The Cap Pirate Hotel offers an exceptional pirate-themed experience. It is a unique 4 star luxury hotel-museum with over 50, 000 artefacts and 100 educational plaques.
The hotel is part of the pirates world complex with a 9000m² water park, 7 restaurants including the gault millaut waves restaurant and 4 bars. Guests enjoy free unlimited access to the Pirates World public water park with VIP service including private beaches, free lockers, showers and a jacuzzi.
Pirates World Water Park is fully open from 8May 2024 to 22 September 2024. Guests also have access to the Mandala Beach Club (open from 8May 2024 to 22September 2024), a 3-minute private shuttle ride from the hotel.
Each air-conditioned suite has a minimum size of 55m² and is uniquely decorated. They include free Wi-Fi, flat-screen satellite TV and a kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle.
On arrival, you will find a bottle of water and a Nespresso coffee machine with coffee capsules. Each en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The suites have a furnished terrace or garden with a four-poster bed, outdoor shower and hammock. There is also a stone barbecue.
Some suites have a private outdoor hot tub. Breakfast and half board are available at an additional cost.
Béziers-Cap d'Agde airport is 11 km away. Free private parking with video surveillance is availableon site.

They tried so hard to make this a 4+ star hotel but it just doesn't manage it. The breakfast isn't worth the 20 euros that it costs. The bed was so hard that I had to take ibuprofen to deal with the hip pain after the night and the mildew in the room was bad. The whole family was coughing or sniffling after spending 5 nights there. We were VIP+ and had one of the 2 bedroom suites. We're in room #1. The mosquitoes in the private backyard were so bad that we had a hard time using the only table that seated all 6 of us.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The pirate decoration throughout was second to none. It is easily walkable to the beautiful local beach but there is a shuttle bus direct from the hotel. The waterpark is fantastic as well!

Heel vriendelijk personeel, de kamers waren heel proper! Maar het spektakel eten ‘s avonds was niet lekker. Ons zicht naar zwembad was toe met dode palm takken. Ons terras had geen loungset maar 1 ligbed. De surf atractie bleek al 3 jaar buiten dienst… de mooiste glijbaan was weg. Niet alles was elke dag open. Lounge bar nooit opengeweest. ‘s avonds was het doods. Was het leuk ja maar wij komen geen 2de keer.

The most bizarre hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We stayed 1st June with glorious weather but we’re told this was out of season when we checked in and on our first day we were in fact the only guests at the hotel! It felt very eerie with no other guests. We were told the restaurant wouldn’t be open due to lack of guests but didn’t know this until we checked in. The shuttle that I had checked would be available before we left was also out of service. Thank goodness we had a car!
Thankfully some lovely restaurants on the beach but they were closed on our first night due to a wedding.
The staff tried hard but we needed to ask for everything. The room itself was so dark with poor lighting that it was impossible to see clothes in the wardrobe and was very frustrating. The toilet in our room smelt badly of wee/drains and everything felt grubby and dirty. I think the cobweb, skeleton theme that ran throughout the hotel was convenient as required little cleaning and attempted to hide the dirt. No pool bar open for drinks/snacks. Couldn’t even get an ice cream at the pools. Pools itself were good. Most people there came from local campsite but the water is only 24 degrees and too cold for the kids.
Just disappointed that you had no bar/ restaurant /cafe/breakfast and that the whole place was dirty and smelly.

Amazing themed hotel. Brilliant for holiday with children as rooms have proper kitchen, large balcony with bbq, lounge and bedrooms. Attention to detail was great. Waterpark fab and access to VIP area with sun loungers for hotel guests only was really valuable.

The hotel is fabulous. The children loved the pirate theme as well as us. The staff ranging from the reception, cleaners, security and life guards were welcoming and pleasant. The room is fantastic and feels like you are on a 17 century ship. The whole resort is spotlessly clean and the attention to detail is mind blowing. We did not use the restaurant as we dined out at the restaurants at the beach 15 mins walk away.
The late night use on the pool facilities for families staying at the resort was a welcomed bonus. The children are asking to return a week after leaving so I think we will revisit next year.

We arrived and were greeted and showed to our suit. On the tour round we were told the pool would be closed due to a private pool party meaning we couldn’t use the pool when we arrived.
We unpacked and headed back to the restaurant and the door handle fell off! We informed the staff who did fix this promptly however it is not what you expect when you pay £409 euros.
We went for dinner and the meal was ok, very simple and cost a huge amount.
The pool party was in full swing, we were unable to access the poolside during this time, we tried to attend the bar area for a coffee after dinner and try to sit but the music was extreamly loud and there was little escape.
In our room we could not make full use of the Terrance as again the music was very loud and were were the furthest away. Even with the doors shut and the shutters down we could still hear it.
There were elements of the room that were lacking for a top price, worn bathroom side, ungrouted tiles outside, dust and free electrics in the floor. Worn external furniture.
No complimentary drinks in the fridge.
We feel disappointed as we thought it would be spot on when paying such a large amount for one night!

Lovely stay and a unique hotel
Really enjoyed the choice of self-catering or using the hotel restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly and the family had lots of fun in the water park and nearby beach. The only thing I wished at times was that the hotel had its own pool, or a dedicated pool for hotel guests. The water park got extremely busy, and although there was a VIP area for hotel guests, the kids still had to swim in the very crowded water park pools.

Stayed 1 night on our way from St Tropez to Barcelona. Had no idea what to expect but overall found it interesting. With older teenagers, they agree it is more fun for younger families which was evident by the number of very young children there. Looked like the water park facility had plenty for the kids to do. Fantastic themed hotel and waterpark
From our initial welcome by the pirate at the gate, to the management parking our car, unloading our car and checking in with welcome drinks - we were enthralled. The attention to detail walking down the corridors to our pirate themed suite was fantastic, passing torture chambers, captains quarters and so on. Our teens thoroughly enjoyed their stay and was great to be allowed into the waterpark an hour early - plus have a VIP area for hotel guests.

Booked this for last 2 nights of a family holiday with 2 under 10 kids and hadn't really expected much. Was blown away. Investment in accommodation, design, dressing, details must have been huge. Smaller number of rooms than I had expected (50?) so felt v private. Hadn't really understood every room has kitchen facilities so can be self catered if we wanted. Kids loved it. The spooky corridors, the room sets, the sound and water effects. And that's just the hotel. Had seen reviews of water park but and concerns over local campsite use but really wasn't such a big deal. We were there height of summer and yes it's busy but you could slink off to the VIP bit if it gets a bit too crowded in the lazy river and atmost you waited 15 mins for the one big platform tunnel slide. We just learnt to make use of our private one hour 9-10am for lots of goes on popular slides.

we stayed 3 nights with a 7 and 2 year old. The pirate theme is amazing and everywhere. the water park in the hotel is great with rides and slides for all ages. The VIP sun terrace reserved for hotel guests was a pleasant surprise and very comfortable. Rooms are spacious and finished to high standard. We didn't see many other British people and we don't speak any French, the staff all did though so ordering food drinks etc was simple. A car is required to get to the town centre. We would definitely visit again.

Séjour en famille avec des enfants de 6 et 4ans. j’ai sélectionné une suite bien décorée avec jardin.
Notre ressenti est mitigé et je ne pense pas que nous y retournerons ou que nous en ferons la pub car finalement c’est vraiment trop cher pour la prestation globale et l’eau est bien trop froide pour profiter !
Voici en détail ce que nous avons retenu en positif et négatif :

Ma fille n’est pas arrivée à rester dans l’eau tellement elle a eu froid ! beaucoup de frustration pour une petite fille de 4ans. D’ailleurs ma femme n’a pas non plus savouré!
- le petit déjeuner hors de prix ( 25€/adulte et 14€/enfant… même si ils ont 4 & 6 ans ) le buffet est correct mais pour ce tarif on s’attend à un jus d’orange frais, un choix de fruits mûrs, une variété de fromages et + de salés… bref c’est insuffisant pour les 78€ que nous avons déboursé!
- Le parc aquatique est petit, avec la nuit on y reste 2 jours et on a très vite fait le tour…
- Le prix de la suite, même si c’est joli cela ne justifie pas un tel tarif

Gâché par un manque de professionnalisme des surveillants dans le parc.
Mon fils de 3 ans a fait une chute de 2 mètres de haut alors que nous étions 1 mètre derrière lui.
En montant les escaliers d'une attraction du parc il se tenait à un filet qui sert de garde de corps et il est passé à travers car il y a un trou dans celui-ci.
Vous me direz que cela peut arriver avec l'usure. Nous avons immédiatement averti un maître nageur qui nous a fait répéter car il avait ses écouteurs, il nous répond qu'il allait remonter le problème et à remis ses écouteurs. Vu son sérieux nous avons été en voir un autre qui nous à répondu: \" qu'ils savent et ne font rien\" et nous a dit de nous rapprocher de la réception.
Nous avons été 4 fois à la réception, ils nous disent que c'est la direction du camping qui gère, que ça va être remonté etc...
En 3 jours aucune intervention. La 4eme fois je leurs ai dis que j'allais laisser un avis google afin de tracer l'information au cas où un malheur arriverai à un enfant comme ça chacun prendra ses responsabilitées
Par chance le notre à eu juste des égratignures.
Nous avons eu le ressenti que ce complexe veut juste rentrer de l argent sans servir en retour. On a voulu également changer nos serviettes de plage à l accueil on a été orienté vers la laverie.. un 4 étoiles à ce prix.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable sauf quelques défauts. Points forts : propreté, confort, décor, parc aquatique et son complexe, service de navette gratuite pour déposer à la plage de l’hôtel à la demande,
Points faibles: hôtel très cher pour les prestation proposées. Presque 1500€ pour 3 nuits sans petit déjeuner pas d’après shampoing pas de pantoufle pas de peignoir, pas de service hôtelier dignes d’un 4 étoiles. Le conditionner c’était pour les chambres a presque 1000€ la nuit?! (Bon la réceptionniste a été sympa elle nous en a fourni) Coffre fort qui ne fonctionne pas , téléphone de la chambre non plus, pas de son dans la tv qui a été réparé après avoir demandé à deux reprises, et le pire du séjour était le restaurant de l’hôtel l’organisation compliquée qu’on a excusé à cause de la météo douteuse mais le repas n’était clairement pas bon le service était mauvais, les serveurs étaient débordés pourtant très gentils, mais ils ne pouvaient se couper en 10 trop peu pour le nombre de personne. Cependant le spectacle pendant le dîner était très appréciable ainsi que les acteurs qui faisaient participer le public.

Stayed here with my family and had the best time. This hotel is amazing, the level of detail throughout the whole hotel and waterpark is beyond anything I’ve seen before. Staff were amazing, rooms were amazing, everything was clean, waterpark was super fun. The kids loved the wave pool. We took the shuttle bus that the hotel provided to the beach one day and it was lovely, not too crowded, and staff made it very easy to get there. Hope to come back here one day.

L'Hotel Cap pirate est fantastique. La décoration est vraiment bluffante dans les moindres details. Situation ideale. Le personnel très agréable. Service au top.

Un 4 étoiles… pour les enfants! Les décors sont étonnants. J’avoue que je préfère le moderne plus clair et qui me semble plus propre, mais les enfants ont vraiment adoré et veulent y retourner! Ça serait moi 7/10 mais mes enfants attribuent un 12/10 donc bon séjour!

Je bois alors un verre chaud désagréable avec ma femme dans le jacuzzi sur une belle terrasse quel dommage et manque de respect quand on paye ce prix. Fourmis partout dans la chambre et le lendemain parc aquatique accessible au publique qui paye l’entrée, un publique pas vraiment recommandable en majorité, un homme c’est ennervé sur adolescente à la limite de la frapper pas de sécurité qui intervient, snack horrible et pour finir fermeture de la rivière sauvage car quelqu’un a fait ces gros besoin dedans. Die Anlage und die Zimmer waren schon im Piratenmotiv umgesetzt. Es gab viele schöne Details. Das Zimmer (Suite Barbe Noir) war ziemlich klein für den Preis. Es wird für max. 6 Personen angeboten. Wir waren 5 (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) und es gab kaum mehr Platz für die Koffer... dafür hatte die Suite einen tollen Garten mit Whirlpool. Der Wasserpark ist schön aber nicht berauschend... eher für kleinere Kinder... nach 2 Stunden hat man alles gesehen...
Insgesamt ziemlich teuer für das Erlebnis! Nahe an Abzocke (Nachtessen Buffet kostet 39 Euro für einen Erwachsenen und es gab nicht wirklich viele gute Speisen).

Dès notre arrivée la chambre ne correspondait pas à ce que j’avais demandé en plus les toilettes était cassé ainsi que le pommeau de douche de plus il y a eu une coupure do de 22 heures jusqu’au lendemain 13 heures le petit déjeuner était horrible nous avons payé par tête 24 € et vu mon mécontentement il ne me l’ ont pas facturé De plus 1 nuit blanche faute aux voisins qui On fait une soirée très festive jusqu’à 5h30 du matin j’attends avec impatience le dédommagement de l’hôtel

Malgrés de multiples problèmes qui n étaient pas du fait de l hôtel,( coupure d eaux générale dans le quartier, piscines non utilisables) , nous avons beaucoup aimé le cadre de l hôtel, le personnel est au top, la propriété,il n y a rien à en dire, c était parfait, la literie excellente, l équipement de la suite ...
