We only stayed for 2 nights so didn’t use all of the facilities. The restaurant was good and the hotel staff were friendly and spoke excellent English.
The room was spacious and clean but the facilities are a bit dated. The shower is over a narrow bath which could be difficult/dangerous for some. Other signs of wear included minor things like a broken lampshade,missing bulbs and a shower screen that wouldn’t stay back!
We would stay here again as the location is excellent but they really need to upgrade the rooms in order to rate a 4*.

Top top stay we enjoyed. The location where it's approximately to the beach. The quiet area, the simplicity, the very mellow ambience, the appearance of the hotel, and the kindness of the staff added up to an unexpected and unparalleled experience for us. What a gem. Highly recommended. The kitchen that was most useful as we cooked two dinners there as well.

Pour le reste, aucun problème. Accueil sympa, restaurant nickel, situation calme. Dommage, il suffirait de peu. Un vrai sens de l’hospitalité et du travail bien fait pourraient suffire.

Nice hotel

Lovely hotel, very clean. Small balcony looking onto another block. Good location. City tax stated 8.50 euros total for our stay but was charged 27.30 euros. We did question this but couldn't get an answer.

Cap d'Agde Aparthotel

Despite booking an apartment with a separate bedroom, we were given one without but this was quickly solved by the staff.

Didn't get daily housekeeping and the kitchen had no sponges or washing up liquid provided.

Apartment was clean and functional with a great balcony and a nice clean pool.

Local area left a bit to be desired (all a bit 70s and 80s) but the hotel can't help that.

Great hotel, good location, although there are restaurants near by, a car is handy to have as the harbour with many restaurants is a drive away.

Wonderful and relaxing

We stayed an extra night just because we found it so calm and relaxing. An easy walk to several nice beaches, restaurants and night life. The pool is lovely, and the overall comfort was wonderful.

Flea and Kitchen issue but great complex

When we arrived we were given a car space outside of the locked gates.....this was the shoulder season and the place was fairly empty. To say the least I wasn't impressed as we would have had to walk through the car park locked gate with our swipe card to the car outside. We parked inside as our car had items in it and it did say free car space which you would expect to be inside the locked area however they didn't ask us to move it either. The kitchenette was very small but ok to cook in however if you want to wash the dishes in the sink there is no plug, tea towel or anything to get baked on stuff off the pans. They did have a dishwasher but the pans needed scrubbing. The cleaning of the apartment was poor with hair in the bathroom floor corners, fleas in the room as I got bitten and dog prints still on the lino. It states in their manual you can tell them if it needs cleaning but we got there tied from driving and didn't notice until the next day. I used the gym which had good equipment. Other than the kitchen and flea issue we were more than happy. The room was a good size for two and the bed was comfortable. They did apologise for the flea bites however if you are going to let dogs stay spraying the rooms afterwards might save this happening.

Great hotel

We had weekend at this hotel. It had friendly, helpful staff, great, spacious room with everything you need, including air conditioning, and free WiFi. Also use of a great, clean swimming pool on a hot day. It was in a great location, near to the sandy beaches and local amenities. I would recommend a stay at this hotel.

It felt a little bit like being in a mental illness hospital with the all white design. Rooms were very 'hospital like'. The restaurant was also closed on both the days of our stay and the fitness room has four machines in, now weights or other equipment.

Overall this is an average hotel in a convenient location.

The service and hygiene is very poor though! We had a disgusting stink coming from the kitchen area. It was unbearable! We did complain however they never resolved the problem.

J’ai eu le plaisir de séjourner à l’Appart’Hôtel Prestige Odalys Nakara à Agde et je ne peux que le recommander chaleureusement.
L’établissement est moderne, confortable et idéalement situé, parfait pour profiter pleinement de la région.

Un merci tout particulier à toute l’équipe de la réception pour leur accueil souriant et leur disponibilité, et surtout à Laura pour son aide précieuse et son professionnalisme exemplaire.

Grâce à leur gentillesse et à leur sens du service, mon séjour a été encore plus agréable.

Overall an ok hotell

The staff at check in were great at english but the rest of the saff was very bad. They had a system for the pool where you had to go up to a \"guard\" and show your room key. With fence all around the pool. It felt like a bit much.

Pool was very busy in the afternoon.

Really close to the ocean with a gate about 100m away from the beach. There was a tap to rinse the sand off your feet right at the gate.

The villas looked lovely, but we stayed in a standard room.

The restaurant was closed between 14-17.

Great parking at the hotel with gates all around.

They took a deposit of 100€ that will be refunded 2 days after check in.

Cleaning the kitchen was not included in the room service. It was another 20€ for them to clean it.

The balcony floors were sandy for previous guests.

Overall an ok hotell, but we will not go back.

Une nuit en hôtel avant le séjour d'une semaine. Pour les vacances des Pacques, le beau temps va arriver, mais on a pu tout de même profiter de la piscine chauffée avec une combinaison.

Nous sommes venus plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel, nous y sommes restés 6 nuits.
Environnement relativement calme.
Chambre et salle de bain, spacieuses, confortables et propres.
Le balcon est un peu petit.
La literie est bonne.
L'accueil est sympathique. On est à l'écoute de vos besoins.
Dommage qu'il soit un peu éloigné du centre du Cap d'Agde.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre est spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain.
Le personnel est sympathique et à l'écoute.
Petit bémol, nous sommes restés 3 nuits, et la chambre n'a pas été faite après la première nuit, nous avons dû demander du papier toilette et un tapis de bain. Sans doute une erreur due à un grand Week end.

Très bel hôtel avec une architecture originale. Les chambres sont propres et bien agencées, les femmes de ménage font bien leur travail. Belle piscine avec transat. Très satisfait de notre séjour. La mer se situe à quelques centaines de mètres, emplacement parfait.

Un séjour parfait

Notre séjour d'une semaine FIN JUILLET 2021 s'est déroulé à merveille. Une chambre double avec tous les équipements nécessaires ( notamment au niveau de la kitchenette ou nous avions tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner un peu).Un hotel calme et surtout propre.Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse et trés prévenant.A l'écoute de nos moindres demandes.

J’ai aimé le parking, la terrasse de la chambre, la taille de la piscine mais j’ai moins aimé le petit déjeuner (peu de tables, plage horaire sur 1h30 seulement, mal organisé avec réassortiment fluctuant et un contenu limité par rapport au prix payé)

Wifi hors service durant quasiment tout mon séjour (4 jours !), inadmissible.
Rideaux insuffisamment protecteurs dans la chambre d’où un réveil très matinal assurée avec la lumière.
C’est dommage les autres prestations étaient très correctes.

Ma chambre etant déjà attribué à mon arrivée on m'a surclassé en appart. Mais pas de clim (été)et propreté à revoir. Lavabo de la salle de bain inutilisable. Voisins du dessus très bruyants jusqu'à 2h20 du matin ( musique à fond, ne parlent pas mais crient). Heureusement seulement une nuit passée dans l établissement... après réceptionniste très sympathique.

Félicitations à toute l'équipe !

Séjour de trois nuits, hors saison. Le personnel est agréable et souriant. Les lieux (intérieurs et extérieurs) sont très propres. Notre chambre, spécieuse, comprenait une mini-cuisine bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié le fait d'avoir un grand parking fermé - peut-être un peu \"juste\" en pleine saison ? De même, l'espace dédié au petit déjeuner, largement suffisant fin septembre, pourrait être chaotique en période d'affluence. En résumé, pas déçu du tout de notre premier séjour en Appart'Hôtel. (La seule déception serait par rapport à la petite plage à proximité, qui n'était pas très propre).

Par contre les escaliers extérieurs sont très grossiers et déjà pas en bon état .
Espace piscine agréable mais perturbé par des jeux de ballons qui ne sont pas interdits et empêchent les autres de nager . Dommage !

Zweimal wurden wir geweckt durch \"Betrunkene\" die zu viel Lärm machten!

Résidence calme malgré le monde qu'elle reçoit. Très bons équipements et beaux espaces communs, bien entretenus. Proximité de la mer appréciable.

Linge de maison parfois sale.
Parking ne pouvant recevoir toutes les voitures des résidents.
Accueil à la réception très mitigé : manque de politesse, d'attention et problème de réservation des vélos (que nous n'avons pas eus au final contrairement à ce qu'on nous avait dit !)

Suite (4pers) juste correcte mais avec le sourire!

Excellent accueil, personnalisé, souriant bref très professionnel. Suite junior un peu vieillissante (cuvette des toilettes cassée, traces d'impacts dans les murs, peinture mate en tête de lit tâchée), confort du canapé lit moyen, mais lit double de très bonne qualité.

na 12 uur rijden, aangekomen bij het hotel was er niemand aanwezig in het hotel. ook de drie noodnummers deden het niet. toen maar op zoek gegaan naar ander hotel (kosten 120€).
de volgende dag gaf de verantwoordelijke te kennen dat hij geen telefoongesprek heeft ontvangen.

Tolles Hotel, nach Saison leider eingeschränkt

Wie immer sind wir sehr zufrieden, wir logierten bereits 5 mal hier. Im September ist die Hauptsaison vorbei, deshalb sind das Restaurant und der Pool geschlossen. Als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit auf der Durchreise ist es sehr komfortabel und angenehm.

Hôtel plus ou moins bien situé, ne mérite pas 4* Le parking est trop petit pour l'établissement. La propreté des communs laisse à désirer. Un hôtel avec une réception au horaires de bureau, en pleine saison, tout sauf 4*
Par contre le restaurant vaut le détour, une équipe sympathique et efficace, une cuisine inventive, qui relève le niveau de l'hôtel.
