May 29 and June 3, first the staff on the front desk is useless and unfriendly from the first time they make you feel like you're bothering them, The hotel shows as 4 stars it is a scam it is not even 3 stars...don't trust the pictures, I want to hire the photographer who made this pictures he would be able to make my girl friend looks like miss world.....rooms are very small, bed very narrow and very short even for what they call king size....there is plenty of hotels around it that are less expensive and a lot better.
this is the worst hotel I have ever been and I traveled to more than 30 countries, I have stayed in 2 stars hotels that are more comfortable......in short don't stay here...it is a scam to list this hotel as 4 stars.

Nice hotel but airport transport was a ripoff

The rooms and beds were nice, the breakfast buffet as well as anyone can expect and the staff friendly. The location is close to public transportation and you feel safe in the neighborhood - which has some cheap and good restaurants. The hotel doesn’t have city maps, which I find strange. They provide airport transportation, which we took on our way home, BUT, when we asked for the price they said 60 - which we of course thought was in Liras (since we had taken another car earlier that week to a wedding, where the price was in Liras), but when the car came it was suddenly in Euros. I am convinced that they do that, so people can’t do anything at the time, since they have a plane to catch - so be aware of the currency when asking for a price.

Friendly and helpful staff

We had a 4 day stay and the staff went above and beyond to help us. We enjoyed our stay so much that we rebooked with them again.
The location is fairly central. The only negative are the showers. We had 2 rooms. Non had shover door and the water wouldn't drain fast enough. It is almost impossible to shower without getting water on the floor.

Doesn't look as a 4 stars hotel

It's say 4 stars hotel, but doesn't look 4 stars.
There is too much noise that you can't sleep.
Be careful if you want to do a massage.
We did half an hour an they charge us one hour each, had to complaint to the reception to have our money back.
Friendly staff and well located hotel.
Walk distance to most of the museums, blue mosque and palace.

Lovely place.

We have stayed here before and this visit was no different. Top quality, super-clean, expansive rooms. Excellent meals every time. Very fine conference facilities, and very accommodating staff. You pay one price, and everything is included including the bar bill. The only extras are for the shops and photos, if you want them.

The only drawback is that there is wireless internet in public areas only.

Hotel ist gut gelegen. Straßenbahn vor der Tür man kommt zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb 9 Minuten hin.

Frühstück Büfett sehr mager. Frühstücksraum im Winter sehr kalt.

Die Zimmerwände sind sehr dünn. Leider bekommen sie viel mit was so in anderen Zimmer besprochen oder ausgeübt wird.

Le personnel vraiment pas accueillant et même mal poli.
Ils nous ont proposé une autre chambre mais quasi insalubre. Propreté 0 je déconseille fortement

Отель явно не тянет на 4 звезды. В отелях с 3 звездами обслуживание порой лучше, чем в этом отеле. В основном из того что испортило впечатление это маленький номер, хотя на этапе бронирования показывали другие квадратные метры номера. Также здесь не приносят в номер воду, чай, сахар и тапочки. Персонал не особо приветливый.

Most Terrible experience

It was the wrost hotel I've ever experienced. Dirty and old facility. Rude and aggressive attidue of staffs. They even negotiate for complimentary water (At first, they charged! When I complaint it, they said it's free later).
NEVER GO THERE!

Klein, fein aber ...

Angenehm gelegen in einer Seitenstraße. Das Personal ist nett und das gebuchte Frühstück war gut. Sehr gute Anbindung an die Tram, mit der man sehr schnell ins Zentrum kommt. Leider war der Fahrstuhl sehr nervig. Das Hotel hat fünf Stockwerke und der Fahrstuhl geht logischerweise fast ununterbrochen. Wenn man also ein Zimmer weit weg vom Fahrstuhl bucht, ist dieses Hotel für einen Kurztripp nach Istanbul zu empfehlen.

Ausreichend für ein verlängertes Wochenende

Der einheimische Taxifahrer wusste nicht wo das Hotel zu finden ist :-) Wir fanden es relativ zentral und nicht an einer der vielbefahrenen Hauptstraßen. Straßenbahnhaltestelle war ganz in der Nähe (2 Minuten zu Fuß), die Metro war circa 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Grundsätzlich war das Hotelpersonal zuvorkommend und freundlich. Einen schlechten Tag hat wohl jeder Mal :-)

4 Sterne habe ich mir etwas anders vorgestellt und auch schon erlebt. Auf den Hotelbildern wirken die Zimmer viel größer, auch das Bad und schöner. Unser Zimmer war zur Vorderseite des Hotels mit einem Doppelbett und einem einfachen Bett. Das Doppelbett war gerade so ausreichend für zwei Personen, wir hätten lieber auf das einfache verzichtet und dafür ein größeres doppeltes Bett gehabt :-)

Das Zimmer war recht klein, für zwei ausreichend, dunkel und am meisten störte mich der fehlende Gardarobenhaken für unsere Jacken. Der Schrank zur Aufbewahrung war auch zu klein.

Hatte mir mehr erwartet

Die Lage ist für eine Stadtbesichtigung fast optimal. Leider sind die Zimmer, insbesondere das Bad, sehr sehr klein. Die Matrazen sind sehr hart und manchmal mangelt es auch an der Sauberkeit des Teppichbodens.

buffet colazione scarso e con prodotti di poca qualità o pessimi, sempre gli stessi, compresi i cereali stantii. Nulla informazione alla reception: o meglio, molto attivi nell'informare su \"crociere acchiappagonzi\" carissime, niente su - ad esempio - la card trasporti, ottima, che invece ci è stata illustrata dal primo rivenditore di biglietti in strada. In più, quando abbiamo chiesto un taxi per l'aeroporto, ci hanno fatto trovare una macchina privata, un taxi illegale. Abbiamo accettato solo perché eravamo in ritardo, ma è chiaro che è una pessima idea, ed è molto pericoloso per il cliente che si espone a rischi inutili e senza vantaggio, visto che abbiamo pagato la medesima cifra dell'andata.
L'hotel si salva solo per la posizione e per la gentilezza del personale addetto alle camere ma non ci tornerei.

45 minutes away from Ataturk

The hotel is located 45 minutes away from Ataturk airport if you take metro, the neibourhood is not the best I have seen,though not dangerous. Once you are inside the hotel, everything is ok.

Gute öffentliche Anbindung zum Flughafen und zum Stadtzentraum. Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der touristischen Meile, von daher annehmbare Preise in der Umgebung. Hotelzimmer sauber und ordentlich, sehr freundliches und kompetentes Zimmermädchen. Lediglich der geringe Wasserdruck (oberste Etage) kann insbesondere beim Duschen nervend sein. Das Frühstück ist solide, wenn auch immer gleich und nicht riesig in der Auswahl. Die Hilfsbereitschaft an der Rezeption (z.B. Late check-out ab 4 Nächten, Auskünfte) hat allerdings nachgelassen, als wir nicht auf die Pauschalangebote für Ausflüge, Abendessen etc. eingegangen sind.

è abbastanza vicino alle attrazioni ed è vicino alla metro molto comoda da prendere per l'aeroporto

l'hotel è pulito, il personale è gentile, non è lontano dai mezzi pubblici, si può andare in giro a passeggiare tranquillamente, anche a piedi, forse la colazione non è il massimo ma cè un pò di tutto, lo consiglio a chi ama la tranquillità,infatti era abbastanza silenzioso.
