We had 1 bed apartment.. lovely balcony, no sun but thats the position of the hotel.. massive shower and kitchen had everything we needed..
Loads of sunbeds, pool lovely. Breakfast was super too.
Location was great, on the main street 2 minutes walk to beach

The kitchen was nice and clean. Everything worked in the kitchen. The blackout curtains were excellent.

The bed was quite firm, which is not my favorite, but I slept OK.

I am not sure the air conditioning worked correctly. It never seemed to cool below the outside temperature.

The drain cover in the shower seemed a little broken. The shower head itself had some water deposits.

No complaints and I would definitely stay here again. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

It was an average experience. The place is nice, not the most well equipped, new or clean but everything worked. The front desk staff was aggressive to any visitors. It was extreme and really put me off the entire stay. No ice available.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from the beach, so many restaurants on the strip behind the hotel (Aruma & El Cielo were our favorites) the staff cleaned constantly, breakfast was so good (Anna was so kind to us), free laundry facilities (just bring your own detergent), free public parking lot within 5 minutes walk of the hotel, an hour from Barcelona city center and central to other places worth visiting like Cadaqués, Peratallada, etc. Rooms have everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy yourself.

OUR BEST STAY EVER IN SANTA SUSANNA.

From we crossed the threshold into this hotel we were treated with the utmost care and attention by the young desk clerk. We are both disabled I am registered blind.
We were not happy with our room as the air conditioning wasn't working. She promptly came up from reception changed our room. And even split the bed into singles and she re done both beds for us.
Every member of staff treated us with the courtesy you only get in 5* hotels.
The hotel is so clean it's sterile.
Food at the pool cafe bar is excellent in fact better than most on the main strip. And cheaper also. I recommend the Gourmet Salad \"the goats cheese is lovely on it\" also the goats cheese burger, and chicken wrap are great also.
This has been our 4th stay in Santa Susanna and this Apart Hotel has been our best stay to date. If you want to relax in a quiet hotel near the strip, this would be my top recommendation.
Staff 5*, Hotel 5*, location 5*, Cafe Pool Bar 5*.

Apartment was spacious and newly refurbished. Staff were friendly. Location was convenient and close to the beach, shops, and high street. The apartment had a good fridge, air conditioning, hob and and microwave with oven. Showers were excellent with loads of hot water. Plenty of balconies.
Loads of free parking but this needed careful explaining. Downside was the lack of a dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment. Had to use a single washing machine downstairs in the laundry room. One machine for all residents was inadequate so we had to do some washing at midnight when laundry machine was free. There was only one iron at reception and no broom in apartment. If staying more than one week with a young family I would choose somewhere with a washing machine and dishwasher and
Iron included in the apartment. Otherwise it was a lovely stay!

The pool was lovely and quiet in the evening, breakfast room was preety and clean. Only thing is we ordered 3 single beds but got 2 and a sofa bed which my friend gladly slept on.

Great place to stay!

We travelled as a family of 4 and stayed in a 2 bed room on the top floor. The room was very modern, very spacious and had everything we needed. Including 2 large balcony’s. The room was cleaned daily and new towels provided each time.

The hotel itself is situated in a great place, close to all the restaurants and 5 minutes walk from the beach.
The hotel pool wasn’t massive but, was more than adequate - it wasn’t over crowded and there were always sun loungers available. (The pool has a clever moulded seating design all around it - I actually preferred sitting there)

The poolside bar was great, nice beer, nice food all reasonably priced and the staff are great.

I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at this hotel as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we will certainly be returning again.

We had two bedrooms and lounge, and were 5 adults. it was very specious and had balconies for every room. The complex had everything you need, supermarket, souvenir shop coin operated laundry. Loads of restaurants and bars very close by. Close to beach and close to other attractions in Costa Brava, but best have a car if you want to explore other attractions in the area.

Pleasant Hotel and location to rest and relax

The staff were friendly and spoke English which certainly helped. The rooms were cleaned every day and the hotel was clean all over. The pool area was private and well maintained. The train station to Barcelona is about 5/10 mins walk and travel into Barcelona just over an hour. Close to coach pick ups for travel into Barcelona. In the evening a collection of craft, jewellery, artists have stalls along the front promenade. This was friendly and not at all intimidating. There are a selection of restaurants to fit most tastes. The beach is close but the underpasses to the beach are at either end of the road which was not great as we were located in the middle so were a bit of a trek. The beach is gravelly type sand and a walk in barefoot is not comfortable. Beach is clean with strong waves great for excitement but care if young children as beach drops quite quickly in the sea. There are lifeguards on duty. No kids clubs so no real activities (except pool) for young children but fine for 10-16 year olds .

Place was just what we'd been promised. Staff were terrific. Poolside bar was very good - open all day, and served nice meals, breakfasts & drinks.

Resort was typical Costa Brava. Entertainment from other hotels was very noisy. It was 1am before it died down on a number of the nights we stayed, which wasn't great for younger kids.

Nevertheless, this wasn't Odessea Park's fault.

Basically, apartments/ complex great, but resort not so much!

Talk about noisy fans.

Couldn't sleep for the kitchen fans in the next hotel day and night the staff at the pool bar so ignorant and misrable we where there for 12 nights and the towels were only changed twice not good enough will not be going back .

Appartment was lovely and clean on arrival and all staff especially snack bar staff were very friendly and helpful. If you want a tourist strip then this is it, you get what you paid for and would definately would go again :-)
The beach is about a 10min walk away and a park for the young kids downstairs. The local mini market is good for odd bits and big supermarket is 10-15min walk. There is also a local market on Tuesdays so no parking along the strip that dat only. Good restaurant but we did have a favourite where the kids could play also and have an ice cream included in the meal and portion sizes were huge

Nice and clean apartment. Good value for money. Swimming pool is small but it's on the first floor so away from the public eye, feels more private. Area is touristy but it was easy to find quiet space on the beach (need to walk a bit further though -about 10-15 min). I would recommend to go to the old part of the town for food as it's more decent spanish cuisine comparing to fast food version offered on the main street.
Barcelona is just over an hour on the train, easy journey with train station 5 min away from the hotel. Ticket is around 9 euros for return journey (underground not included; it is possible to buy train ticket with open bus ticket valid all day for 26 euros).

In the middle of everything...........

Great location,10 min. walk from the beach, on the promenade full of shops & restaurants. A 5 min. drive to large supermarket for groceries & other goods. Kitchenette small but adequate for preparing meals. Weather in May perfect 89-93F, much cooler in the evenings when all the people comes out to watch each other walk down the promenade. The only drawback was the daily parking fee.

Yes, on booking in, you was told that you had to clean kitchen before leaving, but, thats the rules, and the price we paid, so what, I had no problem with that at all.
Could not fault theseapartments in any way whatsoever,we spoke to others there and everyone felt the same, could not believe the price we had paid for them, FANTASTIC!.

Very convenient location for disabled people, having traveled before with my partner who uses a wheelchair we found the layout and facilities at Odisea park and Santa Susanna in general a refreshing change, we went wherever we wanted without any problems and found the hotel staff and resort bars and restaurants very kind and considerate,

Lovely hotel, clean, modern. Good location, very close to beach (sea views). Helpful staff. Room facilities very good. An extremely noisy hotel next door have a ridiculous karaoke or bad music on until midnight. As loud as a festival so dont expect peace and quiet. Endless very noisy youths in next hotel were using Odissea facilities but we may have hit an unlucky week for that. Small pool so little chance of enjoying it if it is a busy week.

We were lucky to get rooms at a discounted rate, and for that price the quality is outstanding. The apartments have a bedroom and a livingroom/kitchen and can easily fit 4 people. Just be aware that during summer, although they have A/C it cannot cool below 24 degrees celsius (according to themselves when asked). The pool is small and doesnt have a kids section, but besides that it was nice and clean. Santa Susanna is great for family, reasonably quiet without noise clubs and bars (at least around Odissea Park).

Die Nähe zum Strand und zum Bahnhof (Ausflug nach Barcelona ☺️) ist super. Durch eine Unterführung gelangt man ganz einfach zum Strand. Der Pool ist neu und mit Whirpool und Liegen zum Entspannen und Runterkommen bestens geeignet. Es gibt eine Poolbar und die Getränke bekommt man nach der Bestellung auch an die Liegen serviert. Der Service ist großartig. 🤩 Das Hotel liegt in einer belebten Umgebung und vor allem vom Nachbarhotel bekommt man die dortigen Veranstaltungen (Tanz und laute Musik) hautnah mit. Nachtruhe ist somit erst ab 0h gegeben. Daher gebe ich für die Umgebung der Unterkunft nur 4 von 5 Sternen. Hier kann aber dieses Hotel nichts zu!

La chambre avait tout le confort nécessaire et était très propre tout comme l'hôtel. Cependant il n'y a aucune insonorisation on entend vraiment tout des chaises que l'on traine aux ronflements du voisin d'à côté... C'est aussi assez bruyant avec les cris des enfants. C'est un hôtel familial ce qui s'explique peut être mais si vous y aller pour vous reposer ce n'est pas the good place to be. Par contre tout le personnel est vraiment adorable et fait tout pour que l'on soit bien et satisfait. Ils vont me manquer... J'ai quand même passé un séjour sympa dans cet hôtel.

Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet vårt!
Dette var på slutten av sesongen (hotellet stenger i begynnelsen av november), så det var god plass ved både bassenget og ved frokostbordene.
Frokosten var noe mindre enn det vi er vant med i Norge, men betjeningen var veldig oppmerksomme og laget det vi måtte ønske (egg og bacon, omeletter).
Vårt rom var øverst og ut mot promenade/strand, så solforholdene vårt var utmerkede!
Hotellet har parkering rett utenfor (€15/dag), men offentlig parkeringsplass (gratis) ligger 5-10 min gange fra hotellet.
Rommet vårt ble rengjort hver dag og alt personale var vennlige og hyggelige.
Vi hadde sen ankomst, men hotellet har nattevakt og innsjekk kl 0100 var ingen problem :)

Lekker zwembad met voldoende ligbedjes en bar/restaurant erbij.
Douche kan een upgrade gebruiken.
Winkels op loopafstand

Sehr gute Lage, Supermarkt direkt im Gebäude, sauberes gepflegtes Aparthotel. Zimmer mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer sehr nahe der Klimaanlage vom Nachbarsgebäude- weshalb es auf dem geräumigen Balkon relativ laut war.
Frühstück hatten wir keines gebucht, sah aber lecker aus, Personal wirkte teilweise etwas gestresst.

Impeccable, piscine,appartements assez spacieux, un grand magasin de vêtements avec une supérette sont au bas de l'hotel avec une remise de 10% pour les clients de l'hotel.

Alentour TRES bruyant et isolation phonique quasi inexistante. Impossible de dormir la nuit
Côté rue, vis a vis très proche avec l'immeuble d'en face, on mangeait avec les voisins.

Piscine bondée avec transat au bord du bassin, sans surveillance : tout le monde fait ce qu'il veut : plongeon, ballon, bouée, matelas gonflable.. et même des déjections humaines au fond de l'eau (que l'hôtel a mis énormément de temps a gérer)
Dommage car le personnel de ménage était génial, ménage de qualité fait tous les jours, l'appartement pas trop mal et pas trop mal placé par rapport à la ville.

Ons verblijf was prima. Enige minpunt was dat er veel geluid van de muziek was van naastgelegen hotel Don Angel (Niet iedere dag gelukkig, maar toch wel vaak), en van de airconditioningunit buiten die goed hoorbaar was op het balkon. Kamerschoonmaak uitstekend.

Er is een goede sfeer en dat is te merken aan de service die wordt verleend. De receptiemedewerkers en de dames van het ontbijt zijn enorm aardig en staan altijd voor je klaar. Het appartement is zeer schoon, zo schoon heb ik het nog niet gezien. Wij hadden een appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Iedere dag werd het schoon gemaakt. De vers gemaakt cappuccino was overheerlijk zo ook het ontbijt. Wij hadden een defect kluisje en deurknop. Het werd direct verholpen. Als je een ruim en schoon appartement wilt hebben met aardige mensen om je heen dan moet je hier zijn.

Godt hotel

Hotellet var super lækkert. Morgenmaden blev serveret i en hyggelig lille restaurant, og med rigtig sødt personale. Dem i receptionen var meget søde og behjælpelige med alle spørgsmål og bestilling af taxa.

De eneste to negative ting, er at i beskrivelsen stod der at der var 5 enkeltsenge, men der var kun 4 enkelsenge og en sovesofa. Grunden til vi valgte hotellet var at der ikke var sovesofa. Det andet er at da vi tjekkede ind, ville vi gerne købe morgenmad til dagen efter. Men her fik vi af vide at vi skulle købe det næste dag i restauranten. Men da vi kom ned i restauranten, fik af vide af det ville være billigere hvis vi forudbetale morgenmaden i receptionen.
