I’ve stayed at this hotel on five occasions. The staff at Pineda Palace are amazing, they can’t do enough for you and it’s like visiting your family.

The down sides to the hotel are all the rooms have single beds and the pool is more of a dip pool rather than one you can swim in properly - lovely view though as it’s on the rooftop.

there’s a lot of partying noise that comes from the street out front at night (not the hotel’s fault, just silly drunk people). The buffet style food is nice but repetitive and not a lot of choice for veggie/vegans although there is always salad, chips and bread at both lunchtime and evenings. We did ask for oat milk at breakfast this visit as it’s been available before but ended up buying our own after two days of asking. All the staff are so lovely though that the oat milk thing is a minor moan.

The restaurant staff were particularly hard working and pleasant, also the room cleaning staff.

The bedrooms were generous in size, but the shower cubicles (Douche) were only suitable for VERY slim adults!
The gentleman at Reception (Manager?) was well informed and helpful. However, NO ENGLISH LANGUAGE television! The hotel is better suited for German and French speaking guests. What a pity.

Awful. Absolutely awful. Horrendous hotel, horrendous conditions. The staff are beyond incompetent. They attempted to scam me out if 150 euros. It was only when I threatened legal action, they processed my refund. The hotel carers to a lot of elderly people and those with additional needs, who are in no position to defend themselves against these scams. Avoid at all costs and stay somewhere else

We were a family of 3. The hotel's location is excellent, right by the beach and 10 minutes walk from the centre of the small town of Pineda. We chose the bed and breakfast option and were extremely happy with the variety of food available. There are options for everyone's taste and dietary needs. Our only disappointment was the swimming pool, which is very small and does not allow people to swim. Although the sea is just in front of the hotel, it is also good to have the option of swimming. The description of the swimming pool should be made more accurate in the website, or the photos need to be more realistic, as they are presented in a way that don't reflect the real size.

The hotel is good, food good and location is good. All what i expected. Downfalls was: walls so thin you can hear the conversation next door word for word. The train track in-between the hotel and beach. The pool is nice but very shallow, good for kids but don't expect Olympic style.
We had a great stay and for the price we are very satisfied

We absolutely loved Pineda De Mar and the H-Top Pineda Palace was great with one exception. 4 nights of our 8 night stay were disrupted by disrespectful guest in the room next to ours. There were carrying about and causing a ruckus well into the morning hours, we could even hear them physically smacking their kids. The front desk was called, and they woud call and ask them to be quite, but without any on property security, there was little they could/would do.

The hotel is NOT A 4 STAR ! I have better food in a 2 star hotel. ! A very clean hotel and rooms were spotless but very basic n tired looking ie torn curtains. Awful view from back of hotel so pay for a sea view ! The entertainment was. Rubbish ! But the patio area was very smart. But not enough chairs n tables out there ! It's a very Spanish hotel which is nice, feels more like a foreign holiday . The food. Is disgusting. !!!!!!!!! Same food served every day ! Who eats cold pasta and cauliflower for breakfast ? All the dishes were cold !! Chips were edible. But always cold !!! I would not return to this hotel if it was offered to me FREE !!! Only nice thing was the. Roof top. Sun patio.. Pool far to small and if you go in the school holidays you will never get in there as the kids just go wild , bombing. Etc .... There is no life gaurd so beware ! Also the beds were so cheap and hard basic mattresses we both ended up with bad backs

The hotel was quite nice and the roof pool was great, the bed wasn't very comfortable as they just put two beds together.
The staff were great especially Cyril and another gentleman at reception that I don't remember his name (my bad).
Overall will recommend to families and will difinetly consider booking again.

Great Hotel, Friendly Staff, Good Food

This is our third time staying at the H Top Pineda Palace. At first we were given a room on the 1st floor looking out to a brick wall. We,asked for a room change with a sea view and couple of days later we were transferred to The Palace Suite for the remaining 6 days of our holiday!!! Happy Days!!! Staff are friendly and helpful. We had half board but can get a little crowded in the dining room in the evenings.

Decent hotel by the beach & close to train station

The majority of staff if not all of them are polite, friendly and will do their utmost to assist guests regardless of language barrier(s). The hotel have seen better days especially the room(s) and the drainage system is in need of a major upgrade due a foul & strong odour emitted from the sinks, shower and bath tub . Free wi-fi is only available for 15 minutes per device. Wi-fi for 7 full days will cost one €20 and 3 days will cost one €10 but you can only use one device at a time. One has to pay €20 to get a TV remote which is refundable on check-out on production of receipt.

Value on a budget

Stayed here full board. It was cheap, but good value for the price. Staff friendly and helpful. The food was okay, don't expect culinary wonders at this price, though there was a good selection and plenty of it. The hotel itself looks due for a refurb and is a little tired, but again I wouldn't expect anything different in this price bracket. Our room was clean and comfortable, although the walls are thin and so it would suck if you have noisy neighbours. Parking is available for free in the surrounding streets. The beach is accessible just across the street.

We stayed for 4 nights in August 2014. The hotel is very clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious, ours with 3 beds and a large balcony. The food was very good and varied with plenty of choice. The drinks system is very well thought out, handing in a card when you get a drink and getting the card back when you return the glass. Overall we had no complaints at all and would like to visit again.

I found the hotels appearance modern and pleasant. The room was clean. Food was quite good with certain things being cooked fresh while you wait. The small pool area is on the roof looking over the sea front.
Some guests were not happy with the glass cards, but I think this works very well as it means all the tables are always clean and free from empty dirty glasses at all times.
Entertainment was Spanish and French orientated as most of the clientele was elderly Spanish and French. We never had a problem with this, on the whole, we found most people at the hotel to be friendly.
I was surprised by charge for Wi-Fi (1day- 5EUR; 3days- 10EUR, 7days - 20EUR). Wi-Fi signal weakens nearer the top of the hotel.
Also tourist establishment tax (0.9EUR per person per night +10% VAT) must be paid and necessarily in cash.

It is more of a 3 star than a four. All in all I would recommend a stay here. Good, clean and friendly above average 3.5 :)

We only needed a functional hotel, a place to sleep at night, and this hotel fitted the bill perfectly. Rooms were clean, buffet breakfast was plentiful, swimming pool on the roof was great. The beds were not too comfortable, but we got used them after our week. Almost forgot, great position for the beach.

Inexpensive hotel for fun in the sun!

Clean, safe hotel with an excellent location. The hotel is across the street from the beach and down the street from the rail that takes you to Placa Catalunya. The train cost (7.30Euro) round trip and takes 1:05 and runs every :30minutes. The beach was semi crowded with lots to do, (volley ball, Tiki bar, etc..) The staff were genuinely concerned that our stay was pleasant and accommodated a room change quickly since our A/C was broken, also gave us a local map with recommended restaraunts. Artur in particular went above and beyond to ensure we were happy! There are pleanty of bars and food at varying price ranges.
The main negative points were the comfort of the beds and the need to leave a 20Euro deposit to use a remote for the tele.
I would stay here again!

I,my partner and 10 year old son originaly booked
to stay at the Riviera Hotel, Santa Susana where we
spent the most horrific 6 nights in the worst hotel
you can imagine before checking out and changing
to the Pineda Palace. What a difference, nice clean
quiet rooms, friendly helpful staff, and, what a nice
welcome change, food you can eat. These hotels
are only about 1 k apart but miles apart in class. We
would gladly stay there again

Kom til et værelse som ikke var rengjort, der lå hår fra tidliger gæster. Den ene stol på terrassen var istykker.
Jeg gik i receptionen og sagde det, de skiftede stolen. Men rengøringen kom først 2 dage efter.
Sengene var feltsenge med en rimelig dog hård madras ovenpå.
Der blev ikke,skiftet sengetøj i de 6 dage vi var på hotellet på trods af varmen.
Der var alt for mange regler vedr. All.incl. og ikke alt var inkluderet...
Det var ikke muligt at få kaffe hele døgnet feks.
Hotellet havde beskrevet sig som et hotel med \" Adult Recommended\" men
Der var underholdning til børn lige fra legestue til musikunderholdning om aftenen.
Der manglede faciliteter til gæster der ikke ønskede underholdning om aftenen.
Maden var rimelig god, men der manglede kød om aftenen.
Personalet var venlige og der var en god service i restauranten og receptionen.
Med hotellets 194 værelser er det meget svært at få en solseng ved poolen hvor der måske var ca. 50 sammenlagt.
Hotellet havde ingen solsenge ved stranden og ej heller bar til all. Incl. Gæsterne.
Stranden var fantastisk og kun 100m. fra hotellet.
Alt i alt lever hotellet ikke op til 7,4 ud af 10.
Nok nærmere 4 ud af 10 desværre.

Le personnel est accueillant et à l’écoute des demandes qui lui sont faites.
L’hôtel est très convenable même si il est vieillissant.
La salle de bain n’est pas commode, cabine de douche très étroite et baignoire avec paroi vitrée qui n’autorise pas trop de mouvements non plus.

Dans l’ensemble j’ai connu beaucoup mieux pour le même prix en tout compris surtout au niveau alimentation car il n’y avait pas beaucoup de choix surtout pour les français pourtant il y avait des français dans l’hôtel.
Beaucoup d’entrée,dessert très mauvais moi qui suis très dessert j’ai pas pris un seul et alors les plats chauds inexistant (les frites vers les entrées ? Alors que c’est aux plats chauds enfin c’est un hôtel que nous ne reviendrons pas)
Les personnes du bar le matin pas sympa alors que ceux du soir super sympa surtout celui qui a les cheveux en brosse et brin un homme gentil et qui parle un peu le français cela fait plaisir et les gens de l’accueil des gens gentils.
Les chambres très brouillante ont entend tout des gens qui sont à côté.

Me esperaba más de un 4*. No vale la pena pagar por habitación con vistas al mar. El balcón tiene un vidrio opaco que si estás sentado te impide ver el mar, lo mismo desde la habitación, solo se ve el mar si estás de pie 😞😞
Los extranjeros circulan sin mascarilla y nadie les dice nada. Los nacionales están respetando más. Faltan carteles avisando de mascarilla obligatoria. La piscina decepcionante para un 4*. Pequeña y no cubre. La grifería necesita renovación. Lo dicho un 3* peladito.

Très bon prix pour un all-inclusive. Très bon emplacement dans une ville agréable (inverse de la Grande-motte ou Lloret del mar), repas sympas et bien gérés, personnel agréable, souriant et accueillant. Piscine avec une belle vue mais petite (dommage, l’hotel aurait eu la note maximale) mais la plage est en face. Autre point noir (dans cette région)… pas de parking et la police locale ne plaisante pas avec le stationnement.

Vi las opiniones después de reservar y la verdad que llegue un poco preocupado después de ver varias malas opiniones pero la realidad es que el hotel está bien, la habitación es amplia fuimos 1 adulto y dos niños y hay espacio aunque entiendo que si se quiere pasar muchas horas en la habitación para una familia de 4 con niños grandes puede ser pequeña y sería mejor coger dos habitaciones, en mi caso todo perfecto, personal simpático, piscina correcta y a 2 minutos de la playa. Recomendable

Absolument horrible : extrêmement bruyant et beaucoup de gens irrespectueux. Il est 3h du matin et je viens de me plaindre pour la deuxième fois auprès des voisins qui s’en moquent royalement…

A fuire a fuire a fuire, je voyage depuis plus de 20 ans et cet hôtel est la pire expérience hôtelière de ma vie, de très loin même.

Le buffet quand à lui est totalement indigne et affreux, on mange très mal et très peu varié. Les assiettes étaient carrément sales…

Franchement ne prenez cet hôtel qu’en cas de force majeur sinon fuyez.

Hôtel bien placé face à la plage . Restauration sous forme de buffet très variée. La piscine sur le toit terrasse n’est utilisable que pour les enfants ( très petite et très faible profondeur 1m) . Chambre très mal insonorisée mais de taille correcte . Bémol l’eau n’est pas incluse dans la. demi pension sans en avoir eu l’info Auparavant. .

Hôtel très confortable avec personnel très accueillant. Le buffet est tout à fait satisfaisant avec des repas à thèmes régulièrement, peut-être un peu juste sur les desserts, mais nous sommes très satisfaits. Le personnel est très à l’écoute.

molto bene la cucina con ampia scelta per tutti i gusti e abitudini.
La nota negativa : la camera troppo piccola per 4 componenti….Nel complesso devo dire che per ovviare a questo inconveniente ci sono state concesse le bibite ai pasti che non erano comprese...
Qualche ritardo nella pulizia della camera non sempre eseguito puntualmente, ma cmq eseguito!
Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene e se ne avremo la possibilità torneremo sicuramente! Adatto a famiglie

Tout est payant quand on prend le sejour en demi pension. Les boisspns et même l eau, le coffre, le sauna, le wifi... hotel bruyant et surtout tres mal insonorisé, pas de parking, le train passe au pied de l hôtel. piscine ridicule pour le nombre de client c est plus un bassin pour enfants. Attente pour les repas comme à la cantine.

Chambre trop petite pour 4

La chambre est trop petite avec 4 lits qui prennent tout l'espace, on ne peut pas circuler correctement. Le parking était complet. A part cela, tout était correct. La piscine sur le toit de l'hôtel a une superbe vue sur la mer mais trop petite. Plage et gare à seulement 2 minutes à pied. Nourriture correcte !

Très bon accueil mais hôtel très bruyant animation forte sous les fenêtres jusqu’a 23h30 et discothèque sur la plage toute la nuit plus personnes dans la rue bruyante toute la nuit plus le train et très mauvaise isolation des voisins.
Matelas peu confortable
Buffet varié de qualité moyenne mais moins pire que certains Hotel
Piscine sur le toi agréable mais trop petite en vue du nombre de personnes dans l’hôtel
Bref une nuit ça passe un séjour avec des enfants en bas âge c’est compliqué

Pas un vrai 4 etoiles, 1700€ la chambre pour 4 en pension complète (fausse pension complète, la carafe d’eau est payante, 2€ 😢). Exorbitant pour ce type d’hôtel, bruyant, chambre minuscule, matelas inconfortables. Seul point positif, les animations pour les enfants et la proximité de la plage.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut direkt am Strand. Das ist das einzige positive an diesem Hotel.Dusche zu klein man muss das Wasser ständig regulieren. Essen war grauenhaft und ein komischer Geruch vor dem Restaurant verdorb einem schon den Appetit. Es war sehr hellhörig man hörte alles von Nebenzimmer. Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut nicht weiterempfehlen!

Wir würden gut empfangen und das Meer ist nicht weit weg. Das ist das einzige was uns gefallen hat in diesem Hotel . Wir sind Richtung Restaurant gegangen und nahmen einen ekelhaften Geruch wahr. Dieser verdorb schon den Appetit. Das Essen war grauenhaft! Die Wände waren wie aus Papier man hörte alles aus den anderen Zimmern!

Hyvä buffetti, josta löytyi ruokaa kattavasti myös erikoisruokavalioita ajatellen. Treenasimme lomalla paljon ja all inclusive sopi erittäin hyvin tarpeisiimme. Läheltä hotellia löytyi mukava sali, ravintoloita sekä ruokakauppoja. Ranta oli myös erittäin kuva. Hotellin allasalue oli erittäin mukava. Ainoat miinukset tulevat siitä, että henkilökunta olisi voinut osata paremmin englantia sekä siitä, että missään ei ollut mainintaa joka ilta olevasta kovaäänisestä musiikista hotellin ravintolassa. Onneksi musiikki sammui jo klo 24, mutta siihen saakka se kiristeli hermoja, sillä olisimme halunneet nukkua enemmän. Hotellin äänieristys oli muutenkin melko huono ja puhe kuului muista huoneista selvästi. Plussat silti voittivat miinukset mielestäni. Mietin seuraavaa matkaa lasten kanssa samalle alueelle ja mahdollisesti samaan hotelliin. Pienten lasten kanssa on silti otettava huomioon ravintolan äänitaso illalla.

el cuarto estaba pésimo el aire acondicionado no servía el baño tenía dos showers en los dos se tiraba el agua pedí otro cuarto no me lo cambiaron me salí de ese hotel gasté $1,200.00 por nada, personalmente no lo recomiendo para nada le quito todas las estrellas que tenga si es que tiene
