Stayed for 4nights with the teenage child.
This was our first hotel where was no music in the restaurant , inside bar either outside around the swimming pool. The most quiet hotel we have ever stayed. The food was really nice, everyone nicely enjoyed the variety of sea food and meat. Little a bit confused about the explanation of either going for full board or half board as every person in reception was saying something different. Good selection of drinks , everyone could find something nice and enjoy.
The room was clean and look after but you can clearly see that is run down a bit especially balcony. The nicest experience was a beach , clean and quiet and also big swimming pool.
Schame the bar by the pool was close, couldn’t get a sun lounge on the beach either, no animation group too. Overall we had nice time there.

Housekeeping standards are very poor here, no fresh towels provided during a 2 night stay and dirty towels left behind on the floor. Outdated and dirty rooms. Breakfast is average, there is always a long que to enter the breakfast area. Deposit required to enter the gym and for beach towels. Would not stay here again.

The photos are accurate in terms of the amenities, but the actual experience was much less of a “resort experience” than expected. Firstly, there are constantly lineups for everything. This resort, books, way too many people for what they have to offer for service. For starters, you cannot sit in any of the Deck chairs unless you wake up early before the breakfast opens and take turns with your group guarding the chairs. Otherwise people keep their stuff on them all day and you have to either stand in the pool or leave the grounds because the indoor spaces are not kept cool. For the price every guest should be guaranteed a comfortable place to spend time on the property each day they are there. Laundry services are advertised, but they are paid by item rather than guest use so be prepared to pay a minimum of five euro for one article of clothing. I suppose this is just a European thing but it’s almost impossible to avoid smoke which is a big problem if you are sensitive like I am. No place to fill your water and the up charge on all their beverages and food is outrageous. For example, a large bottle of water is four euro and a block away at the convenience store it’s one euro. The rooms are tiny and not very insulated. no coffee pot in the room. Difficult to move around if you have more than two people in a room as the beds take up most of the floor space. Guests are primarily families with small children so loud and a bit loud and chaotic. I would not stay here again

Front desk staff was very good, lots of issues like rooms not being cleaned until late afternoon, no mini bars after paying for them, and being told we can switch rooms our last day, but it really meaning to check out in the morning with no room access until the late afternoon and having to take luggage across hotel to store.

Amazing family hotel, excellent food - very rich variety and plenty to choose from. The pool is large and never too crowded. Great intertaiment for both kids and adults. Decent rooms with daily cleaning service. Staff is polite and helpful. 2 min walk to the beach. The only dawnside is that the drinks are quite expensive, but there are a few shops within 2-3 mins walk where you could buy a large variety of drinks at dicent prices. Overall, we were very happy with this choice and will definitely come back here again! 2 adults and 2 kids, 6 and 9.

We enjoyed our stay at the Tahiti Player Hotel. The staff on reception were always helpful, pleasant and professional. There is a train line in front of the hotel, so you had to take steps and go through a tunnel underneath the train track to get to and from the hotel. Due to heavy rain the first day this was flooded and often full of rubbish and debris. Not pleasant to walk through. I certainly wouldn't walk there on my own at night.

The hotel was very good, we enjoyed our stay. We especially liked how close it was to the ocean. It‘s worth renting a sunbed there because it is much less crowded on the beach than around the pool area. The main restaurant is okay, we only ate there in the morning. You usually have to wait in line to get a table and the food is average. In the evening we always walked to one of the many great restaurants nearby. We will most probably come back to Hotel Tahiti Playa another year.

Beautiful Hotel, Great Location

We stayed in this hotel for a short family break (4nts) - 2 adults and 1 toddler. The hotel itself was beautiful with a large pool area, situated right on the beach front and in an ideal location for walking to shops and restaurants. The room was lovely with 2 double beds and very clean when we arrived. The aircon wasn't extremely powerful but fine for the weather in June - may not be great for the hotter months. We had a partial sea view room which was located on the outter left of the property so you could see the sea to the right of the balcony. Unfortunately the balconies on this side of the hotel are all slightly slanted down, possibly for drainage purposes, but it made it very unsafe with little ones so we only used it to dry swimsuits. We stayed half board and the food in the restaurant was great. A great variety of food for breakfast and dinner so that everyone is catered for. My wife is a fussy eater and even she really enjoyed the food. The restaurant can get busy so we tried to go right at the beginning of the sessions or right at the end. There's a little park just outside the restaurant area that is perfect for kids, and also 2 slides to the side of the pool area. They have a children's pool which is great for little ones. We did go in the pool a couple of times and although it seemed to be slightly heated, it was still very cold, especially for our toddler. The staff we encountered during our stay were all very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Really nice hotel right on the beach, good food and welcoming staff, good wifi and entertainment for kids. Rooms large with comfy beds. Give Santa Susanna centre a miss, nothing there ..better to go into Pineda or Malgrat. Recommended!

Hotel is not 4* as advertised. The rooms are quite outdated, luckily no issues with the cleanliness. The front desk staff isn't very friendly, at all. Especially the Polish employee, with short hair, always in a pony tail. Will spare you the details of her rudeness in answering questions we had during our stay.

Must pay to use the beach chair (5 Euro each) and umbrellas (6 Euro) a day, no discount for weekly stay.

The worst was perhaps the food - bland, tasteless, without much variety. Most dishes did not have labels, therefore it was difficult to know what the food was. Good luck if you are a vegetarian, like me, you will be getting potatoes, peas, and beans for dinner and a salad bar.

I do not recommend this hotel and would not return.

Lovely beach holiday

We had a lovely beach holiday, restaurants and bars nearby and we did a daytrip to Barcelona and a boat trip up the coast. Not a great deal else to do in terms of sightseeing though. This a man-made resort with high rise hotels along the beach. However this is a big hotel which is very busy, and this causes aggravation at breakfast and with sunbeds, some guests are quite rude. I would probably choose a smaller resort and more intimate hotel next time, and will try and get self-catering to avoid the morning scrum.

Hotel Tahiti Playa - 21 Oct - 28 Ocy 2015

We stayed at the Hotel Tahiti Playa the last week of their season. Despite the timing the hotel was spotlessly clean. On our arrival we were met by Marta on reception who went out of her way to ensure that our stay would be perfect.
The room allocated (number 303) had a full sea view with a balcony that had the sun from first thing in the morning until late afternoon. We had a walk in shower that had a magnificent power shower system. The beds provided were two large single beds which were very comfortable, but the hotel could certainly learn a lot from Premier Inns with regard to the pillows as those provided were very uncomfortable.
The restaurant staff were very friendly particularly the lady receptionist who spoke several languages. The food was very varied and enjoyable. Only the provison of heated plates could have improved the service.
Regrettably the same could not be said for the bar staff particularly the head barman who made no effort to make conversation. A happy hour (two drinks for the price of one) took place each day between 16.30 & 17.30 hours however the only drinks available were beer or soft drinks. Ladies drinking wine or spirits were not catered for on the two for one.
The main clientel appeared to be French with a small sprinkling of German, Dutch and British.
We enjoyed our week in the Tahiti Playa and would probably return there in the future.

We booked half bored but the food was terrible it is set up as buffet style they show you to your table then you queue up to collect your food. There is plenty of food it just doesnt taste nice. This hotel was a major disappointment.
The room description that says \"sea view\" has actually nothing to do with the sea. When we addressed this issue with the hotel staff, they literally and bluntly played dumb, and told us that we have a \"sea view\" room and acted surprised as to how we don't see the sea - photos attached
The first day the room wasn't cleaned at all, at around 2pm we put a sign out that said: \"please clean the room\" and when we came back at 11pm it still wasn't cleaned. It took us having a discussion with the manager to get the room cleaned.
Internet: it says you can purchase internet online - which I did, and the system informed me that they sent an e-mail with log-in information to my account, yet I couldn't check the e-mail since I wasn't connected to internet...and when I addressed it to the staff in the lobby, instead of helping right away, they tried to argue with me saying \"that I should be able to check my e-mail\" it took me multiple trips back and forth and after I brought my computer downstairs - they printed the receipt with my login info. ALSO, please note that internet can be used on one device ONLY, if someone else wants to use internet at the same time, they need to purchase a separate access!!
Mini bar - the fridge is empty and won't work unless you pay for a mini bar package
Safe locker: you need to pay per day
Included breakfast, they give you a card at the check-in but never inform you that you need to take it with you to be able to eat

The location of the hotel is perfect : right on the beach and close to the train station where you can get a train to Barcelona. The hotel itself was lovely, we chose a superior vip room so that we got room the sea view. I'd say that's the only good thing about this hotel. The cleaners are VERY slow, ridiculously slow. Sometimes we would go back to our room at 2-3 pm and it would still not be cleaned . Restaurant's food was plain and not much to choose from so we opted for restaurants outside of the hotel most of the time instead. Rooms are quite small. We were lucky that mini fridge and safe come free with the vip room as others had to pay at least €7 to just be able to keep their mini fridge on and €16 for a week of using the safe. Another unpleasant moment was that the entertainment that was on until midnight and if you wanted to get an early night I'd be hard to fall asleep with all noise, two nights there was very loud music right on the beach when we were very tired and just wanted to sleep. Overall, the hotel is ok but wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there .

If you want a cheap experience this can't be beat. They verge you for everything (including wifi). It must be one of the worst beach front hotels I've been at in quite a while... If there's no other option it's ok, but if you have options do avoid this place. Music is on until 11:30 and in the morning at 9:30am it's on again...

Great Hotel, in a Great Location

The hotel is located directly on the beach, which is great for families with young children. The facilities around the hotel, including the entertainment are all catered for families. I would recommend this hotel and would like to visit again in the future.
We stayed in two rooms; superior and superior VIP. The VIP room wasn't much more expensive but was worth the extra.
If you wanted to have a day trip to Barcelona it is possible by train which about 30 mins away. The station is about a 10min walk from the hotel.

first up, good location right on the beach and nice pool but...

the sunbeds are literally next to each other with no gap, plus they are all reserved with towels first thing in the morning. The pool staff also have weird rules where one type of ball is allowed and another is not, same with kids inflatable toys.

some of the food was actually quite nice, but the dining room is very busy, at breakfast and dinner there were large queues out the door and no meal there was relaxing or pleasant.

basically its incredibly busy everywhere, we visited in high season and would not visit again

SIMPLY PERFECT

Hotel Tahiti Playa is fantastic. Very good service. We had the half board basis. Breakfast was very choicy and varied( fried eggs, sausges,bacon toasts, yoghurt, cereals, cold cuts, ham, salami cheeses, tea, coffee, juices.... and dinner was very varied every day with kids choice as well. Waiters and staff were all very polite. We had a very clean sea and pool view quad room at no extra cost. the evening entertainment was lovely, with music and games for kids through out all day. In all it was a very relaxing holiday and reall recommend Tahiti Playa as your holiday destination. well done guys and keep it up!!!

La chambre petite pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Pas de rangement. Aucun tiroir. Propreté à revoir. Un seul fauteuil pour 4 !!! Sur la terrasse 2 chaises pour 4 !!! Une réservation pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants... L'hôtel n'avait une réservation que pour 2 adultes... Cherchez l'erreur!!!
Nous avons été abusés...
Très mauvaise expérience... Mauvais séjour dans cet hôtel qui ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles...
J'arrête là car j'aurai trop de choses à dire...

On the beach hotel, family-friendly, amazing pool!

A very big family-friendly hotel with a wonderful sea view and direct access to the beach! Obviously very crowded in the middle of August... but clean and well organized. A special note for the amazing Tahiti's style swimming pool with pool bar and daily funny water activities. There is also a nice small fitness-room with Technogym equipment. The room was regular, maybe a bit small for big luggages, nice modern bathroom. Breakfast was good with a large choice of food, while dinner was more complicated (waiting cue), the food was good but not excellent. In my opinion main drinks should be included. The hotel is only 3 minutes away from the city main street for a relaxing night-walk through bars, restaurants and shops. We had a good time!

On m’a fait payer les enfants en adultes car entre le site hôtel.com et l’hôtel les contitions ne sont pas les mêmes. Du coup l’offre sur hôtel .com n’est pas favorable. Je trouve dommage que la plate forme de réservation ne soit pas paramétrer comme les réservations de l’hôtel.

Hotel de 500 habitaciones...con piscina pequeña i no suficientes hamacas ,si encima dejan la toalla a alas 7 i no aparecen en hasta las 15 ...Una de la animadoras(rubia,tiene menos gracia que yo que ya es decir,decia que estaba mareada mientras se pintaba los labios...)colas para ir a las comidas o desayunos , cenas de 20 min, poca variedad , no hablemos de el parquing porque es imposible aparcar a no ser que pages 25 por dia mas la fianza
Por contra las de la limpieza, la
de los recepcionistas, los chicos de el restaurante i el resto de animacion muy amabales , habitacion que prácticamente ni se escucha el exterior.

La posizione è eccellente. Direttamente fronte spiaggia. Basta passare il tornello dell'hotel e sei in spiaggia. L'hotel è davvero enorme, le piscine sono molto belle , la piccola per i bambini è il top.purtoppo in Agosto c'è parecchia gente quindi i lettini in piscina alle 9 sono già tutti occupati. Stesso discorso vale per la colorazione e vena bisogna scendere presto altrimenti si fa la coda

Ist veraltet Kellner können kaum Englisch verstehen dich nicht können nur das machen was auf Karte steht. Sauberkeit ist nicht gut Pool stinkt die Dusche wurde in einer Woche nicht einmal gereinigt die Teller in der Mensa müssen jedes mal überprüft werden da sind teilweise Essens Reste dran. Im Zimmer sind viele defekte oder sehr altes Inventar.

Het hotel was veels te vol. Teveel mensen op het strand, teveel mensen bij het zwembad. Over het ontbijt niet beginnen een rij van begin restaurant tot ergens eind hotel. Onnodig drukte. It is very noisy with live music coming from all around. Also during the day there is a staff member who sings live around the pool which is horrible to listen to when you are trying to relax by the water. They turn up the music during activities and sometimes leave the volume really high. People put towels on the sunbeds and claim them for hours while not using the sunbeds, so no one else can use them.

On nous a attribuer une chambre on rentre pas prête. On a du attendre. 50 euros de parking pour 2 nuits. Et quand on la récupère tout le côté droit plein de déjections. Demandé a la receprion on m'a juste donné un chiffon et un nettoyant. Même pas le remboursement du parking... bref par très commercial.

Hotellet er slidt. Mange gæster og ikke så meget plads ved pool og i restaurant.

Maden var med umoralen og havde ikke de store forventninger.
Morgenmaden acceptabel buffe mad hvor der gerne skal mange gæster igennem på kort tid så ofte kø eller fyldt i rum helt som mest kan beskrives som en kantine uden charme.
Aftensmaden var vi næsten ikke så det ikke var tiltalende mad der blev serveret.

Generelt lever det slet ikke op til 4 stjerner men højest 3.

Det bedste var stranden lå lige uden for lågen.

Greit hotell, men bar preg av å være noen år gammelt. Litt guffen lukt på rommet da air con ikke var på, forsvant etter noen minutter med aircon. Veldig bra renhold på rommene. Skal du i resepsjonen må du sette av tid, svært lite effektivt system.

El servicio podría mejorar, exceptuando una chica del comedor y el señor que nos recibe que fueron maravillosos el resto poco simpáticos.

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Schöne Zimmer und gutes Essen mit großer Auswahl. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Beanstanden kann man nur etwas die Sauberkeit, sporadische Zimmerreinigung und die Sauberkeit der Tassen und Teller im Speisesaal.
Sonst wären es 5 Sterne geworden

Das Hotel und alles war toll gepfelgt. Der Empfang und das ganze Personal waren freundlich. Der Pool ist toll und der Strand direkt am Hotel. Animation am Pool ist angenehm. Liegen gibt es immer ausreichend.

Ottima posizione,da migliorare la pulizia nelle camera(soprattutto la biancheria), il personale del ristorante potrebbe essere un pochino più sorridente e purtroppo per noi italiani pochissima disponibilità a comprendere la nostra lingue ( eppure sono molto simili) almeno alla reception un po' di comprensione

C'est plus un club usine avec des règles strictes qu'un hotel. Par exemple la piscine ouvre à 10h00 et ferme à 18h00. Le personnel nest pas assez nombreux pour servir les tres nombreux clients. Il faut redemander plusieurs fois le même service.

Je suis partie de ma chambre pendant plusieurs heures en revenant la porte vitrée de la salle de bain était tombée du verre partout l’hôtel m’a dit qu’il allait falloir que je paye j’ai demandé à ce que les caméras du couloir soit regardé pour savoir si quelqu’un était rentré au final en fin de journée on m’a dit qu’ils n’avaient pas le temps de voir donc que sûrement je ne payerai rien! Le buffet du repas du soir est très moyen les assiettes très sales !seuls point positif la piscine accès plage et literie confortable

Bon séjour bel hôtel, côté restauration nous avons séjourné en demi pension petit déjeuner copieux ainsi que le buffet du soir. Le problème est le temps d'attente pour pouvoir manger quand l'hôtel est complet, autre problème il est noté que l'hôtel dispose d'un parking privé hors inexistant ! Côté chambre confortable et propre mais très mal insonorisée! Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles c'est limite.

Bien mais peut mieux faire

L'accueil a été tres correcte malgré le barrage de la langue, la chambre tres agreable et tres propre, une excellente literie. 2 points moins positifs, l'isolation insuffisante pour empêcher d'entendre le train et surtout , l'incorection des clients qui parlent dans les couloirs comme dans la rue quelque soit l'heure. Et l'organisation d'accès a la salle des repas generant des attentes inconfortables. La gentillesse et disponibilité des personnels est un vrai plus.

Maravilhosa hospedagem junto ao mar

Incrível! Um hotel \"pé na areia\": apartamento, área de piscinas, areia e mar tudo junto.
Impecável em atendimento na recepção, no restaurante, na limpeza e arrumação do quarto. Café da manhã espetacular e comida de qualidade nas refeições. Vista panorâmica do mar na varanda, espetacular nascer do sol.

Le séjour en lui-même s’est plutôt bien passé. L’hôtel est très sympa le personnel très accueillant.
Petit bémol les boissons n’étaient pas comprises dans la demi-pension et le Parking. Ça, c’était un gros hic, puisque si on voulait se garer à l’hôtel, il fallait payer 25 € par jour, et ça c’était pas indiqué au départ.

In accommodatie was alles ok .
Alleen wilde me kamer verlengen en dat kon niet terwijl de meeste het wel lukte .
Maar voor de rest was alles ok .
Vooral de zwemhandoekken die gratis zijn tegen borg .
