Self catering apartment. Apartment was in the annex building which is at the back of the main hotel. Difficult finding in the dark as annex has a different name to main hotel!
Apartment clean, had everything we needed. Kettle, toaster, hob and utensils for basic meals but ate out most nights.
Pool freezing but was end of October. Ok once you’re in!!

Had a wonderful stay at FERGUS Pineda Splash! The front desk staff were super friendly, and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious with plenty of options for everyone. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Rooms are run down (flooring literally crumbling under foot and walls are mouldy). The place is full of people yelling and screaming until 1am (despite an aparant 11pm curfew), and the rooms are so poorly insulated you hear everything (inside and out). Reception staff lie to your face, then just stop answering your calls. The surrounding neigbourhood is narrow dirty streets that feels unsafe particularly at night.

We were in the apartments at the rear of the hotel they were nice and spacious and clean however the wardrobe and bathroom smelt of damp the wardrobe needs pulling away from the wall and doors left open during winter the bathroom had a bit of mould around the edges of shower not sure if that was causing the smell however it’s a small fix but needs addressing I ended up burning incense sticks pools lovely plenty of them unfortunately the main pool had massive queues 45 mins before it opened and in true Brit style people were running for the beds and some weren’t on them for most of the day plenty of choice of food have had better have had worse would stay again the resort isn’t the prettiest beachfront blocked by a train line and all looked a bit run down but if you were staying in the hotel it was fine. The good point about the railway line is the station had direct trains to Barcelona so perfect if you want to venture out all in all a good stay

The property was OK. Alot of exemptions for All inclusive so it isnt worth the extra money. The front desk staff was pretty pleasant but the bartenders specifically Mario and Mike were racist, rude, and downright offensive. I wouldnt stay here again.

Great entertainment team for all ages lovely rooms AI very good food selection not always hot though no different to a lot of AI hotels the drink ticket system I thought was strange but worked really well queuing for drinks was pretty good very relaxed vibe around the hotel with plenty of sun beds available the only watch out was the 2euro coin lockers in luggage storage you can only open it once then expected to put another 2euros in to lock it again this wasn’t very clear on the lockers but all in all a lovely break away and I would recommend it as a place to stay

They handled a full hotel well.
Everything worked.
Some initial problem on check-in but after insisting the Manager did resolve the problem very nicely.
The lunch is too expensive in my opinion.
Main courses good. Fresh fruit good. Wine by the glass comes out of a hose...not great that...maybe peopIe don't care.
Over-all well-managed and good value.

Pools are great, hotel very clean. Plenty of lounge chairs to grab by the pool. We were all-inclusive. We enjoyed the food buffets and drinks. The drinks have limitations, but if you want something that isnt included, it is very cheap to purchase. Snacks were just leftovers from meals, and they need improvement. Rooms were clean. Beds were OK, need to upgrade the bedding.
Walkable to beach and fun town area.

Booked a quadruple room with one double and 2 single beds, and my request was not met. We ended up with 2 double beds for a couple and 2 kids, so that made it a bit difficult to sleep well and the room was very small for the 4 of us. Otherwise, good location and pool.

Our hotel stay was amazing. The staff were second to none, very warm, helpful and accommodating - so much so we'd love to return as we had such a great time. The all inclusive features were brilliant, super family friendly and the room was a good size and bright. Only thing we hoped is that the food was more traditional, i think they try too hard to accommodate the british tourists and they shouldnt.

Area around the property wasn't safe, a group of women attempted to pickpocket us at the train station nearby. Hotel is really only for families with small children, if you want to come and set your kids loose its great. Staff does a good job keeping kids entertained, but activities sometimes cost extra. Dining room staff were sometimes rude, food was good for the price.

We have just had a 10 day stay. Its is a modern, clean hotel that is a short walk to the beach and shops. It is definitely more suited to families than couples and became very rowdy at times. The food is quite good for an all inclusive although breakfast was always luke warm. Good choice of drinks although you are restricted to on drink per person per visit to the bar. In busy periods you could be queuing for up to 25 minutes to be served as only one bar. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Met my expectations

Stayed for 4 days with my 2 boys age 13 and 11 years. We enjoyed our stay, good selection of foods, nice surroundings, boys enjoyed slides at pool. Plenty choice of activities to take part in but my boys choose not too. Would have preferred if ice cream was included in all inclusive instead of just an ice pop. Also snacks I felt were left overs from breakfast /lunch. Would have preferred snacks were available from bar side and available all day and not restricted to certain times throughout day. Surrounding area looked run down to me, but not far to walk to beach / train station. Plenty sun beds , we always found ones. Staff friendly and welcoming, also hard working. Very clean hotel. I would certainly return.

4* hotel 2* service. bring cash!!!!

Really nice hotel, service does not quite meet expectation. On a 4* all inclusions you don’t expect the chargesd ‘extra’ for everything. If it’s not included just don’t offer it. Example... packets of crisps and ice creams were all extra. Felt more of an ‘all excluded’ holiday.

Also you are not allowed to have any kind of inflatable in any of the family pools (even though they had a specific adult pool for those miserable people), no beach balls allowed either.

On the plus the female hotel manager for brilliant and did deal with complaints quickly and efficiently, shame the rest of the staff were not up to this standard.

Overall it has potential to be a nice hotel but they haven’t quite grasped the concept of all inclusive and 4*. If it was a 3* self catered hotel with no self catering facilities they nailed it 😉.

Plus points....short walk to train station with a nice journey along the coast to Barcelona. The hotel is styled nicely, it is modern, clean and comfortable. Good facilities...splash park, teen zone. The food was delicious a lot of fresh show cooking. Now for the negative..... the hotel which advertises itself as a family hotel had coach loads of students staying there....so nobody at the hotel during the day which meant a lot of activities could'nt run properly and lacked any atmosphere. But in the night between 11:30pm - 2:30 am the students ran around the corridors constantly in and out of each others room....knocking and slamming doors. Hung around the corridors ....so very noisy constantly between these hours, which spoilt the holiday for me. The hotel needs to decide if its a family hotel or a youth hostel!!

1970's worn out single lumpy bed for a dwarf. extremely noisy airconditioning unit from 1960's that did not work, tv from a prison cell that doesnt work.small room. Very noisy location, cannot sleep in. Heaps of bus loads of tourists, mainly russians, and school kids, constantly arriving to use swimming pool at adjacent hotel. Breakfast was fantastic though. Stayed in 5 nights in July.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour!!! Les personnels sont très professionnels, et très agréables!!! Chambre très propre mais certaines personnes ne sont pas très respectueux les personnels du service, c’est vraiment dommage car c’est quand même un hôtel 4 étoiles!!! Servicio muy bien, el apartamento limpio, grande y cómodo.
Hemos aparcado gratis , sin problema. Es zona verde, pero caminando a 300 metros había sitio gratuito.
Piscinas muy bonitas, volveremos cuando haga mejor tiempo para disfrutarlas.

Nos ha gustado el buffet, tanto la comida, como la sala y los camareros de la sala.

Attesa di 3 ore per la camera, ma alla fine ci hanno dato un appartamento adiacente e non nell’hotel. Problemi con la card per il parcheggio: auto bloccata (pagato comunque 12€) e lenzuolo mancante per un letto, recuperato dopo un’ora. Personale poco cordiale nonostante le numerose file fatte alla reception per risolvere i vari problemi. Praticamente ho perso un giorno di vacanza. Totale disorganizzazione: non lo consiglio.

Nous avions réservé 1 chambre avec lit double et 2 lits simples, avec une place de parking.
L’accueil indique pas de place de parking et pas de chambres avec lit simple.
Un bruit horrible lié à la Clim alors qu’il fait une chaleur atroce dehors.
J’ai rarement été aussi insatisfait d’un hôtel.

Personeel en animatie waren super vriendelijk. Het eten was goed, gevarieerd en ook Halal eten. De zwembaden waren goed en ook voor kinderen. Veel aandacht aan de kinderen vond ik ook een pluspunten.

Minpunten:
Onze kamer vond ik persoonlijk niet echt ruim, vooral met 2 jonge kinderen was dit niet fijn. Verder vond ik het minder dat ondanks het All inclusive was, je toch veel een aantal dingen extra moest betalen.

Longue attente à la réception, chambre bien plus petite qu'attendu (pourtant la \"Quadruple Deluxe\"...), chauffage dans la chambre au maximum, climatisation non fonctionnelle, impossible d'aérer en ouvrant les fenêtres car hôtel extrêmement bruyant de jours comme de nuit, grande difficulté pour trouver une place de parking (plus de place payante via l'hôtel)... Bref, nous avions réservé pour 4 nuits, nous sommes repartis au bout de 2 ! Pas adapté pour des vacances \"repos\", plus du style \"hôtel camping avec activités+++\".

(Petites notes positives : Les salariés essais de faire de leur mieux mais pas bcp de marge, hôtel propre, petit déjeuner correct)

Hotelli oli siisti ja huone oli mukava. Vastaanoton henkilökunta oli elämäänsä kyllästynyttä, kielitaidotonta ja töykeää, palvelualttius oli kadoksissa. Käsittämätön All-inclusiven juomalippu systeemi. Ruoka oli ala-arvoista samoin ruokalan viihtyvyys heikko. Yli kouluikäsisille ei juuri ollut mitään ohjelmaa. Iltaviihteen ohjelma oli tasoltaan heikkoa ja suuniteltu huonokuuloisille.

Positivo: los animadores del hotel, gente joven y con mucha energía, muy dispuestos a la hora de entretener a los niños. La música - Dj , zona de bar bien. Buen espectáculo por la noche y actividades casi a todas horas.
Habitación amplia y limpia.Hay que vigilar tema cucarachas en el balcón , se cuelan por las tuberías, yo tuve que tapar la salida de una que daba al balcón, porque se cuelan por allí.

Los alrededores del hotel muy bien, zona tranquila, cerca del centro, playa y tren.

Negativo: Lo que no me gustó es el personal de recepción, muy serios, no atienden al teléfono, ni desde la habitación ni antes de alojarme para informarme. Mejor la comunicación por email.

Im grossen und ganzen war es ok.
Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Speisen katastrofe, es hat sich immer das gleiche wiederhollt. Nachts konnte man nicht richtig schlafen da ständig lärm war. Für einen Kurztrip ok aber wenn man richtig Ferien machen möchte und ausschlafen würde ich es nicht empfällen.

Bon hôtel pour famille avec enfants moins pour ados. Les règles de savoir-vivre ensemble sont parfois bâclées notamment à la piscine où il est de rigueur de courir un sprint dès l’ouverture des portes sinon pas de transat avant 15h alors que certains ne voient dans la journée que la serviette posée dessus jamais son propriétaire !!!!

Ein sehr schönes, modernes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind hell, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Animation im Hotel ist sehr gut, insbesondere für die Kinder. Die verschiedenen Poolanlagen sind sehr angenehm. Somit verteilt sich alles gut.
Das Essen ist sehr gut, es wiederholt sich aber auch. Der Speisesaal an sich erinnert an eine grosse Kantine. Das Meer ist schnell zu Fuss erreichbar, ein kleines Stadtzentrum auch.

Ihr gebt euch wirklich Mühe es euren Gästen recht zu machen. Schade ist nur dass die Haupt-Terasse zu klein ist für die Anzahl der Gäste und Abends nur die eine Bar geöffnet hat, was immer lange warten bedeutete.
Wenn es platztechnisch sich einrichten lässt. Macht doch mehr Programm draußen statt drinnen .

Séjour agréable cependant une trop grande rigueur au niveau des horaires du matin ou tu peux arriver jusqu’à 10 h mais a 10h tout est retiré et fermé. Bar all inclusive moyen

Minpunten waren dat er heel weinig te eten is voor veganisten, vooral 's ochtends was dat een probleem. Geen plantaardige melk of plantaardige yoghurt aanwezig. Ook heel weinig fruit en geen plantaardig broodbeleg. In de avond was dit beter maar er zouden toch meer plantaardige opties aanwezig mogen zijn. Wat ik ook een groot nadeel vond was dat er ook een terras is naast de eetzaal waar je kan eten. Daar zaten mensen dan te roken waardoor de rooklucht de eetzaal binnendrong. Niet echt prettig om te eten in een ruimte die naar sigaretten ruikt! Verder vond ik het balkon heel vies (de muren) waardoor ik daar niet heb gezeten. Ook zat de wc bril los en zaten er veel haren op het matras. Wel fijn dat er 's nachts een bewaker is en dat de deuren op slot gaan. Dat is erg veilig! Entertainment vond ik mager. Hotel ziet er verder mooi uit en was verder ook schoon. Heerlijke regendouche op de kamers! Personeel was vriendelijk maar langzaam. Ik zou op zich wel weer terug komen als het noodzakelijk zou zijn maar ik zou mensen eerder aanraden om naar Golden Taurus Aquapark Resort te gaan!

Super établissement, tt le personnel est génial ,très propre, animation tous le temps.
Club enfants top.
Juste le buffet qui n'étais pas très espagnol a mon goût ( pas de charcuterie, pas de fromage, pas de paella...).
Les repas étaient du style anglais car clientèle majoritaire.
Sinon top pour tout

El alojamiento en general perfecto todo muy limpio las instalaciones y piscinas preciosas y el personal muy amable sobre todo las chicas de animación gracias a mamen y a nerea por ser tan amables
Y por decir algo negativo es la comida que encontré poca variedad y algo repetitivo y el tema del todo incluido la bebida que entra un poco excasa como en tema de elegir coptes o otras bebidas que hay que pagar un suplemento pero en general todo perfecto gracias por todo y volveré
