Not worth it in my opinion, the most expensive hotel in town and for no reason. I stayed at three total different hotels during my time there and this one didn’t offer anything the others didn’t and for double the price. It was fine, clean, comfortable as were all the rest. If it was half price it would be worth it

It was our first time at the Cap so everything seemed new and exciting. We found the price a little high for the value ( no breakfast included, air conditioning not working ) Also not too much action going on comparatively to other places. Definitely very clean.

Hotel was disappointing. We booked the largest suite with the rooftop terrace that we were not allowed to use. They told us it had safety issues. So we paid for the terrace but got no terrace and no reduction in price. The shower did not drain so flooded every time we took a shower, even when it was just 5 minutes. The hot tub in the room also leaked which explains the sewage smell. The staff knew. We saw them open all the windows and terrace doors when they were cleaning. The smell was wretched. We had to sleep with the windows and terrace door open which lead to lots of mosquitos and horrible bites. We left two nights early knowing we wouldn’t get a refund but they still charged us all the taxes. Don’t do the hotel breakfast. Not worth the €25 per person. Going in September meant the bar upstairs had no attendant. You have to call down to have them bring anything up. Not something you expect from a 5 star hotel. It was truly a 4 star hotel that needs a lot of maintenance.

We had an excellent stay. The front desk staff were very very nice and attended to all our needs. The amenities of the hotel were very nice especially the big heated jacuzzi on the top floor and the hammam room below. Will definitely return! Ask for Room 112. The best!

nice hotel if would like to stay in naturist part of CapdeAgde for a few days, but no alternative for only one night (we were on our way to Spain), it makes it expensive for no reason, when you can stay a few days you can enjoy all the fun you could easily take part in, but as I say to come late afternoon and leave early morning is a very bad idea

Our stay at Oz Inn was excellent! The resort staff was very helpful (yes English was spoken) and courteous. The food was very good, especially at the \"meet and greet\" party during our first night. The drinks were a little over-priced, but similar to other resorts in Cap a'gde. Katherine and Michele (the maitre d') were very helpful, especially Michelle, who provided rides to the beach area. The hotel locatation is very central to many of the larger naturist hotels, restaurants and clubs, all within easy walking distance. The pool on the top level is very nice, but needs a few more beds to be able to accommodate more people.
We loved our stay at Oz Inn and would highly recommend it for other couples and select singles.

I had read a few negative reviews after having booked my stay at the hotel so was a little apprehensive. However, we had a fantastic stay, the staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful considering that we could not speak any French. The room was clean and nicely decorated. We only ate breakfast in the mornings at the hotel and ordered it as room service as we were too tired and lazy to get out of bed. The only negative thing I can say about our stay was that our room was on the first floor directly above the entrance which could become a little noisy at times.

Highly recommend this hotel, everything was spot on. Clean and Very friendly staff. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that. My only 'little moan' was that there wasn't a hairdryer in the room.

Good location close to the entry to the Village Naturiste & under 10 minutes walk to the naturist beach. Room is modern, clean & well appointed. Friendly staff. Interesting 'libertine' roof top area where nudity & adult play is allowed, with regular parties held most nights. Surrounding area is not so good with limited shops & restaurants options.

The airconditioning did not work in our room. We complained several times, it took forever to get mainenance there and they admited it was broken but were not able to fix it. They couldnt give us another room because they were full and did not discount our room. Otherwise the hotel looks pretty but there is NO social life at the hotel I'd stay somewhere else next time.

I have stayed at this hotel for several years, this time with my new girlfriend and before the visit I had talked a lot about the hotel. Unfortunately the hotel has been a little worse this stay, maybe due to higher requirements or due to covid-19.
The cleanliness of the room is great, the roof terrace which is open 24 hours a day with sunbeds and pool (large jacuzzi) where you can sunbathe and swim naked (and have sex in both the pool and the sunbeds) is wonderful, as well as the bar with good drinks. The downside this year is that the drapes (curtains) on the sunbeds are gone, there is no menu for the food that you can order in the bar on the roof (and there has never been one as far as I know). Preferably a menu for the food on the roof, and in English. The hammam sauna did not seem open, and you were not allowed to be on the ground floor late at night. But still love this hotel and will come back but wish the drapes (curtains) on the sunbeds come back, and wish a menu for the food and preferably in English (rooftop bar, there is no restaurant in the hotel). The hotel is close to everything in the naturist village, nude beach and lots of shops / restaurants you can visit naked and free parking behind the hotel. And check-out is 11am, not 12pm as it says on Hotels.com. Otherwise great service, however, you can wait a while for the bartender on the roof terrace. We will come back, and thanks to the women in the reception and our cleaning lady that was very helpful and great

Ett helt underbart hotell med jättebra service och fräscht, lite dyrt men värt varenda krona! Gratis parkering på baksidan, frukost ingår ej men kan köpas till för 25 euro. Finns ingen resturang men rekommenderar att äta från snackmenyn som finns i baren på takterassen. Observera att det inte finns några barn på det här hotellet, och att dom flesta går runt nakna även på hotellet men det ligger ju i naturistbyn Cap ’d Agde. Barnförbjudna aktiviteter på takterassen i solsängarna ;) 5-10 min promenad till stranden och kort promenad in till ”centrum”. Observera också att man måste lösa inträde till naturistbyn för att nå hotellet - kostar ca 15 euro för tre dagar och görs i en reception utanför grindarna. Är man öppensinnad och gillar att vara i en skön miljö som vi gör så är det världens bästa hotell! Rekommenderas!!

Die Einfahrt mit dem Auto zum Hotel ist nur möglich wenn man den Personalausweis abgibt und ihn am nächsten Tag an einer anderen Stelle abholen soll. (Unmöglich und verboten) Desweiteren haben Kinder keinen Zutritt, dies wurde uns vor der Buchung nicht mitgeteilt. Mein Sohn und ich sind Nachts um 1:30 Uhr wieder abgereist. Schlechtestes Hotel dass ich je erlebt habe. Ich hoffe dass wir nicht noch für das nicht in Anspruch genommene Hotel bezahlen müssen.

Das L' Hotel O'Zinn liegt doch weiter weg vom FKK Beach. Aber das Hotel bietet den Gästen frivole Pool Parties auf der Roof Terrace für Hausgäste und auch mit nicht dort wohnenden Couples.

Nice staff and good breakfast.
Despite some reviews saying the opposite my impression were that the staff are very helpful really trying their best. Also surprisingly good were the breakfast. And the parties at the rooftop - do'not miss them ;-). Only negative thing - the aircon capacity in the room were not enough. When 35-40 C outside.
