Everything was wonderful except for the breakfast. The hotel is very clean and has a nice pool to swim in. The room had great air conditioning. The breakfast was not very good especially the cereal, but my friends seemed to enjoy it.

Ar condicionado muito barulhento, luz do banheiro estava com problema para manter acessa, box ficou vazando água, tem vazamento no teto do banheiro, e não conseguimos acessar o wi-fi. A propaganda seria de um quarto de luxo, mas está muito longe .

O café da manhã com pouca variedade e os itens não eram repostos, se o hospede chegasse após às 9h já não tinham itens chegando até a faltar o café.

O quarto era muito bom, com uma linda vista para o mar e a equipe sempre educada e cordial. Os pontos negativos foram o estacionamento e a falta de mesas para o café da manhã durante o final de semana devido a grande quantidade de hóspedes.

Café da manhã se tornou um gatilho para ansiedade; Entrar e/ou sair do estacionamento é uma odisseia (com frequência dá defeito no equipamento q libera a entrada e saída de veículos), DETALHE, paga-se pelo aborrecimento diário; Algumas fechaduras dos quartos já estão ultrapassadas, o mecanismo eletrônico libera a porta, mas gira-se a maçaneta e a porta NÃO abre (o pessoal da \"manutenção\" vê, até ajuda a abrir a porta com defeito, mas, mesmo assim, não consertam ou trocam o hóspede de acomodação, permanecendo a porta com defeito e, lógico, sendo motivo de transtornos até o final da estadia). Enfim, a sensação q se tem é q não existe uma gerência q veja essas e outras muitas não conformidades e ao menos tentasse mitigá-las. Pois, ao final, quem mais é impactado é quem menos poderia ser: o/a hóspede, o/a cliente/consumidor a razão de ser de todo e qualquer estabelecimento comercial e de serviços.

Viajamos durante o carnaval, eu e minha esposa, e no geral gostamos muito da acomodação. Deixo uma nota negativa para o café da manhã, que nas duas ocasiões em que fomos comer faltaram opções; embora houvesse reposição dos itens, era muito demorado. A senhorinha da tapioca, uma cavalgadura de grossa. Fora isso, tudo muito bom.

Pegamos um quarto frente mar. As cortinas não fechavam direito, então o sol entrava logo cedo no quarto. As janelas não vedavam o som, e por isso fazia um barulho que atrapalha demais o sono. Os travesseiros são péssimos, o que também prejudicou. Tinha uma barata morta, presa na caixa da porta do banheiro. Aparentava que estava há um tempo lá. Não recomendo. Não retornarei.
