Dogs barking brand new trousers on for the first time to dinner straight back up to my room and stain from the seat in the fancy 5 star dining room asked to speak to manager not until 10 next day I would not be there had receipt had labels more or less said how do we know they weren’t like that came in with other clothes on surely must have cameras all over the 5 star place insinuated I was lying I tried to sponge them twice it wouldn’t go away but if Andres iniesta sat on it with his Armani suit they would be falling over them selves to clean it or replace it disgrace full attude his camera would show me going in with no stain
Certainly coming out with one I stayed at the costa Brava hotel for. 3 nights before going down not terrible fancy like night and day towards customers staff so welcoming and friendly had bother with my phone and they all tried to help me fix it but you probably got why I wouldn’t ask the staff there other than the decor I’m sure the stars are the wrong way round your on holiday why would you want to listen to dogs barking and if you want to sleep at night not a cats chance oops they’ll probably be allowed in next with the entertainment going on at the pool till late no sound proofing going on in there just the sound of money get raked
In while not giving a monkeys arse no tea or coffee

Idont dink juice of any kind don’t much like water I could walk to the other side of the hotel for tea to go with my meal and yes pay for

Since we got there, specifically the people that worked for the check in gave an extremely excellent service and were very honest and great people. In all of the places inside the hotel the service was amazing. The honesty they work with was incredible, my wife lost her diamond wedding ring and not only was it found but it was given back to us almost immediately, they also had a lost and found bin where everything they ever found was. We were completely satisfied with the service and the workers in this hotel, it was an overall excellent experience.

Everything was good, my only problem was the rooms curtains and bedding was very outdated. The cleaning stuff only knock once and walk in to the room before you can even say anything. They could easily find you naked in the room. I think they need a note for every room saying do not disturb. Again what I found very wrong is paying for the save to be able to use it.

The hotel is a in an ok spot. I’m sure during the summer months it will probably be nicer. It’s fairly close to the beach. It’s about 55 minutes outside of Barcelona. So if you want to go into the city I would rent a car. The lobby of the hotel is nice and the outside pool looked nice. We didn’t get in because it was cold and a little rainy.

However overall I would not recommend this hotel. We paid about $300 a night and it was not worth it at all. The rooms are super outdated. And the walls are very thin so you can hear everything. Our room was not that clean and it smelled like straight bleach and old wet rag. The shower was not that clean either. One day we had absolutely not water coming out of our shower and sink and our toilet completely stopped working and would not flush. They advertise “all inclusive” but it is not. Only some alcohol is. The food is mediocre. Pretty flavorless. My wife also got terrible food poisoning from the food. Also, I’m not sure if they advertise “pet friendly” but there were dogs there. We didn’t mind. But for people who don’t like dogs or are allergic, something to keep in mind. They also advertise a spa but it’s a small indoor pool with a jacuzzi. They also advertise laundry and kids club and babysitting which is one of the main reasons we picked this hotel and when we inquired they told us “no. We don’t do that.” Overall this hotel was not worth the $1500 we spent. Please save your money.

This is a nice hotel. We stayed for two nights. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The food was fine with quite a wide choice. There wasn’t any entertainment on the evenings we were there and as a result the hotel was very quiet.

Very easy to reach hotel from Barcelona airport - Train into Barcelona, Change at Sants (or a couple of others in Barcelona) station, Second train all the way to Santa Susanna, Out of the train, cross a minor road and straight into hotel! Our stay was highly enjoyable - room comfortable with view of pool and sea, food excellent, facilities clean. Will stay there again.

No air condition from Saturday till Wednesday. I think is too much from one week vacation in this hotel. Nobody cares since it was already paid As regards food was very good but when we talk about sweets they are far too reach ordinary standard. Management must think that this is a 4 star superior. Rating of food 4 star while sweets 1 star hotel. I AM NOT SATISFIED.

We will return to the Caprici Verd. Although the hotel is starting to show some wear and tear, the hotel staff was wonderful, welcoming and helpful. The food was better than excellent. We are looking forward to our next stay. One traveler was disabled and a wheelchair user--the rooms for the disabled have a good wetroom for showers/bathroom. Those rooms, however, face the mountains and not the sea/pool.

Wonderful accommodation, with great staff, quiet location but close to beach and resort centre. Friendly service, evening entertainment, good food and reasonable prices at the bar. Surprised at some of the comments on Trip Advisor (noisy restaurant, bland menu, noisy to car park side - we never experienced any of these issues). Would recommend to all.

Fine resort-like hotel near the beach in Santa Sussanna, Spain. The staff was unbelievably good. They were really helpful, friendly, and they really would go the extra mile to provide you service quickly. The outdoor pool was nice. The room itself was rather plain, and the beds were hard. On booking, we got a price that was different than the searched listed price because there was a substantial surcharge for extra guests (which meant our kids). Price was still ok after that, but seemed a bit shady. The most annoying thing about the place was that the internet was terrible. It only worked during the middle of the night when no one was on. It's OK to not be online when you're spending your time sitting by the pool or swimming in the sea, but not great when you're trying to look up recommendations for a place to eat dinner nearby, or some place to take the kids to see. If you're looking for Club Med light, this is a fine place, but not if you want to explore the nearby region of Catalunya and do other things besides walk along the boardwalk.

We would go back.

Caprici Verd is a lovely well kept hotel. It is in a lovely location and great if you are after a quite relaxing holiday. The food was excellent, probably the best we have ever had, well cooked and of excellent quality. Staff in the dining room were really nice and helpful especially Andy and Jamie. The only negative points were the entertainment - ok if you like ballroom dancing (although it was good fun to watch) and some of the staff at reception could do with some customer service training.

Un très agréable séjour avec un personnel très aimable en particulier à la restauration. Des plats variés et très bons, beaucoup de choix. Des animations proposées dans l’espace lounge équipé de fauteuils et canapés confortables , La piscine et tout l’environnement de l’hôtel est agréable, la proximité de la gare et de la plage très appréciable. Un hôtel qui mériterait juste une deco plus sympa dans les chambres mais hormis cela vraiment c’est un lieu qui donne entière satisfaction.

Très bel hôtel avec un personnel impeccable.
Belle piscine où il n'est pas difficile de trouver un transat mais beaucoup de vacanciers en all inclusive oublient leur verres sous les transats.
Pour la restauration, il y a du choix et c'est bon, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Mais la grande salle est bruyante, les serveurs ont la pression pour aller vite et parfois le nettoyage des tables est limite.
Globalement un séjour super avec quelques petits bémols mais qui n'empêchent pas de passer de superbes vacances.

Lo que no estaba bien era el bufet,era pésimo, baja calidad y variedad excasa,la comida mal cocinada los huevos tostados por debajo ,los filetes resecis por llevar tiempo cocinados.Retiraron las tarrinas en porciones de mermelada,tenias que levantarte a echar de los dosificadores.He estados en otros hoteles de esta cadena y este bufet nos ha decepcionado.Opinion general con otros clientes del hotel.En fin después del precio que pagamos,nos decepcionó la comida totalmente.

Hôtel très bien entretenu et moderne.
Restauration tres passable avec tres peu de choix donc très décevant.
Il faudrait a l avenir que l hôtel dispose les groupes de jeunes d un côté et les familles à l opposé car nous avons passe 2 nuits réveillés à partir de 6h du mat par les jeunes qui rentrent se coucher et qui crie dans les couloirs et continuent ia fête sur le balcon.
Prévoir un bonnet de bain pour la piscine intérieure et le spa sinon vendu 3€ à l accueil. Cession de 40mn uniquement par jour.

La habitación bastante vieja. No hay enchufes para cargar el movil cerca de la cama. Solo un en la entrada. Tuvimos que desenchufar la nevera para cargar el teléfono. Por la noche mucho ruido de maquinas exteriores. Creo que necesita actualizarse. Hoy en día todos llevamos dispositivos para cargar. El personal es muy amable y profesional. El servicio de spa e hidromasaje un desastre porque te hacen coger cita mediante un QR que no funciona porque te da como que está lleno siempre pero le pregunté a la chica de recepción y me dijo que le preguntara directamente al socorrista y.. ¡sorpresa! Estaba vacío todos los días durante toda la mañana. Esto deberían de solucionarlo porque en temporada baja si da esos problemas no quiero ni pensar que pasará en verano. Si no llegamos a preguntar en recepción, nos quedamos sin poder usar un servicio que estaba vacío. Todos los días por la mañana solo estábamos máximo tres personas y caben 25. Por lo demás todo correcto.

Chambre bien insonorisées contrairement à d’autre hôtel du même type, les espaces sont bien répartis car malgré le monde on n’a jamais l’impression d’être les uns sur les autres, buffet plutôt correct et variés, piscines top, après juste un peu dommage car malgré un nombre très important de français pas de personnel à la garderie qui parle français du coup pour les jeunes enfants compliqué de les laissés.

Гостиница неплохая, учитывая расположение, бесплатная парковка для машины и интернет + стоимость в самый отпускной период в августе. Но есть 2 минуса... Анимация вечерами никакая... Приходилось искать развлечение в других гостиницах, где выступали группы достойного уровня и зажигали по полной программе. Второй минус, это уборка номера... Такое впечатление, что просто прошлись мокрой тряпкой по полу, а клочья пыли 2 недели так и лежали под кроватью, как и на мебели. Непонятно, за что уборщицы номеров получают зарплату ???

Super Position, sehr nahe am Strand. Sehr schöne Aussichten vom Balkon, egal wo man das Zimmer hat. Das Essen war ziemlich gut und auswechslungsreich. Personal sehr bemüht und nett. Zimmer sehr sauber und alles wird täglich gewechselt, wenn man wünscht.
Das Einzige, was uns persönlich etwas gestört hat, war dass man mit Hunden auf Zimmer darf. Bellen in der Nacht ist nicht so mein Ding.

Zum Strand ca. 5 Min zu Fuß. Strand gut, aber das Meer ist nach ca. 3 m Entfernung vom Strand sofort 2 m tief.

À la réception quand on est arrivé on nous donne une carte pour entrer dans notre chambre sans nous dire que cette carte est valable pour l’ele Aussi alors du coup on a dû chercher pendant dix minutes comment allumer la lumière puis y avait un coffre fort et ça personne nous a dit que y avais un est qu’il était payant c’est abusé j’ai jamais vu ça le restaurant dans l’hotel parfois on mangeait on bas on payer 12 euros par personnes et il fallait encore payer les boissons séparément du vol quoi mais bon hocel lui même est beau propre

Prima di tutto l'Hotel Caprici Verd NON è un 4 Stelle Sup. ma al massimo un 2 (DUE) Stelle !! Fino alla Reception tutto bene poi ... quasi un incubo.
Il cibo era stracotto e surgelato e riproposto per più giorni, sporco e personale incompetente. Avviso agli italiani NON andateci vi arrabbierete molto come conciano la PASTA. Se siete VEGETARIANI come la mia famiglia dimenticate il CV. Camere grandi ma SPORCHE ... cmq NO PROBLEM abbiamo visitato altri HOTEL della zona e ci hanno ben impressionato. Dal 1981 sono un'amante della Costa Brava e Maresme !

Ordentliches Hotel mit grundsätzlichem gutem Team

Wir haben hier mit unseren Kindern einen Zwischenstopp auf unserer Route entlang der Costa Brava gemacht. Das Hotel entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen.
Auch wenn das Team bis auf wenige Ausnahmen gut, mehrsprachig und sehr freundlich war und die Ausstattung grundsätzlich gut, so war die Küche und die Qualität des Essens weit unter unseren Vorstellungen.
Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass die Gäste und die umliegenden Partys sehr laut sind und die Nachruhe dadurch eingeschränkt ist.

Alles super gut gelaufen

Das Hotel war sehr gut; das Personal sehr Net und freundlich und die Animation war auch gut, obwohl diese könnte etwas besser sein. Für das Essen, 10 Punkte. Wir hatten Halbpension und haben frisch und wechselreiche Varietät.

Les transats des piscines serait vraiment à changer ! Ils sont tous cassés et c est le seul hotel à avoir de si vieux transat

+hyvä sijainti juna-aseman vieressä lähellä rantaa.
+puolihoidon ruoka ihan ok.
+huone siisti.
+Saimme ison parvekkeen mutta siellä vain kolme tuolia vaikka meitä oli neljä.
-ravintola, joka oli vain sisätiloissa, oli hieman kolkko. Tuli mieleen työpakkaruokala.
-allasalueen tuolit olivat enimmäkseen melko varattuja pyyhkeillä eikä ihmisiä näkynyt.
-Melko heikko kuntosali, vain muutama laite ja siellä oli kuuma.

Séjour familial excellent et reposant

Un excellent hôtel bien situé, FAMILIALE à 5 minutes de la plage, propre, spacieux, idéale pour se reposer. La gare est juste en face pour se rendre à Barcelone. Je vous rassure, on n’entend pas de tout le train.
Les chambres sont propres et la literie est très confortable.
L'accueil est excellent, un grand merci à Solène....
Les animations sont excellentes, de 10 à 13h et de 15 à 17h30 pour les grands et les petits (AquaGym, Waterpolo, mini golf, ping pong, billard...et d'autres jeux /activités/surprises... Les enfants s'éclatent vraiment. Il y a en plus un mini club et une salle de jeux.
La soirée commence toujours par le mini disco de 45 min. Ensuite un show (Flamenco, Brasil show ou encore Disney show) ou DJ ou Miss/Mister Caprici. Il y a également de la bonne musique toute la soirée jusqu’à minuit. Tout est gratuit.
Un grand merci à l'équipe d'animation (Julio, Alexia, Siham...), Ils sont superb et adorables, ils mettent tout de suite les enfants ainsi que les parents très à l'aise.
Restauration très variée et y en pour tout les goûts, chaque jour, 3 variétés de poissons, de viandes /volailles et de pizzas. De la pailla tous les jours. Des salades et des fruits frais. C'est vrai qu'il y a trop de monde mais pas de panique c'est super organisé et il y a de la nourriture pour tout le monde.
Pour les enfants ils ont un buffet équivalent McDo tous les jours

La salle de sport est à revoir,

Hyfsat hotell i turistgettot

Vi stannade tre nätter, perfekt hotell för att bara slappa och inte göra något särskilt. Helpensionen var helt OK med mycket att välja på. Läget lite tråkigt, bara fullt med hotell runtomkring. Strandpromenaden var väl lite kul, speciellt för barnen (5 o 7). Högljudd kvällsunderhållning som uppskattades av barnen. Personalen trevlig, men övriga gäster bara turister. Inte så gemytlig stämning.

A savoir: l'hôtel prélève la totalité du séjour dès confirmation de réservation, pas de paiement à l'hôtel sur place contrairement à ce qu'indique le site \"hotel.com\". Contacté à ce sujet, la plateforme téléphonique d'hôtel.com n'a pas su me répondre quand aux conditions générales de vente sans accepter de prendre ma réclamation en compte!
Pour le reste, l'hôtel était top, parking gratuit, bonne formule pour un voyage en famille.

très bon séjour

nous avons passé 15 jours dans cet hôtel en demi-pension et avons passé de supers vacances. la chambre était très propre ainsi que l'hôtel.

l’hôtel est bien situé: il y a juste à traverser la route pour aller à la plage. il y a des commerces tout autour
le parking est goudronné et gratuit

Les deux piscines sont spacieuses et agréables (prévoir un bonnet de bain pour la piscine intérieur), le restaurant est de qualité, la nourriture est très bonne et il y a pas mal de choix.

Le personnel est très sympathique et l'équipe d'animation est au top. Ma fille de 3 ans allait chaque jour à leur mini-club (c'est gratuit), il y a beaucoup beaucoup d'activités diverses et les filles de l'animation s'en occupait vraiment bien.

Seuls petits bémols: la literie un peu dur, l’hôtel d'à coté le Montemar Maritim qui met le soir la musique à fond pendant ses animations

si vous êtes français à éviter ,hotel très bruyant surtout le soir jusqu'à 1 heure du matin,toutes les animations sont en allemand ou anglais les français ne sont pas calculé 2eme voyages baisse de la restauration limite cantine scolaire (pates,frites pizza,tacos à tous les repas)nous y retournerons pas.
